if I hadn't been so weak
would I still be behind
or at the others' peak?

if his eyes hadn't been red
would he have been happier
or just gloomier instead?
I wonder what would happen
if he had had friends
would he have smiled more
or bring means to an end?
I wonder what would happen
if I hadn't felt
if whenever he looked my way
I wouldn't stop to melt.
I wonder what would happen
if I had never made a blunder

AN/ So, this is my first ever story.
It's not a story, really, but a poem.
Its something I've written quite a while ago, and I hope it was good.
