~ The Baptism Of Solitude ~
Astonished by his fathers words Naruto stands with his fists clenched looking at Minato. Minato can see the anger within his sons body. Nartuo's fists slowly unbar as they rise to his face to wipe away his tears. The tears of rage that have built in Naruto are now tars of sorrow as he begins to understand what Minato is trying to do. Minato places Naruto's head at his chest to comfort him with an embrace. For a moment all is forgotten, father and son are one. After a short moment they release each other. Naruto grabs a portrait of his parents with him as a child and passes Minato to head downstairs. Minato follows Naruto to the main hall.
" What are you doing Naruto? " Minato asks curiously. Naruto stops and turns to his dad " It's the same thing just a different day. Our relationship will never be what you want in your perfect world dad. "
Minato's jaw drops in shock. Naruto slings his backpack over his left shoulder and opens the front door to leave.
" Where are you going?! " Minato yells in anger. " You never thought I'd do it, you never thought I'd leave you. You told me you loved me, but I never believed you. Your heart was false just like the words you said your stupid ass corny lines trying to fill my head. You were caught up in your perfect world, you never heard me cry is that why you never expected to see me say goodbye? You know I'm better off without you, I can manage on my own. You can still have your perfect life, you could have it all alone because I'm better without you and you're too without me. " Naruto says to Minato as he closes the door behind him. Naruto walks down his walkway to the gated entrance, Turns around and takes one last glance at his house. He turns away and walks down the street to the park. Arriving at the park a few minutes later he sits on a bench and contemplates what he has done. After a while of just thinking Naruto dozes off into a light sleep. He is suddenly awaken by the feeling of someone beside him.
" Oh, Hello. I'm sorry, I did not mean to interrupt your nap. " The young man smiles and says.
" That's okay, I shouldn't of have fell asleep anyways. " Naruto says rubbing his head. Naruto examines the young man slowly. The young man has on a school uniform that is unfamiliar to Naruto and has silver hair that is lopped to one side of his head.
" My name is Naruto, What's yours? " Naruto asks sticking his hand out.
" Yu, Yu Narukami. " Yu says shaking Naruto's hand charmingly. " I couldn't help but notice your outfit, you go to Konoha High, Right? " Yu questions.
" Yeah, Where do you go? i've never seen your uniform before. " Naruto asks.
" Oh, I apologize. I go to Inaba High School. " Yu says calmly.
" Inaba? " Naruto murmurs quietly.
Yes, Inaba is a very small town just a few hours away from here. " Yu says.
Naruto suprised Yu heard him says " What are you doing here then? "
" Well our schools have a Kendo event in a few days so we are here to have some practice matches until the big day. " Yu says. Naruto nods his head in understanding as a crowd of people gather around them. They're all wearing the same uniform as Yu. A boy with spikey brown hair begins to speak.
" Yu, We're heading back to the hotel. You coming? " Yu looks up and nods his head then looks at Naruto smiles and says goodbye as he walks out of the park with his classmates.
" That was, Strange. " Naruto says as he puts his bag on the opposite side of the bench and lays his head on it to go to sleep. He awakens later in blackness but he sees light from the street lamp in the distance. He gets up and slings his bag over his shoulder and begins walking. He pass the lamp as the flame inside is extinguished, He turns and faces the lamp. He see's his reflection in the glass that surrounds the now extinguished flame. Upon further inspection he sees five whit masks near the lake in the park through the glass. Blood splatters onto two of the masks as Naruto gasps. The masks snap towards Naruto's position. The tallest two in the middle with two near what looks like the feet and the last one circling the beast. The monster is now moving as a colossal robot. Naruto turns and runs out of the park down the road unkowing his direction. For what seems like an eternity, he is running. He at last glances behind him to see if he is being followed. At that moment he runs into what seems like a brick wall and falls. He looks in front of him, a black figure turns around without moving a single limb with a white mask. The mask snaps at Naruto and lets out a high pitch loud scream. Naruto lays on the ground on the verge of consciousness . He is surround by white masks, as he passes out he lets out a deep breath.
