A loud sigh was released and the bluenette picked up the handle of the phone and called the number on the screen of her computer.
" Yes... Today... To everyone... I want only the best. "
" Definitely! Thank you so much. Is there anything else? " the person on the other line asked.
Her finger was tapping on the hard wood of her table. ' Hmm.. Did I miss anything... anyone?... OH! '
" Uhm.. Yeah, one more thing. Actually, two "
This should distract them.
The remaining hours at work was filled with women squealing, A blue jacket with the company's logo, a bouquet of flowers with a medium sized blue bear with a bar of dark chocolates were given to each and every women in the building. From the lowest position going up.
For the men, black tumbler together with the same jacket and chocolates were given.
It didn't take long for the news to spread and the company that Natsuki hired were on every floor and did not disappoint.
She got her friends and team the same and just the medium sized blue bear for herself that is currently sitting on her long couch in her office, something to keep her company.
A knock followed by her office door opening.
" Well, I didn't expect that. " Rylai coming in laughing, her face flushed with the gifts in her arms.
" You're welcome. " She said leaning back on her chair. " How is everyone? "
" I'm telling you right now that you won't be able to go home without being swamped by your employees. The women are going crazy! "
" Err.. That sounds promising. "
" Definitely. So you better prepare. " Rylai said while walking back to exit the office. " I just wanted to say thanks, for these. I'm sure the others are surprised as well. "
" Oh, I'm only interested in Nao's reaction. Hehehe. " Natsuki answered with a grin on her face.

The door to her office closed and only a message tone alerted her of a new email.
Fujino Residence
" Well, this is a surprise! " The older of the Fujino women commented.
Flowers were delivered to the Fujino Residence together with a couple of puppies with the same medium sized blue bear.
The puppies were running around in their large open space at the back of their mansion.
A groan was heard from Shizuru's Father, dogs around his legs barking at him.
" Ara, they like you, Father. "
" Really now? "
Shizuru giggled at the dogs barking to get her attention and petted them. Puppies attacking her with their fluffiness and cuteness.
" Ara ara, don't you all remind me of another puppy? " she question the puppies looking at her with their doe eyes. " Kawaii! " she just couldn't stop herself.
" Please thank Nat-chat for me, Shi-chan. These flowers are beautiful and these puppies are just so adorable "
" Hai, I will, Mother. " she smiled back and pulled out her phone.
Back to Natsuki
" Wahahahaha... "
The bluenette has a hand on her stomach while the other one was slapping her thigh. She just couldn't stop laughing. The image was too much.
When she heard the notification of an email earlier, she opened it and that started everything. It read:
" WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! You better be not in your office because I'm gonna make sure that you eat this shit! "
Everyone in the building received the same gift, well, except for a certain red head. She got the bouquet, the bear and chocolates alright, but she got an additional coming from the blunette.
A love letter. A very passionate love letter detailing her eternal love for the woman that she included a hotel room number that she mentioned on the letter where they will meet and finally consummate.
The email was enough to get Natsuki's imagination to run wild. She could see how flustered the red head is and sure that if she didn't threw the gifts, she would be slapping the courier instead.
She knew then that she really did need to get out of the office soon, or else she might be running for her life for real, this time. The ringing of her phone caught her attention but did not stop her from continuously laughing. She answered the phone without looking at the caller id.
" Ha.. Ha.. Yea-Ha.. Haha.. Yeah? " she answered breathlessly.
" Ara, someone's very happy. " the accented voice answered.
The laughing blunette stopped, followed only by sience.
... " Shizuru? "
" Natsuki. " said the other woman.
" Oh. "
" Yes, oh, Natsuki. "
" Eh? "
" Yes? "
" What? "
" What, what? Natsuki? "
" What, what, what? "
" Ara, is Natsuki broken? " she teased.
" What?! "
" Ara, Natsuki is too loud. "
" Shi-zu-ru. " she growled the name slowly.
Ara ara. " Yes, Na-tsu-ki? " the other woman sing songed.
" I was really enjoying the moment, you know. "
" I'm sorry, I didn't know that Natsuki was enjoying herself. I apologize. But I called to say thank you for the gifts, we all received them and Mother wanted to thank you too. "
" Oh! You got them? Great! No, you're all welcome. " the blunette was caught off guard and forgot about the gifts that she had the courier send them. She was scratching the back of her head, as if like they were facing each other.
" Really, thank you, Natsuki. "
That sweet voice though.
" Did you like them? " she carefully asked.
" Yes, very much. Especially the little blue bear and the puppies. They were so adorable. " the brunette said with a giggle.
" That's good then. " she said relieved.
" May I know the why Natsuki was laughing? Hopefully I didn't call at a bad time. "
" Oh! No, no! I wasn't doing anything. Aside from laughing. "
" Yes, I did hear, Natsuki. "
" Well, you wouldn't wanna know. "
" Hmm.. A prank perhaps? "

A shuffling was heard in the background.

She blinked. She remembers that. Shizuru would always use that on her whenever she wants an answer and the whole story.

" I asked her to sleep with me. " she said with confidence.

More silence.
The silence was too much and the blunette again started laughing hysterically.
" Natsuki, ikezu. "
" Ha-I... I just-Hahaha. " the blunette was huffing. " It was just a joke. "
" I am sure Nao is planning where to dump your body. "
" Oh yeah, I know. That's why I need to leave right away. " she started packing her stuff to leave.
" If Natsuki must know, if she needs someone, for... that, she can just call me anytime. Fufufu. "
The blunette started blushing. " Shiz-"

The door to her office was opened forcefully and the blunette gulped.
" Oh shit..."
" Natsuki? "
The line dropped. Followed by screaming as if someone was being skinned alive.
