Tammy, Jamie and Harvey went Trick or Treating in the neighbourhood of upstate New York not far from the condo where Donna and Rachel were hanging out to be watching a movie as Donna was about to be give at any time, so she stayed behind Mike was away visiting his grandmother Edith who was gravely ill in the care home that she lived in and he didn't want miss being with her incase something had happened to her, she was extremely old and Jamie didn't want to go with his dad so Rachel came with Jamie to come with them to Donna and Harvey's and it was a good idea to come last minute to sit with Donna to keep her company.

Once on the street Harvey, Jamie and Tammy were walking as were the other families walking with their kids taking them Trick or Treating to get them some candy to fill up their pumpkin buckets, Tammy was extremely excited and was trying to escape Harvey so he kept running after his daughter with a smile on his face as she loved to go into other people's driveway to receive the candy that she desperately wanted. Tammy got excited when she saw something that she liked, Donna and Harvey knew that her condition was tolerable with the autism and the ADHD that Tammy had she was their miracle child even though that Donna was expecting their second child soon. Tammy didn't understand that she was about to become a big sister, so the school had to teach her what a sibling was, Tammy was in a private special needs school and she was on target for most things.

Harvey and Donna couldn't be more proud of Tammy, she was a very, very bright child she was obsessed with books and Harvey kept on joking that she was going to be a lawyer like him when she was older and she didn't understand what that meant. Harvey wanted Tammy in the most exclusive school that he could find for Tammy but the only one he could send her was the one he could get for her needs and where she could communicate with the teachers and her classmates so she could make friends and play with them in recess. She loves to play with the climbing appreciators and the tricycles as well as the sandpits you play in the park, as it helps with her development skills.

"Right okay kids let's go to this house, come on Tam Tam." As Harvey took her hand and went to the first house to get their treats.

"No, no go, go." Tammy tried to slip away from Harvey's hand and run.

"Tammy! No you can't do this Tammy! Get back here!" As Harvey ran after his daughter as Jamie was looking at his cousin and uncle while he held his pumpkin bucket full of candy while holding his cousins.

"Uncle Harvey this house seems to be in the spirit let's go to this one!" Jamie got excited as Tammy decided to follow her cousin as they went up to the front door and knock on.

"Who is it?" A little boy from inside the house shouted.

"Trick or treat!" Jamie shouted.

"Tammy stay here, that isn't yours leave it alone!" Harvey grabbed her arm to stop her.

"Ahhhh! No, no off me." Tammy moaned as Harvey walked up to the front door with her.

"Come here you're going to get some more candy look, sweetheart candy show the little boy your pumpkin bucket." Harvey put Tammy's bucket in front of the little boy who put some candy and money into Tammy's pumpkin.

"Happy Halloween." The little boy said as he waved.

"Oh goodness me guys thank you so much Happy Halloween." Harvey said with a smile as he waved and said goodbye to the little boy.

Meanwhile back at the condo Donna and Rachel were hanging out and watching movies as it was extremely quiet and taking a break from the kids, they were busy munching on snacks which Donna was craving on nachos, chips, chocolate and etc and Rachel was digging into everything too basically enjoying everything! But the drinks were mocktails as Donna couldn't drink alcohol because she was pregnant and due very soon. Donna and Rachel hadn't had a girls night since the beginning of the year as they were busy with work and the kids, but it was no excuse of not having a girls night in, they had missed having their one and one time together as best friends. They watched Chick Flicks as well as Adam Sandler's Grown ups which is one of their favourite movies of all times especially when the children wasn't around they could have a good laugh together.

Donna could feel the baby moving, and it was really distracting her but it was the most wonderful feeling. She got Rachel's hand and put it on her stomach so she could feel the baby moving, it was the most precious moment that Rachel could feel her Niece or Nephew moving in Donna's stomach. Rachel had tears in her eyes which were welling up, she couldn't believe it as she hugged her best friend it was the most amazing moment that she's had in a while, they couldn't wait for the baby to be born in the next couple of months.

"Oh my God! Donna I can't believe I just felt that, it's been ages since I felt something like this." Rachel got all emotional as she wiped her eyes as Donna laughed rubbing her stomach.

"Well, in the next couple of months you'll be able to he or she, and Tammy can't seem to understand why mommy's tummy is huge but we explain it to her." Donna got up and went to the kitchen to get some more drinks for her and Rachel.

"So how is Tammy doing in school then? Is she progressing with the other kids as well as her tasks? Because I remember you were a bit worried about her reading and writing." Rachel asked Donna about Tammy with her education.

"Hmmmm...well she's doing okay, there's a slight downgrade with her writing but her reading is better than it was, Harvey wants more support for her. He thinks the support that we've got for her isn't enough and he's willing to pay for more." As Rachel's eyes went wide and looking for more answers.

"In what way? Like moving to more of a facilitated school? Or like a one to one sessions? What does he mean?" Rachel moved closer to her best friend to understand what Donna meant by her answer as Donna sighed.

"Tammy just hasn't have Autism, she has server Autism, Sensory Learning Process Disorder, ADHD, ADD, she's kind of non verbal even though she can speak some words but not proper sentences, she's on the high side of the spectrum, so she needs 24 hour care, she's only 4 Rach she's too small!" Donna began to sob into her hands as Rachel began to comfort her.

"Harvey and you have it all under control! And you know Harvey will not let anything happen to Tammy, you know that right?! Even I know Mike will not let anything happen either." Donna looked at her best friend and smiled at her with tears on her face.

"I know, thank you Rachel." As Donna sighed as they heard the apartment door open with two rowdy kids and Harvey behind them.

"Okay, okay kids calm down, I know your both excited that you have too much candy in your buckets." Harvey went over and kissed Donna passionately while Jamie went over his mom and showed her his pumpkin basked full of candy.

"Tam, Tam what did you get beautiful? Come and show mommy? Come here!" Donna tried to get her daughters attention as Tammy was interested in something else, Tammy was more interested in her pumpkin she sat down on the floor and took out her candy one by one.

"Tammy come and show mommy your candy sweetheart." Harvey kneeled down next to their daughter to try and convince her to go to Donna.

"NO, NO! I do this." Tammy was really concentrating her counting.
