Recap
Everything seemed normal, not with my mom but with everything else. Mother seemed a little suspicious but overall she acted normal. My leg is fine. The hot and cold thing hasn't come back. We haven't seen a ? egg since we've been in America. We haven't seen or heard from Nami. School is going well. It's a bit odd not having Rei here though. School has been difficult for Rima. She misses Rei and she's worried about her big sister responsability. Besides that, it's been a great break from drama the last two months.
-Nagi's POV
I never realized before but my dad has been gone for so long that I don't know him at all. He's a complete stranger to me.
-Nagi's POV
"H-hi Yukiko. I'm Rima, your big sister. I've been waiting a long time to meet you."
-Rima
"Great. I feel the final battle is very close. Who will win? Valentine or Fujisaki. What she doesn't know is that I have both of her children in the palms of my hands and she doesn't even know. Shugo Charas will be her downfall."
-Mr. Valentine
Kusukusu: It's great to be back after such a long time
Rhythm: You can say that again
Hikari: I barely get screen time as it is! Then daydreamer goes off and disappears for a long time
Temari: Well she was very sick
Hikari: Oh...sorry daydreamer
Daydreamer: It's ok Hikari. You'll get your big moment later in the story

Chapter 33 Nadeshiko to the Rescue
*Lulu's POV*
"I'm glad her litle sister is doing well," I said.
"Yeah, Yukiko is going to be able to come home today. Nagi wanted to be there with Rima," Nade said.
"Why aren't you there? Aren't you getting along with your brother's group now?" I asked.
"I am but there's a big crowd at the Mashiro house. Also I got to see her the day she was born. I'm sure I'll see her plenty of times. Also I feel like I haven't been able to talk to you as much. I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. I still value your friendship very much," Nade said. I was shocked by that.
"Thank you Nade. That means a lot." A noise was made in my closet.
"What was that?" Nade asked.
"That's just the...cat. I'm watching a girl I dance with's cat for a week but my parents don't know about her so please don't say anything to them." How dare that girl make noise! She is so gonna get it later.
"Nadeshiko, can I pet the cat? I love cats," Nade's chara asked. Nade didn't acknowledge her. That's a good sign. It means her chara can't sense Nana.
"That cats name is Nana but she's really mean to people she doesn't know so I wouldn't suggest petting her," I added.
"Is that why she's in the closet?"
"Yes, she likes dark places. I'm pretty sure she's a rescued cat so she has had a dark past. I don't question it."
"Poor thing."
"Yes it's tragic. Would you like some more tea? Why don't we go and dance too. I'm sure Nana wants to be left alone anyway," I said.
"That's a great idea. I have to use the restroom first if you don't mind."
"Nade you are welcomed. You've been over here a bunch of times," I said.
"Excuse me then," she bowed and left the room. Her chara was behind her. Once they were out of earshot I got up and slammed the closet door open. Green eyes blinked a few times to get used to the light. She then glared at me
"Nami, stay quiet," I demanded.
"Sorry I had a dark past so I don't like people. I'm a mean kitty," she said in a bored tone.
"Don't forget I have Kaya. I have her hidden away so you won't find her. Now stay here and be quiet. It's already bad enough mama think you and I are friends," I said.
"Yeah cause having someone as a friend is just terrible," Nami in a monotone voice.
"That's it I'm-"
"Lulu? Are you coming?" Nade said from the other side of the door.
"You're lucky I don't have time to deal with you," I whispered and then shut the closet door.
"I'm coming," I said as I opened the door," just making sure Nana had water."
"Let's head outside."
"Yes, let's," I said. I looked at the closet once more before shutting the door behind me.
*Rima's POV*
"Welcome home!" There were a bunch of people here. My aunt, uncle, Rei, Amu, Yaya, Utau, Nagi, Mrs. Fujisaki, and also me. It was a little crowded in the living room but once papa walked in with mama and Yukiko, the small space was forgotten. Everyone wanted tp hold the new baby. Mama handed Yukiko to my aunt. My friends and I all sat on the couch. I was on Nagi's lap of course.
"Get ready for long nights and very little sleep. That includes you too Rima," uncle said.
"Great I can't wait," I said in a sarcastic tone.
*Lulu's POV*
"That was beautiful Nade," I said.
"Thank you." My phone beeped. Mr. Valentine texted me.
"We need you to create ? eggs right now!" Now? Seriously?!
"Something wrong?"
"No it's just Nana's owner. I need to take this. Mama can get you a drink," I said,
*Nami's POV*
Now is the perfect time to look for Kaya. After a few minutes I couldn't find her anywhere. Lulu was smart enough to hide her in a seperate room as me. I have to sneak out and find her. I could always use the bathroom excuse.
*Lulu's POV*
"I have to get the closest kid and hurry back. Mama can only keep Nade's attention for so long." I noticed a few kids at a nearby park. They all seemed sad.
"Hello there. Is something wrong?"
"We broke our toy airplanes," one of the boys said.
"Well I can help with your pilot dream."
*Nade's POV*
"Thank you."
"It's no problem Nade. I'm glad you're a close friend to Lulu. She never had a lot of good friends back in France but now she has two good friends that come over a lot."
"Two friends?"
"Yes. I forgot her name. It starts with a N... or maybe an M. She has black hair and green eyes. I think she's been a little depressed recently." I nearly dropped my drink. Nami was over here? This is where she's been hiding out? I almost forgot about her since the whole hot and cold thing hasn't happened. Then again it hasn't happened to me yet so I should worry. I need to tell the others when I get back.
*Nami's POV*
Oh no! Lulu's mom is giving too much information. They'll get suspicious of Lulu since I'm always at her house and I'll lose Kaya. I have to find her fast. I snuck into another room hoping to find my chara.
*Rima's POV*
A cool chill crawled up my spine.
"Oh no," Yaya whispered.
"Amu, Yaya, and I got this. You two should stay here. It would be suspicious if we all left," Utau whispered.
"Good plan," I said.
"Sorry everyone but we have to leave," Amu said.
"So soon?" mama asked. Amu was a deer in headlights.
"Yaya and Amu are helping me with my next concert. Yaya is a dancer and she's helping with choreography and I need Amu's help with my new wardrobe. I was thinking of going a little punk," Utau covered for Amu. She managed to drag the two out of there without any suspicions.
"I hope they get to it soon," I whispered.
"They will."
*Lulu's POV*
"Sorry I took so long," I said.
"It's alright. I'm sorry to say this but I need to head home. I have dance practice soon," Nade said.
"It's alright. Have fun dancing."
"I will. Thank you." She bowed and then left. It's weird but she didn't seem hot or cold. Maybe the necklace I gave her is blocking out the machine. This is great news for me but it's bad news for my boss.
"She's a very sweet girl," mama said.
"Yeah she is."
*Nagi's POV*
"Amu texted me saying they handled it just fine. They are exhausted but the ? egg is gone," Rima said.
"Great."
"Nagihiko, we better head home. Nadeshiko says she is almost home. We shouldn't keep her waiting," mother said.
"Yes mother." I kissed Rima's cheek and then followed my mother out. Her and I walked home in silence. There is a rift in our relationship. She seems to have something she wants to ask me but never says anything. In return I don't talk to her. Her and I have been pretty good at avoiding the subject but mother and I were now home, and we were alone.
"Nagihiko, may I speak with you?"
"Of course mother." Is she finally going to tell me why she hasn't trusted me for a while. She guided me into the living room. She sat on a cushion and gestured for me to set across from her.
"Nagihiko. Someone brought to my attention that you were in a battle with a company called Easter."
"Yes they was the company Utau used to work for. That was over a year ago," I relied honestly.
"I heard you were in a fight."
"Well sort of." How could I get around this? She'll see I'm lying the second I do it. I have to stretch the truth.
"Please explain."
"Well they also contracted Do Re Mi and Arihiko. They are friends of Utau's so once Utau left Easter, we were fighting for them."
"Smooth Nagi. Not a lie in sight," Rhythm said.
"Also what is Shugo Chara?" I couldn't contain my surprise.
"Mother? Nagi?" Nade knocked on the door gently.
"Come in Nadeshiko," mother said. Nade came in and noticed right away that mother was giving me an interegation.
"Is everything ok?" she asked.
"Yes, I'm just asking your brother a few questions I really want the answers to."
"I may be able to help. Ask me too," she said.
"Do you know about Easter?"
"I've heard of it. Utau and I are really good friends now. Her, and two of her pop star friends were fighting to leave the company. They all work at Sanjo-san's company now." Nade was a lifesaver. I was clearly struggling with the third degree but she breezed throughthat question.
"Also what is Shugo Chara?"
"Shugo Chara are characters from Tsukasa-san's book. In his book they are little characters that represent what children want to be. An example would be me and dancing. My chara would love dancing. Rima's chara would love comedy." I was blown away by how fast Nade came up with that. It is the truth but still it was impressive.
"Alright that is all. Mr. Valentine has been getting in my head. He's a terrible man and I want you to stay away from people in that company. That includes Lulu," mother said.
"It's alright mother. Her and I didn't get along today," Nade said. I knew she was lying.
"Mistress, dance lessons are begining soon," Baya said from the other side of the door.
"I'm coming. Sorry for the misunderstanding Nagihiko."
"It's alright." She bowed and left the room.
"Nagi I have important news. Nami has been hanging around Lulu's house. Her mother told me. Lulu could be working with Lulu," she said.
"Woah! We need to have a group meeting." My phone began to rang.
"Rima?"
"Nagi, Rei and Aarin was hit by the hot and cold. Has Nade been hit by it?"
"Nade were you hot or cold?" I asked her.
"No."
"No she wasn't. We need to have a meeting. I think I'm figuring things out.
Rima: Everything is coming together
Nade: It seems like its nearing the end
Nagi: Daydreamer informs me that there will be plenty more chapterS but this is the begining of the final arc
Rima: So this arc is the finale
Nade: I wonder what will happen
Rima: I wonder when you're going to start dating Tadase
Nade: *blushes*
Nagi: *clears throat* any way. Question #35: How do you think it will end?
Rima: I'm curious about that question too
