I wrote most of this today. It's Morgan's pov, I hope you enjoy it

So just to sum up, the Lyoko warriors weren't dead because Taelia recognized them, Taelia ran away, Ulrich was shot and going to the hospital, and William wouldn't look at the stars with me because Jeremie called him to help deal with the emergency.

If you couldn't tell, it was around this time that things started to fall apart for me.

I wasn't about to let my night end in failure, however. It would take a lot of my power, but I would turn things around.

I sent out two spectres from my own body. This left me with no excess energy. I had charged up the night before but I couldn't take the amount I needed for a lot for extra spectres without being noticed. I would only have this one chance to get everything right and make my father proud. I sent one to Taelia to kill her. Taelia had turned out to be absolutely useless. She hadn't served her purpose and now she deserved to die. The other spectre, I sent over to the hospital to possess someone who could keep Ulrich and Yumi isolated. They were the best fighters the Lyoko Warriors had, and now they were hostages.

Now I had to go break the news to Belpois that the war for Earth was back on. What was the most dramatic way to do this? Honestly...I didn't really have time to put on a show, not just yet. I needed to make sure I had as much power as I needed first. I guess I'd just go to his room. What a waste. If only Taelia had done her job!

I stuffed my hands in my pockets and stormed over to the dorm building. Some of the students called after me to keep on DJ-ing. I ignored them. Honestly, I couldn't have cared less about the party at that moment.

I lost contact with one of the spectres. The one sent to kill Taelia. Wait what...what did she do? I rewinded the footage from the spectre and watched it as I walked. It chased after Taelia, gave her the message I wanted to send, and was just about to kill her when Taelia took out a gun and shot. The footage distorted and cut out there. A regular bullet shoudln't have been able to do that. This meant that it wasn't an ordinary bullet. If she had something that could destroy a spectre like that...Well there was always the possibility it wasn't destroyed but the signal between us was interrupted. This was an even more disturbing idea. If someone could cut the connection between me and my spectres...they could possibly take control of the spectres, themselves. So I would go under the assumption it was destroyed.

Did she have a bullet that could destroy me?

I couldn't deter the spectre in the hospital from it's job. I needed it to contain Ulrich and Yumi. I would take care of Taelia myself, later.

I was on the boy's dormitory floor now. The light was still on because everyone still had to get back from the party. When would that be ending? I checked the time. It was 10:30. The party would be going on for about another half an hour. That was fine. I planned on working quickly.

I opened the door. William was sitting on the bed, and Jeremie was in his chair in front of the computer. Jeremie was on his phone with Aelita. They both turned around to look at me, surprised. I smirked. I put my hand on William's head and sent an electrical impulse to the region of the brain that switches off consciousness. I activated it and he fell immediately on the bed. He felt no pain and was safely out of the way. Then I turned to Jeremie.

"Hey Jeremie, I'm Xana's kid." I pulled my glove off to reveal my tattoo of the eye of Xana. "Ulrich and Yumi are my hostages, so guess what we're doing?" I asked.

"Wha-?" He was still on the phone with Aelita. I rolled my eyes, took the phone from him, and dialed Yumi. I put the phone up to his ear.

"Oh, Jeremie. I was just about to call you." Yumi said, she sounded really stressed out. "I don't know how it's possible, but Xana's attacking. The nurse is possessed and the doors and windows are all electrified. I'll do what I can, but-"

The signal cut out, I took the phone and put it in my jacket pocket.

"The nurse just knocked her out. Amazing that my father never tried some of his earlier tactics again. Anyways, we're going to the Factory now to destroy the multi-agent program, or your friends die." I didn't give him time to think, I picked him up and hoisted him over my shoulder.

"W-wait!" Jeremie called out.

"What?" I asked, then realized something. "Oh, right. There's probably a physical copy of the program in this room. We'll have to destroy that too. Where is it, Jeremie?"

"Morgan, what are you doing?" Jeremie was flailing wildly. I gave him a bit of a shock to stop him from moving.

"Taking back what's mine by blackmailing you. What part of that wasn't clear?" I rolled my eyes at him. "Now, where's the CD? We don't have all night."

"HELP!" He screamed. I shocked him again to shut him up.

"Everyone's at the party, and William's out cold. Now, I'll ask you again." I made my voice as serious and threatening as possible. "Where is the multiagent program CD." Jeremie pointed weakly at one of his drawers. I smiled, wrapped one arms around him, and used the other arm to rifle through...his underwear drawer. Of course it was in his underwear drawer. "Really, Belpois?" I rifled through it. It was filled with mostly briefs and a single pair of boxers with kangaroos on them. Then in the corner, finally, I spotted a CD with 'programs' written on it.

I dropped it on the ground and crushed it with my foot.

"Any more psychical copies?" I asked.

"N-no." He sounded defeated. Wow, this was easy. I couldn't believe I was actually pulling this off! I mean, of course I was. I was capable and trained for these sort of situations.

"Great, then it's off to the factory for you." I walked out of the room and closed the door. Everyone was still at the part and nobody bothered me on campus. I decided to take the route through the boiler room. Odd and Aelita had probably figured out something was terribly wrong by now and were rushing to Jeremie's room. I didn't care to meet them on the way.

I ran through the sewers and into the factory, giving Jeremie a shock any time he tried to resist. Nobody saw us, or at least nobody made a fuss. It seemed Aelita and Odd had gone back to Kadic by way of the forest. I sat Jeremie down in the supercomputer room in front of the power switch. Jeremie wasn't looking too good. I might have been...a bit rougher with him than necessary.

"Now listen very carefully, Belpois. I am going to retreat to a safe distance away from this computer and put up a shield. Nobody will be able to get in or out. You will turn on the Supercomputer and deactivate the multiagent program. I'll take it from there. If you disobey me, you die, and your friends die immediately. Understand?" I had enough energy left to make that happen. Jeremie nodded weakly. "Good."

I got out of there and retreated to a safe distance. I took a part of my energy and created a large dome of electricity just outside the multi-agent's reach. And then I could feel it...that burning sensation...just out of reach. It couldn't hurt me from here, and the Supercomputer was on again.

"Hey, Morgan." It was Odd. I turned around.

"Hello." I answered, and gave them a little wave.

"Where's Jeremie?!" he demanded. Aelita and William weren't there. Maybe she stayed with William because he couldn't wake up.

"Getting rid of the multi-agent system for me so I can go home and revive Xana." I said with a completely straight face. "You're free to try and stop him if you'd like."

"Xana? Not that guy again." Odd rolled his eyes in an exasperated way. He wasn't trying to get past me. I frowned. I wanted him to run into the electric sheild and make a fool of himself. It would have been a good laugh. But no, he didn't do that. Instead, he was running at me.

I electrocuted him and he passed out.

"I thought you would have something better than that." I looked down on his unconscious body with my hands on my hips.

From behind me I felt...a receding. The multiagent! It was going away. Jeremie was disabling it! Within a minute it was completely gone. A smile spread across my face. I rushed over to the computer. Jeremie was sitting in the computer chair and panicking.

"Nighty night, Belpois." he turned around and I shocked him unconscious.

I phased into the Supercomputer and entered Lyoko. It felt so refreshing. I could feel my energy being replenished. I felt...at home. It occurred to me now, how strange being on Earth had really felt. Here was where I belonged. The bright orange tones of the desert sector greeted me. I floated down feet first, and as my feet touched the ground, I smiled. For just this moment, everything was ok.

But I still had work to do.

I walked to the edge of the platform I was on and dropped off the side.

"WOO!" I let out a giggle as I belly flopped into the digital sea. That was always fun. But...no, I clamped down on that emotion. There wasn't any time for fun now...not when father was still dead. I dived down, deeper and deeper. Soon, I left Lyoko, and I was on the network. I swam as fast as I could in the direction of my home Replika. Before he died, father said he gave NegaCarthage plenty of protection. What did that mean, some sort of firewall? Did it even work?

Then, in the distance...a big circular shadow...it had survived...home.

Later that night, I dragged Taelia from the train station to her warehouse, and picked up a syringe from the nurse at the hospital.

Time elapsed: we're still on the night of the party
