Last Time On Alex Adventures.

After waking up in the morning, Alex and May completed their journey through Petalburg Forest before they stumbled on someone from Team Aqua trying to rob a scientist.

After saving the scientist, they managed to make their way through the forest before staying at the house of May's friends.

"That was some of the best Oran Berry pie I have ever had," Alex said, letting out a content sigh.

"I know I have tried to bribe Nicole for the recipe, but so far, no luck," May said, shooting a playful glare at the oldest of the three sisters.

"I can't give you the recipe, and if I did, you wouldn't ever visit again," Nicole teased back.

"So not true after all we.." Natalie said before Rita covered her mouth to Alex's confusion.

"I think it's time for everyone to go to bed," Nicole said, standing up and clearing the table.

"Do you have a bath I could use? It's been two days since I had a bath last, and there wasn't a river in the woods," Alex asked.

"Err, yes, Rita can show you where it is. May can you look after Natalie," Nicole said.

"I don't need anyone to look after me," Natalie said, trying to look angry.

"Wel, how about we share this last bit of pie," May said, sliding her plate over.

"Do you think you can bribe me with pie?" Natalie asked.

"Well, if you don't want any, then more for me," May said, reaching for the plate.

"Ahh, I didn't say I didn't want it," Natalie said, grabbing a spoon and digging into the pie.

"Right this way," Rita said to Alex and led her out of the room.

"Natalie," Nicole said, walking back into the room now that Alex had left.

"I know, I know. I forgot that she was here," Natalie said, looking guilty.

"She didn't say anything that would cause a problem," May said, trying to be a peacekeeper.

"Where is Mightyena?" May asked, looking around for the guard dog.

After all, the three sisters lived a 10-minute walk from Rustboro City and lived next to the forest with some dangerous Pokemon inhabiting it. So a guard Pokemon was just common sense.

And Mightyena wasn't the only strong Pokemon the sisters had as there was also a Breloom that knew Dynamic Punch, Solar beam and even Hyper beam.

May was sure that the three sisters with, Mightyena and Breloom, could beat the Rustboro Gym.

"Hmm, Mightyena should be out front. Ever since you said that someone tried to rob a scientist in the forest, I wanted him to be on the lookout," Nicole said.

"Will you be calling him in soon?" May asked, shooting the sisters a look.

"What about your friend? Is she?" Nicole asked, trailing off at the end.

"Not that I know, but once she goes to sleep, it should be fine," May said, rubbing Natalie's head.

"I will go get Lombre," Natalie said, getting up from the table and running from the room.

"You go any new Pokemon?" May asked Nicole.

"Nope, none have found their way here. I would love to have a Bellossom or a Roselia," Nicole said longly.

"A Bellossom may be hard to find in this Region, but finding a Roselia should be too hard, right? You can get to Route 117 through the Rusturf Tunnel?" May asked.

"That rip is at least a day there, and a day back and then I have to hope I find a Roselia. And the tunnel had a landslide a week ago, making travel impossible at the moment," Nicole informed May.

"Really, there was a collapse in the tunnel?" May asked, surprised.

"Ya, you could feel it all the way over here. We thought it was an earthquake or maybe a legendary Pokemon."

"I legendary Pokemon? I don't know a single person that has ever actually seen a legendary Pokemon, or at least none with proof," May said, wondering what a legendary Pokemon was like.

"They must exist, though," Nicole said back.

"I don't doubt it, but I doubt all the people that have claimed to see a legendary Pokemon have actually seen one,"

"Well, maybe you will see a legendary Pokemon on your journey. Have you seen Flannery's new video?" Nicole asked.

"No, I haven't been able to log onto the PL network," May said.

"You should watch it; it's really good."

"Well, come on, give me some details?" May asked.

"When Natalie or Rita get back, I will ask them to grab the tablet from one of their rooms so you can watch the video,"

"Ah, speak of the devil," May said, seeing Rita walking back into the room.

"I will have you know that I am an angel. Your friend is in the bath at the moment. Do you wish to join her?"

"No, I don't think we are that close of friends yet."

"Rita, can you get your tablet to show May the video Flannery and Fennekin,"

"Sure; where is Natalie?" Rita asked.

"She has gone to get Lombre to play with," Nicole said, taking off her apron and sitting down on the floor next to May.

"Ah, there she is," Rita said as Natalie walked back into the room holding the hand of Lombre.

Natalie herself was wearing only her undergarments, and May knew from experience it wouldn't be long before Natalie and Lombre started to play with each other.

"I will go check up on Alex before I come back," May said, standing up and releasing Houndour out of his Pokeball, and he ran over to greet the three sisters.

May walked over to the bathroom to see Alex coming out just as she got there.

"You feeling better?" May asked.

"Yes, a bath was just what I needed," Alex said.

"Let me show you where you are sleeping," May said, turning around and leading her to an empty room.

"I shall see you in the morning," May said to Alex as she walked into the room.

"Okay, see you in the morning."

May made her way back to the room that overlooked the back flower garden and the pond.

As she got closer to the room, May could hear the telltale sound of pleasure coming from the room.

May watched as Flannery danced to some music while slowly stripping while the Pokemon stated the clothing as she dropped it to the ground. May gasped as the Pokemon used ember to set her skirt on fire, revealing that she wasn't wearing anything under the skirt.

May was broken out of her trance as Houndour started to pull on her clothing and letting out a growl.

"you are very possessive, aren't you," May said, patting Houndour.

"It's rude to spy on people," May said, feeling unsure how she should deal with this situation.

"They were having sex with their Pokemon," Alex said.

"Yes, they were, and that is their private business. Now off to bed. We need to get up early tomorrow to walk into the city."

May watched as Alex walked out of the room, her face red, and she seemed to be thinking hard about something. May watched as Alex walked back to her room and closed her door.

May let out a sigh. She hadn't really been expecting Alex to see the sisters with their Pokemon, but that was a problem she would have to deal with in the morning.

She wasn't worried that Alex would blab, given what she knew of the other girl.

"Anything wrong?" Nicole asked.

"No, but we should all be getting to sleep. I have to wake up early in the morning."

"Okay, are you sleeping in Natalie's room?"

May looked over at the youngest girl, who had fallen asleep.

"Yes, I will," May said, walking over and picking the younger girl up in her arms and walking to her bedroom. Placing in her bed May covered her up before pulling a sleeping bag out of the cupboard and slipping inside, and falling asleep.

May woke up with a yawn as she looked around the room and saw that Natalie was still sleeping in her bed. May quitely got out of the sleeping bag and rolled it back up, and put it away.

Quitely leaving the room, May walked into the bathroom to see that Rita was already in the bath.

"Morning," Rita greeted May.

"Morning, is there any room for me?" May asked.

"Sure, jump in."

May smiled and stipped down before sliding into the bath.

"Will you be staying for breakfast?"

"Probably not," May said.

She knew that Alex would no doubt feel quite uncomfortable around the sisters after what she saw last night, and she didn't want the sisters to pick up on it either. It would only cause them to worry for no reason.

"Shame it's going to be a while before we get to see you again," Rita said sadly.

"You have PokéNav we can talk via video whenever you want," May said, rolling her eyes.

"It's not the same," Rita said, huffing angrily.

May smiled as she washed her body for the first time in two days. It wasn't a big problem for her. She had gotten used to travelling with the professor, and every Pokemon Center had shower facilities that you could pay to use as well as beds for trainers.

She wasn't sure if Alex was aware of this as they didn't use the Pokemon centre in the towns before.

Walking into the main room, May found that Alex was already in the room with Nicole. The atmosphere of the room was odd, and Alex kept sending glances to Nicole, who seemed to be ignoring them.

"You both going to be setting off?" Nicole asked, looking at May.

"Ya, I think so. We can get breakfast in the city." May said.

May and Alex walked out of the flower shop, with the oldest sister giving may a hug and a knowing look before she said bye to Alex as well. The two girls walked silently next to each other for a while.

Before the silence got too much for Alex. "So..." Alex said, unsure of how to continue.

"Im guess you want to talk about last night," May said, unsurprised.

"Obviously, they were with their pokemon," Alex said, her face getting red.

"I know. There is nothing wrong with that. What people do in their private life is up to them," May said firmly.

"Isn't it wrong?" Alex asked hesitantly.

"Wrong? Why would it be wrong? Pokemon are smart just as smart as humans, and they are definitely stronger than humans."

"I... But I...," Alex said before trailing off.

Alex fell quiet as they continued their walk towards Rustboro City, looking deep in thought. May didn't say anything and just let Alex think things through.

It wasn't until an hour later that Alex spoke up again.

"Isn't it illegal?" Alex asked.

"Not in Hoenn. In fact, the only place that it's illegal is Johto, as far as I know, and in Alola, it's widely accepted," May explained. Deciding to give a more in-depth explanation, she started explaining.

"It honestly depends on the Region, but outside of Johto, there is not a single Region that actually completely outlawed it. That's because most people were convinced that Humans and Pokemon BOTH are descendants of the first Pokemon that Arceus created: Mew. Not to mention lots of ruins scriptures from ancient Civilizations prove that Humans and Pokemon have always had such relations with each other, and far back, when the species were still more closely connected, it seems like Humans and Pokemon could even interbreed with each other.

The push in some regions towards outlawing sexual relations with Pokemon mostly comes from the arguments that Pokemon are either inferior to Humans. Or that our inability to interbreed shows that the two species no longer can be seen as being the same."

May told with a slight, barely visible scowl. The latter argument she could actually understand somewhat, but the former one was firmly based on the arrogance of people thinking themselves better and smarter than Pokemon. Despite the fact that even the weakest of Pokemon could kill Humans easily and the existence of beings like Alakazams and Xatus, who were so much smarter than Humans that it made neutral Scientists comment that it should be the Humans being bossed around and not the Pokemon.

At her side, Alex nodded in slight curiosity. Wondering about something, she decided to ask May.

"How does each region handling the issue?"

May looked at Alex for a moment before humming in thought.

"Well, in Hoenn, it's pretty accepted, but mostly kept private like all sex topics, and you won't find any mentions in History books or so. That said, I know that at least 6 Gym Leaders and 2 Elite Four members are practitioners here."

Alex's jaw dropped, and she instantly wondered loudly if her brother, the Champion had any clue about that or even practised herself. Something which May frowned but merely shrugged her shoulders as she didn't know. Accepting that for now, Alex waved for May to continue.

"Anyway, as I said. In Johto, it has been outlawed completely, and Johto even tried to force those laws on Kanto around 15 years ago. General Surge, who is now a Gym Leader, managed to push Johto back massively, though, and a lot of the Gym Leaders of the time died. Hence why so many Gym Leaders in Johto are so young currently. The Gym in Azalea Town was actually closed for like ten years before Bugsy took it over.

Kanto is sorta split on the theme, with some cities being pretty open and others being against it in recent times. I actually heard that Gym Leader Erika has just quit her job after Celadon City outlawed it, and she moved to Hoenn right now.

Sinnoh is the same as Kanto in that it is pretty split. But in exchange, things are more open there. The Champion, Cynthia, is an open practitioner and leads a charge towards making laws similar to Alola there. Given that in Alola, you can literally marry your Pokemon, that's saying quite a bit.

The Unova region, on the hand, is moving towards the Johto side as a group called Team Plasma is speaking heavily against the issue. Though a famous child actress called Hilda gave the group a massive trashing during her first year on her Pokemon Journey and their Leader, some guy called N apparently left the group even.

The last Region I know about the specifics is the Orre Region. From the few things I heard from the "Crime-Region," a former Criminal called Wes and his fiance Rui defeated two Criminal Teams called Cipher and Snagem, and he used an old ritual that involved Pokephilia to reverse some sort of berserker state, which Team Cipher put Pokemon in. Ever since then, it has become a pretty cultural thing over there..."

The rest of the walk was quiet, with a few more questions from Alex but nothing about Pokephilia. May was sure that Alex was just processing it before she would ask more. After all, she had seen how Alex had been jumpy around Absol.

Soon they could see the large bustling Rustboro City. Both of the girls had visited the city many times, so they weren't that shocked by how many people were living around.

May remembered how nervous she had been when she had first come to Rustboro City. In fairness, Littleroot Town only had 6 houses and less than 15 people living in the town.

Hell, if it wasn't for the professor living in the town, then May was sure that no one would visit Littleroot town. But thanks to the professor, there was a dock built to the right of Littleroot town for new trainers to arrive at to pick up their starter Pokemon.

She wasn't actually sure where Alex had grown up. She knew that Devon Corp was based in Rustboro City, but with the amount of wealth that her family had, she could live anywhere in Hoenn.

May had heard that Lilycove City and Mossdeep City were amazing places to live, but she had never seen them herself.

"Let's go to Devon Corporation. I promised to meet my dad when I first got to the city," Alex said, looking at May.

"Okay, lead the way," May said, following behind Alex.

Soon they came to a large glass and steel building, and Alex walked in like she owned the place, and May guessed that she kinda did own the place.

"Hi, im here to see my dad," Alex said to the receptionist.

"Of course, please head right up, Miss Stone," the receptionist said before picking up a phone.

Alex led May into an elevator and pressed the top floor before the door slid closed.
