Monster Senshi

Chapter 4: What happened with Moon?
Usagi stamped upstairs angrily, her first school day of the term wasn't good. First she found some boys harassing a cat, then she found out that more of those damn monster-girls joined her class along with a new boy, and lastly she had torn her uniform on a fence while running to school, and had to spend entire day in her gym uniform. The boy was cute to her, but his curse and tolerance on the non humans in their class was a major turn off.
Her hatred stemmed mainly from her mother, whose first love was 'stolen' by one. She had then passed her intolerance onto her daughter. She normally would've went to another ward of Tokyo, but the wards where they aren't allowed tend to be somewhere between weird and outright bizarre. Which is the main reason why the monster-girls aren't allowed in, the places are weird enough.
"Hello," a voice sounded from her window.
"What?" the girl exclaimed spinning around to find a cat sitting on her windowsill. "Great, another monster-girl." she complained.
"I'm not a, what did you call them? Monster-girls? Anyway my name is Luna I'm a Mau, I was sealed in stasis ten thousand years ago when the Silver Millennium fell. I'm approaching you because your a reincarnation, one of nine, of a senshi that died in the fall and was sent forward to defeat the foe that ended the kingdom," the cat explained.
The girl paused and asked, "Would this allow me to fight the evils I see?"
The cat, moving to the bed, and not realizing what could be the problem nodded, and after getting acceptance from the girl did a back flip causing a compact to drop on the bed.
"Take this, and say, Moon Prism Power, Make Up," the cat explained.
After she did, and with a flashy transformation sequence, Sailor Moon, stood where the girl once stood.
"I can lead you to where I found a Dark Kingdom operation," Luna said to the new energetic senshi.
The girl followed the cat, taking note of any monster-girls she found along the way.
The operation was at her friend's mother's place, a jewelry shop. A monster was standing outside and standing over both humans and monster-girls, it was reveled a bit earlier when one of them mentioned she smelt non human and unnatural.
"I am Sailor Moon, and I will punish your evil!" the girl shouted from on high silhouetted by the full moon.
The fight was partially a joke, with Moon tripping often, avoiding attacks all the while, and her tiara that she was throwing often widely off course, until a man in evening wear came and started distracting the monster that she ended the fight. EN1
Luna on the other hand was disturbed. Every shot that was widely off course had killed one of the unconscious monster-girls. Too many times it happened to be a coincidence.
The new sailor moon took off back to her house, happy with the night's work. She didn't care that she had killed half a dozen monster-girls, the youngest of which was nine, and was also unaware of the security camera of a health shop that caters to monster-girl needs caught the entire fight.
She would find out the next morning, and there would be much cursing from a currently unable to do her whole job, time manipulator.

The next morning, in a different house, the senshi of time in her civilian clothes was reading the news paper with the TV on, when a special report interrupted her favorite show.
The report detailed the fight and had footage, and expert commentary. The commentary was both of a behavioral analyst, and physicist. They both agreed that the deaths caused while fighting the monster were intentional. The chief of police then gave a speech about how people should call them if she appears again. It was fortunate for the rest of the senshi that the camera was a color one, or else they would all be put under 'the arrest on sight, and shoot if they don't surrender' list.
The cursing that followed melted everything in the dining room, even the wood. Her princess, whom was supposed to be a caring soul, had murdered others for not being like her.
Her first instinct was to head to the time gates, but after recalling their state, and the fact that she already saw the fight made her stop. She had to play the hand she had been dealt. A second special report came on the heels of the broadcast, showing live coverage of Sailor Moon attacking a school. The same school the three monster-girl senshi and her son attended.
Transforming she used the time gates as a teleporting medium, grateful that it didn't damage them further, and ended up at the school just as Ranma scooped Hotaru up, and jumped out of the way of the light disk. The disk managed to scrape a line across his back, causing his shirt to fall down and revel that artificial marking on his back had been bisected.
Just as the police arrived, Pluto hit the marauding Moon with a dead scream, purpousfully holding back to just drive her away, in hopes that Crystal Tokeyo would still be possible. Moon, seeing both another senshi, and the police after her in her injured state, turned tail and ran, leaving a black cat, a dozen dead monster-girls and another four humans dead, and dozens more of both species injured. Pluto wanted to cry, everything was falling apart. She saw a familiar black cat crawl out from under some debris, and caught her.
"Explain, now," the outermost senshi ground out.
"It's not my fault Pluto, I found the first senshi and gave her the transformation item, and sent her against the youma. I wasn't expecting her to try and kill these monster-girls, or their sympathizers, and only the princess can activate the fail safes with the cooperation of at least five senshi," the cat bawled out crying large arcs of tears, which made beautiful rainbows in the morning sun.
Pluto sighed, and despite wanting to cry herself, started petting the crying cat until she fell asleep. She then teleported to her bedroom and placed the cat on her bed, and made a note to have her assume human form later to use her mental powers on Ranma to dull his fear of cats.
Less than an hour later the four that went to school arrived home, as they had sent the students home early due to the trauma of the deaths of their classmates. Ranma was in female form, and was looking sick. She seemed to have lost her ability to walk strait and was sweating badly. It had hit her almost as soon as cold water found her, and she decided to go rest instead of finding hot water. Fortunately Makoto was more than strong enough to support him and Ami took the other side while Hotaru carried the bags.
After they got the boy in bed, it was Hotaru that noticed a slight change in Ranma's ears, they had developed slight points. After pointing it out and the fact that Ranma seemed to be getting worse, they found Setsuna, whom despite having already started stress drinking, with a wholly smashed cat, was relatively sober, and told her the problem. She went to her son's room, and vaguely remembering something from the fight earlier removed her shirt and put her on her stomach. And what she saw made her frown. Their was some sort of seal on her back, one that was damaged badly from the tiara. In fact it looked like the light energy from the attack was eating away at the seal.
She confessed to the three worried girls that she had no idea how to stop the degradation of the seal or even what the seal did, and as such they could only wait for the issue to take it's course.
It would take a week for the deal to completely vanish, giving the oldest senshi a greater headache.

End chapter 4
EN1: Hatred is often inherently irrational. Especially inherited hatred, instead of hatred earned by a person or group. I had planned Usagi's hatred of monster-girls from the start of the fic, I just ramped it up a bit and had her put them in same category as yoma cause thats where my typing fingers led me.
EN2: Pluto was caught between a rock and a hard place. The rock was she could alienate the princess, but at the same time attempt to protect the other eight senshi. The hard place was she could support, or not interfere which could lead to the police going from try to arrest first, to shoot any senshi first, which could lead to nine out of nine senshi getting killed, or three not awakening at all, and six out of six being killed. She really had no good choice.
