"The Brave 12 and The Spartans"
The Brave 12 were climbing over the mountains when they noticed a huge battle taking place. It was a battle between a bunch of Spartan Warriors and a bunch of Robot Ram creatures.
"Whoa!" shouted J.D. "It looks like a major conflict is going on."
"Yeah!" answered Naruto. "I wonder how come."
"I guess we'll find out when we can," Sakura responded.
They noticed a Spartan soldier being surrounded by a bunch of robots.
"That man is in trouble!" J.D. yelled. "Come on!"
They went and sliced all the robots apart, helping the Spartans in their victory. The robots left after carrying all of their fallen.
"You have won," J.D. told the man.
"No, we have not," the man replied. "Come on, we're going to see the king."
They went to the Spartan camp, and the King arrived.
"Did you hold the right flank?" the King asked.
"We suffered many casualties but held our position," the second man replied.
"Hmm," the King murmured. "Your numbers have diminished. I think you will not survive another onslaught."
"No, my king!" shouted the second man. "We will never, ever give up! We shall fight!"
The King was filled with pride. "Yes, I know you won't let me down."
The king was sitting on his throne when he noticed them. "Roha. "Who are these people you have brought before me?"
"My king, these are the strangers who aided me in battle," Roha explained.
"This battle is of no concern to you," the King answered. "Why did you fight?"
"We saw this warrior outnumbered," J.D. explained.
"We meant no disrespect," Jack added.
"We apologize," Vince said.
They began to go away, but the King stopped them.
"Wait!" the King shouted. "These years of war have made my words harsh and my tone arrogant. Anyone who is brave enough to face these monsters is a friend."
"What is this war?" J.D. asked.
"Yeah, what's going on?" Fu begged.
The King told his story. "A long time ago, a mechanical beast became insane and waged war on everything in its path."
In a flashback, a mysterious robot creature with glowing red eyes is seen waging war.
The King begins his narration, "It feeds on the land itself, growing larger and more powerful. All of the neighboring kingdoms have fallen. We are the last. The Beast craves our lands because they are beautiful, peaceful, and rich in resources. The Beast and its robots would have destroyed us long ago, but our land is protected by the highest mountains. And the only way in is through a narrow ravine. We managed to stop the armies of the Beast there with just 300 men. The position was simple to defend, and their superior numbers were rendered useless. The war went on year after year."
"For centuries, the Spartans and the Beast's Armies fought each other. The battle was becoming increasingly ferocious at a high level."
"And the battle became a stalemate," the King explained.
Countless robots were destroyed in the process. However, the surviving robots transport the destroyed robots away.
"For this creature clears the battlefield of its fallen to rebuild its army again and again," the King said. "And so it goes."
"For centuries, the Beast's armies kept on coming, and no matter how hard they tried, they always got the same result."
"And I am the 17th King to defend this gateway," the King continued. "And tomorrow will be the same."
"This war is terrible," J.D. replied. "It appears that we arrived just in time."
"But there is another way through the mountains," Jack pointed out.
Everyone was shocked.
"How wide is this path?" the King asked.
"Wide enough for troops to move through sideways, weapons held in front and behind," Jack explained.
"How long will it take to complete the journey?" asked the King.
"12 hours," J.D. replied.
"Will you show us this path?" asked the King.
"Of course," Jack replied.
"This war ends now!" the King declared. "50 of my best men will join me in a strike against the Beast, while the others will remain here to defend our position. While the monsters attack us, we will attack them!"
They prepared for battle, and the King provided them with shields.
"Forward, my brothers!" cried the King.
They followed the king's lead as Jack led the way. They arrived at the Castle of the Beast at sunrise, just as the last of the Beast's army was leaving.
"Look," the King instructed. "There. The last of its army has left."
"All right, here we go," J.D. said.
"OUR TIME HAS COME!" cried the King.
The group advances towards the castle. They ran with full determination.
"Porcupine," declared the King.
They formed themselves into a porcupine pincushion formation and destroyed more robots.
They slashed and blasted all of the robots, destroying them all. It was a fierce and savage fight that served as a powerful demonstration of what they were capable of.
"Jack, Your Majesty, let's go," J.D. stressed.
"Right," answered Jack.
When J.D., Jack, and the king entered the castle, the Mechanical Beast descended into the main chamber. It was a huge robot spider. It's more like a ball with eight legs.
"Behind us!" yelled J.D.
When the beast noticed them, it tried to strike, but they blocked and dodged its blows, sliced its legs, and the beast screeched. The King tried to cut off a leg, but his sword broke into a thousand pieces.
J.D. reached into his bag and handed the king a spare sword. It was an indestructible sword. They had the beast restrained by ropes. Then J.D. unleashed a Ki blast, which pierced the beast's head, flew past them, and exploded.
"This whole place is going to blow!" yelled J.D.
Outside, the robot army exploded. They were somehow linked to the Beast.
As they exited the castle, the entire building exploded with incredible power.
Finally, the war with the mechanical beast was over.
Sometime in the future, the King they helped was dying on his deathbed, and he was finishing his tale about how they helped end the war.
"The War was finally over," the King declared. "These brave strangers who became brothers and sisters helped us in our hour of need and made a difference."
In their honor, a tapestry was woven. It was on the wall and depicted the 12 of them helping the 300 Spartan Soldiers in their war against the Mechanical Beast.
"Their bravery, valor, and strength for everyone helped us all triumph," the King said. "Their diligence and the sacrifice of the others defeated our enemy, saved our lives and ensured our freedom. They will be honored and remembered forever—the 300 plus 12."
Their legacy will be felt throughout Spartan history for many generations to come. The Brave 12 will be remembered for all time.
