Thank you for dinner Mrs. Higurashi "anytime dear next time we'll invite your parents;" everyone was at the steps saying good-bye to kaidoh and hazue. Sounds good, be careful walking home you two, heh no one will dare mess with us not with kaoru around he won't let anybody mess with me or him, if it'll make you feel better I'll text kagome when we get home. Alright dears have a good night, you too they both replied and walked away.

Saya asked, yeah I'm afraid he'll think I'm crazy and he won't want to be around me anymore. Alright dear, kagome enters her room and sits at her computer and just starts looking at her pictures of her feudal friends, then her friends at seigaku. Kaidoh – I will, she said next we'll have dinner at my house
Kagome – when and day and my family will be there
Kaidoh – we'll talk about it on another day; I got to go my dad want's me for something
Kagome – alright I'll see you on Monday then, bye

They both stop texting each other, kagome and opens the door to see her mom going to her own room,
"Oh mom kaidoh and hazue are home," oh that's good thank you for letting me know dear your welcome mom, kagome close her door and looks at the time, man I'm wiped looks like I'm going to bed early tonight she changes into pj's and hits the hay instantly falling asleep.
Here's chapter six
Monday morning
After a relaxing weekend it was time for the kids to return to school for another week of learning,
"Bye mom I'll see you after school. Bye dear have a good day oh don't forget the party invitations said her mother while handing the birthday party invites to give to her friends, oh thanks mom she grabs the invites that had the details for her 17th birthday party happening next Sunday. I better get going don't want to be late kagome runs out of the house with her mother watching after her, "she's become quite the young woman hasn't she" asked a voice from behind her. Saya turns around to find her father in law watching after his oldest grandchild and only granddaughter.
Yes she has I can't believe she's going to be 17, she's been through so much in her short life kazuki would be so proud of her I know I am, saya said as she thought of her late husband. That he would, the day kagome was born he had the biggest smile on his face I could tell he was proud to be a father said the eldest higurashi male,
"Bye mom, gramps I'm off to school" yelled sota bye dear have good day. Saya smiled as she watched her son run off to school, he'd be proud of both the kids and happy to see their both healthy and happy she said finishing the conversation and went to clean up the breakfast dishes.
Leaving seigo standing at the front door watching his grandson rush off to school, yes kazuki would definitely be proud of his children. Thinking of his son as well, while walking into the living room.
With kaidoh
After spending Saturday with kagome and her family and the way she looked at that necklace at the jewelry store, kaidoh talked to his dad about ways to earn some extra cash. He almost had enough he just needed 75 more dollars then he can get it for her. His dad said if kaidoh would help him fix things around the house he would pay him 25 bucks a day
Kaidoh's thoughts
25 bucks a day for 3 days will give me enough to get the necklace, I hope she likes it.
He was so caught up in his thoughts he didn't notice the very girl he was thinking of.
Kaidoh wait up, "hmm oh good morning kagome," "are you alright? I've been calling out to you for the few minutes" kagome asked "um yeah I'm just had a hard time falling asleep last night that's all" he replied "then why don't we get some coffee we have time before school starts" alright they walk to a coffee shop near the school and both ordered a cup of the caffeinated beverage and took a seat near the window. You know you didn't have to buy the coffee; it's only fair you did buy the movie tickets on Saturday anyway why you did have a hard time falling asleep last night? Just an idea I had for the report, what is it kagome asked while taking a sip of her drink, well I found some pictures of the jewel hunting group so I was thinking we dress up like 2 of them kaidoh said this causing kagome to choke on her drink. Kagome are you alright yeah I'm fine. Were did you find these pictures? Asked kagome once she had her breathing under control, I did some more research before I went to bed last night and these pictures popped up. Here I printed them out, kaidoh reaches into his bag and brings out two pieces of paper and handed them to her. She looks at the pictures the first is of miroku using his wind tunnel on a demon bear, inuyasha with the tenseiga out ready to use the wind scar to destroy the demon, Sango riding on top of kilala wielding her giant boomerang and kagome with her back turned so you couldn't see her face and shippo on her shoulder was shooting an arrow destroying the demon
The next picture depicted the final battle showing everyone who was affected by the evil hanyo in some way, sesshomaru with bakuseiga draw standing next to her with inuyasha on the other side of her, Sango on kilala's back with her weapon, miroku behind her.
Koga standing behind her getting ready to fight, then all at once everyone attacked together, finishing the spider hanyo once and for all.
"Kagome are you alright?" She's pulled back into the present by kaidoh's voice, hmm yeah totally fine she laughed nervously while giving the print outs back to kaidoh.
"We better get going don't want to be late for school" said kagome while downing the rest of her coffee and running out of the shop, leaving kaidoh behind. "Fsshuu that was weird" he said to himself before drinking the rest of his coffee and left the shop as well.
(I'm skipping to after school)
40 laps around the courts now, yelled the couch.
Everyone started running just as kagome walked up next to tomoka and sakuno "hey girls how are you today?" she asked her kohai's oh hello kagome senpai, "Sigh how many times do I need to tell you just call me kagome" kagome told the younger girls, of course sen ah kagome and to answer your question we're good how about you asked sakuno.
It was okay oh before I forget kagome reached into her backpack and pulled out two of the party invitations and handed them to the girls here. "What are these?" asked tomoka, party invites for my birthday next Sunday my mom thought it would be a nice idea to have a barbeque type of party to meet you,
"Are you going to invite the guys as well?" asked sakuno while looking at the invitation
"Of course my mom wants to meet them as well. Actually she's already met kaidoh",
"WHAT when?" yelled tomoka
"Ouch tomoka not so loud" said kagome and to answer your question, he and his brother came over to my house on Saturday to do some research for a paper for history afterwards my brother, me and them went to movies together and kaidoh paid for the tickets. "Wow kaidoh can be nice," tomoka said, "fsshuu I heard that said all three girls looked up to see kaidoh looking at them while running past them glaring at tomoka.
"Oh please kaidoh your glares haven't had an effect on me since middle school actually they never had an effect on me so you can stop glaring." Said tomoka while kagome and sakuno laughing, fsshuu kaidoh continued with his laps. "You're lucky that he never scared you tomoka I was totally terrified of him when I met him" said sakuno, "he's not that scary once you get to know him" said kagome. "hmm that's true, he turned out to be a great guy, well except for the first few days that we knew him" said sakuno "oh that's right didn't he hate ryoma when he first transferred to seigaku?" asked tomoka
"What he hated ryoma?" asked kagome while looking toward kaidoh and ryoma whom were practicing against eiji and oishi, you'd never would've guess with the way they get along now" said tomoka "hmm that's true" said kagome.
After practice
Before you all leave I have an announcement to make the regulars and the other players gather around the coach. This Saturday is the district tournament cheers go all around, check in is at 10:00 am sharp so please do not be late that is all dismissed.
"I can't believe it's already time for the district tournament" said momo as he, ryoma and kaidoh walked out of the locker room.
"Your to noisy" said ryoma
"Echizen is right peach head tone it down a bit" hissed kaidoh, "what was that viper?" momo asked while getting in kaidoh's face are you deaf
Hey come on you guys knock it off kagome said while getting in between the boys and pushing them apart before they start hitting each other, both boys seemed to hear her and stepped away from each other. Thank you", "I see they were at it once again" asked fuji as he reached them. When aren't they replied eiji as he and the rest of the boys came out of the locker room,
"Oh I almost forgot I have something for you guys" kagome said while giving the guys their invitations to her party what is it?" Asked kawamura while looking at it, "invitations for my birthday party this coming Sunday my mom would love to meet you guys so she thought a barbeque would be nice" kagome answered while giving the last invite to kaidoh. "That's a nice idea" commented oishi; "free food I'm so there" said momo
"You'd be anywhere where there's free food momo-senpai" said kachiro he has a point said tomoka, everyone laughs. "Hey kagome" they all look towards the new voice "sota what are you doing here?"
"Soccer practice ran late so I'd thought we'd walk home together, I tried calling your cell phone but it was sent to voicemail" sota replied to his sister's question. "Oh sorry I usually have it on vibrate or off during class" kagome replied while checking her phone seeing that sota had called at least three times.
"Hey kagome aren't you going introduce us" asked kawamura shyly, oh everyone this is my little brother sota, sota these are my senpai's, shuichiro oishi, shusuke fuji, sadaharu inui, eiji kikumaru, takashi kawamura and kunimitsu tezuka next the second years takeshi momoshiro but we all call him momo, and you already know kaidoh everyone except for tomoka, sakuno, kaidoh and tezuka all shouted out a WHAT!, "Kaidoh and his brother came to my house on Saturday to do some research for our history paper" kagome explained "so then your mom has already met him then?" asked oishi, yep the four of us even went to go see a movie and ate dinner with us. Now back to the introductions these are my kohei, sakuno ryuzaki, tomoka osakada, horio, kachiro katsuo. And ryoma echizen "Hello it's nice to meet all of you my sister has told us so much about you". Sota bowed to all of them, when he stood up he was glomped by an excited eiji, you look just like kagome nya.
"I think he looks more like their mother" kaidoh said, "Well we wouldn't know that mamushi we haven't met her yet" said momo, "what was that moron?" once again the two second years are at it. "Are they always like this?" asked sota "unfortunately, they fight just about anything every single day" replied oishi "wow" said sota "they've been like that since their first year of middle school" said fuji. "Dang I fight with my friends but not every single day that be enough to drive anyone nuts" said sota "welcome to our world" said eiji everyone laughs. "Anyway we better get going mom texted me saying that dinner would be ready in an hour" said sota.
"Alright, I'll see you guys tomorrow" everyone replied with a good bye and the higurashi siblings left.
"I'll see everyone tomorrow" said tezuka with that everyone went there separate ways.
sorry i took so long to update it's been a crazy couple of months, more chapters on the way
