Chapter Six: Woodland Park Zoo (Part 2)

"Yes that's right your mum's deserve the spa treatment after all," Zander explained.

"Is that enough time uncle Logan?" Tai asked.

"Yes it's enough time for you guys to buy whatever you want in the gift shop,"

"I want to buy something for mommy can I daddy?" Maddie asked.

"I'm sure she would love whatever you pick baby girl," Logan began to say putting the twins inside the stroller first since they seem tired from walking all over the zoo then Veronica next with their little sister Hermione sleeping covered with a blanket in the front next to Veronica who carefully held her "You guys ready to go?" he explained.

"Yeah we're ready to go daddy," Veronica whispered.

"Good come on?" Zander offered.

Teddy however, was held by Hermione putting him in his baby pouch as he didn't want to be in the stroller just yet so she put it away inside her bag which was perfect to put away thanks to magic but, Logan and Zander didn't need to know that.

"Momma?" Teddy asked.

"Yes Teddy?"

"What's that?"

"That's a grizzling bear do you want it?"

Teddy perked up "Yesh please,"

"What about a werewolf?"

"They have a werewolf momma?"

"As a stuff animal yes they do?"

Teddy scanned around "Momma?"

"Yes Teddy?"

"Can I please be on the ground?"

"You want me to put you down?"

"Yesh,"

"Okay but, don't run off to far huh it's a big store,"

"I won't," Teddy was put down next to his momma Hermione "Momma?"

"Yes Teddy?"

"Can I have that?"

Hermione blinked her eyes looking at what Teddy was staring at apparently it was a werewolf similar to Teddy's birth father Remus which was rarely odd even for her.

"Umm… sure… let's go see how much it is" Hermione began to say in murmured seeing the sale's women "Excuse me do you work here?"

"Yes I do can I help you with anything ma'am?"

"Yes… I was wondering how much is this stuff animal…?"

The sale women blinked her eyes at the stuff animal furrowing her eyebrows "That's odd I don't remember seeing this in the shelf…" she began to say noticing there's a shelf of the werewolf then shook her head "It would seem it's on sale?" she explained.

"Is it really how much?" Hermione asked.

"Well… if you buy 10 of these you get ten more for free of any toy 75% in this whole entire store?"

"Really…?"

"Yes apparently so…I wasn't told this until I saw the sign here"

"Can I momma can I?"

Hermione sighed tiredly holding her baby boy "You really want this don't you Teddy?"

"Yes momma,"

"Well… alright then… do you guys have a cart my son wants most of these toys in this store,"

"Yes, yes of course I'll go grab one for you ma'am,"

"Thank you very much,"

"Hey?" Logan began to say noticing the werewolf that he had to blink his eyes as it was similar to his old professor Remus which was very odd "What's wrong?" he explained.

"Nothing's wrong it's just Teddy wanted this werewolf?"

"Werewolf…?"

"Mhmm yes… it reminds him of his birth father Remus… he loves werewolves,"

Logan pats Teddy on the head knowing the feeling "That makes two of us huh kiddo,"

Teddy nodded at this "Yeah,"

"Daddy?"

"Yes Liv?"

"Can I have one too?"

"You want this toy too?"

"Yeah that lady told Minnie if we buy ten toys we get ten toys for free that's 75% off in this whole store right Minnie?"

Hermione lips twitched in amuse "Yes that's right Olivia,"

"I told you daddy,"

Logan sighed tiredly "Well .. go on then we both know you love these Panda's,"

"That's not the only ones that I like daddy?"

"Oh and what else do you have in mind?"

"I want a lion, a tiger, a bear, a giraffe and ummm werewolf?"

"That's five so far?"

"Ummm… I want another bear, a zebra and ummm a puma, and ummm another bear and another lion?"

"Okay so that's ten toys and you get ten other toys for free which is 75% off which isn't bad I wonder what brought that on?"

"That's a lot of toys daddy?"

"Well you're the one who wanted that many toys?"

Olivia pouted at this "Momma would've helped,"

Logan sighed picking his daughter "Okay Liv tell me where you want to get?"

"Really daddy?" Olivia perked up "Can I really?"

"Yes but, let's not forget your sisters so we'll have to share each of them okay?"

"Okay," Olivia nodded at this "Minnie why don't you and Teddy go with us to the other side of the store there's more toys there and other stuff," she explained.

"We would love too come on Teddy maybe we can find Neville and Luna here they bound to be here somewhere," Hermione murmured.

"Okay momma," Teddy nodded at this nuzzling his head against hers being his momma "Look momma I see uncle Nev and auntie Luna with Max and his kids,"

"Yes that's right… let's go join them shall we?" Hermione explained.

"We shall," Logan smirked offering his arm which she happily accepted as they went to meet the rest of their friends "Hey Max I found Mia and Teddy they were in the other side of the store," he explained.

"There you guys are we were getting worried," Zander worriedly says.

"I wasn't worried daddy. Minnie told me that she's going to look around," Tai explained grabbing a honey and grizzly bear.

"And why didn't you tell me that Tai?" Zander scolded him playfully.

"You never asked me," Tai explained causing everyone to chuckle.

Zander however, grumbled under his breath "Come here you little munchkin," he began to say noticing the toys on the cart "That's a lot of toys?" he explained.

"Apparently there's a sale today?"

"Really? What kind of sale?"

"Buy ten toys and get ten toys for free apparently it's .. 75% off of the whole store," Hermione murmured frowning not remembering this but, apparently it was on the sign.

"Can we daddy?" Matt asked.

"You want twenty toys in this whole entire store?"

"Yeah,"

"You have plenty of toys at home,"

"I know but, I want to buy a toy from the zoo daddy?"

Zander sighed tiredly "Well alright… just you know don't forget your brothers it's a lot of toys,"

"I won't forget daddy,"

"So you guys for another round to look at the animals before we head home?" Logan offered.

"Yeah!" Tai, Matt, T.K. Olivia, Maddie and Veronica with the youngest siblings cheered while Teddy yawned sleeping.

"How about you kiddo? Are you excited to look at the animals?" Zander asked looking at Teddy who nodded at this.

"Yeah I'm excited," Teddy beamed at this "Where are we going next?"

"How about the birds and the reptiles we haven't went there yet?" Logan offered.

"Okay as long as we don't look at snakes they're evil daddy," Olivia announced causing Logan to laugh out loud as Olivia inherited that from their mother Zoey who detested snakes even as a child.

"Daddy, daddy look it's an owl," Veronica whispered staring at the owl with an awe look "It's so pretty,"

Hermione giggled looking around and did a whistle over the owl which happens to be her pet white owl name Theseus flew on her shoulder causing Veronica, Olivia, Maddie, Tai, Matt, T.K. stare at her with awe looks.

"Cool… how did you do that Minnie," Tai whispered.

"Magic," Hermione giggled causing the kids to stare at her as if she's their hero "Do you want to pet him?" she asked.

"Can we… can we daddy?" Olivia perked up.

Logan raise his eyebrow at his sister who kept her face firm with a challenge look as he shook his head "Yeah you can pet him but, be very careful," he warned his oldest daughter.

Olivia reached her small arms and petted the owl Theseus who gave a soft hoo purr causing her to giggle "Good owl," she began to say as Theseus scooted closer to her "What's his name Minnie?"

"Theseus … he's a very intelligent owl aren't you boy?" Hermione cooed over her pet owl Theseus hooed proudly giving her a soft nip then gave him an owl treat "There you go boy happy hunting," she explained as the owl flew away leaving the kids to watch.

"Minnie?" Matt asked.

"Yes Matty?"

"Is that your owl?"

Hermione lips twitched in amusement "Something like that… let's keep it a secret huh?"

Matt giggled "Okay I'll promise to keep it as a secret Minnie,"

"Thanks Matty," Hermione winked playfully looking at the time then widen her eyes in surprise "Oh it's that time?" she explained.

"What's wrong?" Logan asked.

"Nothing I just realize it's starting to get late the zoo is going to close within an hour,"

"Is it really?" Zander looked at his watch as it stating 5:20 p.m. with wide eyes "Oh she's right Matty o' bean we promise our wives that we'll pick them up once we leave the zoo we should get going huh?" he explained.

"Yes, yes we should," Logan nodded at this "Come on kids it's time for us to go," he explained.

"Awe can't we see the bears again daddy?" Veronica pouted at this.

"Sorry baby Vee we already saw the bears more than once today remember besides you have a solviner to remember them by?" Logan pointed out.

Veronica pouted "But, what about my present for mommy?" she murmured.

Logan sighed "We'll find something at the mall I need to pick up something up anyway?" he murmured.

"Do you promise daddy?" Veronica asked.

"Yeah I promise baby Vee come on it's time for us to go we have to get your mom pretty soon anyway," Logan explained.

Veronica grew quiet "But, what about Minnie, Luna, Neville and Teddy? Are they going with us?" she asked.

Logan felt his heart break for his baby girl Veronica who grew fond with Hermione along with the rest of the kids "Hermione is probably going to head home after this," he explained softley.

"Can we visit Minnie tomorrow daddy?" Veronica perked up.

Logan gave a weak smile turning to Hermione who gave a smile "I don't see why not do you mind?" he asked.

"Not at all I was just going to ask you if you want to hang out tomorrow there's a park not far where I live we can meet there or something?" Hermione offered.

"What about me?" Tai pouted at this.

"You're also invited too Tai and your family too?" Luna explained softly.

"Really?" Tai perked up.

"Mhmm why don't we have a little picnic with BBQ how does that sound?"

"BBQ can we daddy?" Matt perked up he loves BBQ.

Zander chuckled "Yeah why not and you can meet our wive's tomorrow they're excited to meet you?" he explained.

"And I can't to meet them," Hermione gave a small smile at this seeing her car two cars ahead of her "That's our ride we'll see you guys tomorrow?" she explained.

"See you guys tomorrow drive careful," Logan and Zander explained waving goodbye at their little sister Hermione, Neville, Luna, Teddy heading inside their cars after strapping Teddy in his car seat.

"And you drive careful too," Hermione explained.

"Will do since Max here is driving us home," Logan pointed out at Zander who rolled his eyes playfully "It was nice meeting you though," he explained.

"You too… I'll uh see you guys tomorrow?" Hermione offered.

"Until tomorrow?" Zander explained.

Once Hermione, Neville, Luna and Teddy left driving off heading home they were once again alone putting the kids away.

"Daddy I like Minnie," Olivia perked up.

"Oh do you now why is that?" Logan asked.

Olivia gave a thinking expression "She's nice daddy," she announced.

Logan chuckled lowly "Well of course she is and do you like Teddy too he's pretty shy kid huh?" he asked.

"Yeah he's very shy I can tell," Maddie explained.

"Oh don't tell me you have a crush on him?" Logan playfully says.

Maddie giggled "No daddy Teddy's my best friend," she announced.

"No he's my best friend," Tai argued back.

"No mine,"

"No mine,"

"No he's my best friend,"

"Kids, kids, kids no fighting and Teddy can be all your best friend since he's not a toy huh?" Zander scolded his kids causing them to bow their heads sadly "Since we're going to the mall why don't we get ice cream before we grab momma huh?" he offered.

"Can we daddy?"

"Yeah why not we deserve a break after the zoo,"

"Yeah," The kids cheered giving Zander to drove off with Logan sitting next to him after they put the kids inside their carseats buckled safely with their youngest sleeping inside their car seats that's connected to their stroller.

"So… you guys like Hermione huh?" Zander explained.

"Yeah she's really nice daddy?" Tai perked up "I like her,"

"Oh do you now?" Zander told him.

"Yeah she's the best and she has an owl," Matt announced.

"Yeah that was some owl huh kids?" Logan asked.

"Yeah daddy I want a pet owl?" Olivia announced.

Logan sighed at this "You like a lots of pets don't you Liv?" he explained.

"Uh huh when I grow up I want a big farm full of animals daddy and my husband will be happy with it," Olivia giggled at this "And we'll have lots of kids and you'll be a grandpa daddy,"

"Husband and kids," Logan cried out playfully "Oh no you don't Olivia Dove Rose Granger you are not dating until your 30 years old," he scolded her.

"Daddy…" Oliva whined at this with a giggle "Boys are yucky,"

"Hey I'm a boy and I'm not yucky?"

"Your my cousin Tai you don't count,"

"Oh…" Tai grew quiet then realize what she meant "Heyyy that's not very nice Liv... daddy!" he whined at this.

"Olivia Dove Rose Granger don't be mean to your cousin," Logan scolded her playfully.

"Sorry daddy…" Olivia pouted then turned to her cousin "Sorry Tai-Tai," she explained giving him a kiss on the cheek which he wiped it off.

"Ewe cooties why did you kiss me for?"

"You're my cousin I'm allowed too," Olivia huffed at this "And besides you're supposed to say I forgive you Liv,"

Tai sighed at this "I forgive you Liv happy?"

"No not really but, it's okay I still love you,"

Tai rolled his eyes "Oh ha-ha-ha," he poked his tongue at this.

"Taichi Kamiya Joseph James Granger I saw that," Zander scolded him causing Tai flush "Don't think I'm not watching you Taichi," he explained.

"Sorry daddy," Tai murmured.

In the other side of the zoo where you'll see a small town of Forks High—there's a reservation of La Push. Ariel Granger (a.k.a. AJ Santiago) and Aquarius Collins (a.k.a. Aqua Granger being their cousin) were hanging out upon the trees talking about what they should do and haven't gotten home since this morning and decided to take a walk and headed to their secret hiding spot which was high up on the trees.

"Lil Red…"

"Yeah…"

"How long do you want to be up here?"

Ariel sighed at this "I was hoping for the whole day but, I know deep down I can't avoid this forever…" she whispered.

Aqua soften her eyes "It's okay to miss them you know,"

"I know… I miss them very much…" Ariel began to say causing Aqua to rush over to hug her cousin being her best friend "Why did they have to die… Aqua... " she whimpered.

"I don't know babez… it's just … one of those things… we have to … accept it's part of… God's plan…" Aqua murmured.

Ariel wiped her eyes "I hate this… I hate crying…" she murmured.

"I know…"

"I don't like lying to him... "

"I don't like lying to Jared either… although he knows that we're cousins…"

"How did he find out?"

"Well… you weren't the only one who loves auntie Emmy and uncle Dan or … even Mio… their my family too…"

"Oh yeah...I keep forgetting we're cousins…"

"Well yeah we had to pretend we're not a family even though we are,"

"I really hate this… this sucks,"

"Totally sucks….although we have to tell them don't we…I mean … they are our fiancee's…"

"How can I forget… if it wasn't for that stupid muggle I would've told Sammy the truth first thing but, then she had to break Jake's heart,"

Aqua scowled "That makes two of us I don't see why Jake would like her she's not even that pretty," she scoffed at this "I mean who would like a plain girl like her, if anything Mia is better off with either of the pack members," she explained.

"What about Leelee?"

"I'm sure she would've found someone or you know we could've hooked her up with someone?"

"Like who? Most of our friends are dead in England?"

"Well not all of them?"

"What do you mean?"

"Meaning… Robb… Jon… Peter… are still alive?"

"As in Newt Scamander III cousins?"

"Yeah they're living in America didn't I tell you?"

"No… no one told me anything,"

"Oops…"

Ariel rolled her eyes and sighed "It's fine I would've been too busy to notice that too,"

"Well we were pretty busy from the past three years haven't we…"

"We have…"

"So what should we do with our fiancee's…"

"You mean Sam and Jared…"

"Yeah…"

"Well… we hide the truth from them for three years I think that's enough with secrets… but, I'm scared…"

"Scared what would you be scared?"

"That Sammy won't love me anymore… even if it's the *imprint* thing … you really think he would love me…"

"Ariel… Sam loves you even before he was a werewolf or shapeshifter if we're going to be gonna be honest with them but, I hardly doubt he wouldn't just love you… your it for him?"

"But, I broke Leah's relationship with him…and even if LeeLee wasn't with Jake it would still my fault"

"It may look like you did but, you really didn't…it took you a whole year before you even notice Sam or have feelings for him… it took a long time to realize you have strong feelings for the bloke and told you the whole *imprint* thing a year later...remember?"

"That's because I didn't want to hurt LeeLee?"

"I know but, even if we didn't come here… they would've broken up anyway…"

"You really think so?"

"Maybe…although from what I heard they were high school lovers very much in love I guess … in a way it brought them to be distant with one another once they got older"

"That doesn't make me feel any better Aqua although since we're up here… I have to tell you something?"

"What is it?"

Ariel held grabbing her pendant showing Aqua who widen her eyes noticing the glow light "It's been glowing since yesterday?" she whispered.

"Yesterday?"

"Yeah I didn't know what it meant until… now…"

"What does it mean?"

"Not sure… but, I have a feeling it's either good or bad but, mostly good?"

"Good… how so?"

Ariel sighed at this "Well it never glowed for this long… last time that happened it was three—" she stopped to realize as it was dawned to her "Hold on… do you remember what happen last night?" she explained.

"Last night… no what happen last night?"

"Well I felt … something powerful coming… I wasn't sure why but, it felt really familiar to me?"

"Familiar how so?"

"Not sure...it just … felt very familiar like… it was Mia's magic…?"

Aqua paled at this "That's impossible… there's no way she'd—" she stopped to realize then turned to her cousin Ariel "Unless she did?" she explained.

"Is it possible that the Dailey Prophet didn't know she's alive?" Ariel explained.

"I barely follow the Daily Prophet… to be honest since it's absolutely rubbish, they always made up lies about Mio no matter what,"

"True… but, considering they said they claimed to found a body only to say it's only ashes from the attack?"

"What are you trying to say Red?"

"Not sure… but, I don't think I like where this is going… maybe Logan and Zander know?"

"What makes you think they know?"

Ariel shrugged at this "Despite how we've been busy lately they were also in patrol with me without Sammy and the pack finding out but, I went to bed early since I felt really tired so I let them took over and I haven't heard anything yet," she explained.

"I can ask around … Robb, Jon and Peter owe me one and I'll see what I can find out,"

"Good because we're going to need it Blue we should get head back before we really worried them,"

"Right behind you cousin dear,"

"And yet Jared and Sam are going to be in cousin's in-law don't you find that weird?"

"Not at all since we're already family so there's nothing weird about it,"

"True… true…" Ariel sighed at this as she grabbed Aqua's hand "Ready to head home?"

"No... " Aqua pouted at this with a steadying breath "But, if we're going to go home we might as well go together," she explained apparting to the woods they scanned around making sure they were alone and walked home.

Ariel's P.O.V.

Aqua and I came back home when Sam and the pack were in patrol… Rae, Alex where we call her Lexy, and Daisy noticed we got back around 4:45 in the afternoon as if they didn't have anything else to worry about.

"Hey…" Alex asked raising her eyebrow.

"Hey…"

"Are you guys okay?"

"Of course she's not okay Lexy honestly," Daisy scoffed at this as she rushed over us "I'm so sorry about your parents and … your sister we didn't know…" she whispered.

"It's fine they been … gone for six years … I just wanted to celebrate since it's past their wedding anniversary so I figured… their wedding anniversary was appropriate and as for my sister well… I just wanted to add her into the mix … that's all.." I murmured.

"Of course…we would've understood I just…" Rae began to say speaking up after a short silence "I know how that feels…losing someone that you care about..." she whispered.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

Rae held her breath "I wasn't sure if … you knew but, my mom … got killed in a car accident when I was … little… Jake was only 9 years old when that happened… it broke my dad's heart… it was like part of his soul was gone with my mom so my sister Bex and I would have to portray as a mother figure to Jacob when he was really little until we got older and live our lives… until I came home graduating from college while Bex is living in Hawaii with her family ... so I know how it feels...it's not something we talk about but, if you need to talk … I'm here for you okay," she explained.

"Thank you Rae…that means a lot," I held myself my tears but, it failed "Umm… do you guys mind if I continue to make the cake," she murmured.

"Yeah of course it's not like they wouldn't mind anyway," Rae murmured giving me a hand squeeze.

"Thanks Rae you're a good friend,"

"Well I would hope so we're best friends besides LeeLee of course,"

"Yeah that's true."

"So… um… what was that outburst before… that you and AJ are cousins?"

"Oh… that … umm… well she's my cousin?"

"Cousin?"

"Yeah we're cousins?"

"I didn't know you were cousins?"

"Not a lot of people do…"

"Why didn't you tell us?"

Aqua sighed at this "It wasn't something we talk about not that I'm ashamed of AJ or anything it's just … we been through a lot in England so… it's a bit sensitive for either of us to talk about our family so…" she whispered.

Alex, Daisy and Rae soften their eyes "Oh…" Daisy grew quiet with a sigh "Well… you know if you guys want to talk … we're here…" she murmured.

"And we won't pity you not over this… I hate when people do that," Rae pointed out.

"Yeah what she said… I know we didn't know each other long but, you guys are like my family… I'm just a little disappointed that you didn't tell us this…" Daisy whispered.

"We're sorry neither of us knew who to trust around these parts…"

"It's okay just like Daisy said we're always here for you guys okay,"

"Thanks guys… I'm going to decorate the cake,"

"Of course it's just sitting there I added the frosting so I figured you can do the decorations since you're good at that,"

"Thanks Rae it looks brilliant,"

"Oh stop… I'm not that good but, thanks for the compliment,"

"No really this is really good have you ever thought about … being a cake decorator you could make good money for it?"

Rae paused for a moment "You know I was actually considering baking but, I never thought of it as a career… but, I might consider that thanks AJ… or should I say Ariel?" she explained.

"You heard that huh?" Aqua flushed causing the girls to giggle with a nod "So I tend to get a little overprotective with my family and my friends who I consider family anyone would've understood that?" she explained.

"Trust me I get it but, I think you guys should talk to Sam and Jared… they were really worried about you guys… where were you guys anyway we couldn't find you anywhere?"

"Around?" Aqua shrugged at this "And your right… I should talk to Jared…" she murmured.

"And I should talk to Sam...about everything…" I murmured.

"Are you sure Red…?" Aqua whispered.

"Yeah… I think it's time he knows the truth… I mean we are getting married after all if he still wants to marry me that is…" I sighed at this causing Aqua to soften her eyes "I did lie to him…" she whispered.

"You have a good reason for that… it's not like we couldn't trust anyone that easily," Aqua whispered.

"Yeah… I know…so what do we do?"

"We just have to suck it up and tell them the truth…" Aqua sighed at this stretching her neck a bit "I mean I know I do Jared and I never lied to each other and I'm not planning on doing so after all… we're getting married soon but, now I'm not sure…" she whispered.

"I'm sure that's not true Jared loves you Aqua," Alex pointed out.

"Y-you think so?" Aqua voice was small at this which I noticed "I mean I… did walk out," she pointed out.

"True but, you guys were upset anyone who would through that would've understood guys," Rae pointed out.

Aqua grew quiet with a slowly nod at this "Your right… as soon as they get back Jared and I will talk…" she began to say pausing for a moment "Although in our defense we didn't know who to trust when we first got here if it wasn't for Mio," she pointed out.

"Mio?" Rae asked blinking her eyes owlish all confuse.

"My sister," I quickly added.

"Her name is Mio?" Alex asked.

"No that's her nickname her name is a bit of a mouthful so I just call her Mio for short,"

"Oh… what's her name?"

"Hermione…. Hermione Santiago," I lied at this.

"That's a pretty name,"

"And unique from the Winter Tale right?"

"Yes how did you know?"

"It's one of my favorite books growing up still is but, I didn't realize there's a name of Hermione somewhere that's really cool,"

"It is," I nodded at this "My parents were debating either to call my sister Hermione from Shakespeare, who's also named after our nana who was named after Winter Tale from my dad's side so it's still debatable," I explained.

"Really?"

"Mhmm she had the best reputation back when she was … living in New York… back in the early 1800's,"

"She sounds amazing,"

"She is… she's my hero… if anything she's my hero…" I whispered not realizing that my fiancee Sam and the pack came back from patrol.

"But, seriously though what are we going to do with Sam and Jared?" Aqua spoke up.

Rae was about to answer but, I cut her off "Hold on … " I began to say causing the girls to turn to me "I just realize something?" I explained.

"Oh and what's that AJ?" Alex asked.

I raise my eyebrow at her "Aren't you supposed to be in patrol with the guys Lexy?" I accused her playfully.

"Oh that…" Alex waved it off "Nah Sam told me that I can take a break besides I don't patrol until tonight since Quinn and I switch patrol shifts when we have the time," she explained.

"Oh really…?" I asked.

"Yeah but, don't worry it's okay Quinn and I don't mind besides we have so many recruits it's hard to keep track ya know," Alex explained.

"Right… right…" I murmured.

Sam's P.O.V.

"Okay guys….we should head home it's almost dinner time?" I announced since we're done with patrol but, will go back later due to double patrols.

"What about AJ and Aqua we still need to find them," Jared protested weakly.

"Look Jared as much as I want to look for them… AJ needs to cool off and same with Aqua…I'm not going to push AJ over this especially after what happen today," I argued back causing him in silence.

"Yeah I know that but, what abo—" Jared stopped mid-sentence as his jaw dropped to see his fiancee Aqua chatting away with AJ who was setting the table "Aqua…" he blurted out.

Aqua however, squeaked slowly turning around "Oh-oh-oh," she gave a weak wave causing Jared to gawk at her "Hey … Jar-bear… what's up…?" she cautiously explained.

"What's up… what's up…" Jared began to say rushing over to his fiancee Aqua who winced at his harsh tone "Where have you been!?" he cried out in anger.

"Don't yell at me," Aqua stiffly growled.

Jared whimpered slumping his shoulders "I'm sorry…" he muttered at this.

Aqua soften her eyes "No… no… I'm sorry…" she began to say causing everyone looked back and forth watching the scene "Look…" she sighed at this setting the food on the table "I'm sorry for walking out earlier… it's just been a bit very sensitive for me today… that's all…" she whispered.

"And I'm sorry for being an insensitive jerk I mean I didn't even—" Jared stopped mid-sentence noticing AJ peeking through the doors "Know that you lost your uncle, aunt and cousin today of all days…you barely talk about your family since you moved down here…" he whispered.

"That's because you never asked me," Aqua pointed out.

Jared blinked his eyes dumbly opening his mouth and closed repeatedly like a fish "What?" he whispered.

"I said you never asked me," Aqua shrugged at this "And even if you did… I still wouldn't tell you… it's still sensitive for me… to talk about...especially for Ar—AJ," she explained who managed to fix her minor slip-up.

"R-right…" Jared grew quiet "Where have you been I've been looking for you all over town and I couldn't find you anywhere?" he explained.

Aqua and AJ looked at each other with a shrug "I've been around," Aqua explained.

Jared stared at his fiancee then shook his head rushing over to hugging Aqua who gave a soften look who returned the hug "You really scared me babe…I thought something bad happened to you please don't do that I can't bare to think if I lost you..." he whispered.

"I'm sorry… I didn't mean to walk… out or worry you…" Aqua whispered.

"No it's okay I should've been more considerate with your feelings … I didn't even know you guys were related… you failed to mentioned that babe and speaking of that what was that about anyway?" Jared explained.

"Oh you know… my cousin needed me ...so far I haven't let her down and I'm not planning to let her down easily unlike some people," Aqua whispered turning to AJ who was ignoring the tension in the air.

"Oh hey guys," AJ gave a smile causing Sam and the pack anime fell except Sam he just stared at her with a dumbfounded look "What's up?" she explained.

"Nothing…" Paul spoke up causing everyone to turn to him "What's up with you?"

"Nothing…"

"Cool…hey uh AJ?"

"Yes… "

"I'm sorry about your parents… that must've been … horrible… "

"Thanks Paulie… I appreciate that…"

"Not a problem…" Paul began to say drifting off at his girlfriend Rachel who sets the food on the table "Hey babe," he explained.

"Mhmm…"

"Are you still mad at me…?"

Rae sighed at this "I'll forgive you if she does," she pointed out as everyone turn to AJ.

"There's nothing to forgive Rae he didn't know...so that's partly my fault," AJ shrugged at this walking to the kitchen which I followed her cautiously.

"Babe…?" I cautiously asked.

"What?"

"Are … we… okay…?"

AJ stared at me for a long moment with a tired sigh "Yes… we're okay…"

"Are you sure…?"

"Yeah… I'm just very … sensitive after what happen to my parents… I've been … different…"

"Different?"

"Yeah …hearing about my parents getting killed by a drunk driver isn't exactly pleasant for me Sammy…"

"R-r-right… I mean that's understandable...and I'm sorry that I haven't been there for you but, AJ… you never told me … about your parents passing away?"

"It's not like you talk about your mom passing away Sammy,"

I flinched at her harsh tone "Okay… I deserve that...it's just… I don't talk about my mom… ever...not even with ...well ya know…"

"You mean LeeLee?"

"Yeah…"

"Huh… really?"

"Yeah… despite how I've been with her a long time … there's just some things that I don't wish to talk about… and I guess it's the same with you.."

"Something like that yea…"

"And your sister…?"

"What about her?"

"How did she…"

"Pass away… she didn't… she got murdered,"

I stared at AJ in horror "M-m-murdered…"

"Yeah she got murdered…"

"Oh…"

"H-how?"

AJ sighed at this pausing for a moment "Bomb attack,"

"B-b-bomb attack?"

"Yeah… there was a bomb attack in England…six years ago… and uhum that's how my parents got into a car crash due to the drunk driver who got attacked by the bomb then uhum… three years later… my sister… got killed by the same bomb attacks terrorists… so… yeah.."

Hearing her tell what happen to her parents and sister I felt instant guilt rush through me and rushed over to AJ with a hug "I'm so sorry… I didn't know…I can't even imagine how hard that was learning about your family like that..." I whispered.

"Yeah well … it's not something I talk about … so…" AJ began to say turning to me "And I'm sorry for walking out earlier… it's just… been … really hard … especially today… it's their death anniversary…and I just wanted to celebrate the good times that I had with them… they wouldn't want me to be sad… they would want me to move on … with my life instead of lingering in the past ... I didn't realize it was a crime to do that" she whispered.

"It's not … I just… I didn't know that's what you were… going to do… that's all…"

"And that's my fault… I just … been so used to celebrate this day with my cousin Aqua… and I guess we just been… so busy with … everything going on it must've slipped my mind forgive me?"

"Only if you forgive me?"

"I forgive you…"

"And I forgive you… I love you… so much…"

"I love you too Sammy…" AJ gave a small smile passing me the plates "Set the dinner table for me please?" she explained.

Nobody's P.O.V.

Ariel, Aqua, Rae, Alex, Leah, Daisy, Elsa, Emery, Veronica, Lily, Betty and Rose were setting the food on the dinner table while the guys were playing video games in the next room.

"Dinner is ready," Veronica announced causing everyone to rush over to the table.

"This looks great babe," Reggie kissed his girlfriend on the cheek which she left her to smile "Delicious as always," he explained.

"Awe thanks Reggie," Veronica sweetly smiled (a/n: Elsa, Emery, Veronica, Lily, Betty, Rose, Reggie, Archie, Jughead, Otto, Dylan, Corey, Shawn and Peter are the new recruits, the new pups in the werewolf pack being their a huge group and Leah isn't the only female shapeshifter in the pack anymore who's showing the new pups the ropes—Reggie and Jughead both *imprint* on Veronica which stunned Sam and the pack but, eventually gotten used to it since it's a new generation, Quinn and Alex are Bella's youngest siblings who are twins being 16 years old they're also new in the pack so you'll be seeing them a lot in the story) "Jug what do you think of the food?" she explained looking at her other boyfriend.

"It's great babe," Jughead explained after he swallowed his food.

Veronica perked up happily "I'm glad to hear that babe," she explained.

"Archie?" Betty asked.

"Yeah babe?"

"What do you think of the food…?" Betty nervously asked.

"It's great,"

Betty gave a smile kissing her boyfriend on the cheek "V I think we're getting the hang of this making food for them," she explained which left Veronica to nod at this in agreement.

"So I'm sure you noticed I made tons of food so just eat since I've been cooking all day today," AJ announced where I was about to grab a dinner roll but, was slapped quite harshly with a wooden spoon by my fiancee as I pulled back my hand with a pout.

"Owe what was that for?"

"I'm not going to let you ruin your appetite over dinner," AJ pointed out with a glower look causing me to slump my shoulders.

"Hey AJ your back," Quil and Embry greeted AJ with a hug and kiss on the cheek "Everything okay?" they asked noticing the tension between the two of us.

"Everything's fine," AJ beamed giving a strain smile which I frowned noticing this but, before I can answer "Dinner's almost ready I just need to make another batch of this pie which shouldn't take very long," she explained.

"No worries AJ take all the time you need," Embry began to say kissing his imprint Alex "Hey babe something's smells good. What's for dinner?" he explained where Alex was about to answer but, was cut off by AJ who seemed very moody today.

"Oh, you know… little of this … little of that…" AJ spoke up before Alex can speak but, held her tongue noticing AJ is a little moody today by shrugging her shoulders not sure what to say although it didn't stop the girl by hitting the dough a bit too harshly, by banging on the pie roughly causing the pack to wince at this, however as for Sam he just looked dumbly at his fiancee not sure what to make of it "It's not like no one appreciates what I do around here oh no not even a bloody thank you I can't even have any peace and quiet around here after all I did for this bloody pack nothing not one thank you" she muttered under her breath in French then Italian, Russian and German causing Sam and the pack with an odd look their faces.

"Umm… Aj…." Jared cautiously asked.

"You would think after everything I did for you people I would at least have a thank you," AJ bursted into tears causing the pack to widen their eyes in horror "Oh no I can't even one tiny little thank you," she sniffed at this.

Aqua winced at this "Oh … dear…" she murmured.

I cautiously walked towards my fiancee AJ who instantly stiffen partially today until he realize something "Babe…can we—hold on since when do you speak French or … any other languages?" I blurted out.

"I'm fine and peachy," AJ sarcastically say ignoring my question once more.

Sam was about to answer but, Jake interrupted him who didn't noticed the tension "AJ you're back," he blurted out rushing over to hug her who gave a small smile "Where have you been Sam's been worried sick over you?"

"I've been around," AJ shrugged at this with a distant look on her face "High up in the trees?"

"Trees?"

"Yeah I was up in the trees with Aqua,"

"You were up in the trees how did you get up there?"

Aqua gave a mysterious smile "Oh you know…. we went the old fashion way… we climbed up there," she shrugged at this causing Jared to gawk at her "What it's not like it's hard?" she explained.

"You climbed up the trees what are you a monkey?" Paul blurted out which Rae whacked him on the head "Owe what was that for?"

"That was not very nice don't be rude Paulie," Rae scolded him causing Paul to whimper "Don't give me that look it doesn't work with me anymore," she explained.

"You—y-y-y-you—" Jake gawked at AJ and Aqua who smiled sweetly innocently shakes his head "Never mind…I know it doesn't help much but, I'm sorry on what happen to your parents and your sister AJ… I bet they were wonderful people," he explained.

"They are… they were brilliant and smart and … the sweetest people you ever met and as for my sister she's brilliant… scary but, brilliant… overprotective with her family and friends who she considers family… you can say … she's a hero… " AJ explained with a distant look.

"A hero" Jared asked.

"Yeah …my little cousin a hero she was in the army since she was 11 years old," Aqua sighed at this ignoring our scandalous looks "I know she's a bit young but, it's true it's different in America you can say…" she whispered.

"Oh… so she was in the army huh?" Jake asked.

"Yeah she was… one of the most powerful people in the country you can say," AJ whispered.

Jake and the pack looked at each other then back at AJ "Oh…that's cool… you must be proud of her huh?" he asked.

"Very proud … pretty damn proud of my little sister," Aj whispered.

"Make two of us…" Aqua whispered with a sigh.

Jake pondered for a moment "I bet … I can tell you guys love her very much huh?"

"Yeah we're very close Jake… if she was alive right now… I bet you and Seth would've loved her?" AJ explained.

"Oh yeah why is that?" Seth asked.

AJ shrugged at this "You two remind me of her… except the … werewolf part… she's not a werewolf but, she's a big fan of werewolves as a child we all were," she whispered.

"Really?" Seth asked who looked surprised by this.

"Yes really…" AJ sighed at this setting the other set of pie which was key lemon pie "Who wants pie?"

"We do," Jared and the pack raised their hands which AJ and the girls raise their eyebrows "Please…" they beamed at this.

"Hey AJ this looks great do you think you can make my favorite chocolate pudding pie with extra whipped cream and cherries on top pleaseeee," Jake explained with a puppy dog hopeful look.

AJ sighed dramatically "I'll see what I can do," she told him.

Ariel's P.O.V.

"Sweet your the best AJ," Jake cried out happily grabbing his girlfriend Leah who was about to sit down but, he grabbed her by the waist by sitting on his lap causing her to be startled and flushed mumbling under her breath while the pack chuckle at this while Sam just looked at Ariel watching her every move not wanting to make her uncomfortable although for Jake he was playing with Leah's hair which was a habit of his while Quil and Embry were about to grab a muffin but, I slapped them both quite harshly with my wooden spoon causing them to yelp pulling their hands away with a pout.

"Owe what's with the violence," Embry replied.

"Sorry boys I won't have you guys spoil your dinner the pasta won't be done for another 10 minutes," Rachel scolded her brother and his friends.

"Awe," Jake pouted "Can't I just have a dinner roll it seems to cool off a bit please," he explained using his puppy dog hopeful look. Rachel and I looked at each other almost like we're reading each other's mind causing me to sigh in defeat.

"If you must," I huffed away grabbing the rest of the pans which cause a lot of noise inside the kitchen "I'm going to grab the rest of the desserts," I explained.

"Thanks AJ you're the best," Jake grinned grabbing the dinner roll as if it was for normal for him while Sam and the rest of the pack pouted looking at me "I knew I can count on you for anything," he explained.

"Is that all I'm good for hmm?" I scolded him.

"Uhhh…"

"Uhhh…. that's all you have to say? Uhhhh….?"

Jake was about to protest "Thank you for the food," he perked up showing his puppy dog look.

I pursued my lips for a moment and sighed patting him on the head "You are so lucky Jake that your dating LeeLee," she explained.

Jake blinked his eyes owlish "What's that supposed to mean?" he asked.

"LeeLee?"

"Yes ?"

"I love you,"

Leah chuckled noticing Sam odd looks "I love you too AJ," blowing her a kiss.

"Back at ya babe," I blew kisses to Leah ignoring the scandalous looks from both Sam and Jake "LeeLee?" she spoke up.

"Yes Aj?"

"Try this cake,"

Leah nearly choked on the cake then swallowed the cake nodding to herself "This is good, what is it?"

"Red velvet with chocolate chip and butterscotch put together with cream cheese frosting inside what do you think?"

Leah gave a nod to herself "Not bad… not bad at all…is that from the uh three layer cake over there?" she explained.

"Six?"

"Six what?"

"There's six layers of cake inside just put it together?"

Leah choked at this "Why so many?"

"I wanted your opinion on what I should pick for the wedding cake,"

"Wedding… cake?"

"Yes LeeLee you do realize my wedding is coming up don't you?"

Leah blinked her eyes owlish "Oh….I see…"

"Don't worry LeeLee I still love you,"

"Love you too…" Leah grabbing another bite ignoring everyone's gawk looks "This is really good…why is there different colors inside?" she explained.

"Well it's based on my school houses?"

"School houses?"

"Yes… school houses?"

"There's a school houses at your school?"

"Bella Vista Academy,"

"Where's that?"

"Scotland…"

Whooooooo! I'm done with this chapter and it's finally rewritten to what I wanted to write you probably notice there's a few changes between Hermione and her family—due to how close they are—and there's a mention of pendants necklace—seeing that Hermione being the smartest witch of her age she invented the pendants for her to communicate with her family while Zander being another smartest in their family invented a journal—almost like a two-sided mirror except in a journal.
