Alright.

Really the only reason I'm doing this is because I somehow keep getting notifications saying I just got a new follower for this story, even though last time I updated it was December of 2016 and it's a Pokémon fic.

This fanfiction was...important. The first chapters are horrible and my ANs even worse, but I eventually got better and writing this allowed me to get all of my pokémon ideas out of my head and onto a screen. Whenever I think or talk about this fic the only thing I can feel proud about is the amount of words, chapters, storylines, battles and effort I put into all of this. I'm certainly not proud of the writing, the bad romance, the terrible update schedule or the Kanto/PKGO arc, but I am proud that I was able to write on such a simple idea for such a long time and elicit so many responses from you guys. This was my first online publication and the first time I had people tell me what I wrote was good, so it will always stay very close to my heart.

I'm not going to list the reasons why I can't write for HOPL anymore, I feel like I've explained that millions of times over: the story is bankrupt, I hate being repetitive, I keep jumping between franchises, college, finding a job, blah, blah and blah. This is (hopefully) the final goodbye to The House of Pokémon Legends and I want to keep it as light-hearted as it was. It's been a great journey and I hope you guys find better stuff to read.

If you're interested in my other, more recent stuff, you know where to look.

Till then, goodbye.
