~Shadows Between the Sky~

Naruto, half asleep on the train, stares out the window. He remembers his time in the Tv world and the visions he saw. A sharp pain hits his chest as he looks down at his shirt and sees a growing blood stain. He gets up quickly from his seat and heads to the trains bathroom. He quickly lifts his shirt to notice nothing was there. He took off his shirt and stared at the still growing blood stain. ( What the hell? ) he thinks to himself. His shirt is completely soaked in blood now as he throws it into the toilet and flushes it. The toilet clogs as he scrambles around the bathroom trying to find anything to preoccupy his mind. He eventually becomes overwhelmed with the situation and walks out of the bathroom shirtless back to his seat. Luckily, it is late at night so only a few people are on the train and this is honestly not the most out of the ordinary thing they've seen. Naruto sits and then stares out the window again with his thoughts racing. He decides to try and sleep until he gets back to Konoha.

A few hours later a distorted voice comes on the loud speaker.

" Konoha Village, Now departing. " Then the speaker screeches and then shuts off loudly.

"There goes my hearing. " Naruto says as he gets up from his seat and walks through the doors of the train and onto the platform.

Finally he has arrived in Konoha, the familiar smell of the hustle and bustle of suburban life flows in and out of his nostrils. He walks down the stairs from the platform to the streets and looks around for any sign of life. Nothing moves or makes a sound. (No!) He screams in his thoughts. He runs down the road to what looks like a park. In a full sprint he arrives at the park running straight to the middle. He spots the parks clock and slows his run to a slight jog and then he stops and catches his breath. Resting his hands on his hips breathing heavily he reads the clock. 2:13 a.m. " Well... The clock's... Moving... Good. " He hardly says trying to regulate his heart beat. He turns around and walks back out side the park in the direction of his house. He arrives to his house a few minutes later and opens the front gate and walks up to the front door. At the door he slowly grabs the door knob and slowly turns it. He opens the door as slow as possible, walks in the house and quietly shuts the door. Naruto tip toes to the stairs and slowly walks up them until the creek then he gets worried and starts running two steps at a time. quickly he arrives at the top and runs to his room and jumps onto his bed and shuts his eyes.

A couple of seconds pass and his eyes dart open. " I'm not tired. " he says to himself. Obviously awake he walks to his desk and sits down and turns on the radio. He hardly turns up the volume so he can barley hear it. He soon remembers he should probably text Yu and tell him where he is at before he worries. He pulls out his phone and texts Yu * Hey Yu, It's Naruto. I'm sorry but I had to come home I have some things here I need to take care of. I'll be back when I'm free. * He shuts his phone and puts it on the desk. (He'll understand.) He thinks to himself as he gets up and lays on his bed. " School starts in a few hours so i might as well wait this out. He walks to his personal bookshelf and picks out a book. He wipes the dust off and walks back to his bed with the book. " by Stephen King. Cool. " He opens the book and begins to read. Soon enough he shuts the book and thinks (I don't need to read) as he puts the book back on the shelf and heads to the kitchen. He fixes himself a quick sandwich then once again becomes bored.

"Screw this i'm going to Hinata's." Naruto says as he changes his cloths, grabs his backpack and heads out the door.

He reaches Hinata's house and knows it's still to early to knock on the door. He sits on her porch and waits for time to pass. Eventually he passes out due to boredom. He wakes up to someone poking his face. He slowly rubs his eyes and realizes who was poking him. It was Hinata's younger sister Hanabi.

"Hey wake up." Hanabi says poking Naruto.

" Ow stop poking me I am awake. " Naruto says waving her finger away.

"You're obviously waiting for me right?" Hanabi asks.

"What? No I'm here for Hinata." Naruto says standing up.

"Walk me to school." Hanabi says grabbing his hand and pulling him in her direction.

Naruto sighs and walks Hanabi to school. A few minutes later they reach her school and Naruto says bye to Hanabi and realizes it's too late to go back for Hinata and leaves to go to his school. He arrives at the school and walks in, to his locker and then to his class. He walks into the class just in time to sit down before the teacher walked in.

" Hello everyone. " The lady says. " I hope you all didn't forget my name already." She states.

Ino stands up and shouts "Anko-Sensei!" loudly.

Slowly growing red of embarrassment she sits back down.

Anko smiles and continues "Yes, good job. Like she said I'm Anko." she says as she sits on her desk. "Today in health class we are going to learn about the organs related to the torso area."

Anko gets up and walks to the front of the class, then pulls down a life size diagram of the human body's internal organs.

"I hope you all are not squeamish." Anko says as she starts class.
