Thank you FastFrank and Alice for your reviews! I typically reply to them in PM, but I couldn't since you don't have an account, but I did read all of them! I appreciate the comments you made.

The story will get into Hogwarts, soon. Just a few more chapters until then! I have plans that will move the plot and then I will skip time to Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts express. Then I will focus mostly on Harry and the others at school!

Thank you all for reading and following!

Warning, more steam ahead.

Lily woke up to Sirius settled behind her, snoring lightly, and she snuggled closer. The arms around her tightened a little and pulled her into him as he mumbled something into her hair. She let out a soft laugh and he stretched his body along hers. She felt her face heat up a little as she felt him press against her. She wriggled around to face him and saw that his eyes were open and still a little sleepy, but they widened when she wrapped her arms around him and pressed her bare chest to his. She pressed a kiss to his lips and his hand went to her cheek.

He didn't say a word as he pressed her back into the pillows, his fingers trailing along her bare skin, his eyes already heavy as he leaned in and pressed a kiss to her neck. She sighed and wound her fingers through his hair. He kissed his way down her body, her breath starting to quicken. His tongue on her breast as he nipped lightly and her breath hitched. He ran a hand down her stomach and settled it over her, his fingers seeking her. She gasped when his lips came down over her, licking her clit. The shock that went through her body made him chuckle as he did it again, sliding his tongue between her folds then made his way back up to her mouth.

Her hand pressed into the small of his back, urging him to continue as he started to slide into her, their mouths open at the feeling and then the door opened. A split second passed as they both looked to the doorway as Harry walked in, rubbing his eyes free of sleep. He looked at them and then Sirius started gathering the blankets around them.

"OI! Get out of here, Harry! NOW!" He shouted at Harry's frozen form. He saw the hurt in his eyes as he took off and ran, but Sirius was having other issues. He had slid further into Lily in the jumble to get the blankets up around then and he groaned at the feeling of being surrounded. He rocked against her once as he started to pull out. He looked at her for a moment, her face was covered with her hands and he realized she was shaking with silent giggles.

"It's not funny, Lils. Fuck! I shouldn't have yelled at him." He reluctantly pulled out of her and rolled out of bed as she started laughing even harder. Sirius fought the smile on his lips as she rolled over and watched him put on pants.

"He's fine, Sirius." He walked into the bathroom as she pulled her underwear back on and her bra, then her own jeans. He was rinsing his mouth out. He was headed to the door before she placed a hand on it. "What are you going to tell him?" The smile on her face was contagious. She didn't seem to mind the fact that this was a very weird situation. She enjoyed teasing him.

"I don't know! I was at least going to apologize for yelling at him." Sirius said heatedly as she just continued to smile at him.

"We will just answer whatever questions he has. And yea, you should probably apologize." She chuckled as she raised herself onto her tiptoes and pressed a kiss to his cheek as he opened the door. He made his way down the hall and heard the television playing. He walked into the living room and Harry looked over and smiled self-consciously.

"Harry, are you alright? I didn't mean to yell." He sat next to him on the couch.

"Yeah…." he paused and looked at his mother then back at him. "Are you and mummy…. Are you making me a brother or sister?" Sirius blanched at this and stared down at Harry for a moment, at a loss for words. He looked at Lily, who just shook her head.

"I—what…? Where did you hear that?"

"Hermione says that mummies and daddies make babies by touching privates together." Sirius cleared his throat, not knowing what to say to that. Thankfully, Lily stepped in.

"We weren't trying to make a baby, Harry, but yes, Hermione is right. That is typically how babies are made. Sirius and I, well, we love each other. And that's how we show it. It is what adults do. Can you understand that?" Harry looked at her and he smiled shyly, but nodded.

"It's like kissing. Remember we talked about that? It makes people happy and feel good."

"You didn't look very happy. You were mad." Harry said matter of fact, his face frowning. And Sirius sighed.

"I was startled, is all. I didn't expect you to come in at that moment. I'm not mad at you, little man." He ruffled his hair and Harry smiled a little bigger.

"Well, I wouldn't mind a little brother or sister. I think I would like a brother instead though. A lot of the kids in school have brothers and sisters–" Harry started talking really fast and Sirius stopped him.

"Harry, love. Maybe one day, yea?" Lily said and kissed his forehead.

"Finish watching your show, then we will make breakfast, alright?" He nodded enthusiastically and went back to watching his show.

"How does Hermione know that already? She's the same age!" Sirius asked Lily as they made their way to take a shower.

"Girls ask more questions about it than boys do. They mature faster, too. He was bound to start asking soon, anyway. Don't worry about it too much. He'll know more when he is older, for now he's fine. We need to shower." She started upstairs when she noticed Sirius following her. She turned on the stairs and he lifted her up and brought her into the bathroom as she giggled, closing the door behind them and locking it, for good measure.

They were back in the kitchen, in sweats, their hair still damp, when the fire lit up in the living room. Not expecting anyone, Sirius went in and saw Remus step out of the fireplace.

"Good morning. Surprised to see you here." Sirius said as he clapped him on the back.

"I have a message from Kingsley. They bought the ruse for South America. And the minister is going to retire next year. We'll have to hope for a good one." He walked into the kitchen and kissed Lily on the cheek and embraced Harry as he came running over.

"Good morning. It smells really good in here. You look very happy today." he said to Lily as he poured himself some coffee from the pot on the counter.

"They kiss a lot, too. They are always happy when they kiss." Harry says as Remus came to sit next to him.

"Kissing is nice." He smiles at them.

"Mummy and Sirius were really happy this morning when I walked into Sirius's room, too."

Sirius's chokes on his coffee while Lily's face goes beet red and Remus just pauses with the coffee mug halfway to his mouth.

"Really?" He says with a brow raised and looks over at Sirius and Lily. They look mortified. They hadn't told him that they should keep that morning to themselves. Harry went to keep talking about it but Sirius interrupted him.

"They said maybe I could have a brother, too! Because that is how babies are–"

"Harry, mate. Let's not talk about this. Remus doesn't want to know."

"I think Remus wants to know how babies are made." Remus said as he smiled into his coffee, taking a loud slurp of it.

"He doesn't." Sirius said more forcefully and Lily's face got more red. She continued flipping pancakes and rolled the sausage in the pan.

"How do you always know when we make a big breakfast, Remus? It's funny how you always know." Lily said, changing the subject awkwardly. Anything to get Harry not talking about the fact that he had walked in on them that morning. Charlie started barking out in the yard. "Go check on Charlie, darling." Harry put down his glass of juice and ran outside, still in his pajamas. There was an awkward pause and then Remus smiled.

"So…. he uh…walked in on you, huh?" He was trying to keep his face neutral, but it wasn't working and a small chuckle escaped his mouth. He laughed even more when Sirius punched him on the shoulder, hard, and Lily braced herself against the counter, looking up at the ceiling with her face aflame and her lips pressed together, breathing deeply through her nose.

"Very well, I'll just take this outside, shall I?" He grabbed his coffee and walked out into the lanai and sat down, watching Charlie race around the yard while Harry laughed. Sirius turned to Lily.

"Well… that was… well…"

"He's a child, Sirius. And Remus isn't naïve. He probably figured we would sleep together, eventually. Help me set the table, will you?" They settled down to breakfast and Remus kept shooting smirks in their direction as they got ready to go to the beach after breakfast.

"You're insufferable, you know that?" Sirius said to him.

"No worse than you are, mate." Remus replied as he jogged down the stairs to catch up to Harry and Charlie, who were already almost half way down the street.

"He's not as bad as you both were when James and I got together, you know. The comments alone were enough to make me want to bury my head in the sand." She smiled and wrapped her arm around his waist. "You'll survive." They made their way to the beach, watching Remus let Harry jump on his back. The warm weather did a lot for him. He was happier here.

October flew by and soon it was November. There were signs up all over town for something called Thanksgiving, an American holiday. Harry told them all about it when he got home from school one day. It was a day to give thanks for everything they had, for their families. He told them that they had to make a big meal to celebrate. He brought home hand turkeys that he had made and stuck them on the fridge.

"I'll be sure to invite Remus, shall I?" Sirius told him and Harry smiled.

"Can we give him one of my hand turkeys?" He asked. "We can write on them what we are thankful for. I can make more!" He ran to his room and grabbed paper and crayons and scissors and got to work on the dining room table.

"We aren't even American." Sirius said to Lily and she chuckled.

"So what?" She said as she joined Harry as he traced his hand on multiple pieces of paper. She grabbed the scissor and started cutting them out for him as he started to add eyes and color in the fingers that were supposed to be feathers.

"Mummy, can we invite Hermione and her parents to Thanksgiving, too?" Harry asked. Lily just shook her head.

"They can't come all the way out here. Sweetheart. You can visit her at Christmas time. How does that sound?" He nodded a little sadly and Sirius ruffled his hair, asking him more about the holiday.

"What are you most thankful for, Harry?" He asked and Harry thought about it as he continued to color.

"You and mummy and Remus and Hermione and Mr. and Mrs. Granger and the ocean! Can we go to the beach?" He had asked this every day for the past month. It had gotten too cold to go now. The wind and the waves were too strong and the water too cool.

"Nah. Maybe next spring. It's too cold. We can't even go into the water anymore!"

"I don't care about that. I just like to look at it, is all."

They went to bed that night, and Lily curled up next to Sirius. Her head on his shoulder and shivered a little in the cool breeze coming in from the window. It got so hot in the house during the day that the windows were open most of the time. Sirius waved his wand at the window and it shut. He settled deeper into the blankets and she kissed the tip of his nose.

"Goodnight." She said to him and he grinned as his hands made their way up her body.

"You tired already?" He asked and she laughed as he began to kiss her, growling a little. Sirius lifted her into his arms as he sat up, lifting her shirt off, both of their underwear already long gone. He slid back into her as her tongue swept his mouth. She pushed him back until she was on top of him, his hands settling on her hips as she moved against him, the chain around her neck bouncing with her movements and he was captivated. He gritted his teeth as he felt his stomach tighten as she tightened around him, letting a gasp escape between her lips. She came and Sirius panicked as he followed quickly after, pushing at her hips, trying to push her off before he came, but not soon enough. He grunted as he came in her, pressing her hips against his harder, rather than pushing away.

"Fuck…" he panted, still feeling her tight around him as he came down. Her lips came down over his and she kissed him softly and then rolled off, breathing hard. Sirius had his eyes closed, trying to catch his own breath. They were silent for a moment. Then Lily spoke, her breathing a little more controlled.

"It's ok, I'm not ovulating." Sirius looked over at her, his heart slowing a little. They had never really talked about it, as in, not at all. Not even after Harry had brought up babies with them. He sighed and pulled her closer, kissing the starburst on her chest. There was a small meow from under the door and Sirius chuckled.

"The cat wants in." He said in response.

"She's fine where she is." Lily snuggled closer and pulled the blanket up over them as she yawned. Her voice was sleepy the next time she spoke.

"I love you, Sirius." He stroked her arm.

"I love you, too." And they fell asleep.
