Hi!

Thank you everyone for the support you've shown this story so far. I'm more motivated to finish this now than ever.

I don't know yet but sorry if this chapter came out a bit late. I had to finish a project I was working on so I couldn't finish writing the chapter. Besides that, I usually re-read the entire chapter 2 or 3 times to make sure there are no spelling or wording mistakes since english is not my first language.

Anyway, rant over, Hope you enjoy the chapter!

Chapter 4: The Fair Lady

In a cliff overlooking Stormterros lair someone is seen standing and watching as the dragon flew by with two people in its back. He just narrowed his eyes at that, turning his head a bit to look behind him. A portal opened and a tallfigure came out of it. The figure was dressed in all black and a bit of blue symbolizing his element and it appeared to have no face or at least one covered with his clothes. This was an Abyss Herald, one of the highest-ranking soldiers in the Abyss Order. "Your highness, I come bearing good and bad news." He said with a raspy and deep voice while bowing to the shorter person before him. "I could've guessed. So, what is the news you bring that requires you to deliver them?" asked the person in a female voice.

"Your highness, your plan to use the dragon was compromised." "By the Anemo Archon?" "No, we were prepared for his interference, it was someone of a way higher power than the Anemo Archon." "I see." The girl stood there thinking for a bit before she spoke again. "And, what of the other news?" "Your brother has finally woken from his slumber and wishes to see you" said the still kneeling figure. The girl's eyes widened. "Then what are you still doing here, take me to him immediately." she said in urgency. "As you commend." with that he opened a portal, and they walked through it. 'We're finally going to be reunited. Aether!' were the thoughts of the girl as she walked though.

- 20 minutes later inside the lair -

"-and then you finally woke up" Venti finished telling Dvalin all that's happened from his awakening to where he met Naruto and the fight with him. "I see. Thank you Barbatos and thank you Naruto Uzumaki, it seems that I owe my life to both of you" said Dvalin, bowing his head in gratitude. "Meh, think nothing of it my friend. After all, Venti here helped me understand quite a bit about this world, so for that I'm grateful." said Naruto with a smile. "That be it, but I still want to apologize for the trouble I have caused you." said Dvalin with respect for the blond.

"Naruto. Do you think it would be possible for us to return a fake Holy Lyre to the cathedral? I could've done it if I had the original broken one and made it appear fine but that's probably lost by now." asked Venti. Naruto thought for a bit before answering. "Yes, I think I can do something about that. I just need to find something of similar shape and weight." "Does my normal Lyre get the job done?" asked Venti, handing him his instrument. "Yes, this will do perfectly." answered Naruto grabbing the Lyre.

After he took the instrument Naruto brought his sleeve back to show a tattoo on his forearm. After he pushed a bit of chakra into it a brush and a pot of ink came from it much to the confusion of Dvalin who looked at Venti for an explanation, but he just shrugged his shoulders telling. After wetting the brush Naruto started to write wired symbols all-over the Lyre. After about 5 minutes he was finally done, he put his brush and ink back into the seal and started to inspect his work. When he was done checking for mistakes, he put it down, going through five hand seals he pointed his index and middle finger at the object while saying Fuuin(Seal). And just like that the normal Lyre started to transform and take the shape of the Holy Lyre.

After the transformation finished Venti grabbed the now Holy Lyre and inspected it. He was amazed, even HE could not tell the difference between it and the genuine one. "How did you do this? If I hadn't seen you do it, I would think this is the original one." asked Venti. "That my friend, is the wonderful work of seals. One for creating an illusion, one for solidifying said illusion and a final one to gather nature energy so the illusion never fades." Venti just nodded at that having nothing to say. "Well let's go back to the cathedral then." said Naruto, putting his hand on Ventis' shoulder while turning towards Dvalin and saying, "We'll be back in less than 10 minutes." Dvalin just nodded and the duo disappeared in a swirling vortex.

- Barbatos statue in Mondstadt -

A swirl appeared in the air on top of the statue spitting out to people. Venti looked excited and turned to Naruto saying "That was different, right? It wasn't like the last time you used it?" "You're right. This time we went through a pocket dimension, while last time we just traveled really fast." explained Naruto as he jumped down from the statue with Venti following close behind.

By this point the sun was up once again making the time almost noon. After the two walked inside the cathedral they approached the first nun they saw. "Hello Sister. While we were traveling towards the city, we came upon a Lyre that seemed to radiate elemental energy which was felt by my friend with a vision here." Naruto lied through his teeth not even looking guilty about it. Venti walked forward and handed the fake Lyre to the nun. After the nun saw what they were talking about her eyes widened and she immediately took it and went to put it in its place.

After around 10 minutes the nun came back to the main hall and approached them. "I can't thank you enough for bringing back the stolen Holy Lyre. Please tell me if there is anything me or the cathedral can do for you." she said bowing in thanks to the duo. "No no please, we want nothing in return. It was the right thing to do after all." replied Naruto bashfully while motioning for the sister to get up. "May lord Barbatos bless you for returning one of the most precious artifacts of the God of Anemo. May the wind lead you to greatness." the sister prayed. Naruto was laughing hard inside as he looked towards Venti who was just standing there awkwardly. "Thank you sister, we shall now take our leave." said Naruto, having accomplished what he came here to do.

As they were walking out Naruto gained a sly smile and turned towards Venti saying, "So Lord Barbatos, where is my blessing and the wind which will lead me to greatness?" Naruto snickered as Venti gained a tick mark on his forehead. "I'll show you a blessing." Venti murmured as they exited. But just as they stepped outside Naruto was immediately on guard, having left 5 presences nearby. Not 5 seconds later two puddles formed behind Venti out of them coming out two people.

Naruto reacted in no time, pulling out a kunai and thrusting it in one of the attackers' necks, killing him on the spot. Unfortunately, the other one managed to get away with just a small scratch on his neck. Just as he got away a freezing wave hit them, freezing Venti in place as it went by. "At last, Mondstadt's rodent ruler in the flesh." a voice was heard saying from the direction that the icey wave came from. Naruto and Venti turned to look at the owner of the voice to see a young tall woman with long blonde almost white hair, wearing a white and black short dress and a red cape, along with a head piece that almost looked like a crown which covered her right eye and a part of her face.

This woman is known as La Signora the Fair Lady number eight of the Fatui Harbingers, a group of eleven who are known to fight in the Cryo Archons name. She walked up to the still frozen in place Venti and grabbed his face saying. "Mondstadt calls this a god?" "Resident rodent beats invasive vermin-" Venti couldn't finish as she slapped him in the face. "Don't you dare speak back to me, insolent bard." said Signora as Venti started to gather energy.

While this was all going on Naruto quickly blended in with the shadows and went behind the assassin that got away earlier. Coming back out quickly he plunged the kunai in his skull with only the handle hanging out. The two purple clad mages took notice of this and prepared for battle. Naruto saw them form a electricity shield around them and did nine quick hand signs after which he grabbed his right wrist and lightning started to form around his hand with a distinctive sound coming from it, it was as if one thousand birds all chirped at the same time. Naruto put his hand up and looked at his enemies while saying Raikiri(Lightning Cutter).

Dashing towards the female due he thrust his hand forward, the lightning covered hand going through the electric defense as if it wasn't even there, and ended up in the mages chest right where her heart was. Naruto just pulled his hand back the lifeless corpse of his target falling to the ground with a fist-sized hole in her chest. The other mage seeing what happened to her comrade quickly jumped away as to not meet the same end. The blond just stared at her before putting his lightning covered hand up and saying Raiton:Raijū Tsuiga(Lightning Release:Lightning Hound), the lightning in his hand took the form of a hound which lunged towards the fleeing mage, capturing her and electrocuting her to death.

Right as Venti was about to start powering up to break the ice that captured him, both he and Signora felt the two mages and turned to see what happened. Signora was now getting furious, the blond man that had killed one of her assassins had just killed her second one as well. She continued to watch, confident that her other two subordinates would be able to kill him now that he lost his element of surprise. How mistaken she was, she watched as the blond went through some weird signs with his hands and with a noise that sounded like one-thousand birds chirping his hand was encased with lightning, but she couldn't see a vision anywhere.

She stood there watching in silent shock, as his lightning cover hand went right through the defense of her subordinate and into her heart, killing her on the spot. But he was not done just as he did that he said something and the lightning in his hand turned into a hound and went after the other mage electrocuting her to death as well.

Venti stood there shocked as well, he knew that his new friend had no problem in killing. But for someone to be so efficient at it was kind of disturbing. So lost in thought he was he didn't notice Signora lunge towards him, but Naruto did. In a flash of lightning Naruto was by Venti's side with his hand on his shoulder. Signora saw Naruto appear but paid him no mind trying to finish what she came here to do as fast as possible, hoping to not have to fight him 'I can't afford to fight him, He'll kill me easier than i could beat a child' were her thoughts as her hand reached Venti's chest where his Gnosis was.

She smiled thinking she completed her mission, but the smile quickly vanished to be replaced by a frown and fear as her hand along with her whole body went through the 2 people standing before her as if they were ghosts. Venti saw what Signora was after, but he couldn't stop it. It was too late. Imagine his surprise when she just went right through him and Naruto as if they weren't there. He looked at Naruto seeing the dots in his eye spin, he guessed it was Naruto that did that, saving his power and divinity along. "Venti, we're out of here. I can feel hundreds of knights coming." warned Naruto "Roger. Take us out of here." Venti answered. Naruto nodded and a familiar tear formed behind him, quickly growing enough to fit 2 people through. When the portal was big enough, he jumped into it, Venti following behind.

Signora stood there shocked, furious and fearful until she started hearing approaching footsteps. Knowing the knights would be here any second, she quickly got away from there. 'Barbatos! I will not forget about this. I will make you pay even if it is the last thing I do, along with that blond bastard.' at the thought of him the whole fight started playing in her mind again. 'How can someone control such power? It dwarfs that of the gods. Dare I say even more powerful than her majesty herself.' she questioned herself in disbelief 'I have to delay my trip to Inazuma so i can warn her Majesty' she decided and turned to go to her boat se she can return to Snezhnaya.

I know it's a little bit shorter than the two previous ones, but I felt that it was the perfect place to end it there. Some explanation about the chapter:

As for Naruto using Kakashi's techniques, I say why not. The Rinnegan gives its user all charka natures and almost perfect control over it.

Now for what will happen with Signora, I will not spoil it but I'll say that it is not gonna be the same as in the game.
