So I'm sorry to say, but I've lost inspiration and I've decided to drop this story. I'm really sorry, but I've been really busy with high school, the book I'm writing, all my other stories, my friends, and everything else so I just lost interest in it. However I'm going to go ahead and tell you how it ended.
So at the end of the last chapter Emma found out Elizabeth forgot about her. After that Peter goes to visit Elizabeth and they get into a fight. Peter realizes he misses the old Elizabeth and he's desperate to get her back so he kisses her. Elizabeth doesn't remember everything, but she remembers being with Peter so they get together (yayyy happy couple :p).
Elizabeth befriends the Lost Boys as she had before and maintains a close friendship with Felix even though she's with Peter. One day she's walking through the forest and she stumbles across the tree they hid Wendy in during that episode. Wendy's inside preparing to trick Henry and to her surprise Elizabeth finds her. They talk briefly and Wendy tries to convince Elizabeth that Peter is bad. She reveals his back story (in my version he's really Rumple's older brother who looks out for him while their father goes off and gets drunk. When they all go to Neverland he gets into a fight with their father and ends up killing him. Rumple is horrified and wants to leave so Peter lets him go with the shadow. Then the shadow says the whole thing about how boys aren't really supposed to live here they just visit and blah blah blah so when the hourglass runs out all the years that Peter's been in Neverland will catch up to him and he'll lose all his magic and die. So he's not really an old man!) Elizabeth starts to feel a little worried about it, but she doesn't want to believe it so she doesn't. Then Peter arrives so Elizabeth hides. She hears him talk to Wendy and then hears Henry talk to Wendy when he arrives and begins to realize Wendy was right and Peter really is evil. After they all leave she crawls out of the tree and starts to search for Felix.
When she finds him she demands to know the truth about everything and if Peter is really going to steal Henry's heart. Rather hesitantly Felix tells her the truth. Elizabeth is furious, but confused at the same time because even though she knows the truth now she still doesn't remember anything. All she remembers is Peter and Felix, but now she knows she had a life before that so she just feels really lost again. Being the wonderful Lost Boy he is Felix tries to comfort her, but Elizabeth doesn't want anything to do with him. She runs off into the forest and ends up running into Peter. He's in a really good mood because Henry has unknowingly agreed to give him his heart so he tries to sweep Elizabeth into his arms and kiss her, but she shoves him away. Surprised he asks why and she starts yelling at him about how she knows everything and is furious at him and never wants to see him again and that she's gonna go get Emma and save Henry. Peter tries to stop her, but in the end he lets her go.
Elizabeth marches on in search of Emma. In her mind she's going over all the events and trying to see if she can remember anything from her former life off of Neverland. Still the only thing she can remember is being with Peter. She stops to rest and think about everything. Every moment with Peter replays in her mind and she wishes the past few hours had just been a dream and that she'd wake up next to Peter and they'd be together again. She pushes the thoughts away and tries to convince herself that he's the monster everyone says he is. For the most part she succeeds, but she still can't forget about how she felt when she was with him. As she's sitting there Emma, Mary Margaret, Neal, Hook, Tinkerbelle, David, Mr. Gold, and Regina appear. She still doesn't remember them, but she knows who they are and she's happy to see them. Emma apologizes for everything and they all hug and try to make sure she's okay. She assures them she isn't injured and then tells them about Peter's plans and what will happen to Henry.
They make their plans and then break into Peter's camp. He and Henry have already left and Felix is nowhere to be found. Elizabeth sets off to find Felix while Emma, Regina, Mr. Gold, and Neal go after Henry. She finds him in the woods and explains what happened. Felix isn't worried, having faith that Peter will succeed in his quest and will retrieve Henry's heart. Elizabeth gets into a fight with him and tries to convince him it isn't right that they're going to kill an innocent boy. She argues about finding a different way and about making sacrifices, but Felix doesn't listen. Elizabeth gets mad and starts yelling about how she hates them all and she just wants to get off of the island and never see them again. Felix tells her is doesn't matter what she wants because after tonight Peter will be strong enough to get whatever or whoever he wanted, including her. Elizabeth is surprised that she's happy to hear that Peter wants her. A small part of her suggests that she wants Peter too and she realizes it's true. She convinces Felix to take her to Peter and Henry so she can stop him from making the mistake of killing Henry. Surprisingly Felix does as she says.
At Skull Rock they pass through the enchanted barrier with ease because the clouds still cover the moon, hiding their shadows. Inside they find Peter facing Henry with Emma, Neal, and Regina watching intently. They all seem surprised to see Felix and Elizabeth arrive, including Peter. Elizabeth tries to convince Peter that there's another way and he doesn't have to do it, but he doesn't listen. He tells her it's too late and this is the only way to save magic. Elizabeth moves forward to stop Peter, but Felix holds her back. Still she tries talk him out of it while the others talk to Henry. Eventually Henry gives Peter his heart and falls dead. While they rush to Henry's side Peter approaches Elizabeth, tells her she's free then he and Felix leave. Elizabeth watches them leave, but stays with Emma.
When they return to the others they form a plan to retrieve Henry's heart. It's Elizabeth and Mary Margaret's job to convince the Lost Boys to help them. With lots of coaxing and persuading they finally get the Lost Boys to betray Peter and they decide to return home with them. Felix is the only one who doesn't agree. Elizabeth tries to talk to him, but he ignores her, only telling her where Peter is staying, but nothing more. Elizabeth runs to find Peter before Emma, Regina, and Mary Margaret do. She finds him and tries once again to convince him of another way. Peter in turn tries to convince her that this was the right thing. He just wants her to be happy that they've actually got a chance because now he won't die. Elizabeth gets frustrated and tells him she'd rather he had died than kill Henry. Peter ignores her so she leaves him and returns to Felix.
She relates the events to Felix, who still cares about her, so he tries to calm her down. They talk until Emma returns with the heart and with Mr. Gold in the Pandora box. Elizabeth feels a rush of horror as she realizes that Peter must be dying. As they load Hook's ship she goes to look for him again. She finds him in the same place as before. They don't speak at first, but then Elizabeth apologizes and they talk. Eventually Peter kisses her. He uses what little magic he has left to restore her memories while they kiss. Elizabeth feels a rush of anger at Peter for taking them away in the first place so she returns to the ship. She feels a new rush of love towards Emma and everyone else since she remembers them now so she gives them each a big hug and tells them her memories have returned. When asked how that happened she just shrugs, but she tells Felix the truth. While they talk Henry approaches them with some food. Elizabeth gives him a hug and welcomes him back then leaves him with Felix to talk to Emma. She apologizes properly and then they share a sister moment. :D All the while Elizabeth feels a pang of sadness, and she knows it's because of Peter.
When they return to Storybrooke Henry insists that Felix be put in jail and everyone else agrees. Elizabeth steps between him and the others and argues that he's not dangerous. She says he helped her while she was Peter's prisoner and she wouldn't let them put him in jail. They put her in charge of him and take him back to Granny's Inn. Elizabeth stays with him and so do Devin and Tyler. They spend the day talking and goofing off. Elizabeth explains all the modern stuff to them and teaches then how to use it. And she finally gets to take a real shower (I can just imagine her relief ;p) She also teaches them about sports and real games so they don't have to play games where someone could die. The other Lost Boys join them in this and pretty soon they've got a football game going. Even Henry joins them. Elizabeth cheers for both teams, but Felix's team ends up winning. Feeling truly happy for the first time since she left Neverland she gives him a big hug and Felix kisses her. Elizabeth almost pushes him away, but then she realizes she likes it so she kisses him back. Henry interrupts them and tells Elizabeth Emma is looking for her. As she leaves Elizabeth can hear Felix and Henry arguing. She goes back and brings Felix with her. Henry gives Felix a deathly look, but lets them go.
Emma and Elizabeth eat at Granny's with Felix. At first Emma is a little weary of the Lost Boy, but she warms up to him in the end. While they're there they discover that Peter's shadow has somehow escaped from the sail and killed the Blue Fairy. They conclude that Peter is still alive and Henry demands that Regina take him and Elizabeth somewhere safe so Peter can't steal them again. Regina agrees and she takes them to her father's grave and then they go under to her little magic place (sorry, forgot what that was called!). Elizabeth insists Felix come, but Regina refuses to let him near Henry so he goes with David. While in the little magic place Henry knocks out Regina and Elizabeth and leaves.
Emma, Mary Margaret, David, Neal, Hook, Tinkerbelle, Belle, Mr. Gold, Felix, and the Henry in Peter's body arrive. They revive Regina and Elizabeth and explain what happened. David sends Elizabeth and Felix back to Granny's Inn for safekeeping while they try to switch Henry back into his body. When they reach Granny's Elizabeth explains what happened to Ruby and Granny then she and Felix return to their room. There she confesses to Felix that she cares more for Peter than she does for him and she always has. Felix tells her that he already knew that, but he loves her anyways. He kisses her again then promises to help her help Peter. Then they sneak out of Granny's and try to find the others and Peter.
Eventually they come across them standing in the middle of the street with Peter. Elizabeth steps in between them and breaks the spell Peter had over them. Emma tries to tell Elizabeth to leave, but she ignores her. She steps up to Peter and he tells her that he's sorry for everything he's done. She forgives him and they lean in to kiss, but Mr. Gold appears and stabs Peter with his dagger. Peter falls to the ground and Emma jerks Elizabeth back to keep her out of the way. Mr. Gold prepares to deal the finishing blow, but Felix stops him. Mr. Gold stabs Felix instead and he falls down dead.
Before Mr. Gold kills him Peter tells Elizabeth that he loves her. He tells her not to forget that he loves her, even when they try to tell her otherwise he wants her to remember that he really loves her. Elizabeth manages to break free of Emma's grasp and throws herself over Peter's body before Mr. Gold can kill him. She tells him that she loves him and then they kiss. As they kiss a powerful blast of magic bursts forth and knocks the others back. Peter is healed and returned to normal. He realizes that Elizabeth posses the heart of the truest believer also. At the same time he possesses it too because Elizabeth had given him her heart completely, just as Peter had given her his. 3
