Here's the characters I had in mind to be featured:
01. Druid - The Monk-raised son of a Wizard and a Spirit.
02. Battle-Mage - An Amazon-raised Sorceress, whose physical appearance is a mixture of both characters' respective physiology; In other words, the sorceress' ample hourglass figure is added to the combined bodybuilder/hourglass figure of the amazon.
03. Fairkin - A female half-elf. Can generate retractable fairy wings on her back. Specialty: Aerial archery.
04. Nephilim - A battle-nun/warrior-priestess, that is the love child between a male warrior and a female angel, with a pair of angelic wings, which she can retract at will.
05. Angelf - A halfbreed that is an angel/elf hybrid; appears as an elf with a pair of angelic wings on his back.
06. Dwelf - A male halfbreed, who is the offspring of a male elf and a female dwarf. Specialty: Alchemic marksmanship who combines elfin sorcery with dwarven crafting.
07. Dhampir - A male wizard, who's the monk-raised halfbreed offspring of a warlock and a (female) vampire.
08. She-Warrior - The female knight-like offspring of a Fighter and an Amazon.
09. Witch - The child of a Wizard and a Sorceress, who's a lesbian enchantress. Specialty: Sorcery that combines the Magic Systems that her parents individually specialized in.
10. Rogue - A halfelf, who possess the special skills of a thief, along with the elfin skills.
11. Merhuman - An amazon-raised halfbreed, who's the child of a Fighter and a mermaid. Looks like an Amazon, but with gills on her neck, 'swim skin' between her digits, and a mermaid's tail, that is located above her buttocks. Specialty: Her amphibious nature. (How you want to portray her amphibious nature is up to you.)
12. Troblin - A female hybrid between a troll and a goblin. Also a very good bandit.
13. 'Cookette' - A female cook, who's the daughter of a hobgoblin and an orc. She's the surrogate aunt of Troblin and Druid. Despite being the daughter of usually grotesque-looking humanoids, she's quite attractive by human standards; Someone, that some people would identify as MILF quality. Specialty: Cooking; and spanking whoever dares to either slap her huge, fat booty, or harm her surrogate nephew and/or niece.
14. 'Wyvernlisk' - A winged dragonlisk, that is part wyvern. The only non-sapient member of the guild; Does, however, still possess human-level sentience.
16. Lizardwoman - The winged daughter of a blue lizardman and a female wyvern.
17. Incubus - A lust demon, who's the result of a dark ritual which involves using a mating-based form of vampirism, that is used used by vampires to impregnate females. His mother is a succubus while his father is a vampire; the catch: his father is just as much a female as his mother is. Ironically; despite his nature and heritage, he is actually a combination of shyness and innocence personified. Appears as a childlike teenager with a near-angelic charm. Immune to charisma.
When Louise did the Familiar Summoning Ritual, she expected one, small, almost unnoticeable thing, or yet another explosion. She had desperately hoped for a dragon, or something else that would prove her to be a great mage.
Instead, she had gotten a small castle. As soon as she had summoned it, the occupants, all sixteen of them, quickly ran outside, or flew in some cases. They had all reacted very strangely. Some, like Troblin, had simply eyed the academy and walked towards it. Others, like Witch, I know, what's with that name, simply shrugged the strange experience off and returned to the castle. Still, others, such as the ever-cute Incubus meekly hid behind his taller counterparts. Still, some acted reasonably and had picked up some sort of weapon and readied themselves for a fight, if one were to happen.
As soon as the students saw that several elves and halfelves stood in that line, they freaked out.
It had taken a while to calm those ready to die to defend their friends down, but they had managed. When they had explained what had happened, and why they were summoned, and what it meant, Louise expected an absolute yes. What she got was very mixed results. Some, like the Witch, argued that they were required to do it, because of how important a familiar is to a mage. Others argued that that was slavery, and no person should be required to do it. Still, others wanted to set up a mutually beneficial relationship, them getting money in exchange for doing dangerous jobs.
It ended up with most of the magic users being Louise's familiars, while almost everyone else either did adventuring jobs, or requested pay to do anything. Since Louise didn't want to have to pay her own familiar, the second half remained outside he current control. That said, some, such as the members, such as 'Wyvernlisk' had no problem following her around, and was a remarkable familiar by themselves.
The elves were hard to get accustom to, but they seemed to have no real problem with the humans in the area, so there was no real problem, especially after most of the teachers and her familiars teamed up to move the guild castle to another location, this one out of direct sight.
Besides that, it was quickly addressed that most of her magic using familiars both used magic, and used a different set of magic. Some nobles argued that the separate set of magic meant that they were less than nobles, some argued that it was blasphemy against the founder, until two of her familiars turned out to be half divine. With that revelation, even more started arguing that her familiars were sent to grow and teach the nobles his will.
Because of all those new powers and ways of thought secured Louise in a massive political and religious war about what all this meant. The attention was enough for new Reconquista to be settled in without any outside problems. They didn't seem to plan on expanding, which was odd for such a type of force, but perhaps it was just biding its time.
Still, all the different powerful, diverse, and almost completely opposing people she had summoned had made a massive difference in her world. The members of the guild that had chosen against following her were sought out for increasingly dangerous jobs, because of their massive amount of skill, dexterity, and strength. The members that had chosen to be her familiars at a price were now either the Valliere Elite Guard, or the Tristan Elite Knights. Still, the members that had decided to follow her, or simply follow along were now recognized as one of the most powerful protection on a single person in the world. Togeather, they were recognized as even stronger than the Queen's Guard, and even the King's Guard in Germania.
This was proven, at least partially, when one member of her familiars, Incubus, defeated almost half the Queen's Guard, including all of the elite knights, by himself when they had aggravated him enough to fight. Strangely, despite having so much power, he seemed very shy, and didn't even use it until they insulted his friends. His shyness and incredible power only severd to increase his already massive fanbase.
Though, the rumors say that he burst out like a beast from hell, and the fact that he seemed to be named after a sex demon, spoke very badly against him.
Louise sighed. "I just wanted a powerful familiar, not a worldwide drastic religious and philosophical change!" she screamed.
...Time Skip...
As Louise watched her familiar, all seventeen of them, go to battle, she was amazed. They had united against the now-ready Reconquista, and its army of over seventy thousand. Honestly, she was expecting her familiars to win at this point.
Several of her familiars simply stayed in the back, casting powerful magic, and killing lines of men every few seconds. Others, such as Dwelf rode on the back of 'Wyvernlisk' and tossed back powerful attacks and helped out any that ever got damaged significantly. Others held a seemingly unpierceable line, holding back the tide in extremely large areas for each member, but holding every soldier back regardless. Still, others, such as Nephilim, flew over and made wide swaths in the middle of enemy lines.
Still, she herself, and Incubus, didn't do anything as complected, and merely killed thousands at once. She herself cast extremely large explosions to the back-ish middle, making sure not to hit any of her familiars. As for Incubus, she was going to guess he was around the literal whirlpool of blood and human meat sucking in every soldier in the area. Though, considering that it was still expanding, it was likely that this wasn't even his full power. Perhaps he's actually moving around, considering the giant black holes in space appearing periodically over the blood whirlpool.
Casting another explosion, Louise wished she didn't have to see her cute, innocent, angelic, Incubus that normally hid behind the other familiars become such a demon on the battlefield.
Why did they even need so much food anyway?
...Time Skip...
Honestly, Louise wasn't even sure why they tried at this point. Every one of her familiars could handle a thousand men, and that was without any equipment or food, or potions, or items. With all of that, and especially together, they were fully capable of surrounding themselves completely with soldiers, and attacking every so often to thin the crowd.
Sighing, Louise watched as, once again, her cutest familiar turned into a bloodthirsty, perhaps even literally, monster. As he wadded easily through human soldiers, seemingly not inconvenienced at all. In fact, he was actually moving faster than he normally did, and he didn't stumble near as much. Is my little angle actually a demon? No I won't accept it! He's too adorable to be evil!
Louise sighed as her mind argued if Incubus, the half sex demon half vampire named after a different sex demon, was evil. With the only defense against the conclusion at current times being his looks, and comforting smile as he literally swam through human flesh and armor. Sadly, the side arguing him to not be evil won.
To be fair, she had been on and off in battle for several weeks now, and she was the only one of the guild capable of keeping up with his monstrous strength and magic.
...Time Skip...
Louise stood proudly in front of her Queen, ignoring how half her familiars seemed to be totally fine with slouching in front of royalty, and how some of her ranks were visibly hiding from the stares of the nobles and knights around them. Especially Incubus, who had the stares of almost every female in the room, despite somehow managing to hid himself between no less than eight other guild members. He's mine! the traitorous part of her mind yelled. We've had this talk Louise! her more logical side shouted back. But he's so adorable! her childish side shouted.
Louise sighed as she felt almost all of her mind agree that she should kill or torture every female in the room to get the half demon to be hers. Seriously, what is wrong with my mind?
Her Queen seemingly did not notice her plight. Instead, she produced a white and gold cape with the symbol of the guild emboldened on back, with bright gold-like leaf patterns all over it. This particular one had her family's symbol in bright pink on the left collar, and the symbol of Tristian. That cape was her own, and she felt extremely honored to be given it by the princess herself.
It did not, however, stop her from noticing that 'Cookette' was not in the room, and, judging from the faint male screaming, she knew she was 'punishing' another noble for inappropriate actions. Honestly, she was more than slightly worried that 'Cookette' was punishing nobles who had done their 'crime' on accident, though, though the thought that a noble would be attracted to a half-orc, half goblin thing was bad enough to convince her not to interfere.
Also, her half-angle familiars showed no more respect to the Queen than to any commoner. Granted, they were part divine, but that didn't mean they were high enough to ignore the Queen! Treat the Queen with respect! he mind shouted in righteous anger.
Due to her not listening to the Queen, she was almost lost when her childhood friend handed her the cloak, leaving it in her arms. Louise bowed, "Thank you princess."
...Time Skip...
Louise, not the head of the guild, being the most powerful member that could talk without stuttering, glared at her guild members. In the corner, Incubus was drinking water in the seat next to Nephilim and Angelf, despite their nearly opposite heritage, they were actually good friends, though Nephilim and Angelf usually spoke a lot more.
To the side Cookette was showing Troblin and Fairkin a new recipe, both dancing around Dwelf who seemed intent on making some new type of potion called The Elixir of Life. She didn't know exactly what that was, but she guessed it was rather important.
Battle-Mage, Druid and Witch, however, were discussing some insanely difficult magic spell, and its uses. They were sitting next to Lizardwoman and Wyvernlisk, who were seemingly growling and occasionally saying human words to each other in seemingly random sounds. Must be a lizard thing.
She knew from experience that most of the warriors, such as She-Warrior and Merhuman were behind the castle either dueling or doing some sort of ridiculous training exercise. Probably one that required almost certain death, or extreme torture.
Louise sighed as she looked down at the paperwork necessary to keep everything as effective as it was. It was strange, actually, that so much was required. She had expected the repair costs, the castle upkeep, and even taxes to nearby nobles. She hadn't expected each part of each bill and problem to present itself to her with a paper each.
It was so much, in fact, that Louise honestly wanted to hire staff who would do nothing but combine similar problems, job requests on one sheet, castle upkeep on another, and so on. Though, she would have to get someone she could trust, perhaps a member of the guild. Though no member of the guild was really suitable to such a task. It took her a second, before she jerked up in realization, a habit she had developed somewhere along her journeys
"We have to spread the word! We're recruiting!"
Random Sentence!: So I heard you like challenges, so here's a challenge that I was challenged to challenge.
