Underworld
Just as the fight against the Grim Reapers continues, Virgil destroyed the number of the reapers with his lightning magic to clear the field. Though, the white-haired l'Cie will be in for a fight against Siegfried since he already knows of his Sacred Gear and his demonic swords, but those demonic swords he carries are also killing him because his lifeforce was draining and it's consuming him.
"Normally, I would be fighting against the Red Dragon Emperor because the current Issei would be able to put up a fight against me. But he's fighting against these gentlemen over there." Siegfried told him with a smirk.
Virgil just raised his eyebrow, felt like the Hero Faction won't make anything easy for either of them.
And without warning, groups of the Grim Reapers appeared at the motel which it got Issei's groups attention. Comparing them to the other Grim Reapers they're fighting against, their robes were darker and they have more than one scythe. The killing intent they're giving them is rank higher as well. Issei knew that it's one of the Hero Factions sent them to fight him.
"Grim Reapers, huh? It's bad news if I get cut by their scythes right?" Issei asks with smirk. "Guessing the Hero Faction sent us a distraction. I'll humor them, I'll just play around without being hit then."
Confirming that, Issei made a battle stance against the Grim Reapers while they came towards him with their scythes. Though, there's a huge gap in that attack because of his training with Kiba and Virgil, he's familiar with high speed attacks. He dodged he scythes of the Grim Reapers with minimal movements and fire a Dragon Shot at them. The Grim Reapers perished with his shot which he was able to take them down with ease. The Grim Reapers came at Issei with greater numbers and he continued fighting them for a while. Issei began to take them down with punches and counters which it's too easy for him, comparing to Cao Cao and Sairaorg, they're easy to handle.
Virgil couldn't help but smirk which it for Siegfried curious.
"You clearly underestimating Issei, he's been working his ass off to get stronger for the Rating Games a while back. Cao Cao may have wounded him because of his Balance Breaker, but it's not going to stop him." Virgil told him, leaving Siegfried astonished.
"T-The ones Red Dragon Emperor is fighting against are supposed to be Mid-Level Grim Reapers!" Siegfried exclaims.
To Virgil, the Grim Reapers movements were easy to read where him and the others can take care of them easily. Even if they try to make a suspicious movement, it's easy to dodge because they're not that fast. There were those that seemed like they're using magic, but he was able to reflect them with his own magic.
"I'm shocked. He is strong enough already with the normal Balance Breaker of his." Siegfried continues.
"He still has flaws that could use some work, but he's just being Issei." Virgil points out. "Even Cao Cao was able to predict his movements while penetrate his armor with only one strike."
"Well, he is special after all. He shouldn't worry about it." Siegfried states with a smirk. "He's a strong foe already. Like Cao Cao, you're special as well if you'd joined us as part of the Hero Faction. But unfortunately, you refuse our offer and yet, you fought us with ease."
"Only because you of all people underestimated me more than once." Virgil told him with a glare. "And I don't make deals with terrorists."
Siegfried didn't like his respond as he then uses his Balance Breaker to bring out six demonic swords while Virgil readied his gunblade and his shield, begin clashing their blades against each other.
Issei overheard their conversation, which he was surprised that the Grim Reapers were the same level as him. However, Issei can read their movements and even able to beat them because the Grim Reapers aren't fast. Then again, Cao Cao is strong and formidable because of is precision, talented spearmanship, and his Balance Breaker which he's still needed to work on it. Cao Cao is still beaten by Virgil since there's a difference between the two of them. Issei decided to ask Azazel since he's the only one who understands the powers and Sacred Gears.
"For me to win against Cao Cao, what should I do?" Issei questions.
"You could say that you are currently stronger than Cao Cao, but that's only if your attacks hit him. But it seems like they won't, right?" Azazel explains. "Yeah, it's best to use a special move specialized against him on your first battle. Of course, that is only if you can surpass his outrageous technique level."
'A technique that can defeat someone who even Vali calls a strong foe...? Hey! I am dumb already to begin with and you're telling me to create a move like that?!' Issei mentally shouts with a gawked look on his face, while stream of tears coming out of his eyes. 'Why are the guys who are after me so insanely strong?! I was just a normal high school student until recently. And now strong guys have begun to gather around me! I feel like crying!'
Though it's too late since Issei is now crying.
"It's like I said before right? Right now, you are already strong enough." Azazel continues, quickly approaches him. "If you're fighting against guys like Sairaorg and Cao Cao, Grim Reapers like these guys won't be able to compete against you even if they attack in a group. Well, I can say the same for me as well though."
'Yeah, you're also strong! Though, he did got help from Virgil by fighting against Cao Cao because that guy is on a different level. He seemed like he had researched us thoroughly.' Issei mentally thought. 'Though, I don't think Cao Cao was able to research Virgil because he's keeping that guy from guessing while keeping calm, but he knows of his fighting style and not the other abilities.'
(I will be troubled if you look down on Grim Reapers.)
A mysterious voice echoed throughout the car park. Sensing a disturbance presence, they looked in its direction and it seemed like something is about to appear from within about to appear from within a distorted space. The assailant that appeared was something that was a Grim Reaper, but a strong one who's known as...Pluto.
Pluto's appearance was always dressed in a black robe, but his robe was darker from all the other Grim Reapers to show his authority as one of Hades Generals. His robe was decorated with ornaments making his appearance appear to be a Dark, Disoriented Clown with a Creepy Mask that lied across his face. His scythe is the darkest scythe of all the grim reapers, from the blade to the handle lied, deteriorating hands and tentacles that looked as if they were freshly cut off the flesh of a person of a dead man in which had wrapped all around his dark scythe.
"You are...!" Azazel muttered in shock when Pluto bowed to him.
(This is my first time meeting you, Governor of the Fallen Angels. I am one of the Grim Reapers that serves under Lord Hades. My name is Pluto.)
"The Ultimate-Level Grim Reaper, Pluto...!" Azazel exclaimed. "To send a Grim Reaper that appears even in legend! That skeleton geezer sure did something unexpected."
(You have allied with the boss of the Khaos Brigade, Ophis, and tried to break the alliance between the allied Factions. That will result in your death. For you who has been talking about alliances to do such a thing.)
'What the heck was that! He said something totally off.' Issei mentally thought in puzzled look while Azazel just glared at him with anger.
"I see. So, you're going to make it like that, huh." Azazel growled. "So, you're trying to eliminating us by making up a reason like that! And you attacked us who were fighting against the terrorists! How much have you guys been planning ahead?! you bunch of clowns!"
(Soon, there will be a time where we won't have to make up things like that, but this time we did. Now then. I am not as weak to fell behind Devils and Fallen Angels.)
"More like, you guys just came here to piss us off I presume?!" Azazel clarifies with a scowl.
(Yes, you could say that. Even to us Grim Reapers, Devils and Fallen Angels are a nuisance.)
"You sure are looking down on us!" Azazel snarled.
(I'm not looking down on you, I'm serious. I will be taking Ophis now.)
As just as Pluto readied his scythe, he swiftly disappeared from their sight. Azazel then readied his spear of light and his fighting stance, reading Pluto's movement since he's no stranger in fighting because of his battle experience against the two Factions and Twin Heavenly Dragons. Pluto was about to swing his scythe, but Azazel managed to block that attack.
"In case you forgot, Cao Cao attacked me and Virgil helped me and my allies finish this fight. I guess I'll be your opponent since you're asking for a fight." Azazel states as he used his artificial Sacred Gear to armor himself while sprouting 12 wings.
Azazel then went up into the air and pushed Pluto upwards. Both of them began to clash against each other in the air which Pluto was able to keep up with Azazel. Issei knew that Pluto and Azazel were evenly matched at wielding weapons and strong powers, but he just couldn't sit and wait.
"Azazel!" Issei shouts.
"Issei, don't come!" Azazel shouts back. "I'll be his opponent!"
Saying that, both Azazel and Pluto continued the mid-air battle. However every time they clashed against each other, the atmosphere shook violently which it proves how strong they are.
Back at the car park, Siegfried and Virgil were evenly matched when it comes to swordsmanship, but the white-haired l'Cie used his shield for defense against his attacks while counter with his 'Vendetta' technique. Siegfried was caught off guard when Virgil saw an opening.
"Flourish of Steel" Virgil flash-steps and deliver multiple slash combo while leaving the rose petals behind.
Siegfried grunts in pain as stumbled a bit, but quickly recovered.
"I don't understand...why couldn't I find your weakness of that Sacred Gear of yours?!" Siegfried growled in anger. "Why?! Why couldn't you use your Balance Breaker?!"
"Because he has none!" The voice of Kiba said appeared beside the white-haired l'Cie. "Virgil Farron has no Sacred Gear, he defeated your group and powerful enemies with his own talents of swordsmanship and magic. His family, Noel, and Hope trained him when he was a child."
Siegfried was astonished of what Kiba has told him, but smirked.
"I see, that explains why Virgil managed to beat us." Siegfried said.
"Virgil, let me fight him." Kiba suggested with a serious glare. "You helped me many times, and now it's time to return the favor."
"And what am I supposed to do? Just sit here and wait on the sidelines?" Virgil asks sarcastically. "Kiba, it'll take more than you to take this clown down."
"Trust me, you and Issei helped me get stronger ever since I increased my training while having the both of you as my opponent." Kiba remarked with a smirk. "You're still able to beat me while Issei and I are evenly matched."
"Oh? That seems interesting." Siegfried said with a smirk.
Kiba then used his Sacred Gear to create a new holy-demonic sword in his hand and readied his stance. Siegfried did the same while readied his six demonic swords while Virgil readied his fighting stance. Kiba, Virgil, and Siegfried disappeared from the scene as they clash their blades. The sounds of metal colliding and sparks created in the direction where Siegfried moved his swords, Kiba moved at high speed, and Virgil moved also at speed, gunblade, and shield, which they're parrying each others attacks. Kiba and Virgil were getting faster and faster. Though, Kiba was able to pull out the traits of a Knight even further thanks to the vigorous training with Virgil and Fang, but in a previous fight at Kyoto, he also showed fast moves like this which his swords couldn't reach Siegfried. Even without the help of Nora, Kiba and Xenovia would've been beaten. As both Kiba and Virgil continued fighting against Siegfried, they landed on the ground while keeping their guard up.
"I see. your technique and speed are higher than before." Siegfried said, impressed. "But it's a fact that only the tip of your sword can reach me."
"Oh really? Then how come I was able to hit you with my gunblade since I can reach you?" Virgil sarcastically asks, raised his eyebrow while Kiba chuckled a little.
Siegfried glared at his sarcasm, but there's a shallow cut on his cheek. Kiba and Virgil's attacks are working more than before, but they still can't inflict any meaningful wounds. Then, his demonic swords are starting to glow.
"Nothung! Tyrfing!"
Siegfried then started swinging the Nothing to the cut, leaving a huge cut that's created in the atmosphere which they're able to dodge that attack. He then starts swinging his Tyrfing as the huge crater was formed in the car park followed by the sound of tremors. Apparently, the demonic swords has different abilities he uses.
"How's this for next! Balmung!"
Siegfried thrust his Balmung that was covered with a drilled-shape aura towards both Kiba and Virgil, creating a powerful whirlwind from the sword that swept down on them, grinding the atmosphere. Virgil was able to use his Paradigm Shift to use Commando to Sentinel to use Steelguard to defend himself while Kiba changed his weapon into a Sword of Betrayal and created used his Balance Breaker to create a dragon knights and used half of them as a shield, causes them to shatter into pieces while the remaining half of the knights charged after Siegfried.
"Ha! Dainsleif!"
Siegfried then swung his Dainsleif to the side and the huge ice pillars were formed from the ground repeatedly that went towards Kiba and Virgil which the white-haired l'Cie was able to dodge just in time as he leaps in midair. The dragon knights was pierced by the ice pillars, shattered into pieces.
"Upward Swing" Virgil then descends down in front of Siegfried, swings his gunblade upward and sending him in midair.
"Soaring Tension" Virgil then leaps in the air as he delivers a slash combo, and flash stepped to the ground as Siegfried grunts in pain when the slash wound cuts open.
Siegfried's collection of demonic swords were a threat and has much abilities when he just swings his blades. Even if Kiba was able to shorten his distance, but his stamina won't last long while Virgil was able to land some hits on Siegfried because he fought him more than once a while back. The remaining dragon knights went after him as they're about to slash him, but Siegfried dodges without using his demonic swords with a smirk which he was able to figure out the weakness.
"I understand the weakness of that new Balance Breaker just by fighting with you for a short time." Siegfried states, dodging the attacks. "You can reflect your ability to the dragon knights, right? But you still can't reflect your techniques to them. These troops who only have speed that can't possibly compete against me."
Just as Siegfried tried to dodge the last dragon knight, one of the dragon knights showed movements that has techniques like Kibas as it cuts off one of his arms.
"Thundaga: Lightningfall" Virgil then uses thunder magic to strike Siegfried with lightning.
Siegfried groans in pain while feeling the numbness of electricity, but something happened to his body. He bent back and his expression was covered with pain. Siegfried looked at the dragon knight that cut off his arm as he removed his helmet off which happens to be Kiba.
"...Impossible...! Then the one over there is..."
Then, Siegfried realized how Kiba was able to cut off one of his arms. Kiba was a bit away from the dragon knights and was giving orders to them, but appearance started to change and it eventually disappeared.
"The one over there is my illusion." Kiba clarifies with a smirk. "It's made from demonic powers. The real me wore the dragon knights armor and hid among the other dragon knights waiting for you to lower your guard. I his among them when I used them as a shield while letting Virgil land some of the hits on you. I anticipated you would find out about my dragon knights weakness and waited you to lower your guard. Like I thought you did just as I expected, it seems like it's the battle-style of the Hero Faction to find their opponents weaknesses. So, I used that to my advantage."
"Since you guys love to poke someone's weaknesses, we decided to give a taste of your own medicine." Virgil adds with a smirk.
Siegfried was shocked that Kiba was able to turn the tables against him.
"This damage...Did you gain the power of a dragon slayer?!" Siegfried exclaims.
"Yes, the Dragon-slayer Holy-sword." Kiba confirmed, pointing his sword at him. "Since your Sacred Gear represents a dragon, it can't withstand this without any exceptions."
"...It is said that those are the hardest type to create; Dragon-slayer Holy-swords and Demonic swords." Siegfried points out shockingly. "But it looks like you learned how to do it. Quite the talent you have."
Virgil was impressed that Kiba can even make that blade, which he's not only a talented swordsman, but a talented bladesmith. Even though he made that blade while keeping it quiet from Issei. He's not Issei, so he'll let it slide because Kiba's reason.
"I was actually told by Azazel about Dragon-slayer swords after the battle against Diodora Astaroth, and it's one of the ways to stop Issei if he went berserk." Kiba explains. "Dragon-slayer Holy-swords and Demonic swords that is. Of course, I can make Dragon-slayer Holy-demonic-swords as well."
'So, he's researching it as one of the methods to stop Issei from going berserk. I'll admit, if he done it sooner, then I wouldn't beat Issei and Vali in their Juggernaut Drive mode.' Virgil mentally thought.
"But after that, Issei 'quits' the Juggernaut Drive and started to search for a power that wouldn't make him go berserk." Kiba continued. "So, I stopped my training for achieving Dragon-slayer Holy-demonic swords. But after got help from Virgil and Nora, I tried to achieve it once again."
Siegfried gritted his teeth with regret at Kiba's words which the white-haired l'Cie never thought that he would make an expression like this. It must've been humiliating for him to be in this situation which Virgil finds it amusing that Siegfried got a taste of karma.
"Just as expected from him." The voice of Rias said, approaching Issei with a smile. "Issei, you and Virgil trained with Kiba every time, right?"
"Yes, it's true." Issei admits, turns to Rias.
"I think that's an amazing thing." Rias said. "I admire his potential that can keep up with you and Virgil, Issei. Right now, you have such strength that you're able to fight against that Sairaorg who can combine with the Nemean Lion. What do you think about Kiba who can keep up with your training every time?"
"He's already a monster since he can keep up with me without wearing anything to protect himself." Issei answered.
That's his honest opinion. Kiba basically increased his defense by Fang and Virgil's rigorous training which was Knights weakness. The reason is because he's trying to master more than one which basically, he continues to train while not blocking the attacks and increasing defense, but avoiding the attacks.
"He's being overshadowed by Virgil's and your power, but he's also rising to be quite the formidable fighter." Rias told him. "From my point of view, you and Kiba have enough strength to become the representatives of the young Devils."
The reason Rias smiled is because one of her servants who she's proud of. If Issei remembered, Azazel mentioned something after the Rating Game against Sairaorg and his peerage. In the future when they participate in the Rating Game, the one who'll be in the spotlight for the same Dice Figure Game will not only be him, but Kiba. That's because since he had a chess piece that the value of 8, it'll be easier to use Kiba who has a value of 3 chess pieces. He's exactly right. If it's a dice game, then it'll be easier to use Kiba who cost less than him.
"The training with the Red Dragon Emperor and a l'Cie makes me even stronger." Kiba told him. "I recommend you to train with them once. Except you have to be prepared to lose your life when you train with either of them. Both Issei and Virgil doesn't hold back at all."
"You're right." Siegfried agrees with a sigh. "I will think about it, but that's if you can survive this."
Suddenly, mist appeared around him and the large number of Grim Reapers appeared once again which was from Georg's Sacred Gear. Virgil narrowed his eyes, figured that Georg summoned the Grim Reapers by using his Sacred Gear to connect the world outside. The number of Grim Reapers started to appear as if filling up the whole cark park which easily exceeded 200-300.
"You guys might have dodged them before, but having this many against you, you're more likely to get hit by their scythes now." Siegfried declared with a smirk.
Virgil couldn't but scowl at the Hero Factions underhanded tactics which they're not making it easy for them. However, Virgil just smirked for a second which left Siegfried confused.
"My, my, this is a bit troublesome." The voice of Akeno said when she strikes the number of Grim Reapers down with holy lightning. She, Rias, and Issei landed next to Kiba and Virgil.
"Nice timing, Akeno." Virgil told her, turned to Akeno. "But I refer making it a quick one."
"That makes two of us. But I don't think that'll happen." Akeno agrees as she, Kiba, Rias, Issei, and Virgil readied their fighting stance.
Even if they can count easily, the number of Grim Reapers exceeds up to 1,000. The whole field, the car park, both above and below the hotel, and also the sky is covered with Grim Reapers. The one on one battle between Azazel and Pluto continues, and no one could ever get close to them. If they have all those numbers come at them at once, they won't be able to dodge because their lifespan will be cut off by their scythes. However, if Issei was able to use his Triaina's Bishop and using his Dragon Blasters, then he'd be able to wipe out the large number of the Grim Reapers. But he doesn't have enough power to do it because he used it all up earlier. It happened when he's stuck while try to decide his next action. Until...
[Hey, Issei Hyoudou. Looks like you're in a pinch.]
[That's troublesome.]
[Grim Reapers are very troublesome.]
'These voices! Is it perhaps the previous wielders of the Boosted Gear?'
Issei closed his eyes and sent his thoughts deep within his Sacred Gear. The white world was filled with tables and chairs as usual, but the previous Boosted Gear users were wearing tuxedos, holding onto wine looking like gentlemen, and sitting on the chairs with elegance. One of the previous wielders was shaking a wine glass with no wine inside.
[To get out of a crisis like this, we can only use that correct?]
'What do you mean by 'that'?'
[Yes! We can only use that!]
[That must be it!]
One of the previous Boosted Gear users started to agree with each other which they're not telling Issei anything, but he's thinking that he'll be using Juggernaut Drive again. It got him worried that they might be saying something dangerous again, but one of the previous wielders disagreed.
[Wrong!]
[Yes! We have graduated from Juggernaut Drive!]
[We were introduced to something even greater by you...Yes]

'Huh...? W-What the heck are you guys saaaaaaaaying?! These idiotic jackasses!?'
They're wearing clothes befitting of gentlemen, so he's wondering what they're going to say and they said the power of breasts. To him, it's an outrageous thing they're predicted, and it's different from the power confirmed. Even if Issei would ever ask them, they're not listening and create a vision in the air of the white void, revealing someone's breasts. 'What are these guys muttering about?! I don't get it!'
Issei was stunned with his jaw dropped when one of the previous Boosted Gear users put a serious face.
[The time to take Switch Princess to another stage has come once again.]
Issei's mind then went back into a reality, noticed Rias, Akeno, Kiba, and Virgil were fighting the Grim Reapers which they're taking down a few numbers of them. He then turns to Azazel, who's still busy fighting against Pluto.
"A-Azazel! Something crazy is going on!" Issei called him which it got his attention.
"What is it, dumbass?! I'm having a hardcore battle this Lord Grim Reaper, dammit!" Azazel shouted over his communication device, causing Issei to flinch. "Wait, this conversation! It's similar to the story Tannin told me!? Don't tell me it's 'that'?! Is that it?!"
It didn't take long for Azazel to realize why Issei is calling and had something to tell him, but he's in the middle of a fight against Pluto.
"The past Boosted Gear users are telling me to make Rias' breasts go to the next stage!" Issei told him, but Azazel danced wildly after hearing that.
"It's hereeeeeeee! Yeees! Poke it now! Grope it! Touch it! Fuhahahahahaha!" Azazel shouts with a laugh.
"WILL YOU BOTH SHUT THE HELL UP AND FOCUS ON THE FIGHT ALREADY!?" Virgil yelled with the top of his lungs while slashing one of the Grim Reapers with his gunblade, then turns to Issei. "AND ISSEI! YOU BETTER GET YOUR ASS IN GEAR AND HURRY THE HELL UP!? CAUSE IF WE'RE DEAD FROM THE GRIM REAPERS AND YOUR PERVERSION, I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL KILL THE BOTH OF YOU!?"
Issei's face is paled white as a sheet of paper along with Azazel's, forgetting that the white-haired l'Cie can hear them.
"Geez, he's got no sense of humor." Azazel muttered, but decided to end this. "Hey, Heroes and Grim Reapers! Our boobie couple will release the infamous power of breasts! It's the ending technique of the Gremory group!"
'That's it! When this is all over, I'm gonna beat Azazel and Issei to a pulp!' Virgil mentally shouts with a tick mark on his head, surrounded by dark aura which it got Issei and Azazel scared while getting the message loud and clear.
"No, it can't be..." Siegfried said with horrified expression on his face, leaving Issei confused.
[Listen Issei, the time to use power of 'gift' on those breasts has come.]
'Power of transfer...? You're telling me to use 'gift' on Rias' breasts?!'
[Yeah, that's right. You should've been wondering what would happen if you use gift on those breasts for a while now.]
'Gift on her breasts...! I certainly was wondering what would happen if I use the power of transfer of Red Dragon Emperor on Rias' breasts.' Issei mentally thought. 'Will the size increase, or will the beauty of it increase, or will the elasticity have the ultimate bounciness? Those things made me wonder and I wanted to make it clear one day...! You could say that it's my ultimate research theme...! You're telling me I can do it...!'
"U-Um, there's something I would like you to hear!" Issei exclaims as he then turns to Rias since he needs to get her approval first.
"What is it?" Rias inquires. "I won't get shocked at anything you say anymore."
'What determination. It's not a normal psychological condition.' Issei mentally thought as he swallow a lump on his throat. 'What kind of crisis did she go through to respond and cope with things related to breasts...?'
Issei then gathered up his courage and said to Rias.
"Can I transfer the power of the Red Dragon Emperor to your breasts?" Issei offered.
It got Rias speechless for a second with his confession which this happens before during the time at Kyoto. Thinking for a moment, Rias spoke.
"I don't really get it, I didn't get what happened in Kyoto." Rias said with a strong tone of her voice. "To tell you the truth, I really don't get what is going on, but I understand! Please use the power of transfer on my breasts!"
After a moment of silent, Issei was completely stunned.
'What a magnificent woman she is...! If it's a normal woman, they would decline a crazy situation like this you know? And she gives an OK immediately...!' Issei mentally exclaims in disbelief, lowered his head down to her as he started to cry beneath his armor and gathered the energy from his gauntlet. "Let's go Boosted Gear! Transfer your power to Rias' breaaaaaaasts!"
Issei made the part of the gauntlet covering his hand disappeared. He then began to move his fingers and then touched her breasts, causing her to moan and started to transfer his powers to her.

"This is...My aura is replenishing!" Issei exclaims as the energy is surrounding him, replenishing his body and his power.
"It's the third phase! Rias! You are...! Your breasts entered the third phase!" Azazel shouts, witnessing the scene. "It's breast power! Another solid evidence is found for the power of breasts that I have been predicting!"
Issei was confused about, but he can use his powers now.
"Virgil! Let's finish this fight in one blow!" Issei shouts as Virgil gives him a nod. "Promotion to Welsh Blaster Bishop! Dragon Blaster!"
"Blizzaga: Diamond Dust" Virgil then used his Paradigm shift to switch his commando to ravager.
Issei charged up his cannons, aiming at the Grim Reapers as the amounts of aura are shot out from the cannon while Virgil fired his ice magic, killing the large number of Grim Reapers. With that shot and the ice magic, half of the army of the Grim Reapers have perished, but he used up his aura needed for the next blast. He then turned his attention to the light that's enveloped in Rias' breasts as she then fired the beam at the two, which it's replenishing their auras.
"What the?!" Virgil exclaims, feeling the aura surrounding him. "What's happening?!"

After receiving the red aura, it seems like the tension of the jewel increased.

It got both Rias and Issei embarrassed of his statement while Virgil is very annoyed. The white-haired l'Cie couldn't help but given Rias a sympathy look on his face.
"In other words, we should call her 'Crimson Bust Princess'!" Azazel adds with a smirk while fighting against Pluto. "To describe it in one word it's 'Breast Beam'! In other words 'Breast Battery'! You guys seriously are an insane idiot couple, aren't you!"

The group of the Grim Reapers were charging after them when Issei fired his dragon blaster, taking down the Grim Reapers.
"Army of One" Virgil then used his Paradigm shift to switch his ravager to commando, unleashing the flurry of slashes and firing his gunblade at the Grim Reapers.
"Thundara: Lightning Strikes" Virgil then used his Paradigm shift to switch his commando to ravager, cast a wall of bolts directly to the number of Grim Reapers.
Issei and Virgil then got themselves replenished by her breasts once the aura goes down.

Then, something happened that's unexpected, Rias' breasts were getting smaller.

The amount of aura sent both Issei and Virgil have increased as the Red Dragon Emperor aimed the cannons at the group of Grim Reapers.
"Uooooooooooo! The Grabbin' Dragon! I will defeat you terrorists with the breast power of Switch Princess and the power of the Red Dragon Emperor!" Issei yelled at the top of his lungs as he fired his aura at them.
"Thundaga: Savage Thunderstorm" Virgil then used his thunder magic to cast a series of thunder directly to the number of the Grim Reapers.
With the Dragon Blaster and the Savage Thunderstorm unleashed, the Grim Reapers and the surroundings were blown away as the field started to collapse after receiving a release of their powers.
"Stop theeeeeeem!" Siegfried shouts desperately. "Stop the Red Dragon Emperor, the l'Cie, and Switch Princess! At this rate, we'll actually be wiped out by their powers!"
"You guys, protect them with full strength!" Azazel ordered. "They're our pivot!"
And with that, Kiba and Akeno were protecting them while Virgil decided to give them a helping hand.
"I won't have you get in the way of those two." Kiba told them, readied his sword. "They're getting heated up, so you don't think it's bad to intrude on them?"
"I'm so jealous, Rias." Akeno said with a giggle. "Maybe I might get spoiled by Issei afterwards. My passion to have an affair gets heated up the more they get heated up."
'Oh brother.' Virgil mentally thought, rolled his eyes in annoyance.
Just the dragon blaster continued to fire, the field doesn't have anything left and it finally wiped out the number of Grim Reapers, but the only ones left were Siegfried, Georg, and Pluto. However, Issei turns to Rias and noticed that her breasts are already flat, such as the longer she sends out powers from her breasts, it grows smaller and now there isn't anything left. Issei starts to cry a lot when he compared Rias and Koneko's breast, causing Virgil to bonk him in the head very, slamming him down to ground and left him a massive bump on his head.
Koneko threw the rubble at Issei's head which she can throw very far despite at the 13th floor of the hotel, which she's very annoyed.
"Now, Siegfried, Georg, and Pluto, this is checkmate." Azazel said with a smirk when he and Pluto lands on the ground, pointed his spear of light at them.
"You have insane power like always, Red Dragon Emperor, Virgil Farron." Siegfried said, panting heavily.
"Like I told Cao Cao, arrogance is your downside." Virgil told him, pointed his gunblade at them with a serious glare.
The device in the car park was still active because Georg created a barrier that's small but powerful and Issei couldn't even take it down with the continuous shots of the Dragon Blaster. But now, Georg panted heavily because he's been putting all his power into defending. The barrier covered the device also began to shake. Even if he's the possessor of a Sacred Gears, there are limits. They surrounded Siegfried, Georg, and Pluto.
Then something happened, a noise echoed through the dimension which both Issei and Virgil something before. It's the sound they heard when a hole is created in a dimension. When they look up, a hole was created in the sky. They thought it was the appearance of a new enemy which Siegfried and the others also had expressions of doubt. The one who's intruded by making a hole in the dimension that has a familiar appearance as he lands between them.
"It has been a while, Welsh Dragon, Vanishing Dragon, and l'Cie." The voice of Shalba said with a glare.
The man was none other than the descendant of the Old Satan Faction who once appeared in the incident with Diodora Astaroth and the mastermind who's controlling his strings...Shalba Beelzebub.
