After making it to the Hokage tower the three of them walked inside and both Hinata and Neji were taken back by how big the space was. The interior of the fist level was a rather lager round room with doors and hallways leading to various places in the building. As the two of then are looking around the big space Naruto just continues walking towards a hallway leading to a set of stairs that lead up to the upper levels of the tower.
Just as Naruto was going to start going up the stairs, he notices that he is walking by himself, so he turns arounds to figure out why and sees both Hinata and Neji standing awestruck by to sheer size to the room. Though its harder to tell with Neji as he tends to keep on the Hyuga stoic face when out in public. But its plane as days on Hinata's face the shock and surprise written all over her face. Seeing that Naruto can't help but think about how cute she looks.
Oh, for my little kit to already be interested in vixens. He's grown up so fast.(Naruto blushes from hearing this and shouts back in his mind.) Dam it Kyu-chan it's not what you think it is you perverted fox. Oh, I know kit but it's just so much fun to tease you. But I do hope that you at least wait until your old enough and strong enough to be able to protect your loved ones before you decide to start taking vixens for yourself. I wouldn't want to see any of them, or your future kits get hurt because you couldn't protect them kit.
Naruto's face becomes serious. I know Kyu-chan I will get stronger so that I can protect them from any and everything and that includes you kyu-chan. (Kyuubi blushes slightly at hearing that} Now what did you mean by vixens. I mean aren't you only allowed to have one wife? (Naruto asks this with a confused look on his face). Oh, you don't have to worry about that kit at least not for now. But I think that you should focus back on your future mate and her cousin because there heading this way, and before you ask, I'll answer any questions you have later tonight when you meet with me back in your mind. After saying this she then cuts off the mental link just as both Hinata and Neji walk towards him.
When both Hyuga walk up to him, Naruto can see that Hinata has a worried look on her face and asks her what's wrong. "O-Oh W-w-well N-Naruto w-when we n-noticed that you h-had walked off w-without us w-we l-looked around a-and s-saw you standing o-over h-here with a-a b-bunch of d-d-different e-emotions g-go across y-your f-face and I w-wanted t-to know i-if every t-thing w-was ok." Says Hinata with a look of concern in her pale pupilless lavender eyes. Naruto seeing the concern she has for him in her face and eyes and can't help but smile at her and thank her for her concern and tells her. " You don't need to worry about that, I was just thinking about what I was going to talk to Jiji about and how it will turn out. Guess I'm just a little nervous about it." While scratching the back of his head with his hand.
Hinata seeing Naruto's warm smile directed at her can't help but think. Naruto-Kun is so string to be able to smile with so much warmth and light that I can't help but want to be close to him. And the way he's scratching his head and with those cute whisker marks on his cute face just makes me want to hug and squeeze him tightly and never let go. Realizing what she just thought makes Hinata go beat red with steam coming off the top of her head before passing out. As she starts to fall Naruto quickly moves to catch her with her head landing on his chest near his shoulder.
Naruto looks at her with worry as he tries to figure out what cased her to pass out. Neji walks up next to him and tell the blond that she's fine and that he has nothing to worry about for its common for her to pass out when her emotions are to much of her to handle and that she should be awake in a few minutes. After hearing this Naruto calms down only to have a small blush spread across his face when he notices how close her face is to his. He shakes his head to get rid of the embarrassment of having a cute girls face so close to his and picks her up to carry her bridal stile up the stairs.
After walking up a few flites of stairs Naruto hers Kyubbi talking to him in his mind again. Hey kit when you get to the old man's office, and he shows you who your trainer is I would like you to allow me to speak with him. How do I do that and what do you need to speak to him about? Well kit the how is simple enough. You just must voluntarily allow our consciousness to switch places for a short time. Now before you say anything let me explain first, ok kit. Naruto nods his head while thinking back to Kyuubi. Ok.
Kyuubi smiles before explaining. Ok kit so there are three different ways I can have control over your body. The first is the way I would like us to do, and it is simply for you to let me have it for a short while. Now this doesn't mean that I have full control over you. Yes, I can move and control your body but that's about it unless you say otherwise this means that while I'm in control I can't use either mine or your chacra which also means that I can't use Jutsu of any kind. Now you can allow me access to my or your chacra or restrict me to only \being able to look through your eyes and be unable to move even a single finger and can force us to switch back at any time you deem fit.
The second way which would be very unpleasant for both of us and could lead to your death is for me to force my will to overtake yours. Now this would allow me to completely break free from both the seal and your body but with a high chance of me either eating your consciousness when I overpower you or kill your body, when I force all of my power out of it all at once. But doing so would end up leaving me in a rather vulnerable state and to be honest I would feel rather upset if you died that way, since I will, admit that I've grown rather fond of you.
Now the third way which I hope that we can get to that point sometime in the future is for you to willingly remove the seal. Doing so will allow me to either take control over your body when I feel that I need to in order to keep you safe or allow me to simply move in and out of the seal freely thus allowing me to have a physical existence with out the need to control your body.
Hey Kyu-chan why don't I just remove the seal now and we can go with the third choice? Kyuubi chuckles at him. Because kit in order for that to work there needs to be a high level of mutual trust and currently we are nowhere near that level and probably won't be for quite some time. And before you try and argue with me, You should understand that while yes I have been with you and know everything you've been through, I have a very deep distrust of humans. And you However don't really know anything about me or my past so while you may think you trust me that's only because you don't really know me.
After Kyubbi finishes what she said Naruto goes quite has a somber look on his face which Neji sees and causes him to wonder why his blond counterpart would have such a look on his face. But before either Neji or Kyuubi can say anything Naruto's face then changes to one set firm with determination blazing in his eyes. I will do what I can to help you with being able to trust people and I will do what I can to understand you and your past so that I can trust you with my very life and the lives of those I love Kyu-chan. At these words Kyuubi simply smiles and nods despite Naruto not being able to see her do so but before she can say anything more Neji gets Naruto's ate4nchen by asking him if he's ok.
Naruto looks at him with a confused look and askes him what he means. Neji clarifies by saying. "Well as we have been walking up these stairs you face has gone through a large number of emotions in a short amount of time I was just concerned if you were alright." Naruto gives Neji a sheepish look before saying." Well, I guess I'm just nervous about how my meeting with Jiji and my new Sensei is going to go." Before Neji could say anything else the both of them reached the top of the stairs and Naruto quickly walks up to desk with a good-looking woman with brown hair and black eyes sitting behind it working on some papers. As Naruto walks up to the desk he shifts Hinata in his arms so its more comfortable and easier for him to hold and carry her.
After readjusting Hinata in his arms Naruto calls out to the woman behind the desk." Hay Suki-chan is the old man here." The woman after hearing her name called looks up to see the bright blond spiky hair and the deep blue eyes of Naruto the boy she has come to believe is more like a bright summers day then the hatred and destruction of the night the boy was born. So with a smile coming to her face at the sight of the boy she says." Hello Naruto-kun, yes the Hokage is in his office right now just let me go check to see if it's alright for you to enter and you can set the girl down on the couch over there."
She then walks off leaving Naruto to move to the coach and gently lays Hinata down on the coach. After laying her down he looks at her and gently moves a few strands of hair out of her face and behind her ear He continues to look at her for a few more seconds before moving away but he can't as he then finds that Hinata is holding on to the sleeve of his coat. Upon realizing this Naruto a soft smile forms on his face.
After a minute of Naruto standing over Hinata while she sleeps the Kyuubi decides to make herself known. Well kit it seems to me that both you and the young vixen have become quite attached to each other. Naruto blushes slightly then sighs. Ya I guess your right Kyu-Chan. I guess I have gotten pretty attached to her. But it's strange I only just met her so why do I want to always be around her and never let her out of my sight. I mean just the thought of leaving her here while I talk to the old man is putting me on edge. I may have an answer for you, but you will have to wait until you let me talk to the old Hokage. Okay Kyu-chan. So, what kind of person do you think Jiji will give me as a teacher. I don't know kit but if they end up being like the rest of the villagers then I won't hesitate to kill them. Kyu-chan while I do appreciate it please don't kill anyone or things will just get worse for us. 'Sigh' I guess your right kit but that doesn't mean that you can just let them do whatever they please to you. I want you to fight back if you can and I will help you when you need to do so alright kit. Alright I will Kyu-chan.
"Alright Naruto the Hokage will see you now and you can leave her here I will watch after her and send her in when she wakes up." Upon hearing this, three different emotions crossed his face one after the other first was joy that he could go and talk to his Jiji and possibly get a teacher that could help him graduate the academy even if the instructors are agents him. The second was rage pure unadulterated rage spills off him to the point that he was unknowingly releasing some killing intent (ki from now on). From hearing that he would have to leave Hinata alone while she was unconscious and unprotected. The third was begrudging acceptance from hearing Kyuubi talk him into leaving her and that she'll be alright since she'll keep an eye on her with her senses. Naruto gives Hinata one last look before walking towards the Hokage door with Neji fallowing closely behind with a stoic look on his face but, on the inside, he made a metal note to not harm a single hair on anyone that Naruto is close with especially Hinata and probably Hanabi too.
With the Hokage
Earlier that day
As Sarutobi is leaving the Hyuga compound he lifts up his hand and calls out. "Kitsune, Neko." As soon as the names left his mouth two ninjas one male one female dressed if full black with white animal masks of the said animals appear kneeling in front of him." Kitsune, I want you to find Inu and Mighto guy and tell them to be in mt office by the time I get there and to make sure Inu gets there on time tell him it has something to do with Naruto. Neko, I want you to go and find Anko Mitarashi and Yuhi Kurenai and tell them the same thing. Now go." The two then disappear without a sound to fallow the orders that they have been given.
Sarutobi then calls out one more name" Tenzo" another man dressed In all black with a white animal mask appears kneeling in front of him." Tenzo, I want you to stay here until Naruto leaves to head to my office I then want you to fallow him to make sure nothing happens on his way there. Understood." The masked ninja rases his head with a shout of "Hai Hokage-Sama" he then disappears from site. Sarutobi then turns and walks back to the Hokage tower thinking about the things he just learned about his favorite knuckleheaded and unpredictable blond child.
When he arrives at the tower, he immediately makes his way up to his office passing by his secretary and telling her not to let anyone in for a while and to keep an eye out for Naruto and to inform him when he arrives. With that said he then walks into his office and finds the people that he had requested there waiting for him. He chuckles seeing the annoyed expression on the faces of three of the four people there. He then walks over to his desk and sits down looking at the four ninjas in front of him.
The four ninjas in front of where all dressed in their own unique ways ranging from a young man a few inches shorter than the other one with a head of spiky silver gravity defying hair with a white dog mask covering his face. he's wearing a black sleeveless skintight shirt with a gray flak jacket and black reinforced cargo pants that are wrapped at his ankles with black medical tape and black sandals on his feet. He has a short tanto strapped to his back with his shuriken pouch on his hip attached to his belt and his kunai holster strapped to the middle of his right thigh with white medical tape.
The next on in line is a semi tall young man with his black hair done in a bowl cut with two massive thick rectangular eyebrows and a slightly bulbous nose. He's dressed in a dark green full body spandex jump suit and a slightly darker green flak jacket, and his red Konoha forehead protector tied around his waist like a belt and two orange leg warmers on both legs with a pair of blue sandals on his feet.
The third one in line is a young woman with long purple hair tied up into a spiky ponytail with her Konoha Headband tied to her forehead hidden under her bangs that almost reach her pupilless brown eyes. She has a smell slightly upturned nose and thin lips all that perfectly fit on her rounded face. Her skin is slightly tanned and she where's an open front tan trench coat over a skintight chain mesh bodysuit that ends just above her knees and a orangish brown leather short skirt that ends at her mid-thigh with a pair a of metal shin guards and blue sandals with a small metal plates on the tops of them. With a wood pendent around her neck.
The last person in line is another woman slightly taller then the previous is a fair-skinned woman with long black untamed hair reaching her upper back, and unique red eyes that have an additional ring in them. She wears red lipstick and purple eye shadow, and outfit consists of a red mesh armored blouse with only the right sleeve visible with the main part of it looking like bandages with rose thorn pattern on it. Her hands and upper thighs are also wrapped in bandages, and she wears the Konoha headband and blue sandals.
After taking in the appearance of the fore standing in front of Sarutobi takes out his pipe and lights it then takes a few puffs as he thinks about how things might go with what the four in front of him with what he has planned. "Now before we get down to as to why I called you all here I will say this what your about to hear is going to be labeled as an SS class secret and any mention of it outside of this room with anyone not a part of it will result in immediate termination of your shinobi carrier and you spending two months in T&I with Morino Ibiki with no restraints on what he can do as long your alive at the end before you are executed. Do I make myself clear. "
The four standing in front of immediately stood at attention and yelled out Hai Hokage-Sama. Now than before we get started. The Hokage lifted his hand in the air before saying leave us and just as soon as the words left his mouth four hidden figures shot out from there hiding places and out of the door. The Hokage then looked at the masked man in front of his and asked him to check to make sure there was no one else hidden in the room. The masked man took a quick look around the room before saying that the room was all clear Hokage-Sama. The Hokage nodded before going through Hand signs and placing his hand on the center of his desk and saying out loud "Fuinjutsu: Chinmoku no heya"( sealing technique: Room of silence).
Soon after Hiruzen placed his hand on his desk and called out his technique the place his hand was had lines of kanji snake out and in all directions going across the floor up the walls and meeting in the center of the celling before flashing a bright blue and fading back to black showing that the room had been sealed off and no sound could be heard from the outside. As soon as the sealing of the room was finished Hiruzen then looked at the masked man telling him to remove his mask. The man dose so reveling one lazily half lidded eye and the other one closed with a vertically slashed scare that starts mid-way down his forehead and disappearing under the mask that covers the entire lower half of his face.
Taking a puff of his pipe and exhaling Hiruzen starts" Now I know that the four of you must be wondering as to why I have put such a high level of security on what I'm going to ask you and that is because it involves an individual that everyone here may have heard of and someone you might even know, and that individual is none other than one Uzumaki Naruto. Now what I'm about to ask of you is something that you are under no obligation to do but like I said before you cannot speak a word of this if you so choose to not accept." Hiruzen pauses to take another puff on his pipe to let what he said sink in.
Looking at the faces of the four in front of him and what he sees isn't all that surprising to him all four of the ninjas in front of him have serious looks on their faces but none more so than that of the silver hair man whose once lazily half lidded was now narrowed with a hard look of seriousness in it. As Hiruzen exhaled the smoke and was about to continue the man with silver hair spoke with a serious and slightly threating tone" What about Naruto Hokage-Sama." Hiruzen narrows his eyes slightly but then chuckles after Don't worry Kakashi. But before we continue, I need to know what each of feel towards the boy in question." Upon saying this his eyes grow cold and as sharp as a kunai as he stairs down the four ninjas in front of him.
"Kakashi-san let start with you as you have had some of the most experience with how Naruto acts from how often you watch over him." The white-haired ninja walks forward with a nod" Hai Hokage-Sama. From what I have seen of young Naruto is that despite how he has been treated by most of the village he has grown up to be a rather kind and gentle boy and despite what the matron and caretakers that ran the orphanage clam I have seen that he Is a vary bright kid with how fast he can pick up and learn new things. And so, with all honesty Hokage-Sama I have no ill will towards the boy rather I would like to see him grow in to a powerful ninja." Kakashi then steps back into line before reaching in to the pouch on his hip and pulling out a little orange book and starts reading it.
Hiruzen nods with a smile on his face then looks to the next one in line that seems to be crying streams of anime tears and saying something about the flames of youth and hip attitudes." Alright Guy-san please tell me how you feel about Naruto." The next one in line is the man in the green spandex. He stops crying anime tears and gives a big toothy smile before walking forward and laughing loudly." HA ha ha well while I may not have met the young boy, but I have seen him in passing a few times and every time I did, I could see that his flames of youth were burning brightly even with the unyouthfull way the village treats him but that goes to show just how bright and youthfully his flames of youth burn. I for one have no problem with the boy and wish to help fan his flames of youth into a burning inferno of youth that no one can ever hope to extinguish and if I can't do that, I will climb the Hokage monument caring a boulder and one arm tied behind my back ten time and if I can' t do that then I will run 1000 laps around the village on my hands and if-"
Hiruzen sighs and tells Guy that he can go back in line so that the next person can speak. He then looks at the third person in line and says." Alright Anko-chan tell me your thoughts on the boy." The purple haired woman then takes a few steps forward with a smirk on her face. "Well seeing as he and I are in very similar boats and not having acutely met the gaki I can't say that I dislike him in any way. I in all honesty have kind of wanted to meet him but didn't so the other villagers wouldn't be any harder on him. I mean the last thing he needs is people going after him for hanging out with the "snake bitch" of all people " She says this ending with a small frown on her face at the end. She then steps back into line with a small frown and a nod from Hiruzen.
" Haaaa. Alright Kurenai-san since you're the last one in line I will explain after you have finished and hopefully be able to answer any questions at the time." She nods than steps forward. "Well, Hokage-Sama just like both Guy-san ad Anko-Chan I have had no real interaction with the boy but I have seen him from a distance in passing and saw how he was treated and how instead of lashing out he just took it and continued ion his way with only a frown or a rather impressive fake or brave smile on his face. Thus, I believe that the boy disserves better as well as someone help and look after him." She then bows her head slightly then steps back into line to await the Hokage's orders.
Hiruzen smiles and lets out a light chuckle. " Well now seeing as how all four of you have similar feelings about the boy in ether wanting to help him or look for someone to help him makes what I'm about to tell you all go that much smoother. But before that I need to let you all know that he knows about the fox. And before any of you can ask, the reason is because he ended up tapping into it when he was protecting the young Hyuga heiress Hinata Hyuga from a group of bullies and ended up drawing upon its power if only slightly. Just enough to defeat three academy students before passing out from the toll it took on his body. But from what I had heard no one was seriously injured and from what Naruto-Kun has told me. is that when he was unconscious, he met the Kyuubi and she told him that she would train him in a few things about her power that no one else could, and yes you heard me correctly. The Kyuubi no Kitsune the most powerful of the nine bijju is female.
After saying all of that and before he can continue, he is interrupted by a very excited Anko that throw her left arm around the shoulder of a smirking Kurenai and shouting out. "You hear that Nai-Chan the most powerful being in the world is a chick which just goes to show that women are the better of the two genders. Now you better put that stupid book away Kakashi before Nai-Chan here burns it and by extension you." She says that last part with a overly sweet and sadistic smile on her face.
Said man looked over to her with a bord look in his one visible eye and asked. "Hmm did you say something Anko?" Before closing his book and putting it back in to his hip pouch. And not a moment later of the words leaving his mouth that someone else with a far louder voice yells out " Oh, Kakashi you and your hip attitude have dampened your flames of youth. So in order to help you fan those weakened flames back in to a youthful inferno I will challenge you to one hundred matches to help bolster your spring time of youth."
As all of this is going on Sarutobi is watching them interact with the news that they herd and is chuckling at their antics." alright you three settle down now so that I may continue. Now the reason I told you four this is because it was brought to my attention by Naruto-kun him self after finding out about the Kyubbi that even with the laws I have put in place to help and protect him. That even when he enters the ninja academy that there will be teachers that will still see him as the fox rather than the boy holding it imprisoned and will do anything to hamper him and to keep him from graduating. By ether not helping him, purposely teaching him the wrong things, or sabotaging his grades. So, to counteract this I have come up with a way to work around this, but I need help of people willing to see Naruto-kun for who he is rather than what he contains. And so, I ask the four of you. Will you help me and by extension Naruto-kun by teaching him the basics of what the academy and what the ninja world should and will need him to learn in order to stand on equal footing to graduate with the rest of his peers?"
