Hello, and my apologies for updating this fic after being inactive for four years…writer's block got me and it took me this long to get back in to the groove, and let's see where this would lead to...

Ch. 2: Shāuddo no settoappu
The scene shows that the chariot is on the way to the Monster Kingdom, and Sherwood wants to know why is she being restrained like this even after showing that she is unarmed and possess no weapons, but the guards neutrally stated that they are just following orders and urged her to understand that they are just following orders and that they are only doing the procedures, especially after being told by survivors about what they saw and describe.
This, however, did not sit well with her and demanded to be freed from the chains which they honestly refused on the grounds of security.
"Sorry."
"We cannot abide."
"We have our orders."
"Please understand."
"You were deemed armed and dangerous."
"There is nothing for us to do."
"So sorry."
"…"
Sherwood insisted that the charges levied against her are absurd, yet the guard apologetically told her they were following orders, and that they were informed that she is deemed "armed and dangerous", which she finds it baseless, and demanded that she be given rights, but the another guard stood his ground while the other guard puts a tape on Sherwood's mouth for "added security".
The third guard was quite surprised and asks why he did that, seeing that it is an act of disrespect, but the guard who pits the tape on Sherwood's mouth said this was an order from the HIGHER-UPS, which the others find it rather disrespecting towards Sherwood.
"It is an order."
"What?"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"That is disrespectful."
"And a violation…"
"I cannot do anything. I was given an order and I must obey."
"…"
Not far behind, another carriage is following the other in a quite distance, and inside are Francesca, the three panda Blood Warriors, Riza, and Reiri. They are told to follow Sherwood and see how the trial would be carried out as well as to find out if she is framed, or a victim in a case of mistaken identity. Riza is intending to head towards the crime scene to use her enhanced senses to figure out if Sherwood's scent is there or not while Reiri will use her bat familiars to scout certain key areas just in case.
Riza then told Francesca about what Hime instructed her, which the gynoid nodded, as they were given instructions by Hime on what to do once they arrive at the monster world, and what they should do as they were given the task of finding and presenting proof that Sherwood is innocent of the charges that were levied against her and expose the real culprit.
"Francesca…you heard what Hime said…go to Emil and take the pandas with you once the trial's been adjourned…the pandas won't survive without a "Flame of Life" since Sherwood is likely not allowed to be given access to her blood Warriors…"
"Fuga…"
"Do you think it's wise to leave Hiro and Hime behind…?"
"Relax, Reiri…Flandre's there…"
"Well…they might plan to make out there without us knowing…"
"Just stick to Hime's orders, you hentai…"
"Aw…I was planning to see Hime play with Hiro's birdie…"
"REIRI!"
The group proceeded to follow the carriage where Sherwood is being taken, unaware that Hime is already being under attacked by a gun-toting assassin with Hiro defending her.

Back at the mansion, Hime and Hiro are laying on the ground, face-first as they are dodging a hail of bullets at are zooming past them, which Hime can tell that this assault may have been well-timed given that Riza and Reiri just left and the attacker made its move. She then guessed that the one attacking her mansion is probably the one who attacked the werewolf society, which the blame is pinned on Sherwood, which Hiro asks how can she be sure.
Hime then told Hiro that the attacker is using a high-powered ammunition and the bullets that are zooming over them are made of silver, where she grabbed one on the floor and showed it to Hiro, and pointed out that it is obvious that Sherwood is being set up, where she told her blood warrior that at present Sherwood is not yet capable of physically defending herself and that she cannot even hold a rather heavy weapon such as a machine gun.
"…and that is why."
"…"
"It is clear that Sherwood was framed."
"Then…the attacker outside…"
"It is possible that it is HER."
"But…"
"We need to find an opening and stop the attacker…before the sounds alert Sawawa."
"!"
By then Flandre came out, alerted by the ruckus and there Hime told Flandre to go out and ferret the attacker, which the gynoid glanced at Hime, which she told Flandre that the attacker is heavily armed and dangerous.
"Flandre…go out and stop the shooter."
"Fuga."
"She is armed and dangerous."
"Fuga."
"make sure that you capture her alive if possible."
"Fuga."
"Hurry."
"Fuga."
By then a grenade is thrown inside, which Flandre picked up and walked outside, and an explosion is heard, and there Hime told Hiro to go out there and assist Flandre as she will go get any weapons available, which Hiro looked worried, and the princess placed her hands on his cheeks, which made him blush as she said that she will not go down that easily.
As he still feel worried over the princess' safety, Hime smirked as she kissed him on the lips which made him blush even more, and said that once they exposed the true culprit and Sherwood exonerated of the charges, she will reward Hiro by letting him do what he wants with her at his room, which a still-blushing Hiro nodded in an embarrassing way.
"Go."
"Um…"
"When this is over and Sherwood cleared of the charges. I will give you a reward."
"Uh…"
"I will let you do what you want with me…inside your room."
"O-okay…"
"Good."
"…"
As Hime went further inside the mansion, Hiro stepped out, where Flandre is being struck by a barrage of bullets and he wondered what he should do, until he somewhat got a glimpse of the attacker, who appeared to have the same height as Sherwood and can tell that it really is a girl, as aside from her petite figure, the attacker is somewhat dressed in the same manner as the fairy tale character Little Red Riding Hood, only that she is holding a pair of machine guns, and the 14-year old boy was able to partially see her face, where he stared wide-eyed seeing that she somewhat resembled Sherwood, and the girl is seen grinning like a psychopath as she fired away in reckless abandon.
Upon seeing Hiro, the attacker grinned even more as she took out an RPG, and Hiro stared wide-eyed and ran inside the mansion as the attacker opened fire, which struck the ground and narrowly missed its target, and the scene inside shows that Hiro was thrown off by the impact and he landed on the sofa, sighing that he should have stayed inside and not going out there unarmed.

At the Monster Kingdom, the scene shows that the carriage has arrived, and the guards are seen unloading a chained Sherwood, and as the guards are about to remove her restrains, a few castle guards show up and told the guards that they can go and the guards asked why, as they were told that they are tasked to escort her to the castle to have her undergo trial to answer the charges, but the castle guards said that the council ordered it, and the castle guards reluctantly left and Sherwood is left alone with the castle guards.
Not far, Riza, Reiri, Francesca and the three pandas are seen watching behind a huge rock where they noted that it is suspicious as normally Sherwood should be given due process, and they saw Sherwood still restrained, and they have a feeling that this may be a set up to eliminate her, which Reiri noted that it is a possibility given that one of Sherwood's siblings may have an accomplice within the Monster Kingdom and is using his position to perform unscrupulous means.
"Looks like someone is pulling the strings."
"Are you serious?"
"Looks like it."
"How is that possible?"
"You just saw it. Sherwood is still chained, and was not even being escorted inside…"
"So you're saying…?"
"I have a feeling that…"
"Huh?"
Their discussion was interrupted when they saw the castle guards, in which they began attacking Sherwood, who is still chained, and thus made Riza pissed and alarmed, seeing that Reiri's theory and suspicions are correct as the guards are now mauling Sherwood, as she is too restrained to protect herself, and you can see her getting several bruises and is even BUSTED OPEN, and her face is slowly getting bloody, and Reiri told Francesca to do her thing, which the gynoid nodded.
"Quick! Go help Sherwood!"
"Fuga."
"Hurry before she gets beaten up to a pulp!"
"Fuga."
"Make sure that you subdue those guards and leave them alive if possible. We might need them for information!"
"Fuga."
"Hurry!"
"Fuga."
The scene shows that Sherwood is being mauled cruelly as she is being pinned down and the others kicked and beat her, and there one of the guards took out a spear and is ready to impale her to the neck so as to kill her on the spot, and Sherwood can only glare as he mouth is still taped as the guard holding the spear sarcastically APOLOGIZE for this and said it is nothing personal, but strictly business, and told her not to have any hard feelings.
"My apologies, Princess Sherwood…"
"…"
"Nothing personal."
"…"
"Just following orders."
"…"
"At least you won't have to suffer in this battle royal between your siblings…"
"…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Hime and Hiro are busy at the mansion, while Riza, Reiri and the others managed to follow, and discover something more sinister than meets the eye…
Lastly, Sherwood appeared to be in trouble, which reinforced the suspicions that she is framed, just like what happened to Hime…
