A/N: I love you guys, thank you so, so, so much for reading this. I am sorry for my past behavior. I am updating this fic bc this is the only one I have finished completely…I think? I hope ya'll like it…now…ONTO THE STORY!

"D-Dave." I coughed out then smiled at him.

I felt my skin go pale and Dave didn't show any emotions. He just stared, or glared at me? I couldn't tell what his emotions said because of his shades. He stood in the doorway as I made my way to my room.

"Come on Dave…" I said as I walked slowly in small steps.

Dave shut the bathroom lights off and in one swift motion he was walking next to me. I could feel my face heat for forgetting to do that. He was just too cool for me. My body got even hotter and I realized that it wasn't just my face turning red. It was like those heat waves you get. What were those called again? I turned to the left and my head smacked right into the door frame.

"Heh." I laughed nervously as Dave was just standing there.

He gave an aura of being confused. Again; no emotions.

"Sorry Dave…" I tried to say in a loud, confident voice, but it squeaked, and it sounded weird to my ears.

He sighed but instead of saying anything he walked in my room calmly and sat on my bed.

"So, dude how has it been?" He asked in his regular Strider tone.

"Grreeaat!" I said in false enthusiasm and stood in the doorway this time of my room; this time judging if I could make it to the bed or not.

"John."

"Yep?"

"Why are you standing there still?" Dave asked sternly, his face set a neutral expression.

I could feel his stare behind his shades. It hurt much more than if he was mad at me or even just disappointed in me. Way to go Egbert…you ruined the any sort of moment or anything that was going yet again.

I smiled, then nervously laughed, "Oh! Uh, sorry."

I coughed lightly and walked across the still messy room of mine. I felt a slight spin as if I was on a carousal ride but pushed to make it to the bed all the same. Dave was still staring at me. I was making my way slowly to be next to him, when suddenly I tripped.

I fell into his arms and I was staring into his eyes now. His face was relaxed and showed action all at the same time.

I blushed then said, "Sor-sorry."
