Hey everyone, sorry it's taken me a long time to publish a new chapter. I'm now settled into my new house with my roomates and we've cleared everything up. Sorry again but time to post more chapters. As always, I appreciate everyones feedback. I read everyones reviews and I take into account everything y'all say. ^_^.

~ One More Victim ~

"Gai-sensei! What are we doing today?! " Lee yells clentching his fist in victory standing next to Gai.

Gai smiles " That's the spirit Lee! Today we are doing sprints! " He yells as everyone lets out a giant sigh.

" Okay everyone line up infront of the door. we will all jog out to the track field and all of you must run 5 laps, Got it? " Gai says throwing a thumbs up. " Okay everyone lets go! " Gai opens the door and they all start to jog to the field.

" This is stupid. " Choji said angerly.

" Just relax Choji, it'll all be over in a second. " Shikamaru reassures Choji.

" I think we're missing someone though. Our class seems a little, small. " Kiba says.

" If anyone it's probably just one person. " Shino says.

" Dude, I just said that. " Kiba yells angerly.

" Huh? " Shino questions.

" Do you listen to anything I say!? " Kiba yells.

" You haven't said a single word all day. " Shino calmly says.

" Hinata! " Naruto yells and heads back to the school.

All the guys look at each other and laugh. They continue to the track as Naruto is running through the school looking for Hinata. Naruto keeps speaking her name searching for her through the halls.

( I Can't find her anywhere. ) Naruto thinks to himself. He gives up the search and heads back to the gym. Thoughts of her are racing through his mind and also of what Kakashi said to him.

( everyone will keep bothering you about it... ) His thoughts fade away as he comes back into reality where he bumps into someone and falls to the ground.

" Ouch! " He yells out.

" Oh Naruto i'm sorry.. A-are you okay?! " The girl asks panicking.

" Yeah yeah, i'm fine. Oh Hinata i've been looking everywhere for you. C'mon! " Naruto yells jumping to his feet and leading Hinata to the gym.

" Change into your gym cloths and meet us out on the field, okay? " Naruto says walking backwards tword the doors.

" O-Okay Naruto. " Hinata says going into the girls locker room.

Naruto starts pacing back and forth awaiting Hinata's return. Hinata exits the girls locker room and Naruto grabs her hand to lead her outside where everyone is. However, she will not move.

" Hinata, come one or else we'll be in trouble. " Naruto says urging her to follow him.

Silence engulfs the gym as Naruto gets an unsettling feeling in his stomach. Hiata is standing there and the emotion on her face is numb and unchanging. Naruto looks at the clock which has stopped moving.

" No! Not now! " Naruto yells as he releases Hinata's hand.

Upon the release Hinata's hand cracks and breaks away into rest of her body cracks and begins to fall into a pile of dust. Naruto reaches for Hinata but his hand pierces through her causing her structure to crumble into ash. Naruto becomes furious that he is unable to do anything and in the fit he rushes through the school and exits. He soon finds himself in a vast dessert of nothing. No buildings, people or sign of life in sight. He turns around and re-enters his school which now seems as if it has been condemed for quite some time. The tiles on the floor are repulsive and a putrid smell lingers in the air. As he walks through the halls the tiles crack under the preassure of his feet. Suddenly he reaches a part of the hallway that leads to another hallway to the right. Down the adjacent hallway he hears loud clashing and the sound of people yelling. He listens intently as the last clashes fade to a stop. He then hears multiple footsteps getting closer to him, as he runs and hides into a locker. He hears the footsteps stop outside his locker as he hears muffled coversation outside, his stomach turns in fear as he can only make out a few words.

Naruto catches " ... Kanji. In there! "

The locker door violently bursts open as a hand grabs Naruto's head and slams it into the back of the locker dazing and leaving him unable to fight back as he is slammed to the ground. As he lays on the floor still dazed from the impact a foot pins him to the ground.

" Wait! " A familiar voice orders infront of Naruto.

He looks up with blurred vision of a group parting and a white haired boy steps forward. It is Yu Narukami and his group from Inaba high in Konoha high. Yu leans down and grabs Naruto's chin with his hand.

" What are you doing in this place shadow? " Yu questions.

" Shadow? " Naruto questions.

" Pretending to be stupid will not save you, Shadow. You might've taken form of a person i've met before but your life will end here so answer me! Why are you here! " Yu demands and questions again.

" I'm not a Shadow, It's me Naruto! " Naruto yells desperately.

" It seems I can not get through to it. Kanji, keep it pinned. " Yu says stepping back pointing at Kanji.

" I will push your soul through this planet. " Yu says drawing his sword.
