Smut. Scar. Lex. I think that's enough said. Oh, and this one's definitely M-rated.
You should probably not take this too seriously. xP Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I don't own Scar or Lex.
"Lex."
It was still dark outside as Alexa Woods heard her name being called by Scar's familiar gruff voice. She was too engrossed in her morning cup of coffee and paperwork to look up from the kitchen table.
"Yeah?" she gave an absent-minded reply, scribbling notes on the side of a map.
"I'm curious about something I found."
"That's nice."
"I don't know what it is…"
"Mm-hmm…"
"…but it carries your scent strongly so I thought it must be important to you."
Lex frowned, her concentration finally broken. What on earth could the hunter be talking about? She looked up to find a sight that left her speechless.
Scar noticed he now had the woman's undivided attention and got even more curious. "What is it?"
"It's um…" Lex struggled to get over her shock, not sure how to handle the situation. "It's my... my vibrator."
There she was, staring dumbfounded at the large humanoid warrior standing on the other side of the table with her long, garishly pink sex toy held respectively in his hand. How the hell was she supposed to react to that?!
"And…?" Scar pressed her for an answer when it seemed she was going to stay silent. "What purpose does it serve?"
Lex put the pencil down and leaned back in her chair, rubbing her face with one hand, before finally losing it and bursting into laughter. It was Scar's turn to look baffled. He couldn't recall seeing the usually composed woman so unrestrainedly joyful.
"Just when I think nothing can surprise me anymore", Lex shook her head in disbelief, offering the obviously offended hunter an appeasing smile. "Don't mind me, this was just… unexpected."
She thought about what to say and decided she had no reason to avoid the subject. "Well, it's used to stimulate during sex, or by yourself. I'm sure you can imagine how."
Scar's expression turned suspicious as he eyed the thing with his new found knowledge. "Mine's bigger."
Lex smiled at that. "I know."
Then the smile became a mischievous smirk as she stood up and walked around the table, taking the device from the tall warrior and turning it on. Mechanical whirring filled the otherwise quiet room. She lifted the powerfully vibrating phallic symbol for Scar to see.
"But it can't do this."
Scar took the sex toy back from her, an inscrutable look on his face. Lex was still smiling, waiting for his final verdict, when her heart suddenly started beating faster. She looked at the towering warrior again, from a different perspective.
They were lovers, she reminded herself, still not used to admitting it openly, not even to herself. Scar was a sight as always in his usual loincloth and wire mesh suit that left most of his powerful body bare and open for viewing. The yellowish, mottled skin was much thicker than a human's, and the muscles underneath it much denser, giving the hunter his explosive speed and strength.
Lex shuddered inwardly from the memory of feeling the strong hands manipulate her, though Scar's continuous habit of trying to use his much larger size to get what he wanted from her often irked her to no end. It seemed unfair that such a large and heavy build still allowed such graceful and silent movements. Only the long, tube-like dreadlocks swung freely around the broad shoulders whenever the hunter moved, every other part of him seemed strictly trained to obey and react at a split-second's notice.
It still didn't stop him from knocking his head on the door frames from time to time.
Getting used to Scar's crab-like mandibles hadn't been as difficult as Lex had anticipated. She didn't see him as something alien or ugly anymore. Scar was Scar and despite her initial denial, during their struggles for survival Lex had realized the impossible truth, that in her heart she held a persistent spark of love for the warrior.
The sharp-tusked mandibles and the sometimes easy, sometimes hard to read facial expressions aside, it was Scar's eyes that held Lex's interest the most. How the fierce, feral look that was more like an animal's than anything humanoid, suddenly calmed down and softened when he looked at her.
Right then they were anything but calm, though, and from previous experiences Lex knew why. Her heart changed from second to third gear as Scar tried the switch, turning the vibrator off, and gave her an ominous look. Before she knew it, she had moved away from the table and taken a step back, then another. Scar followed slowly, stalking her like the experienced hunter he was.
A hunt of a different kind had started and Lex was in the risk of becoming the prey.
"Scar...?"
"You taunt me by comparing me to a poor substitution like this", Scar's voice was playful and his gait relaxed, but it wasn't enough to hide the fact that his whole being was filled with anticipation. "Don't expect to get away with that without any consequences."
Consequences or not, Lex was a marked warrior too, and refused to accept the role of the prey so easily. She forced herself to stand her ground. Scar stopped in front of her, close enough that Lex could sense the furnace-like heat and the strong, oily musk wafting from the big hunter who was clearly getting excited. She craned her neck to meet his eyes.
"Not in the kitchen. The others will soon be coming for breakfast."
"That's their problem", Scar declared with little interest for human modesty, and raised his clawed hand to bring it behind Lex's back.
Lex swatted the hand away firmly before it could touch her. She had learned that with the stubborn hunter there was no beating around the bushes. If she didn't want something, she needed to make it crystal clear. She knew Scar wouldn't be offended. And the fact was, no matter how far from normal their relationship might've been, she absolutely drew the line in public exhibitions of their love.
"I might not be able to throw you off to make a point, but you can bet I'm not going to do this here."
Scar let out a delighted sound that was something between a purr and a chuckle. "Your spirit is more than enough to compensate for what you lack in strength and size. I can't say the same for this... thing."
Scar raised the vibrator between them with a look of such distaste that Lex couldn't resist teasing him further. The kitchen was out of bounds, but she had nothing against luring the warrior into the bedroom.
"What was it you once told me..." she pretended to ponder, bringing her hand to the vibrator and sliding her fingers down its length to Scar's hand. "A warrior is only as good as their last battle, right? Well..."
She lowered her voice and tilted her head. "I happened to have a good time with this thing the last time you were on a hunt. So I think that means it's your turn to come to the bedroom and prove yourself."
The smoldering fire in Scar's eyes flared at the straightforward challenge. Lex half-expected him to grab her and drag her to the bedroom right away. She really wouldn't have minded, even if she hid most of her own excitement behind a straight face. With Scar's frequent hunting trips, their different sleeping habits and the usual bustle in the house it had been a while since the last time.
Scar looked down at her hand and then back at her eyes. "You're trying to distract me."
Clawed fingers closed around Lex's wrist and the considerably heftier warrior moved towards her. "It won't be that easy."
Lex had no choice but to let herself be pushed back, until the edge of the kitchen counter caught her back. One more step and Scar had closed the distance between them, pressing their bodies together and nearly destroying Lex's poker face as a sudden wave of heat surged through her.
Scar put down the currently inert vibrator and took both of her hands, pinning them down to the counter with his. Having Lex right where he wanted, the large warrior was free to tease her, moving his hips against her to make sure she remembered what he had in store for her, before pulling back and lowering his head toward hers.
Lex knew exactly what she was getting herself into and it didn't leave her unaffected. Leaning back, she allowed better access for the sharp-tipped tusks that grazed her smooth skin, drawing shallow lines above the low neckline of her deep red blouse. Hot breaths of air blew intermittently on her neck. It tickled and Lex shivered pleasurably, tugging her hands in a futile effort to free them. Her quickening pulse throbbed against one of the hard tusks and the sound of soft trilling brought a smile to her face. Nevertheless, she wasn't going to lose to temptation just yet.
"Didn't I tell you not to do this here?"
Her softly murmured objection didn't seem to convince the determined warrior, who removed one hand from hers and circled it behind her back to dig his claws under her blouse. In a reflexive jerk Lex's body curved towards Scar and her freed hand shot up to grasp the muscular shoulder above her.
"What you're telling me..." Scar's low, gruff voice purred close to her ear as the black claws traced the contours of her back. "... is not what your scent is telling me."
A considerable part of Lex yearned to submit to the heat and the overpowering weight of the body hovering over her, while the part aware of their whereabouts resisted. She resorted to the proven method that had helped her times before and yanked at one of the long dreadlocks hard enough to make the hunter's head tilt forcefully to the side.
"Hold your horses and clarify for me. What exactly would convince you to back off for now and take this elsewhere?"
A soft growl rose from Scar's throat, rumbling in Lex's ear. Whether it was an expression of pain or excitement, she couldn't tell. Either way, it didn't take long for the hunter to give her an unexpected answer.
"Accept a challenge from me."
"A challenge?" Lex loosened her hold on the tube-like tress, surprised and warily curious. "What kind?"
Scar stood up straight, pulling her up with him. Amusement was visible on his raised mandibles.
"A chase. If you can keep me from pinning you down for... ten of your Earth minutes, I will comply with whatever wish you have."
It was definitely a game they hadn't played before. Lex considered the proposition.
"And if you catch me before time runs out?"
The amused smirk deepened. "You will do what I want."
Lex wanted to laugh, but Scar seemed to be serious. Thinking about it, losing said challenge was a possibility as terrifying as it was thrilling. Ten minutes was a long time to avoid over seven and a half feet of solid muscle, fast movements and hunter instincts. Then again, Lex had spent her whole life finding and overcoming challenges, and her current life with Scar was definitely a whole new challenge.
"You're on. But I get a minute's head start."
Scar nodded in agreement, a new excitement gleaming in his eyes as he released Lex and took a step back. "Use it well. I'm looking forward to catching you."
Lex glanced at the clock on the wall and set her digital wristwatch on the same time. Roughly 07:29. So with the one minute head start and ten minutes of running she would be aiming at 7:40. Looking back at Scar, she gave him a quick smile and a pat on the side of the bony mandibles.
"See you in eleven minutes."
Ignoring the steady gaze that followed her every step, Lex turned around and headed calmly for the door, closing it behind her. As soon as she was out of sight, her whole being woke up to respond to the challenge she was facing.
From the hall she had stepped in, Lex could see her first options and her mind raced to evaluate them. The front door tempted her on the opposite wall, as did the L-shaped stairs that rose up to her right. In front of the stairs the hall too made a right turn, leading to rest of the downstairs rooms.
The old cabin's front door was a little tricky and impossible to open without making noise. Scar would hear it, and it wouldn't take long for him to track her down. No matter how fast she ran, he would run faster. Besides, they had done it outdoors once before and had been found out by Stealth. A mishap they had learned about from the shameless innuendos Stealth had fired at them the rest of the day. Lex wasn't keen on risking that mortification happening again.
The rooms upstairs, including the attic, would most likely be the last places Scar would check, winning her some time, but again there was a problem Lex couldn't ignore. Her room (as well as Scar's occasionally) was downstairs, while everyone else's was upstairs. She had heard Annie go out while the coffee had been brewing, but the others we're still upstairs and would soon wake up. Lex couldn't exactly barge into their rooms, explain the situation to them and ask them to hide her. And if Scar caught her somewhere up there... Well, no one would be sleeping anymore after that.
So no to upstairs too. Only as a last resort. She could probably barricade the attic door, though against Scar's strength it wouldn't hold for long. Ruling out the area outside of the cabin and the whole upstairs left little alternatives. There was the basement. A very obvious place to hide in. She wouldn't be surprised if Scar searched it first.
Then again it might work... If she could just get into the basement after Scar had checked it.
Lex took off from the kitchen door, making sure to move silently on the balls of her feet. The thick carpet following the length of the hall aided her and she stopped by the stairs, deciding on her strategy. Under the bottom part of the stairs was a small space with boxes of newspapers and junk mail waiting to be burned, and fitted under the top of the stairs, a tall broom closet. Both provided good enough cover from different sides. And it looked like she could just fit in there.
Lex looked to her right at the basement door in the middle of a long hallway. She might just have enough time to test something while raising the probability of Scar searching the basement first.
Even though Lex's every instinct was hammering in the back of her head with a plea to hide before it would be too late, she rushed to the basement door and gripped the old, stylized pull handle with both her hands. As slowly as she dared with her diminishing time she pushed at the door.
It cracked open with a very faint click. Lex would've smiled had she not felt so tense. She had confirmed she could sneak in almost completely soundlessly. So far so good.
Leaving the door there, slightly open, she returned to the stairs, diving under them and making herself as small as possible behind the boxes. This was the biggest risk in her plan. If she got caught there, it would be over very quickly.
Lex glanced again at her watch. 07:29:48. Almost a minute gone, she had cut it a little too close. It was almost time for what she could already tell would be the longest ten minutes of her life.
The kitchen door opened with a sudden clank and Lex's heart jumped. She crouched lower, listening closely, but not hearing anything from Scar anymore. How was it possible for someone well over 400 or even 500 pounds to sneak around soundlessly, she couldn't fathom. Maybe it was the sandals.
Even though she couldn't see or hear the hunter, Lex could feel him approaching. Slowly the hairs in the back of her neck stood up as some subconscious sense warned her of danger. She stopped breathing and held the air in her lungs, willing her pounding heart to seize its racket.
A huge shadow darkened the floor beside Lex's hiding place and stopped. Scar was standing close to the stairs, just out of Lex's view. Probably trying to decide where to start, she comforted herself, though she couldn't quite shake the fear that he had already found her and was only waiting to figure out a best way to scare the crap out of her.
Then the silent hunter started moving again and Lex could see more than just a shadow. Scar headed around the corner, into the long hallway, broad shoulders and muscular back flashing in and out of view as the long dreadlocks swayed to his movements. Lex started breathing again, very shallowly. This was another tricky part. Lex wasn't covered from this side. If Scar glanced back right then, he would definitely see her.
He didn't, the inconspicuously open basement door drawing his attention as Lex had intended. Relief washed over her as she saw Scar vanish into the basement. She wasted no time getting up and pushing herself flat against the wall next to the broom closet. Her plans usually didn't have so many risky bits, and she didn't like this at all. Nonetheless, all she could do now, was wait for Scar to be done with the basement.
It took longer than she would've expected, occasional sounds of things being moved hinting the warrior was doing a thorough job with his search, but eventually she heard a wooden creak in the stairs. Scar was coming back up. Lex couldn't see him from her new hiding place and not getting even the slightest hint of what he was doing was nerve-wracking. She needed to know where he was if she wanted to sneak into the basement. And she needed to do that before he would come back to the stairs.
Very slowly, Lex leaned her head forward to see from behind the closet. Scar was at the end of the hallway, just disappearing around yet another corner that ended abruptly in their bedroom. Now? If she acted fast enough, she might...
The desperation to get to safety almost pushed Lex to leap out of her hiding place, but she hesitated for a moment, and almost immediately Scar's tall figure returned to the hallway. Lex jerked her head back, praying she wasn't seen. Of course the small bedroom wouldn't take long to check. Neither would the bathroom or the sauna. Her only chance would be with the spacious living room and the wider range of hiding spots it offered.
She took another peek at the hallway, not as far this time, but just enough to see Scar's shadow on the floor as it grew towards her. It looked like he was heading for the living room. This time there would be no room for hesitation. Lex would need to move quickly.
Scar's shadowy shape vanished from the hallway and Lex didn't wait anymore. One last look to confirm the hunter wasn't there, and she left her hiding place. The feeling of being completely exposed was horrendous, and Lex snuck back to the basement door with thrilling fear gripping her heart. The door was closed again and Lex gritted her teeth as she repeated her earlier action of carefully opening it.
The dull click that had been so unnoticeable a minute ago, sounded more like firing a nail gun now. Lex glanced back anxiously. The living room door wasn't far from her on the opposite wall and she expected to see Scar coming to investigate the sound any second. It's an old house, she tried to assure the hunter telepathically. Just the house making noises, nothing unusual.
Too late for regrets now. The door opened soundlessly the rest of the way and Lex slipped into the stone-walled staircase, closing the door quicker than she had opened it. Then she waited.
Nothing. No sound of movement, no hand pushing the door open, no triumphant declaration for Scar's victory. Lex could hardly believe her luck. Now there was actually a chance of her winning this. Turning around in the dark, she fumbled for the railing. The last thing she wanted now, was to trip and fall down the stairs.
She took a step down, immediately feeling the disaster coming. Her blood froze as the wooden step creaked under her lightly pressing foot, and at the exact same time, someone flushed a toilet upstairs, a stream of swirling water whooshing loudly down the pipes.
Lex pulled her foot back, the shock of making such a mistake paralyzing her in place. Despite her nervousness, she couldn't keep a small smile from twisting her lips. Scar truly had given her quite a challenge. Skipping the creaky step, Lex continued her careful descent into the basement.
She survived the stairs, stopping after the last step and trying to get her eyes to adjust to the darkness. She knew she was now facing a blind maze of dusty cardboard boxes, building materials, bags of clothes and equipment ranging from ladders and curtain rods to a lawnmower and bicycles waiting for maintenance. The thin ray of light shining from under the basement door did nothing to help her.
Lex looked at her wrist where the small numbers on her watch glowed a greenish color. 07:34:01. Six minutes left.
The large variety of hiding places wasn't the only reason Lex had wanted to come to the basement. It also had its own entrance leading straight outside. She wasn't sure if Scar was even aware of that. With some more luck, she could go out unnoticed and have a breath of fresh air while waiting for the time to run out.
Taking care not to knock anything over, Lex navigated her way to where she knew the small stairs and the overhead hatch approximately waited. A confused frown lined her forehead when her searching hands found no opening anywhere. It had to be there, she couldn't miss it even in complete darkness.
It... it wasn't there.
Lex stopped herself and took a deep breath. She must've misjudged the distances or remembered the layout of the basement wrong. Nothing to start panicking about. She would need to find light, and if her memory didn't betray her any worse, there was a locker in the corner where all the smaller tools, including flashlights, were kept. It wouldn't take long to get one and get out.
Changing direction, Lex headed to the other side of the basement. She recognized the old furnace with its large ducts, and a little after that, something that felt like old mattresses leaning up against the wall. And finally the smooth metal surface of the locker.
Lex opened it, unable to see the shelves or what was on them. Her every move was slow and deliberate as she extended her hands. Where would she stash a spare flashlight? By the door of the basement, though had that been the case now, she couldn't have taken it without Scar noticing. In this case, maybe in the front, somewhere easily reachable. Her hands met angular toolkits, tall spray cans, something heavy with a round, glassy front...
There! It had to be a handheld spotlight of some sort. Lex gripped the handle of the bulky device and lifted it up.
A brief ping of metal rang in her ears, and before she could do anything, it turned into a clatter of cans falling against each other and crashing to the floor.
Lex didn't know what had happened, nor did she have the time to find out. The noise was deafening after the long silence and this time she was sure only the sound of a jet flying low over the house could've drowned it out. She turned the heavy device hastily in her hands until she located the switch and turned it on. She could still get out if she moved fast, find another hiding place...
The powerful beam paved a way of dusty light through the dark basement, hitting the support beams that also had junk piled around them. Lex turned the light and stared dumbfounded at where the other exit was supposed to be.
Someone had formed a barricade in front of the short stairs from what looked like the heaviest chests and boxes in the basement, throwing one monster of a treadmill in there for good measure. The large treadmill alone would've been too heavy for her to move alone. There was no way she was getting out from there.
She was trapped and now Scar knew it too.
Lex snapped out of her stupor. Bad luck on her part or a smart precaution by Scar, it didn't matter. She had to hide. Her frantically searching eyes fell on the closest thing that could serve as a hiding spot, the wall of thick mattresses. Turning off the light, she crouched and squeezed herself between them and the concrete wall, not a moment too late.
A much fainter light illuminated the dark basement briefly as the door upstairs opened and closed again.
"Are you ready Lex? I'm coming to collect my prize."
It was Scar alright. The gruff voice had a slow, savoring tone that gave Lex the chills. She would've crouched even further behind the mattresses had she dared to move. She checked her watch once again, finding that time was not on her side.
07:36:35. Three and a half minutes.
"I'm sure you noticed your only way out is through me now."
The voice had come closer. Scar was moving around in the basement and unlike her, he could actually see with his thermal vision. Her body heat would be a flare for him. Crap! Lex felt her chances diminishing with every step that brought the voice closer.
"Will you stay in your hiding place and wait for me to find you? Or will you make your last stand like a warrior?"
Lex felt the slight sting to her pride and smiled knowingly. Way to goad her into exposing herself and attacking him. Simply finding her apparently wouldn't have been entertaining enough. Scar wasn't wrong, though, she would be found before time would run out. It looked like she had no choice if she wanted to win.
The experienced hunter's movements were as silent as ever, but an unmistakable whiff of musk revealed Lex that he was getting very close to her hideout. She didn't stay to wait for the inevitable.
Springing from behind the mattresses, Lex turned on the light again and flashed it where she thought Scar's face would be. It was no small light, and being directed straight towards one's eyes, a sure way to blind anyone.
Lex took the opportunity and dashed, intending to run past Scar and back upstairs. Something stopped her however, connecting hard with her midsection before she could take more than a couple of steps. Scar's arm had caught her, she realized briefly, before she was thrown back against the mattresses.
She dropped the handheld spotlight, the bright beam still lighting the basement, and landed on a crouch, quickly standing up again in an alert stance. Scar looked like he had no trouble recovering from her blinding assault, sporting on his mandibles the smug grin Lex had known to expect if he caught her.
She also noticed that Scar had removed his loincloth and wire mesh suit.
Someone was getting a little overconfident.
"Please tell me no one saw you", Lex sighed in exasperation, eyeing the butt-naked hunter.
Scar noticed her gaze inspecting him and didn't look one bit shy about displaying one of his most prominent features.
"So are you ready?"
"Ready for what?" Lex glanced at her watch. "There's less than two and a half minutes left. You haven't won anything as long as I'm standing."
"Then I'll just have to fix that."
Scar stepped closer and Lex reacted, turning her body and kicking him in the stomach with her heel. Scar could've blocked the attack, but didn't. Both of them knew Lex lacked the power to even push him back. Lucky for her, Lex hadn't intended to hurt Scar in the first place.
She pulled back as soon as the ineffective kick had landed and sprinted past Scar, unstopped this time. Turning around quickly, she saw the unclothed warrior watching with amusement, always willing to see how she would try to surprise him next. Scar was going for the win, there was no doubt about that, but Lex also knew he couldn't resist prolonging the challenge as much as he could, and that was what she had been betting on when attacking him.
She just needed to keep him entertained a little longer.
Lex kept backing up, dividing her focus between searching her surroundings and making sure the hunter slowly following her wouldn't get close enough to grab her. Scar was clearly giving her a one last shot to fight back, instead of simply charging and overpowering her like he could've done.
His mistake.
Lex found the glint of metal she had been looking for and grabbed a long curtain rod, pointing it towards Scar. In a very human-like gesture, the muscled warrior raised the ridge of his brow, as if questioning whether she really thought a makeshift weapon such as that would make a difference.
Lex backed away a little more, and revealed her actual intentions. Reaching her hand out, she yanked at the open edge of a carelessly stacked cardboard box and jumped back. A whole pile of boxes and large plastic bags collapsed, tumbling down between them in a tall heap. Lex turned and rushed towards the stairs. She flew up the steps, squeezing the curtain rod in her hand. She could assure her victory if she made it upstairs. She just needed to push the rod through the handle and wedge the door shut for long enough to gain some distance and lose the little time that was left.
A heavy thump made the stairs shudder behind her, and before she could make her escape, a sudden warmth enveloped her in the form of two muscular arms. She felt herself being lifted off her feet and tried desperately to grab the railing with her free hand, struggling against the hold with everything she got.
No, no, no, she had been so close!
Lex kicked around furiously and whacked the big warrior with the curtain rod, but Scar refused to let her go, resolute in carrying her back down. That didn't mean Lex stopped fighting. She twisted and pulled at a tusked mandible that caught her flailing hand and tried her best to trip the hunter with the metal rod, but in the end, her efforts came to a stop as Scar kicked down one of the mattresses Lex had been hiding behind and forced the stubbornly fighting woman down on her back.
The curtain rod was ripped from her hand and thrown away, a heavy weight restraining her to the mattress as Scar straddled her and pressed his clawed hands on her shoulders. For a little while Lex squirmed and pushed at the rock solid muscles, even though it was clear to both of them that their little challenge was over. Scar kept looming over her, waiting with a winner's gracious patience for her to be done with her last bit of defiance.
Still breathing laboredly from her struggle Lex shook her head to move the tangled hairs from her face and raised her watch to see the final time.
Fucking 45 seconds.
"Fine. You win", she admitted with a huff and smiled dryly. "But start gloating about it and I'll start swinging that rod again."
The near bruising weight on Lex's shoulders eased, but didn't let go. In the partly lit basement, shadows were harsh and deep, accentuating Scar's bare, muscled form leaning over her and his gleaming eyes that looked down upon her with barely contained want. She didn't need to look lower to know the proof of that want already stood waiting for her.
Scar's eyes traveled her body and Lex felt herself quickly losing whatever frustration she had, leaving only a nervous tingling in her stomach.
"So..." she started, anxious to know what fate awaited her. "What's it going to be? Your prize?"
"You", Scar stated simply, running his hand from Lex's shoulder to the front of her blouse.
Cute answer, but Lex didn't trust Scar would let her off that easy. She moved her own hand to save the buttons that were in danger of facing Scar's way of opening them.
"What does that mean, specifically?"
She flicked the first button open and moved slowly on to the next one. Scar's eyes turned to watch her nimble fingers keenly.
"I want you. Nothing else matters."
The second one opened. Lex noted the heavy rising and falling of the broad, mottled chest, despite the fact that Scar couldn't have been out of breath. She wondered if his choice of not asking for anything was in fact because of his inability to think clearly anymore. Thank goodness he wasn't anything like Stealth.
The blouse was halfway open, and Lex felt a surge of excitement as the clawed fingers slipped in to feel the lacy fabric of her bra and the warm breast underneath it. She continued unbuttoning.
"So there's really nothing?"
A soft rumble rose from the warrior's throat and the bug-like mandibles flexed slowly outwards, revealing more of the smaller teeth framing his mouth. The aggressive look didn't faze Lex, who had already learned that sex and aggression were pretty much the same thing with the hunters. Finally she heard Scar speak again with a thick, low voice.
"Only you."
Lex finished unbuttoning, the persistent answer coaxing an affectionate smile to her face.
"Then I'm all yours."
Scar slid his hand down from the soft mound of Lex's breast and across her bare stomach, stopping to seize the waist of her pants between his clawed fingertips. "Get rid of these before I do."
Moving back, Scar gave her room to stand up. The whole time Lex was undressing, Scar watched on one knee, motionless as a statue, yet looking ominously like he was ready to pounce on her any second. Lex felt her heart starting to pound faster again.
When she dropped the last piece of clothing and stood bare in front of him, Scar got up too. Lex watched him just as keenly, the large, almost demonic form rising to tower over her and stepping closer to claim her, every slow move deliberately prolonging their wait, forcibly holding in the need that simmered beneath the surface and showed in the hunter's tense posture.
That need was about to erupt, but Scar still controlled himself, raising his hands slowly to explore Lex's body. They moved stiffly on her neck and around her middle, gripping and fondling roughly. Lex returned the touches, her own hands marveling the feel of the strange and strong build. She knew Scar was restraining himself for her sake, having learned fairly well from the times she had taught him. Despite the need that must've been tormenting him, he wanted to make sure she was ready.
The thick-skinned fingers crept lower and Lex let out a pleasurable sigh, parting her legs and grasping the warrior's biceps. She was ready alright, and she wanted more than the fingers that were pushing into her.
"Scar..." she breathed huskily and detached herself from the hunter, leaning back against the still standing mattresses.
For a moment, Scar looked confused, as if trying to think what he had done wrong. Lex shook her head with a smile and gave him the seemingly universal come-hither gesture with her index finger. The large hunter looked at the laxly waiting woman, quickly realizing the invitation.
Lex had braced herself, body and mind ready to welcome Scar's advance, but the suddenness and the sheer power of the strong warrior as he exploded into action took her by surprise as always. She could barely keep up with what was happening as Scar grabbed and lifted her, crushing her against the mattress with the weight of his body. The intrusion was just as quick, drawing a hitched moan out of her while her hands shot out to squeeze the hunter's shoulders.
Somewhere deep in Scar's chest, an animalistic growl reverberated through to Lex's tense body. She pressed her forehead against the hunter's chest and wrapped her legs around his waist, slowly sinking into the blissful heat and pressure that enveloped and filled her.
Done with going slow, Scar let his restraint fly out the window and began thrusting, rocking his hips forcefully against Lex's, while keeping her easily up with one hand. She clung to him tighter, losing herself quickly in the overwhelming pounding that destroyed any coherent thought she might've had. Somewhere from a distance, she realized the prickling of sharp claws on her back, spicing up the dizzying pleasure. Every thrust kept increasing in speed and vigor, and Lex's rhythmic moans increased in volume and urgency with them.
The small space in the corner of the basement became a world of their own, separate from everyone and everything else. The sounds of Scar's trilling clicks and fervent growls swam in Lex's limited consciousness with the spikes of ecstasy that the hunter's heavy, throbbing member drove into her. Her own gasping voice was already beyond her hearing, the onslaught of inescapable pleasure filling her every thought.
If there was any pain from the challenging size stretching her, or the large hands squeezing and scraping her skin raw, she couldn't distinguish it from the other sensations. Pain would come later, after the heat of the moment would have cooled down.
A sudden roar woke Lex to realize Scar was getting close. The knowledge gave her an additional boost that worked like bellows on a fire. The tension and tingling spread inside her, growing more intense by the second. Scar continued relentlessly, filling her to her limits again and again until she felt like she would burst.
They both finally did, in an explosive high of sensory overload that blurred Lex's vision for a dizzying moment. She closed her eyes, mouth hanging open in a breathless exclamation. Her arms felt numb, but she suspected they were still hanging from Scar's shoulders. The roar she had heard again at the moment of their release had quieted down to a low, satisfied rumble.
Scar recovered first and pulled out, lowering Lex slowly back down. She still felt out of it, leaning back into the mattress in a haze, their combined fluids dripping slowly down between her legs. She wasn't sure whether her feet could actually carry her. Little by little she was starting to feel the familiar after effects of their moment of passion.
Scar leaned over her, cupping the back of her neck with the palm of his large hand, and rested his jaw lightly on her head in a type of embrace. It was one of Lex's teachings, and it had been a tough one to get the hunter to understand why she wanted closeness after 'mating'. From what she had gathered, their women were very selective about their partners and simply threw them out when done with them. It wasn't hard to understand why closeness would be a strange concept for him.
Snuggled against Scar's neck, Lex smiled despite the intensifying ache in her lower body and the stinging in her back. She appreciated the hunter's willingness to please her even when something seemed odd to him. Her smile became a brief grin as she remembered a certain past experience when Scar had also proven willing to get pleased by oddities such as her showing him what could be done with a human mouth.
After he had recovered from his initial shock at least.
Lex sighed contently and raised her hand to play with one of the long dreadlocks that draped over the bulky shoulder. It was rigid like a thick rope and heavier than it looked. Warm also, as if it had blood flowing inside it. She had intended to ask Scar about his 'hair', but somehow always missed the opportunity when something distracted her.
"Lex?" Scar straightened himself, looking down at her with a serious expression.
"What?"
"I'm better, am I not?"
For a moment Lex stared at the earnestly waiting hunter, before she remembered what he was talking about. "Oh, better than the... wait a minute... where... you don't have the vibrator! You didn't leave it in the kitchen?!"
Shit! She would have to go and get it before anyone...
"LEX, I DON'T CARE WHAT WEIRD THINGS YOU DO IN PRIVATE", came Antonio's bellowing voice from upstairs with a perfectly awful timing. "BUT PEOPLE EAT HERE, YOU KNOW!"
Lex felt her cheeks burning up and grimaced, cursing her thoughtlessness. On top of her mortification, she also now had the problem of trying to sneak the large, naked hunter upstairs without anyone seeing. Way to start the day.
"Lex?"
Seeing Scar still watching her keenly, waiting for an answer while completely ignoring the man's indignant shouting, Lex couldn't hold on to her chagrin. She met the insisting warrior's gaze and nodded, pressing her hand gently to his warm chest.
"You're better and you always will be."
Seemingly satisfied with her answer, Scar emitted a throaty rumble and grasped Lex's hips to pull her back against him. "I want you again."
Lex's brows elevated in disbelief. "I think we've traumatized enough people for one morning."
"I'll make it my prize."
It was a dirty trick, but Lex let it slip. Scar's large hands were already coaxing her for another go and she was still too sensitized to concentrate on arguing. Hot breath blew in her ear as the hunter leaned down.
"And if you're thinking about trying to stay quiet, I can tell you I won't allow that."
Fuuuck... Lex squirmed tensely. It was hard to be dissatisfied when clawed fingers crawled slowly over her clitoris.
Honestly, though, she never had these kinds of problems with her vibrator.

Alternate ending:
Stealth wandered into the room the humans called 'kitchen', finding something he hadn't expected to find next to the humans' water source. He picked the strange thing up with two clawed fingers and inspected it closer. Its scent left no doubt of its owner and its detailed shape gave him some ideas of what it was supposed to symbolize.
A devious smirk lifted his upper mandible. He might just borrow the thing for a while. He had seen a certain someone on their way back to the cabin as he had passed them by unnoticed. Taking a seat on the flat work space he had found the curious object from, Stealth crossed his arms over his chest. It wouldn't be a long wait.
As he had expected, the front door soon creaked open. Making sure his new find was in plain view in his hand, Stealth welcomed the woman entering the kitchen with a smug grin.
Annie stopped in her tracks and glared at him suspiciously, ready to fire a sharp remark. Then she saw what he was holding and her mouth hung open a moment before she turned around and walked back out the way she came.
"Fuck you, I've got better things to do than entertain your perversions."
The kitchen door slammed close behind the woman. Stealth's grin didn't fade. It was one of the reactions he had expected. No matter. It just meant that he would have to find a better moment to question the woman about the uses of such peculiarly phallic object.
Maybe later in the evening, after she would've retired to her quarters and wouldn't have better things to do.
