"But you already knew that didn't you..." Yuki leaned forward, gently placing the cup on the coffee table before returning her hands to her lap.
"I..." She sighed before meeting his gaze. His eyes were full of concern for his dearest daughter.
"I know why you've really come..." He averted his gaze to the window, "... He's still here.. but.."
"No." Yuki exclaimed, Kaiden looked at Yuki with shock.
She stood up, "There has to be a way!" She shouted louder than she had intended.
Kaiden sighed, "I wish I was..."

"What do you think you're doing here?!" they both turned to face the door.
Aidou stood in the doorway, frustration heavy on his face.
"How dare you just leave like that?!" Aidou shouted flailing his arms at them, "It's not safe.."
Yuki laughed nervously, "I'm fine Aidou, don't worry so much."
His eye brow twitched, "Lord Kaname would have my head were something happen to you."
He rushed over to Yuki, attempting to shuffle her out the door.
"Heeey, stop that!" Yuki groaned swatting him away, "I want to stay." She stated firmly, ".. I need too.."
Aidou was taken back a little by her stance. He paused for a moment before sighing in defeat, he knew full well he couldn't force a pureblood to do anything that they didn't want to, and that she could easily kill him with just a glance.
He paused a moment, considering his options, "Very well Lady Yuki.." He bowed towards her, "We will stay for a day or two.." He hesitated, ".. But then we must head back before Lord Kaname is to return.."
She sighed lightly, "Very well Aidou.." she turned to smile at him, "..If only until then, I can live with that." She beamed light heartidly.
