I'm sorry I haven't updated in a long time, I've been busy with many things and I rarely have any time for myself, but I knew I would eventually have to write a chapter because of course I love you guys and I intend to complete this story no matter what! He sighed, sitting patiently bedside by Raven's sleeping figure, "What have they done to you, what disgusting lies have they made you believe"?

"She will always look better with black hair". There was no one else in the room besides just him and Raven, he quickly became alerted and looked over, it was nothing threatening, but he was left surprised.

"M-master…...but it can't be….." he muttered, standing up to face a smirking Nyla.

"Don't worry, I'm still dead…." he frowned.

"...but I told you a long time didn't I? A former king's spirit will always live on to guide the next generation".

He nodded, unable to face her now, "I remember…..I…..I just can't believe I'm seeing you, after all these years". He used his palm to place his face on, feeling overwhelmed from being able to see and speak to her again.

It was her turn to frown, "Hey! You're still my student so stop with the sappiness, I taught you to always be strong, no matter what".

He took in a deep breath, "I know…..but you were the one who made me this way, without your mentoring…..I would have been no one, master…..you were the only one who believed in me".

She couldn't help but smile, touching his cheek only for her hand to fade through, something which left her distraught, "The minute the water road chose you as it's next king, I knew you were going to become great, there was always something special about you, calm like the waves of the ocean, yet roaring and deadly as it's typhoons, you still make me proud".

"It was thanks to you". She chuckled, turning her attention over to Raven.

"Raven…...she was an amazing teacher as well, Lukas as her successor, he was going to be an amazing king".

Christopher stifled a laugh which quickly made her remember that he and the former dragon king were close friends, "I'm sorry I did-" he shook his head.

"It's ok, Lukas was a powerful guy, I always knew if we went up against each other in the royals war, he had a good chance of taking me out, but….he's gone".

She tried touching his arm, failing a second time as her hand just disappeared, "I'm sure he's around".

"Yeah". He lifted up his sleeve, looking down at the blue encryptions all over his arm, Nyla took in a deep breath, finally ready to say what she had been planning to say this entire time.

"Christopher…...It's time for you to start looking for your Heir, the next person who will inherit the water road from you".

She was right, he knew he couldn't be the water king forever, and with the history that has happened with him and his generation of kings, he just didn't have it in himself to rule over the regalia anymore, "I know, it's a shame my generation never got to do the royals wars, but like I said, it wouldn't have been the same without Lukas".

"There's also one thing you should know". He noticed how hesitant she suddenly became.

"What is it"?

"It's Ryder….." he hadn't heard that name in years.

"...He's back, and he's working for the other side".

(Infirmary)

"Are they going to be ok"? Asked Karen, staringly anxiously as Rika applied the medicine over both girls wounds.

"They're fine now, their recovery should also be shortened thanks to the effects of the herbs, you guys all did a great job in bringing the ingredients, and in a quick notice too".

"That's a relief". Sighed Blake, leaning calmly back on the wall.

Rosebella faced out the window, still thinking back to what happened with the trevenant, Blake, and her in the dark forest, "Rose queen". She whispered.

Tyler shifted his eyes to the corner, gazing at Leonardo who suddenly began acting strange, almost awkward ever since he came back with Karen. Little did he know, it was for a different reason he was acting this way, *Speed King, what does that mean, who's voice was it…...nothing makes sense right now*

"Huh"? Everyone looked around for the ringing of a telephone, eventually coming to find that it was Levy's.

"Hello?" she answered it.

"Hi mom"! She quickly piped down, realizing both Anastasia and Eira needed their rest and peace, she left the room in a hurry, sparking Leonard to stare after her.

"Is that one of them"? Tyler pointed to the Regalia strapped on Anastasia's arm.

"Yeah, that's it". Answered Karen.

"I wonder what road she claims over". Rika asked.

Rosebella walked over, examining the device on the sleeping girl's arm, "By the looks of it, it seems she rules over the shadow road".

"Wow, how can you tell by just looking"? Asked a stunned Blake.

She seemed expressionless, "My parents were both kings".

"What"?! They all looked on in shock, Leonardo more so in the rest, now finding rosebella to be a possible key in answering his many questions.

"Wow….you're practically royalty". Karen exclaimed.

The blonde remained unfazed, immediately thinking back to how Mercy claims her road at the moment, "Yeah…...Kinda".

"What roads did they control"? Asked Leonardo.

"My father was the flame king and my mother was the rose queen, but they have given up their regalias".

"And you? Have you claimed one"? He asked again, Blake noticed however how Rosebella was growing irritated and instead interrupted.

"We should probably wait for Luciana and Celestial to come back for us to get some more logical explanations".

Rika nodded, "Blake's right, those girls know more than anybody else, they'll tell us everything".

"Hopefully". Muttered Rosebella.

"Hey, Levy's still not here"? Asked Tyler looking around as everyone shook their heads.

He was becoming anxious, counting down the amount of time that she was gone since she had left the room with that call, he couldn't help but wonder was taking her so long and instead decided to go find her, "I'll be right back". The rest nodded, watching him take off as the door slammed.

She wasn't anywhere down either sides of the hall, he went forward only to stop at the corner when he saw her, she seemed worried, more so all panicky as she was still on the phone, he pressed himself against the wall, hiding himself while also trying to hear her conversation.

"You can't be serious, father and I had a deal, you guys said you would give me time and the three months haven't even passed by".

*It was your father's decision, I can't go against it honey, he talked to alder about arranging the wedding date and then out of the blue, Alder decided that this marriage agreement wasn't right for his grandson and he would rather let him choose who he wanted to marry on his own, so now your father has set up a new contract with a rivaling dragon clan, they're incredibly powerful and wealthy just like ours".

"Why though"? Asked Levy, throwing her head back, holding in her tears.

"It's in the best interest of both clans, if you get married to one of the sons of the clan leader, it'll allow both houses to merge and we would become the most powerful dragon family in the world*

She furrowed her brows, kicking the wall in anger, "I'm not going to marry a stranger, let alone choose between these guys I've never met"!

"But maybe you have met them, they go to your school, and according to your father, both sons are incredibly strong, I've seen their photos and both boys are handsome as well, you can't go wrong with either one honey".

"Do you hear yourself? I'm not going to choose my fiance just because of his status, I want to marry someone I truly love, and I already found someone like that".

"Yes well, I'm sorry Levy, but you have a duty to the family name and you have to do your part in order to continue the growth of our bloodline, sometimes you have to make sacrifices, and in your case, it's your love".

"Mom you-" the call ended, her mom had hung up, leaving the white haired girl to pace around before standing against the wall just by where Leonard was, she slid down on the ground with him doing the same, she of course had no clue he was just inches away from her.

A small tune rang through her phone, it was a message from her mother, she opened it up, finding it was two pictures with the caption, "These are the sons, figure out which one you will have as your husband, love mom".

She scrolled down to the pictures with Leonard now peeking over, suddenly curious to see who are the new candidates for her husband, her mouth dropped open when she came to see who were these brothers, "No way…" she muttered.

He reacted the same way, eyes wide in shock, the two brothers she now had to choose between were Harvey and Hector, "Holy crap". He whispered.

(Meanwhile)

"So she's a King….." whispered Celebrant, shocked by the news.

"Tempest road activate!" a bright white light shot up from the device, causing the clouds from above to swerve and form a hole up within.

"W-what is that…." quivered Valentine, looking at the sky in horror.

"A-amazing….just…...magnificent….". Celebrant was at a loss for words, Troy's mouth was already wide open at what he came to see.

Mercy breathed out, "Her road has been sleeping for years, yet she still has no problems controlling it".

"T-that's…" started Michael, staring up at the large figure descending from above.

"Regigigas!"

It had ripped the entire roof off, flinging it across into the ocean as Celestial and the other's dropped in from above, "Regigigas! That's enough, your job here is done!"

The large creature slowly began fading away, leaving everyone still baffled.

She landed on her knee, whipping her head up with a glare, "You thought you could come into our school and do as you please, well think again, I'm taking my sister back and destroying this place"! Her salamence fired a deadly hyper beam towards the machine Luciana was hooked to, destroying it instantly on the spot.

"Stop them"! Shouted one of the men in white coats.

Yun threw his pokeball up, "Espeon! Use psychic and free everyone from their chains!"

"Espe!" a purple energy had engulfed each of the prisoners, forcefully prying there cuffs and chains open and freeing them, they all quickly awakened from their sleep and scurried off in fright, being led by Harvey who was looking after them.

"Go!" shouted another one of the scientists, ordering Ramona to step in.

A menacing smile formed on her lips, "Don't mind If I do". She lifted her arms up, having Venusaur summon an army of thorned vines from below.

Mercy shot her arm up, "Noivern! Dodge them all!"

Michael and Troy followed as well, "Same with you Dragonite!"

Victoria clicked her tongue, preferring to do her own way, "Skarmory! Shred them with your steel wing!"

It's cringing screech had pierced the air, splitting right through the air as it's wings extended out, glowing brightly and cleanly slicing through each vine.

"Get her out of here and retreat!" the group of men had taken Luciana, fleeing with her in their grasp.

"No!" Celestial chased after them, being stopped when Ryder's Metagross appeared in her direction, throwing the dual haired girl back forcefully.

"Augh!" she went crashing down towards the ground, skidding and scraping against it brutally.

"Celeste!" shouted both Mercy and Troy.

"Finish both of them!" growled Ryder, ordering his gigalith to tackle Charizard and one of his golem to tackle Celeste.

It jumped and curled up, taking off incredibly fast towards Celeste who remained frozen when she noticed the stone pokemon heading for her.

"Espeon!" he shouted, getting in front of the dual haired girl who watched his Espeon stop the attack, sending Golem racing up towards the sky and then back down on Ramona's Venusaur.

He looked back at her, "Yun….." she mumbled, surprised at his interference.

"What are you waiting for, go and rescue your sister".

She gave him a faint smile, nodding in response as she got back up and took off, dodging each of the vines and having her Salamence watch her back.

"Charizard!" it was thrown back against the wall, splitting it wide open from the impact.

Hector's head whipped back to his pokemon, "Charizard! Are you ok?!"

Ryder laughed, "I told you didn't I? Your road is inferior to mines".

"Fire may be weak to rock, but it doesn't mean it can't win". The red aura surrounding the frontier had surfaced over to his Charizard, both of them now sharing the same energy.

"There are people I want to protect, people I care for, and I'll do anything to make sure no harm comes to them, and because of that, the fire within me will always roar and be stronger than the cold stone heart you possess"!

Ryder clenched his teeth down, angered by Hector's quote, though he suddenly found himself intimidated by the younger male, it's as if the fire he currently had, grew, it was dangerous, deadly, and it was up against him now, "No…..you'll never beat me"!

He sent his metagross and gigalith to tackle both Charizard, however the fire type's tail became entirely coated with flames, using it to tackle Metagross against the wall and then grabbed Gigalith, lifting the heavy pokemon up into the air as it flung it back down towards the steel and psychic type, it's roars becoming menacing and deranged, just like Hector's eyes.

"How….I-impossible"! Shouted Ryder.

"I told you didn't I?! I'll protect the people most important to me! And that includes Iria"! Shouted the Elite, he struck his hand forward just as Charizard released a destructive blast of fire from it's mouth.

"Iria…." Mira ran over to the girl who was lying half unconscious on the ground, helping her up as she wrapped Iria's arm around her shoulder.

"Look out"! A hyper beam had headed their way, leaving both girls startled only for the attack to be deflected back by Celebrant and his dragonite.

"Are you guys ok"?! He looked back at the two girls, though the unveiling of his face left Mira startled, too many memories were coming back all too quickly.

"Y-yeah…" she quietly muttered, watching the Ace Elite take off.

"Charlotte"! Michael, rushed over to the statuefied Frontier, an expression of horror and panic over his face.

"W-what did they do to you…" he shook his head, looking up and down at the statue, unable to think of a way to reverse it.

"This way"! Valentine led Celeste away from the chaos, both girls now teaming up as they chased the group of men who were withholding Luciana.

"Get back here"! They shouted.

"Keilani"! Luis jumped off, hurrying over to Keilani's unconscious figure lying on the ground, he picked her up, near the point of tears as he was relieved to see she was fine.

"Mmm….L-luis….." her eyes slowly fluttered open, finding themselves piercing directly into his, a smile both forming on them.

"Keilani…." they embraced, however she gasped, startling the aura guardian who pulled back, still holding onto a now trembling Keilani.

"What's happening! Keilani"!

"You people will not foil my plans!" the entire area was becoming more and more inhabited by the vines from her Venusaur, leaving the perimeter all in green as suddenly everyone found themselves having difficulty getting rid of them.

"AUGH"! Shrieked the redheaded girl, being swept away from Luis's arms from one of the vines as she was taken up high into the air.

"NO! You're not taking her away from me again"! He went after her only to be slapped back against the wall by all the growing plants.

"LUIS"! She shouted, tears rolling down as a blue light began surrounding her, before he knew it a cyclone of wind formed around Keilani, expanding further out and taking out most of Ramona's vines.

He stood back, baffled by the sight of the giant twister that mysteriously formed, unharming his partner who was placed safely down on the ground, her eyes glowing bright blue as she calmly looked on at the cyclone.

"W-what the hell's going on"?! He rushed to her side, but she didn't acknowledge him.

"She's a king"! Scowled Ramona, shielding herself from the deadly winds as her venusaur tried taking cover.

"Everyone! Take cover"! Shouted Yun.

"Keilani! Snap out of it"! He grabbed her shoulders, shaking her back and forth, but it didn't work, she was still in a trance.

He stopped, now hearing a faint voice in his head, her voice, *King of the sky, be one with the wind, I leave my throne in your care Luis, you are my legacy to the tower*

She gasped out loud, causing the winds to stop at once, everything became silent when her eyes rolled back, she lost consciousness again, falling into Luis's arms once more, he knelt down, still confused about what had just happened.

A faint blue essence rose out of her and into him, a faint image of an older woman, one who resembled Keilani very much appeared in front of him, she looked down at Keilani, a sad expression carrying on which then turned to a faint smile when she looked at Luis.

It quickly came to him, this woman seemed familiar and he knew why, "Skyla…..Keilani's mom….."

The ex gym leader giggled, "My daughter has endured a lot already, I was the original Sky king and the wielder to the Wind regalia, Keilani was my successor and next in line for the tower, but as fate has it, she is not strong enough to contain the Regalia's power, and for that, she has chosen to pass on her legacy over to you, Luis, you are now my Heir, and the next Sky king".

"Me"? His eyes widened, he was left stunned, thinking it was a joke, but it wasn't, he felt a slight sting and burn on his right arm, lifting his sleeve up to see bright blue encryptions practically being burned into his skin.

He let out a hiss, "W-what is this"?!

"You and the wind regalia now share a special bond, there is no going back young man, my daughter has given up a very powerful position to you, control it, embrace it, use it wisely". Her appearance began fading away, and in place remained a celadon colored regalia, slowly settling and locking itself on Luis's arm.

Mercy along with everyone else was left shocked by the sight, "No…..The Sky king is born".

Yun had been glaring the entire time, "A King….."

"Dakota"! Celebrant scouted the perimeter, carefully examining each prisoner to find the Bell elite, however he was getting more and more worried when he didn't see her at all.

"C'mon, we have to get you and every other student out of here". Eric picked and wrapped Zero's arm around his shoulders, lifting him up as he dragged him off to safety, but it was too late when Ramona's vines trapped them down by their feet.

"Let them go"! Shouted Mika, coming in hard from above as she commanded one of her pokemon to destroy the vines.

"Mika! What are you doing here"?! Shouted Eric, finding her to be a complete idiot for coming to a dangerous place.

"You idiot"! She pushed him back, this time he noticed that tears were welling in her eyes.

"How can you just give yourself up like that! Don't try to be a hero! Do you know how worried I was! How many bad thoughts I had about you being captured"?! She pushed him away, her heart was hurting and she while she was angry, she was also relieved to see him ok.

"I'm sorry…." he handed Zero over to Albert, now placing his hand over Mika's head, smiling in a faint manner at how she had a combination of angry and relief on her.

"Don't do it again". She closed her eyes, not minding when he brought her into a hug.

"I won't…...I promise".

He got on Charizard's back, chasing after Ryder who tried making a run for it, having his Gigalith conjure multiple pillars of stone to throw the flying type off as his second Golem broke right through the walls, allowing him to escape through.

"H-hector"! Iria shouted, staring distraughtly as both he and her brother disappeared from sight.

Both Valentine and her had chased the group of men with Luciana down into an underground laboratory, "Hyperbeam"!

Salamence fired it's attack onto the next exit ahead, causing a pile of rubble to block the escape route and trapping the men inside the lab with Celeste and Valentine.

She took a step forward, "Put her down or I swear the next meal my Salamence will have will you be people"!

One of the men placed Luciana down on her feet, allowing her to walk on her own as she opened her eyes, the same cross symbols appeared in place of her pupils, "Go my queen, protect the tower".

Celeste tightened her fist, Valentine noticed the angst look on the twin's face, "W-what"?

"Luciana's activating her infinity". Golden encryptions appeared all around the walls and floor of the lab, her regalia began glowing, out of each symbol appeared a steel type pokemon, all of them coming to reality and surrounding both Celeste and Valentine.

"She's summoning her road's entire army". Both girls huddled together, going back to back as the steel pokemon growled venomously at them.

"What do we do"? Asked Valentine panicking.

"Looks like we're going to war". She pulled her sleeve up once more, aiming her regalia up towards the ceiling, preparing to summon her army.

"Argh"! The room was disrupted as Ryder and Hector came crashing in, a heat wave summoned by Charizard had destroyed the steel pokemon under Luciana's command, forcing them to disappear.

"Ngh". Celeste ran after Luciana, tackling her sibling down to avoid the flamethrower that was aiming towards her, it had broken the blonde out of her trance, leaving her weak and tired out.

"C-celeste?"

"We have to get out of here"! She shouted, picking her sister up and placing her on Salamence, ordering it to take off.

"Not so fast"! One of the scientists shouted, ordering a figure shrouded in a black cloak who appeared out of nowhere to attack them.

They took a huge leap up into the air, striking their hand forward where a portal opened up in front of them, summoning a Hydreigon who tackled Salamence over, throwing Luciana off as she landed brutally on the ground.

"Dragon pulse"! Shouted Celeste, hurrying to her sister to make sure she was ok.

She stopped when the same cloaked figure landed in front and trapped her in there arms, she grabbed there hood and pulled it off, stopping in place as she quickly recognized the face, "A-adrian".

The dark haired male flashed a devious white grin towards her, "Told you I'd come back for you one day".

(Michael/Celebrant)

Both males had strained away from the others, attempting to find a machine or lab that would help reverse Charlotte's stone condition, but with no luck, they were only finding empty rooms.

Celebrant sighed to himself, unable to think of anything else other than her, "I'm getting even more worried, I haven't seen Dakota at all, where could they be keeping her"?

Michael slapped his back, trying to reassure his rival, "Don't worry, we'll find her, even if we have to tear this place down piece by piece".

They found themselves at the end of the hall, one last door to go through and one they were hoping would have solutions to their problems, with Dragonite's help they were able to break the door down, entering a dark room which quickly lit up from their motion.

"Whoa…." they remained still, gazing over at what was around them, Michael rushed to one of the computers, going through it's system only to discover every student's file from Champion's on it.

"What the…." he kept searching, seeing how much personal info there was, especially on the Elite's and Frontiers of the school.

"How could they have all this info about us"? Asked Celebrant, shook at how detailed the files were.

Michael smashed his fist down on the keyboard, "There's a spy, there has been for a long time, and whoever it was just practically gave these bastards the key to taking us all down".

"Michael"! He whipped his head back, running over to the computer Celebrant was at.

"These….these are all former kings". He went through each file, getting a look at all the past kings of the tower and what roads they belonged to, he stopped at one file in particular, pointing at it and then looking at Michael.

"That guy looks like Troy".

Michael looked even closer, "That's because that is his brother, Lukas….".

Chills crawled down Celebrants back, he pointed to the status bar on Lukas's file which had the word terminated on it, "Michael…...Troy's brother was murdered by Dawn's templar".

"He's not the only one". Michael nudged the Ace to come to the computer he was at, revealing the remaining files of kings who all had their status as terminated.

"Oh no…" they looked onto the next two images that showed up side by side, unable to shake off the unnerving feeling in their chests, "Blair and Kingston, Celestial and Luciana's parents….terminated".

(Meanwhile)

He was tackled down by Hector, watching his pokemon get taken down one by one by the elite's charizard, "You can't run away! You did all this! Take a look! All the people you hurt! All the damage you caused"!

Ryder remained on his knees, being confronted by Charizard who stopped at Hector's orders, it's claws growing drastically long.

"Do It!"

"Kill him!"

"Burn him!"

"DO IT NOW!"

"Augh! Enough!"

He felt his head spinning, hearing mysterious voices in his head, all of them shouting and screaming with might. Adrian's smirk widened, the voices in Hector's head all coming from him, a trick he was doing to drive the Elite crazy.

"Hector! Stop!" Luciana screamed out to him, remaining on the floor with little energy to move and Valentine rushing to her aid.

"Stop"! Shouted Celestial, being held back by Adrian who locked his grip on her tightly.

"How does it feel to be the vulnerable one, huh?" He kept his eyes firmly down on Ryder, having Charizard hold it's elongated claws towards his opponent.

A faint smirk of defeat appeared on his lips, he lowered his head down, hands on the floor with a sigh, "Not a pleasant feeling…..just get it over with".

"Hector…." he looked back, finding Iria near the door with tears streaming down her face, visibly shaking and hurting at what she came to see, Mira charged in afterwards, trying to hold back a weak Iria.

"I-iria, what are-"

"Are you going to kill him?"

His eyes quickly sharpened, "Why shouldn't I….after all he's done, to the school, to me, to you!"

"He's my brother!"

"This isn't your brother! He's a monster!"

He gave a small nod, ordering Charizard to go ahead as intended, bringing his claw up which became coated in flames.

"NO!" she pushed Mira away, taking off and ignoring Celestial's cries and pleads.

"Iria!" she had pushed Ryder aside, shielding herself with her arms while taking Charizard's attack instead.

He heard so many screams, but it's as if his mind automatically tuned them out, all he could focus on was the sight of red flashing before his very eyes, so much of it spilling into the air, and then, it all came to him, the piercing screams she released into the air became loud and clear, it hit him hard, and deep.

"GYAAAHHH!"

Mira's gasp was heard by the others, "IRIA!"

Celestial squirmed her way out of Adrian's arms, shoving him away as she rushed to Iria's side, "NO!"

Ryder's face was the definition of horrified, fearful, terrified, shocked, overwhelmed, too many emotions flashing simultaneously, he looked down at his shirt, seeing droplets of fresh blood stained right on it, the same markings were found on his face and arms.

"What….What did you do to her?! IRIA"!

Celestial's scream hollowed out into an echo causing a warp hole to appear above the lab, they all looked up towards it, watching in horror as a beam of light shot down, blinding everyone who was watching, "What's happening"?! Yelled Valentine, taking cover from the light.

Everyone's vision had come back when the light disappeared, allowing them to see the arrival of a mysterious figure, a boy the same age as Mira, his hair resembling the color of Ashes and remaining wild and untamed while his eyes became unavoidable, being an electrifying blue violet.

"W-who are you"? Asked Mira, never seeing the boy in her life.

He didn't answer her but instead walked over to Hector, staring at him and then at Iria's lying body, "Dad….what did you do to mom"?
