A/N: Here's the epilogue! I hope you've all enjoyed reading this story as much as I've enjoyed writing it.

Erin stood in front of a mirror in her bedroom at Hank's house, checking her hair and makeup to make sure it was perfect.

"Stop fidgeting, Erin. You look perfect," Kim chided, walking up behind her. "Besides, it's not like he'd notice if you didn't," she laughed, making Erin smile.

"Thanks, Kim. I just can't believe this day is finally here!" Erin replied. "There were years where I thought this day would never come."

Kim smiled at her. "It's been a long time coming," she agreed. "But some of us never doubted that it would happen. You and Jay are one of those couples that's just meant to be together."

They were interrupted by a knock on the door. Erin took a deep breath and ran her hands down the front of her dress, smoothing it out, as Kim went to answer the door.

"She's ready," Kim told the man standing at the door. "And she looks absolutely beautiful."

Hank's eyes filled with tears as he walked in the room and took in the sight of his foster daughter in her wedding gown. He quickly wiped them away as Kim slipped out of the room, wanting to give the father and daughter some privacy. "Erin," he said huskily, his voice filled with emotion, "you look gorgeous. I'm so happy for you."

Erin smiled, and tears filled her own eyes. "Thanks, Hank," she whispered, not trusting her voice. "I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you. You saved my life when I was a teenager, and then you saved it again by allowing me to be able to come back to Chicago."

Hank pulled her into a hug, being careful not to wrinkle her dress. "I hated those ten years that you were gone every bit as much as you did. You're my family; you're all I have left. Of course I was going to work to bring you back," he told her, then stepped back. "Now, let's go get you married."

Erin took the arm that he offered her, and together they walked down the stairs to the living room, where Kim was waiting. The trio then walked out to the car and drove to the church, where Jay was already waiting, anxious to marry the woman he had loved for so many years.
