Author's Note
Hello everyone! I'm sure you're all disappointed by yet another Author's Note but I have a lot of things I need to say about the plans for the rewrite of this story and a request to make at the end of you my dear readers.
Piper will be switched back to Pepper as upon rereads I became annoyed with myself for villainizing Piper so much. Pepper and Toni will have a friend relationship but as I picture Pepper as straight no relationship.
The backstory with Amora will be changed because I've thought of something that I consider better to kick off the story. You'll find out about it when I finish with the rewrite.
I'll be returning to canon in some sections where I changed it (although not all) as I feel like I made Toni too sympathetic especially pre-Afghanistan. Part of Toni/y's character is that they make mistakes but try their best and I would like to show that more strongly.
Now we know how Coulson survived (which I didn't when I wrote his return chapter) I will be including that in the story. Fitz, Simmons and Skye will still be entering the story at some point.
Things from Phase 2 that either I have changed my mind about including or will be changing from Phase 2 includes;
Clint's family. I like Laura and the kids and so have decided to include them this time around. This of course eliminates a Natasha/Clint or Clint/Toni pairing which considering my recent views on Clint I consider a good thing.
Bucky is probably going to play a huge role in the new fic; especially since I'm considering Bucky/Toni for the final pairing now.
Scott probably won't play a big role as he'll be doing his own thing with the Ant-Man suit away from the Avengers due to him not liking the Starks.
Pietro and Wanda will probably be the most changed in the entire thing. I was furious at how they turned two Romani Jews into willing members of a Nazi organisation. I understand the need to change their backstory with no Magneto available to be their father and no mutants but it was frankly a horrible choice.
Vision may not show up at all if my plot intentions stay the same although I think it would be a shame.

Peter Parker will eventually make an appearance. I liked Spider Man: Homecoming mostly and I like Tom in the role a lot so I'm eager to include him.
I didn't see Doctor Strange because of the whitewashing so I'm unsure how I could handle it within this story.
Now to my requests for you viewers. The beta reader I chose hasn't responded to me since March and so I'm looking for a replacement to get this story back onto getting churned out again.
