I really have no excuse to why I have not updated this story or my other ones.
But now I have time and lots of ideas!
What I need is someone to help me with my mistakes, and I know I have a lot !.
I will continue to update regardless but I would be happy if one of you can help me!

Shikamaru went to his house with another passenger on his back, and the other passenger was the same blond jinjuriki Naruto.
He thought about what a day it was in the playgraond. It wasn't good at all, he met Choji and Ino earlier than he shold have, but he also met 'her!'.
He had to make sure everything is ok and not ruined, but he was sure he could fix whatever may come his way through with expectations of what is to come. He had to wait and see what comes out of the situation. And one thing was sure. All this was troublesome.
He came close to his home but it was still a short walk of a few minutes until he felt somebody's eyes watching him, and he knew exactly who they were.
He was able to notise the figure that layed hidden a few meters away and just watched the two boys with great interest, he was able to see that the dark figure was dressed completely in black uniform black and a white mask with green painted picture of a spider on it.
'The Anbu?' thought the Nara who just kept walking without anything changing so as not to alert the 'observer'. 'No... the anbu dont have uniform like that'. " He remembered what he learned later from the reports of tsunade 'root!', they still existed at that time and he had to be very careful with them. The last thing he wanted was to make Danzo interested in him and what he knows.
'But root never managed to get close to Naruto like this before so how?..' Thinking as he remembered he had seen an Anbu in the morning.
'The Anbu from the morning was sent to watch Naruto, they were there to prevent Danzo from thaking Naruto and making him into a living weapon!' he finally understood, but the problem was still there. How to get rid of the root Anbu?.
'Now what? Another one?!' he starts to feel someone else, but he didn't see him. According to him, the one that start to move close to them was stronger and faster than the one that watch them. One root Anbu was bad news, and two were even worse, thoughts came and moved quickly as the Nara was running a scenario after scenario on its head trying to find the best way out of the situation without exposing his abiletis or noleg.
He was close to his home, but not allowed to take risks and start running towards the door, even if he could make it on time and inside he was just dialing the invedable.
The root Anbu finally felt the second Anbu that arrived and immediately disappears in shinsin.
The Nara breathed of relief 'it was just a regular Anbu. Probably the same one from this morning. He must be pretty pissed about this morning'. Thinking of the pineapple head.
He was lucky this time but next time, He had to find a solution to this problem so that he could concentrate on his job to train Naruto and not worry about a Danzo and his agents. He finally arrived at the front gate of his clan with the blonde still on his back. The guards saw that Shikamaru and Naruto arrived and opened the gateway to both boys.
"Shikamaru-sama, what happened to Naruto-sama?" said one of the guards with a concern on his face.
The Nara of course surprised from what the keeper said but preserve them for another time. "He just runs aroned too much and passed out in the middle of playing", said the Nara to the two guards.
One of the guards approached the young heir " shell I'll help you to carry him to your House?" asked the other.
"No it's okay. But thanks anyway!" said Shikamaru with a little smile, he moved past the two guards with a smile still on his face happy to see other people who treated the bloned with the dignity he deserves!. The Nara has arrived a few minutes later walking with his old friend still on the back as they made it to the front door of his house and went inside.
"I'm home!" cried the young Nara as he tokes off his shoes and left them near the front door.
He heard footsteps approaching him from the kitcan and saw his mother, "welcome back Shikamaru, w-what happened to Naruto-Kun?!" his mother asked with a bit of panic in her voice.
He reassures his mother and told her they were playing with Ino and Choji, and the blonde played too much and just passed out in the middle.
Yoshino calmed down when she heard that two boys simply played too much and gave her son a proud and big smile at her son who dragged his friend to get some rest and not left him alone in a bence at the playgraond.
"I'll teck him to my room so he could rest properly" Said Shikamaru and took Naruto to his room.
Yoshino whacet her son disappeared into his room with his friend and went back to the kitchen, "then Naruto-Kun is staying with us tonight for dineer" she thought whit a little smile on her face, and this time she will succeed in her mission to photograph the jinjuriki with the cute apron he wore last time.
Meanwhile Shikamaru put his blonde-haired friend in his bed and covered him with a blanket as he covered himself while relaxing in the bed.
A smile apperd on the face of the Nara to see Naruto resting comfortably, but his smile didnet stay long when he remembered what happened in the Park. "You cooss the perfect time to loss conscious you know that Naruto?" said the Nara to Naruto who just mumbled in his sleep. "Even if I already knew you in another life, you are still the most unexpected person I have ever knew".
The Nara sat next to his unconscious friend and closed his eyes, he ran in his head the training of the jinjuriki for the next three weeks. He had a lot of work but it was worth it, they could avoid so many things if everything goes as it should. The thoughts of Shikamaru were dropped when he heard his friend Mumbles something in his sleep.
"Mmm...Sakura-chan", Said the blonde in his sleep.
The Nara's face became pale, "Oh no...".

After a few hours of sleep Naruto woke up in a room he recognize.
"Ah?, Shi-Shikamaru?" said the blonde who notist his friend a little old book.
"Yo, how did you sleep?" asked the Nara and closed the book he was reading.
The blond stared at his friend confused, "How did I sleep?, wait I remember we went to the Park and I met..." The blonde didn't finish before he began to blush with a smile on his face, "Sakura-Chan..Whoa!" Naruto suddenly felt a stream of strong pain in his head and he looked to his friend who was holding the small book in his hand after Shikamaru punched him on the head with it.
"W-what are you doing to Shikamaru?!, it really hurts!" he said holding his head with both hands trying to distance himself from black-haired who attacked him out of nowhere and without any reason.
"Naruto!" said Shikamaru in a big voice. "Who did we met today?" he asked.
The jinjuriki looked at his friend with a little fear in his face as he answered his question, "I knew Ino, Choji and Sakura-Chan" Half a second later as he said the name of the of the pink-haired, the Nara hit the blonde on the head again.
"Naruto you knew Sakura, not Sakura-Chan!" he said with some anger with his voice.
"Uh?, what are you talking about?" said Naruto with tears in his eyes as he rubbed his head injury.
"Why are you calling her 'chan'?, you haven't even talked to her at all".
"..." The blond blinked at his friend and smiled.
"Ok, no problem Shikamaru, I wont call her Sakura-Chan anymore!" he said with a big smile that seemed too big for Shikamaru but he took it non the less.
"And this is for you" said Shikamaru to the blonde and gave him the same thick book that he used to hit his head with.
"What is it?" he said as he took the book from the hands of the Nara and looked at it, immediately a huge smile apperd on his face as he read the books titel, 'the art of sealing and symbols' was wiritin in red capital letters.
"I thought you would like to start as soon as possible, so I was looking for something Basic for beginners!" said the pineapple head with a smile. He wanted things to be different from what he knew in the future so it was clear he would have to start somewhere. His eyes moved to his blonde friend that opened the book at a random page and began to read for a few seconds before his face got paoty.
"Wow..., I don't understand anything..." the jinjuriki said with a hollow voice.
"What do you expect you just started, and this in an art that takes a long time to lern. Not many people can learn it, and only a fraction of them can become experts". he proceeded to axplain before he noticed Naruto looked like he had lost all confidence in himself. "But!.." he said aloud and pulled Naruto out of his stoper. "If we use a certain method..." He finished with a big smile and winked at his friend.
"Ah!" Naruto's eyes were opened after a few seconds, "do you mean the jutsu you toat me?" he asked hopefully.
The Nara shook his head and looking positively delighted at his friend's face, "but there's only one problem...". He said at last.
The blond jinjuriki didn't want to ask but with no choice he asked, "what problem?".
Shikamaru took a deep breath before he began to explain, "as I said before, the fact that we know that jutsu is a big no no. And that means that we train alone, so we can make good progress and get stronger" he looked at Naruto who was staring at him.
"I don't understand, but I trast you Shikamaru!".
"Great!, now it's go eat!" the Nara hair said, getting up and starting to move to the door.
"So that means I will stay to sleep here again?" Naruto asked even if he alrady knew the answer.
"Yes, I'm sorry if you are feeling uncomfortable. You just lost consciousness and that's why I brought you to me place to rest", he looked into the face of the blonde jinjuriki. "If you want pass up sleeping here today, than it's ok", he saw that his friend was with his thoughts and he could guess why. In the future, Naruto revealed to Shikamaru many of the problems he went through as he grow-up. A small smile appeared on his face. "But!, thare is only one condition... you must at least stay for dinner!" Shikamaru said with a smile that grew by the minute. "My parents will be happy if you at least stay and eat with us".

The pineapple-head could see that the jinjuriki had difficulty expressing in words what he feel and just kept quiet, "I will tell my mom that you've up and help her prepare the table, then you can come as soon as you want!" Shikamaru said and left the room. But before he moved away from the door, he could hear his friend began to cry on the outerside of the door. Shikamaru's fists began to shake and he barely kept himself from returning to the room and comforting his friend. It was still hard to believe that someone who always smiled and he knew much felt like he was always alone, but he gave Naruto his privacy and walked to the kitchen to inform his parants that the blonde will eat with them.
After a great and pleasant meal with the parents of the Nara, the two young boys went to the same playground where they first met, it was already dark outside except for a few street lamps that shaind the way. They continued to talk about the meal and the things that happened doring it.
"You had luck Naruto, next time I'll make you eat my dust!" Shikamaru said to his friend with a smile.
The blond boy just smiled without looking at him, "You can say it all you want, but even Yoshino-san said you can never be better than me!".
"You just wait, next time you stay, we'll see who can eat more!" Shikamaru finished with a smile, he knew very well that even Choji would lose an eating contest aginst the blonde. But as long as it managed to put a smile on his friend's face it was well worte it.
Finally they parted for the day, Shikamaru could tell that Naruto still did not want to show him the apartment where he lived in shame. They agreed to meet the next morning in the playground to play and practice again, the Nara remains reliable his word and gave his friend the 'sealing' book as he promised as he left the others ones to himself. He returned to his home as he slowly made his plans for the near future.

On the two weeks that came Shikamaru continued his usual routine, he met with Naruto every day in the morning and they would play from morning to night, or so it would seem. In reality they were gone again to their training area and leave their doubles to practice. He gave a large part of Naruto's clones to read books and practice various fighting techniques, Shikamaru made sure to leave some of his one additional clones to take care of his friend's progress so it can be as smooth as possible. And to the surprise of the pineapple head, the jinjuriki would create more clones and put them to work on his sealing book. And waill the clones continue to practice the two boys were playing around the village with Ino and Choji, and sometimes even with Sakura, he was very pleased that Naruto really stopped to add the 'chan' for Sakura and talked to her like he was talking to everyone alse. And almost every evening was Shikamaru would invites his blonde friend for dinner or sleep over at his home.

Shikamaru's father Shikaku, started looking recently at the strange way his son was acting, it was not something for normal Nara and especially his young and lazy son. He talked with his wife about the uncharacteristic behavior of therie son and the response was as he expected.
Yoshino loved the new behavior of her son!, the fact that he began to be less lazy and started to play with his friends without her having to drag him out of the house, and everything would seem that the change came from bifrandind Naruto.
The jonin commander could definitely agree that change came from his meeting with the blond jinjuriki, and he certainly felt that even if the change of their son was not normal, it was definitely for the better. And so he decided to do something out of his normal character routine and give some affort. He turned to his wife with the proposal and was happy to see that she supports it one hundred percent, 'So the last thing left is to take the sabjact with lord Hokage', thought the jonin commander 'I wonder what Shikamaru would think about it'.

Shikamaru, Naruto and Choji walket around the village after they broke up with Ino and Sakura that decided to go and do 'girly things'. Naruto and Choji followed Shikamaru and continued to talk and move to the home of the Akimichi while laughing and talking about food.
"See you tomorrow!, Bey Shikamaru, Naruto!" Said the plump Akimichi and went home.
The two boys moved to the home of the Nara after Yoshino insisted that today Naruto will stay for dinner, the younger Nara suspect sometinge but he just took it as a good thing and just went back to focus on his mission. He stopped in his tracks and turned the jinjuriki "So Naruto, you're ready for your first mission?" The black-haired boy said.
Naruto had not expected the question stoped and looked at his friend, "what you're talking about Shikamaru?, a mission? b-but I am not a ninja" said the blond boy.
Shikamaru smiled and chuckled a bit, "no Naruto, it's just a training metod to prepare us for any future missions we will receive!. So what are you saying?".
After a few seconds of thought the jinjuriki nodded with a smile, "there's no problem Shikamaru!, I will show you how I stronger I am!" He said with a winning smile.
They laughed and moved on to the Nara compound, they passed the gate after the guards greeted them goodbye and finally the two boys came to the front door and went inside. They saw Shikamaru's mother at the entry hallway.
"Oh!, Shikamaru, Naruto-kun you're just in time" Yoshino said with a big smile.
"Hey Mom\Yoshino!" They said at the same time, causing the woman to giggle.
She walked to the kitchen as the two boys came to the dining table and saw Shikaku sitting and reading a few documents.
The jonin commander noticed them and looked up at his son and his blond friend, "You look like you enjoyed the day, did you two play again all day?" He asked with a small smile.
They nodded positively and settle in their usual place, and although the young Nara was tired of the games and training, he wont replaces these important times in anything else. Finally, they began to eat after Yoshino finished setting the table and settle down next to her husband. This time it was a quiet meal and Shikamaru could feel that his parents thought about something and looked uneasily at each other and then to Naruto, when they finished their meal, there came a knock at the door that made the two adults jump.
"He's here..." said Shikaku and sighed.
Yoshino got up and proceeded to the front door.
"Who is he?" Shikamaru asked his father but got no response, he began to hear footsteps came that from the hall.
"Good evening, sorry I'm late!" said a voice that the pineapple head did not hear for a long time but he recognized it immediately.
The three who were still at the table saw that the new viziter was the third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. He was wearing his same old uniform as Yoshino walked behind him.
Shikaku arose from his place moved to the new geast and bowed to him, "I'm glad you could join us on such short notice Hokage-Sama!".
"Jiji!, What are you doing here?" Naruto said excitedly, causing Yoshino and Shikaku to look at him in amazement, because after all none of them expected to hear the blond boy calls the most powerful person in this village like that.
"Good evening Naruto!, I was supposed to join you for dinner, but I had to finish some small things before I could come" said the old Hokage with a big smile. His eyes moved to the shape of Shikamaru and greeted him with a smile, "You must be Shikamaru!, Naruto told me about you."
Shikamaru swallowed the lump formed in his throat and said nothing, he just put his head down in shame and let what happen happened around him.
After Yoshino searvd hot beverages and cookies for Shikamaru and Naruto, everyone settled down on the porch. Shikamaru sat in front of his father and the two waged in a battle of shogi. While the audience that consisted of Yoshino the Hokage and Naruto enjoyed wacing the game, and the night air.
"Naruto, I have a question for you",the Hokage said and looked at the blond jinjuriki.
Shikamaru could pay attention to the fact that his parents were stressed or at least the tension of the words of the village leader hit them.
"What do you think about Yoshino and Shikaku?" said Hiruzen, as the couple move their eyes and look at him in astonishment.
Naruto was confused by the question and just blinked for a few seconds and finally anserd the Hokage said with a smile, "I really like the Yoshino-san and Shikaku-san!".
"Really ?, and would like to stay with them from now on instead in your flat?" asked Sarutobi and finally dropped the bomb.
Everyone's eyes widened as Yoshino and Shikaku immediately proceeded to the village leader.
"Ho-Hokage-Sama!, you can't say something like that to someone at the age of Naruto-kun!. You need to be more gentle!" Yoshino said angrily while Shikaku agreed.
Shikamaru looked at his parents that still complaind to Hiruzen who simply reassured them with a smile, or he at least tried. 'So thay want Naruto to move in with us?' He asked himself, he was expkting his parents to warm up to his blonde friend pretty quickly, but not this fast. And it was great!, if everything will be as executed he could be sure that Naruto will always be safe and happy. 'What is left to see how he would react to that', he thought, and hoped that his friend will agree to the proposal that would change his life.
Naruto just looked confused and looked at Shikamaru, "you know abuot this?" He asked.
Shikamaru just shook his head, "It's news for me".
"So it's really not you who asked them?" The blonde asked, looking at three adults.
"No, not me. I would say it was my mother who suggested the idea", said the Nara heir.
Three adults who heard the answer of Shikamaru stopped talking and looked at the two children.
"It was not me honey, you should give the credit for the proposal to your father!" Yoshino said with a proud smile to her husband's direction.
If Shikamaru was surprised, now he was amazed. Just the thought that his lazy father thought of something like this was something he never expected. "D-dad?" He asked.
Shikaku looked at the two boys and scratched his head sheepishly, "Well, Naruto always welcome. So I just thought it would be nice to be able to stay with us all the time!" He finished with a sheepish smile.
'Really?, the best you can think of?. Why no one can be honest...' thought the pineapple head.
"So what are you saying Naruto-kun?" Yoshino said with a little smile and dropped to the height of the little blond. "You want to live with us from now on?, No one will force you with you dont want to".
Evreyone looked at Naruto who paused for several seconds and looked at the floor, finally he raised his head with a big smile on his face, "I would be very happy to Yoshino-san!".
"I'm glad to hear that you agree Naruto, and I just hope you do not forget to visit me", Hiruzen said with a small smile.
After Naruto promised the village leader he will visit him from time to time, he and Shikamaru had retired to bed while the adults continued to talk.
Sarutobi and Shikaku sat alone on the porch while Yoshino did the dishs. "So how did the Council took the fact that we want to adopt Naruto?" asked the jonin leader as he could already guess the answer.
Glancing from his pipe Sarutobi looked into the dark part of the garden, "they were not happy that's for start... they claim they preferred to keep him in isolation and make him live without emotions to make him a living weapon" he said in a sad and tired voice.
Anger began to appear openly in the face Shikaku, 'Those bastards, he is just a kid!' He thought as he recalled the conditions under which lived Naruto up until now and were no one helped him. And another issue poped his head in order to forget the Council. "So how are the preparations for the arrival from komo?".
"All the preprasins has been completed, and now only remains to wait antil they made it and start negoshiasins", Srotovi finished with a smile as he thought of peace.

the day after...
Shikamaru and his new brother went around the village and into the apartment of the blond jinjuriki, they had to bring his things and from what Shikamaru rememberd tere were not many. They had arrived at the edge of the village and looks very decrept building. Shikamaru could see the emberastmant on Naruto's face, they climbed the stairs to the top floor that looked abandoned. Naruto just pushed the door and it opened with a snapping sound.
"G-Go ahead" the blond boy made his way inside with shame.
Shikamaru went in after Naruto and just froze in place, his eyes revealed the reason for his friend's embarrassment. The room was small with a dirty old mattress, the walls were filled with graffiti of 'Die demon' 'You will pay' and other hertfull words. The only windows in the room were broken as if someone threw rocks from the outside. The kitchen if you could call it that, was completely full with dirty dishes with black garbage bags in every corner of the room and a lot of ramen boxes that were loaded on each other. For shortrs, it was not a place for someone at the age of Naruto could live.
During the Nara just stared around and noticed other things, Naruto finished packing the few things he wanted to take out of the hole he called home up until now. "Shikamaru, we can go now..." He said to his new step-brother who just stood in the middle of the room.
"Ok lets go Naruto", Shikamaru said with a weak voice and left the apartment with her former tenant. He helped his brother with some of the things he took from the apartment and thought of the things that were going to change during the way to the new home of the blonde jinjuriki.
