First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me more inspiration to work on the next chapter, which you are about to read on below. I pomise you that this chapter will keep you glued as the story is now underway.

Last chapter gave you a lot of carnage and magical battles as both the main characters of this fic, and another from "Digital Wizard" dish out most of what they have in dealing with the rampaging "armored mages" just before it left off, and now we are picking up where the cliffhanger left, with Yuu being in danger of being eliminated as he is the first casualty of getting injured while trying to stay alive, and is unable to bring forth Damemon given the extend of his wounds.

Well, that's the summary I can tell you right now, but you'll soon see where this would lead to, so here is the second chapter, so read and enjoy!

Ch. 8 - Majikku Rando ni Tsurete Ika Re

At an unspecified area within Kyoto, the scene shows that Wizard is still riding the Wizard-Winger motorcycle and is passing through a huge warehouse in hopes of outmaneuvering his pursuers, who are riding on "flying brooms", using the EXPLOSION Ring to attack him, but and there Wizard took advantage of the warehouse's "restrictive ambiance" as the mages maneuvered to avoid the ceiling's obstacles, and as the mages gathered in one spot, Wizard puts on the GRAVITY Ring and placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to activate the spell.

Wizardriver: "GRAVITY...PLEASE..."

The mages felt the spell and struggles to fight against the force that is pulling them down to the ground, and there he replaces the GRAVITY Ring with another ring before placing his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to activate another spell in order to take them down without killing them while they are vulnerable to a certain degree.

Wizardriver: "BIG...PLEASE..."

A magic circle appeared and Wizard inserted his right hand in there and then his hand "enlarges" and uses it to swat the mages aside, sending them crashing down, and while they are still under the effects of the GRAVITY Ring's power, he removes the BIG Ring and replaces it with the COPY Ring and placed his hand in front of the Wizardriver, and repeated the process a few times as he created at least 10 copies of himself.

Wizardriver: "COPY...PLEASE..."

There the "10 Wizards" removed the COPY Rings and replaced them with the KICK STRIKE Rings, placed their hand in front of the Wizardriver and activated their spells.

Wizardriver: "CHOINE...KICK STRIKE...SAIKO!"

The "10 Wizards" then performed a flying kick with their right foot set ablaze and struck the still-immobilized mages, and an explosion occurred as the impact sent the 10 mages thrown out of the warehouse and are knocked out, and their magic were cancelled out and reverted back to normal, and as Wizard is about to go and destroy their Wizardrivers, another set of "armored mages" arrived, and he whined at the scene as he barely get to take a breather and is worried that his mana would get depleted if he fights another round non-stop, and if the first batch of mages woke up and transform, he would be in serious trouble.

"Great...guess it can't be helped...I may have to get rougher with them if I am to survive this chaos..."

As the next batch of "armored mages" are circling him, Wizard braces himself for another fight when an unexpected entrant appeared out of nowhere, much to Wizard's surprise, and to that of the ones inside the antique shop.

Wizardriver: "TELEPORT...NOW!"

The entrant who appeared is none other than the White Wizard, and the first thing he did was placing his right hand in front of his Wizardriver, and a spell is casted.

Wizardriver: "DUPE...NOW!"

A "copy" of the White Wizard appeared after a magic circle did, and unlike the "copies" that Wizard made when using the COPY Ring, the "copy" of the White Wizard is different, as he appeared to act independently, and repeated the process of summoning a spell.

Wizardriver: "DUPE...NOW!"

The "eight White Wizards" then fought off the "10 mages" and the fight went to a stand still before they placed their hand in front of their Wizardriver to summon another spell that would soon lead to the opponents' defeat.

Wizardriver: "EXPLOSION...NOW!"

The "armored mages" were struck by explosion and the impact sent them throwing back and hit the floor, rendered unconscious and reverted back to normal. The "copied versions" of the White Wizard disarmed the unconscious victims before disappearing, and there the original one approached Takuya, which the teen reverted back to normal, and went straight to the point and asked him if he knows anything of what is going on.

"It's been a while, Takuya Kanbara..."

"Yeah..."

"You seemed to be doing fine..."

"So far...guess I'm going to say thank you for helping me...but...pardon my being blunt but..."

"I know what you're thinking..."

"Eh?"

"I am not responsible...but I can provide you a lead on who is responsible..."

"Eh?"

"Now listen up..."

After explaining to Takuya what really happened, the White Wizard told the teen of a way to confront the mastermind, and after much discussion, Takuya boarded his motorcycle and leaves the scene to head back to for the antique shop, while the White Wizard teleports away to parts unknown, perhaps to plan ahead in preparing to aid Takuya in confronting Auma at Magic Land, confident that the teen would eventually defeat this threat to the human world.

At Magic Land, Auma looked a bit surprised at the scene he had just witnessed as the scene from the cauldron shows that the White Wizard is disarming the unconscious citizens who are now free from Auma's control while removing the Wizardrivers and magic rings, and while Auma's subordinates appeared to be alarmed, Auma himself was calm enough to figure out his next step, intending to deal with Takuya later.

"Ah! The White Wizard! He has interfered!"

"So...he has decided to enter the fray...I should have anticipated this since he is the one who gave that boy the same magic items which i gave to those slaves of mine..."

"Master Auma...what shall we do...?"

"Calm yourself..."

"But..."

"Fear not...the plan will push through..."

"Very well, master..."

"Now then..."

Using magic, the scene within the cauldron shows Auma the countries that have the most impoverish states, where he finds out that there are several countries that are financially weak, and there he finds the countries which he can exploit its citizens and have them submit to his will in the sole purpose of causing havoc within the west. The countries he found with the least developed nations are:

- Afghanistan,

- Bangladesh,

- Bhutan,

- Cambodia,

- Lao PDR,

- Maldives,

- Myanmar,

- Nepal,

- Timor-Leste,

- Yemen

- Haiti.

There Auma told his subordinates to prepare the magical items as he intends to go to the following impoverish nations to entice its citizens to accept his offer so he can put them under his spell to serve him to further his plans to have Xros Hearts fall in to his trap. When everything is set, Auma departed immediately to the following nations bringing some of his subordinates with him.

Back at Kyoto, Yuu is having trouble of his own as he is trying to find a place to safely battle the mages without getting innocent people killed, and right now he is using himself as a bait to entice the mages to follow him so that he can keep them from harming other people, seeing that the streets is littered with severed corpses, and before he gets the chance to use his X-Loader, one of the mages placed his hand in front of the Wizardriver and summoned a spell.

Wizardriver: "GIANT...NOW!"

The mage's left-handed, clawed gauntlet "enlarges" and struck Yuu down, grazing his left temple, while another mage came and summoned a spell doing the same tactic the other mage did.

Wizardriver: "VOLCANO...NOW!"

An enhanced heat blast nearly struck Yuu, but the impact was great that debris struck the blond-haired teen and he was badly wounded, and now he is under the two mages' mercy.

As Yuu laid on the floor bloodied and burned, the two Mages approached him and depowered themselves, revealing the users to be Airu and Ren, and they are still under the Wizardrivers' controls, and are now in front of Yuu where they proceeded to kick and beat him up senselessly until Ryouma arrived and used a fire extinguisher to disorient the two possessed teens.

"My apologies, Ren...Airu...but right now I have to do this..."

Ryouma apologized to his two friends as he used the extinguisher as a weapon to knock down Airu and Ren, rendering them unconscious and there he helped Yuu up and dragged him to an abandoned taxi where he intends to bring him to the nearest hospital, and though Yuu insisted that he get to Taiki and the others, Ryouma advises him not to at the moment due to his injuries, and reasoned that Taiki and the others can take care of themselves and the important part right now is to have his wounds treated.

"R-Ryouma..."

"Don't strain yourself..."

"Taiki...g-got to...get to...Taiki..."

"They can deal this themselves..."

"B-but..."

"Right now you need medical treatment...your wounds are quite severe...and leave this to me..."

"..."

"Good...now stay still..."

By then Ryouma drives the taxi and is taking Yuu towards the nearest hospital to give him emergency treatment so that once he is being treated, he would try and contact Taiki to tell him of Yuu's situation.

As the chaos continued, Tagiru, Zenjirou and Akari are running away from the scene as they intend to find a way to get the "Mages" to leave the city and lure them somewhere where there would be no casualties involved so that once they find a place to safely deal with the possessed citizens, they can contact Taiki and their Digimon partners to have "mages" follow them to a vacant area and then used "considerable means" to knock them out and disarm them. However, Tagiru spotted more "mages" emerging and then noticed a "costume shop" which he suggested to Akari and Zenjirou to go inside and get the clothes to disguise themselves.

"Guys...here..."

"Huh?"

"A costume shop?"

"Yeah..."

"Are we..."

"Seriously?"

"Better than nothing...they've seen our faces...and we'd be an open target if we don't...!"

"Okay..."

"Got it..."

Taking Tagiru's word for it, Akari and Zenjirou did what Tagiru suggested and they all went inside to get disguises and came out, and began to take bicycles with them to sneak out to find a place to lure their attackers away from Kyoto, and while looking back at seeing their city being assaulted, the teens were taken aback as more SWAT vans arrived and opened fire at the "mages", in which their efforts were futile since their armors are impervious to bullets, and the SWAT members ended up getting killed and maimed.

As they are heading away from the city, one of the "mages" noticed them and secretly followed them while the rest of the mages continued their attacks just to find the Xros Heart members.

At Kyoto General Hospital, Yuu was brought in and doctors began to administer emergency procedures, and as Ryouma is considering calling Taiki on his cellphone, he is taken aback as several victims are being wheeled in on stretchers from several ambulances and saw the medics announcing the nature of their injuries and where they got them from, which he immediately guessed who caused the injuries to the victims.

"Emergency!"

"We need antiseptics!"

"Burn marks...third degree!"

"Open wounds all over the body!"

"We need ointments!"

"More are being rushed!"

"We need more space in the operating room!"

"Hurry!"

Ryouma then saw the TV where a live news feed is showing, which showed the armored "mages" are wreaking havoc on Kyoto and he wondered who caused the mass production of the belt and rings and tricked the victims in to wearing them. He then decided to head back to the city to find Taikai and help him on how to deal with the present problem at hand, believing that a Digimon is behind this and hoped that they might find answers to the problem.

Several minutes have passed, Taiki is searching every vacant lot which hew hoped that he would find the Clock Shop Owner, hoping that he might have an idea on what is going on and who is causing the attacks within Kyoto, and while he had no such luck at the moment, he was greeted by Tagiru, Akari and Zenjirou, and the four of them convened and discussed on what is causing this mayhem to happen, and how to deal with this chaos and to find the root cause of this incident while they hoped that their Digimon partners are able to deal with the rampaging "mages".

However, the "armored mage" that was following Tagiru's group emerged and swoops down, which caused Taiki to push Zenjirou towards the vacant stall as the "armored Mage" places its right hand in front of the Wizardriver, which the ring glowed and a spell was cast which struck both Taiki, Akari and Tagiru.

Wizardriver: "EXPLOSION...NOW!"

An explosion rocked and the impact sends the two teens flying and hit the ground, unconscious and badly hurt. Mage then uses the ring again and binds the three teens in magic chains before giving the signal that their targets have been caught. By then the rampaging "mages" ceased their assault and placed their right hands in front of their Wizardrivers which their rings glowed and they all teleported away to parts unknown, leaving only death and destruction in its wake, while the Digimons reverted back to their default forms and went out of sight as police and survivors checked on any victims still alive.

At Magic Land, Auma's subordinates are rather pleased with the results though they noticed that some of the other Xros Heart members are not presented, but they are still satisfied with what they got and ordered the soldiers to throw the unconscious Taiki and Tagiru at the dungeons, while noticing that their X-Loaders are not with them yet they are fine with it since without them the two teens won't be able to summon their Digimon partners.

After a few chapters of magic mayhem, which left a lot of death and injuries, Xros Heart was captured and taken to Magic Land, though Yuu and Zenjirou managed to evade capture, and now they must work together to find a way to save their friends.

The next chapter will shift to Magic land as Taiki and Tagiru realized their current predicament, while in Kyoto, Ryouma meets up with Zenjirou and the other Digimons as they enlist help from other Xros heart members such as Kirihira Anouma and Nene Amano.
