Sakura goes home with a black eye and a scowl.
"Sakura kill Naruto!"
Her mouth twists further into a dangerous frown and her eyes gleamed with anger and maybe a little unshed tears.
"If you were real shinobi—you'd have already been dead."
Clenching her hands, she turns down the street and makes her way towards the Okiya district, the people on the sidewalk staring at her unhappy expression.
"Those who break the rules are trash. But those who abandon their teammates are worse."
Sakura goes home with a black eye, a scowl and the will to explain, in detail to Kakashi-sensei, as to why exactly, she knew that lesson better than most.
