Like most girls, Nova was just an ordinary girl until she was hit by lightning while she was in Central City with her relatives' thanks to her Uncle's business trip to watch the particle Accelerator turn one. Now thanks to the lightning she can faster than she could ever fly. But why doesn't this power feel right?

Chapter One- Lightning only Strikes Once, Or Not

The day that Nova Potter became more than just a witch was the summer after her third year at Hogwarts. Vernon Dursley, the uncle of the young witch in question had apparently been one of the many employees to manage to do some good for the company in the form of being one of the people responsible for striking a deal with the famous STAR Labs to help build something called a Particle Accelerator.

As a reward for his 'hard work' Grunnings Drilling company had decided to send Vernon's family on a trip to see the fruits of his labor turn on. Though much to the Durlsey's displeasure the company had still remembered that they had a second child among their numbers however unwanted she was.

That was how a young thirteen-year-old Nova was able to join her so-called family on the plane to the States for Central City where the Lab was located.

Once there she was delegated to being her family's pack mule for everything that could be carried, luggage, souvenir shopping, and so on. They had arrived in Central City right on the day that the Accelerator would be turned on that night, so Nova had to drag her relative's purchases around with them in the summer heat until they would return to the hotel before going to Star Labs to watch the Accelerator turn on.

Nova knew that it would have been too good to be true for her relatives to allow her free reign in the city. After all, it wouldn't be good to allow their trouble-making niece to wander around a foreign city alone.

For several hours Nova hurried along through what felt like hundreds of stores throughout the days. By the time night was falling she was also falling over from all the weight of her relative's many, many purchases, they were currently heading towards Star Labs to watch the Accelerator get turned on. They were under the impression that Vernon was important enough that they would wait for him.

Though it wasn't all bad, as she managed to sneak a purchase of her own. A polished teardrop emerald gemstone in a silver setting. It is a bit on the pricy side but it is a very nice piece.

As they crossed the street, Nova knew that they would not actually see the accelerator turn on since they were getting close to being twenty minutes late. Not to mention it was pouring down rain and her relatives thought she was unfit for an umbrella despite the fact she was carrying all their new belongings. Well, ask her and Nova hoped that the rain ruined everything, though she was tempted just to drop everything.

Then it was like a dam broke as a loud rumble and sirens echoed through the city as a goldish-colored light flew up through the air from what looked to be the Star Lab building. The last thing Nova saw was bolts of lightning flying from the sky above the labs before her vision was overcome by sparks of green. The young witch didn't have anything time to react before she was sent backward as a bolt of lightning hit her dead in the chest.

The Night of the Particle Accelerator blew up, The Night that Eobard Thawne created the Flash he also created another speedster. An unknown variable to everyone.

Eobard Thawne currently disguised as Harrison Wells watched as the hospital began to transfer the two lightning-stuck victims, Barry Allen the future Flash, and a young British orphan Nova Potter. Both were causing power outages when going into cardiac arrest.

It was interesting to see that in his quest to return to the future, he also ended up creating no one but it would seem to be two speedsters. It would seem like his plans are going to be in need of some change with this new variable in.

-What should have to Nova? Foster Care somewhere in Central City, Taken in by Joe, Iris, Taken in by Fake Wells, or emancipation through very vague means.

-What DC Heroes do you want to make an appearance aside from those from Team Arrow?

-Should there be some Magical bashing (Dumbledore, and some Weasley)

-What should happen to Nova's Magic?(Gets stronger, turns into speed force energy, disappears)
