Authors Note: Hello again! Thank you people who read my first chapter "Remastered"! You people are great! Also, I'm sorry that I didn't separate my quotations and sentences, in the original. Thank you for pointing that out iloveyugiohGX93. I hope I fixed that in the new version. And big thanks for the advice tskelt15 that was a big help. But anyways back to the story at hand. Enjoy :)

Slowly Kitty, Taz, and Robin crawled through the old ventilation shafts shoulder to shoulder. The first thing Kitty noticed about this situation was the uncanny likely hood of a ventilation shaft being big enough for both her and Robin, the second, that the shaft seemed…worn. "So, what is this building?" Kitty asked Robin.

"It's an old abandoned toy factory."

Kitty's face because a lot more serious and her words became slower "How old?"

"Really old." Robin told her as if it was common knowledge "Old enough to be condemned."

Kitty stopped dead in her tracks. "Condemned?!"

"Yeah, it's too unstable at some places." Robin stopped with her looked at her worried face.

"So, if it's condemned because it's unstable, doesn't that mean that we could fall through this shaft at any moment?" she asked, now seriously questioning Robins plan and her own for following him.

"Nah, not at this part of the building." He reassured her smiling "Only the west side is unstable and we're at the north so we'll be safe as long as we stay on this sideeeee…!"

As if on cue, a benevolent being in the sky heard their conversation, and had aptly decided at the moment to make the floor of the shaft collapse.

Kitty's first though was "AHHHHH!". Her second thought was "AHHHHHHH!". And every thought after that was just "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Having closed her eyes at the assumed moment of death Kitty's was surprised to feel herself land on a soft cushiony substance. She opened her eyes and realized that they had fallen on a huge pile of stuffed bears, apparently, the god of irony from before decided she'd live another day. Not a second later Taz landed perfectly on Kitty's chest gazing at her owner innocently.

Kitty narrowed her eyes "Show off." She accused Taz. Taz just teased Kitty by affectionately rubbed her face against hers.

It was at this point that Robin decided to enter the world again, by throwing a soft white stuffed bear that was covering his face. Noticing the ball of white fuzz fly through the air Kitty remembered the reason she was in this pile of children's plushies and quickly turned on him. "Don't worry Kitty, only the west sides unstable! We won't fall! Trust me the buildings only condemned!" Robin shrunk back into the bears holding his hands up in surrender. "Sorry, I thought the shaft would be okay!" "Yes, because 'okay' shafts always drop kids onto piles of stuffed toys!" Robin tensed his shoulders in embarrassment "Well, at least the landing was soft?"

Kitty turned and looked at him silently annoyed "Really?" Robin gave a nervous smile and shrugged.

After punching Robin in the arm for revenge, they cautiously walked through the rest of the building looking up occasionally at the celling incase the irony god decided he wanted an encore. As they walked Kitty noticed something that seemed a bit strange. There was A LOT of toys around her. Which isn't strange considering she was in an abandoned toy factory, but what weirded her out was the look of the toys. They were ordinary enough, just the regular old bounce balls, yo-yos, dolls, jack-n-the-boxes, and the white bears. But as they traveled further into the factory they started to change. The bounce balls grew giant spikes, as did the yo-yos. The dolls got pins in their sides and the jack-n-the-boxes faces became twisted smiling imitations of clowns. Of course, the bears where fine except for the apparent upgrade in size. Originally, they were the regularly sized but now they were ginormous, even the yo-yos were bigger than the average sized grown man. Kitty looked at Taz and walked on both getting nervous and both wondering why a yo-yo would need to be that big with spikes. Even more alarming the yo-yos were now hanging from the ceiling and the dolls were near some toy cannons. 'What the heck is this, toys are us meets Hot Topic?' she thought to herself. The bounce balls were in several places around the room resting on bounce pads and the bears were scattered likewise. Growing increasingly uneasy, Kitty and Robin continued to walk up a set of stares at the end of the room. Taz had stopped in her tracks and her fur was standing on end. Kitty noticed this and grabbed Robins arm getting his attention.

"What is it?" He asked perplexed.

"Is it just me or does this feel like a trap?" She asked and looked Robin dead in his startling baby blue eyes, her hazel green eyes filled with worry widened. The walls of the factory had begun to close in on them.

"Yes! Defiantly a trap!" Robin shouted suddenly alert to the moving room. Franticly He began to search for the cause of the rooms metamorphosis.

Kitty was aiding him to no avail when a high-pitched voice that was definably the Jokers came on the loud speaker "Hello, Hello and welcome to the Jokers Torture Toys factory. I'm sorry but we are no longer giving tours at this time but you're welcome to stay and play with any toys you like. Well toot-a-loo! HAHAHAHA!"

At the end of his speech the toys suddenly came to life. Dolls were being shot from the cannons (which as Kitty silently pointed out, were magically reloading themselves), the bounce pads launched the spiky bounce balls and where bouncing everywhere, the killer yo-yos were going up and down crashing into the floor almost crushing them, and jack-n-the-boxes where crushing the ground with their faces. From out of nowhere a high pitched female voice now shouted, "Have fun Birdy-boy, be good and play with your toys!" Taz jumped into Kitty's arms and they ran towards Robin who had dived to get out of the way of a killer yo-yo. "Who was that?! What's going on?!" Kitty yelled over the noise of all the carnage from Jokers 'Toys'. To Kitty's dismay, Robin remained silent, she was just about to yell at him some choice words before she spotted a bouncy ball bounding its way towards them and with Taz on her shoulders, she dove out of the way just in time. Standing up immediately to kick a baby doll that had just landed near her, which she was not happy about, she shouted "Oh yeah, don't answer my question or warn me about the bounce ball or anything! Sure!" Though the event of Kitty's dodging of arguably the world's deadliest dodge ball did not sit well with Kitty, it did give Robin the chance to spot a female figure in red and black running away from a control panel on the wall with a lever on it.

"Kitty!" Robin yelled, as he dodged another yo-yo.

"Oh, now you can talk!"

Ignoring her comment, he continued "Can you clear a path to the control panel?!"

Kitty looked at him confused "Control panel Where?"

Robin dogged a bounce ball and pointed with his finger "Control panel over there!"

The still puzzled Kitty followed Robin's finger to the left side of the room and saw a grey control panel on the wall with levers. "Oh!" She ducked as another baby doll was shot at her "Yeah!" Together they fought their way to the panel. "To your left!" Robin would shout as Kitty would jump out of the way of another yo-yo. "Duck" Kitty would shout back throwing the occasional normal sized small stuffed bear intercepting a doll flying toward Robin. They made pretty good progress until a bouncy ball forced them to separate and a rouge doll landed near the control panel and exploded.

Fortunately, Robin was able to reach the bruised machinery, leaving Kitty to fend for herself out in no-mans-land. Unfortunately, the panel looked pretty beaten up "It looks broken! It might take me a while to fix it!" He told her.

"Don't worry, take your time!" She yelled back as a doll exploded near her "Ahhhh!"

Robin went to work exposing the wires on the circuit and messing around with them. From behind him Kitty screamed as she dogged a particularly large spiky yo-yo "What kind of sinister sociopaths do you have here!?" She rolled away from an exploding doll.

"Actually, almost all of Gotham's villains are deranged psychopaths or working for them." Robin responded taking out a tool on his utility belt.

"Well that's just great!" yelled Kitty. A minute passed by and Kitty was starting to tire and it showed. Almost twice she was hit by a doll and was nearly swallowed by a Jack-n-the-Box as the walls not got uncomfortably close. The once extremely wide room was now the width of a 4-lane highway, not good "I can't hold out much longer!" Kitty huffed yanking Taz away from the deadly path of a bouncy ball.

"Got it!" Robin yelled as he fixed the panel and put the wires back. He grasped the lever in his hands and pulled down triumphantly. Nothing happened. His face turned from surprise to panic all in the matter of a micro second. He flipped the lever up and down over and over again, but nothing happened. "Robin what's going on?!" Kitty yelled frantic. "I can't shut it off!"

Kitty jumped to avoid another jack-n-the-box and ran over to his side. The walls were only 15ft apart now. Desperate she pulled the lever and when that didn't work she did the only thing she could think of, slam it with her fist leaving a small dent. Kitty instantly yelped and shook her hand, cradling it close to her chest. Her blow to the panel seemed to do it. The walls stopped moving and everything was still. Smiling cheekily, she turned to Robin still holding her hand "See, ouch! Old technology works so much better when you apply just a little violence to it!" Her victory however was short lived as the panel then exploded sending the lever flying off somewhere. Too tired to care anymore Kitty, Taz, and Robin just slumped back against the wall and breathed heavily. "Are you sure we're not just chasing a terrorist or something with very elaborate traps?" Kitty asked.

He smiled and said "No, we're chasing a deranged psychopath with very elaborate traps."

"Isn't that the same thing?" Kitty asked hoping this all wasn't one guy.

Robin put his head down. "No."

"You sure?"

"Trust me." Kitty conceded and leaned her head back against the wall, letting out a short breath.

Eventually the pair caught their breath and moved on through the door the woman used earlier. Once through they came to a large shipping room. Scattered throughout were large storage crates, semi-trucks, and smaller trucks all with a faded toy logo no longer legible. From the top of the room Kitty spotted Batman tied up upside down from a large crane. On the ground was a man in a purple suit and pale skin sitting at a table leaning in his chair. Next to him was a woman dressed like a red and black clown sitting on the table. "The trap worked like a charm Mr. J." The woman told the Joker.

"Marvelous! Now all we have to do is wait for our friend to swing by and pick-up the package hahahahahahaha."

Kitty and Robin crouched low to the ground. "That the Joker down there?" Kitty whispered.

"Yeah." Robin replied "Along with his girlfriend Harley Quinn."

"And I'm guessing there the ones responsible for Turing the last room into a scene from Star wars meets Hot Topic Toys R' Us?"

Robin held back a laugh and just smiled and nodded.

Kitty looked at Batman then at the Joker. "Alright, so what should we do?" she asked.

Robin's eyes narrowed as he thought for a moment "The Joker doesn't know that you even exist and judging by how earlier Harley only addressed me, I'm willing to bet that she doesn't know either. So, while I distract him you go help Batman and cut him down."

This whole plan was riding on the assumption that they don't know about her. Kitty looked at him and raised an eyebrow. "That's it?"

"You have a better idea?" Robin challenged.

Kitty unsheathed her silver claws and held them in front of her face "Scratch or Shred?"

Robin smiled "You see that latter?" He asked pointing to a latter in the right corner of the room closest to them.

"Yeah." Kitty nodded.

"Climb it and get to the control panel once, there lower Batman close enough to you then cut the rope."

Kitty nodded again "Got it! Good luck!" She said before crawling away.

Silently she made her way towards the ladder with Taz at her side, once there she looked back at the Joker. He was still sitting in his chair with his feet up and Harley was smiling like a little child on their first trip to Disney World not paying attention to anything, except talking to Harley. Her heart pounded in her chest, and her eyes grew wide. Taz jumped on her shoulders snapping her out of it before she climbed up the ladder. When she reached the top, she froze again and looked around for Robin, not daring to move an inch towards the controls until he started his distraction. But she, could not see him from her position. Luckily she heard Harley Quinn speak "MR. J! Mr. J! Look!"

"Well if it isn't the boy blunder. Here to save ol' bats no doubt."

"That's my cue." She thought to herself and tuned out the conversation down below. Quietly as she could she crawled over to the controls. Once there she pulled a lever and Batman was slowly lowered towards her. It was now that a flaw was revealed in Robin's plan, for you see the crane holding up Batman was rusty. In translation that means extraordinarily loud! The Joker, of course, heard the noise and looked up to see Batman being lowered to a teenage girl wearing a cat costume.

Enraged he forgot about the Boy Wonder in front of him and yelled "It's a trick stop her!"

But it was too late. Batman was within reach and Kitty pulled him closer cutting the rope with her sharp silver claws in one well-placed swipe. As Batman fell he twisted in mid-air and landed shakily on his feet. Kitty smiled and looked back at Robin to see how he was doing with the Joker and Harley. Robin was doing just fine, and the Joker was occupied with him, there was just one problem, Harley wasn't there. Hazel-green eyes searched and searched but Harley Quinn was nowhere to be seen. From her side, she heard Taz give out a loud hiss. Startled Kitty whipped her head around to see why when was she was hit right in the face with a giant hammer. SMACK! Disoriented and dazed she collapsed.

Below Robin continued to fight the Joker while Batman was advancing. The Joker threw cards at Robin, but luckily the room before had given Robin a lot of practice with dodging.

"Hahahahaha" The Joker laughed. Robin flung three small orbs at Jokers feet which exploded and caused him to fall.

Batman walked over "Nice work Robin." He turned his attention to the clown "What's your deal Joker?" Batman asked.

"Sorry Bats but there's no grand scheme this time. I was just returning a small favor from a friend."

"What favor?"

Harley interrupted Batman's chance of ever getting an answer and had decided to reappear behind the Joker dragging something with her. "Mr. J I caught her!" Harley Quinn yelled while holding up a dazed and struggling Kitty with a gun pointed at her face.

Batman's face contorted in anger "Let her go!"

The Joker smiled "Oh does the Batman have a soft spot for little kitty cats?" Joker teased as he got up. Kitty struggled but Harley Quinn pressed the gun hard to her face. Batman's eyes narrowed, as did Robins. "She is a rather cute little stray, though isn't she?" The Joker side poking Kitty's exposed cheek. Kitty jerked her head away from his hand. Her head may have felt like it just got a minor concussion but the adrenaline in her system right now still kept her conscious enough to the situation. And right now, her brain was saying 'Bad touch! Bad touch!'. The Joker grinned even more. "Well then I guess I'll just have to take her with me!" Joker suddenly grabbed Kitty's upper arm and yanked her away from Harley Quinn. Batman and robin took a step forward but stopped when the Joker pulled a small explosive with a set detonation and a start button from his pocket. "Uh, Uh, Uh, not so fast one more move and she's history!" Batman and Robin froze, unsure whether or not to call his bluff, sure if he pressed that button I'd blow him up along with Kitty, but he's just crazy enough to do just that! While pondering at full speed for a solution however, one came. In the form of a black cat coming up from behind the Joker and biting down on his ankle as hard as she could! "Gah!" The Joker yelped and loosened his grip on Kitty's arm just enough allowing her to elbow him in his ribs and break free. Seeing her objective complete Taz ran back with Kitty to Batman's side.

"You were saying Joker?" Batman deadpanned. Kitty, her head finally clearing added her own comment "I don't know about you two, but I owe this guy a punch or two." Despite the scare he had earlier Robin managed a small smile. The Joker and Harley realizing the situation bolted. On instinct Kitty ran after them. But Batman threw a Bat-r-rang that hit Harley in the head and she collapsed.

The Joker looked back over his shoulder just in time for Kitty's fist to collide with his face. "That felt good." She said as the Joker regained his composure and prepared to strike back.

Robin quickly pulled a gun out of his belt, pointed and pulled the trigger. A net shot out of it and covered him. Batman grabbed some nearby rope and proceeded to tie things up. "Robin notify the Police" ordered once he was finished.

"Don't need to." Robin pointed to a high window with police lights blaring through.

Not a second later, the police burst through the doors of the factory and yelled, what else "Freeze Police!"

But no freezing would be taking place for the vigilantes. Batman and Robin were already running towards an open window with Kitty and Taz right at their heels.

On a nearby roof top Kitty and Taz were standing with Batman and Robin watching the Police clean up the killer clown's act. Batman was the first to speak. "So, Kitty, how did you and Robin get into the factory?"

Kitty jumped "What how did-"Kitty was cut off when they heard a loud meow coming from Taz at Kitty's feet. Understanding Kitty looked around discreetly. After a quick sweep, she spotted Catwoman on the rooftop opposite them blowing on a small silver whistle. Kitty turned back to Batman and Robin. Leaning done she picked up Taz and placed her on her Shoulders. Looking back at the males in front of her she smiled and then ran to the edge of the roof, not hesitating this time, and jumped to the next building. Robin, shocked, started to run after her but Batman held out his hand. "Let her go, she's been through enough today." They watched as Kitty joined Catwoman and Isis on the rooftop. Exchanging a few words Kitty turned and waved good bye before running off. Catwoman smiled at her then turned toward Batman and Robin.

"Farwell!" She said then blew a kiss towards Batman and followed Kitty with Isis on her shoulders.

Maven was sitting on the couch watching Gotham Insider when four black cats jumped onto the main balcony. She pressed a button on the remote and picked up two robes, then opened the balcony door. She did all this with a smoothness that showed much practice with the routine. "So how did it go?" Maven asked giving the larger purple robe to Catwoman and the smaller midnight blue one to Kitty.

The two women said nothing at first and removed their masks. "It was nice." Selina said warmly a look of fondness in her eyes as she turned towards Samantha. "Aaaaaaaggggghh, exhausting." The sore girl said.

Selina chuckled "Nothing a good night's sleep won't cure." She said. "I don't know. Ever been hit with a giant mallet before?" Samantha said sarcastically before plopping down on the couch.

Selina and Maven followed amused by Samantha's reaction to her first night. The small bit of silence, and the promise of safety however made Samantha realize something she hadn't thought of before. "Selina how did you know where we were?" Samantha asked.

"Isis, helped me find you. How did you end up with Batman?" Selina countered.

Samantha sighed placing a hand over her eyes remembering the nights events. "Well, after I did what you said and ran Robin found me. As we were talking the Joker came by and almost made us explode. So, Robin and I went into the warehouse to go after the Joker, we fell through a ventilation shaft, almost got killed by toys, a red and black checkers board hit me in the head with a giant hammer, was almost killed again by the Joker and he took me hostage, Taz bit his ankle I punched his face and fled the scene with Batman and Robin to the roof. And you know the rest."

When Samantha removed her arm, and opened her eyes Selina and Maven where staring at her with eyes as big as dinner plates. "Sounds like you had quiet the night, no wonder you're tired." Maven giggled.

"Yeah, and I'm still dizzy from that hammer." Samantha replied rubbing her temples. 'Headaches suck' she thought to herself.

"Let me see." Selina said. She grabbed a flash light and shined it in her eyes. Taking the light away from her eye and shining it back, she repeated this process. A moment later she had concluded her test. "You have a very minor conclusion you should be fine in the morning go get some rest." Samantha nodded slowly and picked up Taz. Then proceeded to lazily walk to her room.

Closing the pure white door to her chambers she made her way to her soft bed and dropped Taz onto the emerald green sheets. Then she made her way to the vanity desk in the far side of the room grabbing a flashlight from a drawer. Taz looked back up at her pet and silently asked what she was doing. Samantha noticed this and decided to clear thing s up. "I know she said I have a slight minor concussion but I want to check. Gazing into the mirror she repeated the action Selina had done and took the flashlight way from her eye only to bring it right back. As she did so she observed her pupils dilate. The dilation was a bit sluggish. "Yep, slight minor concussion." The girl sighed and walked back to her welcoming bed collapsing face first onto the pillow. She groaned, turned over and fell asleep. Taz at her feet.

The next morning, she woke up and noticed that she was still in her 'Kitty' clothes. "oh crap!" She shot out of bed and got undressed placing the suit carefully under her bed. Going to her closet she chose a short sleeved black shirt with a long sleeved red one under it and some blue jeans quietly trying not to wake Taz. Content with her appearance in the mirror after brushing her hair and placing it in a ponytail she turned back to her bed to get her robe. Taz was laying their eyes open and a smile evident on her furry mouth. Her tail was swishing from side to side happily. "Dang it you weren't supposed to wake up" Samantha said smiling in her defeat. Taz stretched her legs and trotted over to the door with Samantha.

Together the young girl and cat emerged from the hallway to see Selina sitting at a dark oak table with Maven pouring orange juice into a glass. "Good morning Samantha I hope you like pancakes." Selina said as she walked in.

"Pancakes?" She asked.

"Uh huh! Maven made pancakes. Can't you smell them?" She asked.

"Well yea." She indeed did smell them but they smelled more like her mother's Waffles. She shrugged and sat down at the table.

"How many pancakes dear?" Maven asked Samantha

"Uh, two please?"

Maven scooped two pancakes onto her pate then left the syrup next to her plate. Samantha nodded and picked up her knife and fork to cut it. But before she even touched the pancake she paused and stared at her pancake. She just looked at it for about two minutes.

"Samantha are you okay?" Selina asked Samantha woke up from her trance "Yes I'm just…" She held up her plate and tilted it slightly "It's in the shape of a cat?"

Selina smiled "Is something wrong about the cat?"

Samantha put her plate down "No it's just…" She began

"Yes…"

"It's in the shape of a cat that is sitting. Literally, and I had never seen that before... It's so... detailed." It was a long-haired cat with holes in the pancake for the eyes, nose, and whiskers. It was obviously a Persian.

Selina chuckled "Mavens the most gifted cook I have ever seen and she's a master at shaping pancakes." Maven smiled sat down and helped herself to her fill.

"Oh, Samantha I'm going out today to investigate some rumors about the care of some cats at a small zoo outside of Gotham and I would like you to come with me."

Samantha almost choked on her food. "Me?!" she said surprised.

She smiled "Yes you." She said.

"Of course, I'll go with you." Samantha said excitedly. Selina smiled again and swallowed a glass of orange juice then she excused herself from the table.

(One long boring drive later) An expensive looking black car pulled up to a small zoo just outside of Gotham city. Selina got out the car first then Samantha. Samantha looked up at the sign that hung above the entrance to the zoo. "It's a Small World Zoo?" Samantha read out loud.

"This is the place." Selina said plainly. Together they briskly walked up to the building and went to the visitor's counter. "Hello" Selina said to the husky blond woman behind the counter "I'm Selina Kyle, I'm here to check up on the care of the big cats at this zoo." She said with a smile.

The woman behind the desk, whose name tag said Hannah, said "Well I would have to call the head of the big cat department before I let you check it out." Hannah said with what seemed like a fake smile.

"Of course." Selina said.

Hannah picked up a phone that was near her and dialed a number. "Yes Kane, I need you to come to the front right away there's a Miss. Selina Kyle here to check on the big cats. Uh Huh, yes, alright thanks." She put the phone down and looked up. "Excuse me Miss. Kyle if you would just wait here he will be around shortly." Hannah told her.

Selina nodded and walked to the edge of the counter with Samantha following her. About five minutes passed before a tall man with brown hair and tan skin walked up in a zoo uniform. Selina looked him over and spoke "Hello are you the head of the big cats department?" She asked.

He spoke with a deep voice "Why yes I am. My name is Mr. Kane, and you must be Miss. Selina Kyle?"

"Why yes I am. And this is Samantha." She told him gesturing towards the girl at her side.

Mr. Kane looked at the girl and smiled "I'm not so sure a young child should accompany us but alright." He turned around and gestured to Selina and Samantha to follow him.

They followed him as he navigated his way through the small zoo. Samantha looked around the zoo and took notes on which animals she saw. There were elephants, tigers, lions, giraffes, zebras, boa constrictors, and penguins. 'It truly is a small zoo.' Samantha thought to herself. 'I've seen more animals at a theme park.' Mr. Kane led them to a back door that went behind the lion and tiger exhibits. They walked through the door to a big room that was full of stuff for big cats. Samantha saw a big cat examination table, a feeding area, a storage room and two doors that went to both the lions and tigers caves. She also saw two desks near the entrance. One was bigger than the other with big stacks of paper on it and a plaques that said MR. KANE on it in big letters. The other one was smaller desk also with big stacks of paper on it only this one had a small laptop visible on it and a teenage boy typing away.

"Ah Jim." Mr. Kane started "This is Miss. Selina Kyle and Samantha there here to check up on the big cats."

The boy called Jim looked up and smiled. "Okay." He said. The boy's clothes looked just like Mr. Kane's only he had black hair, eyes the color of honey, and was of course shorter.

"Mr. Kane I would like to speak with you about the big cats in this zoo would you mind if Samantha had a look around." Selina asked.

Mr. Kane smiled "Not at all, Jim would you show Samantha around while I talk to Miss. Kyle please."

"Sure." Jim said and gestured for Samantha to follow him.

She did and followed Jim through one of the two doors that lead to the tiger's cage. He led her through the room and on the way told her information about each of the tigers. He told her stuff like the tigers name, there age, if they were born in captivity, gender, and if anything was wrong with them. He did the same with the lions and eventually led her to the big cat's medical center. When they got their Jim began showing Samantha all the equipment and telling her what they each machines does. But Samantha wasn't listening. She was looking at a young male tiger in its prime lying completely still on an examination table. "What's wrong with him?" Samantha asked Jim pointing at the tiger.

Jim looked over "Oh him, he's getting his checkup. He's just sleeping."

Samantha walked over to the sleeping tiger. Jim all of a sudden spoke up. "Uh, I wouldn't go towards a sleeping tiger. Let's just keep mov-"

"IT'S DEAD!" Samantha exclaimed.

Jim looked shocked "No its just sleeping now let's keep moving."

Too late. Samantha was running out the door and towards the room where they originally came in. She burst through the doors with Jim at her heels and was shouting "Selina come quick you'll want to see this." Then she ran back through the door. Selina, Mr. Kane, and Jim all followed her back to the room. When Selina entered she asked "Why is that tiger on the table?"

"It's dead!" Samantha said loudly.

"It's what?!" Selina said.

"No it's not, its sleeping!" Jim Argued he went behind the tiger and it moved. "See." He said.

"You moved it!" Samantha shouted.

"No I didn't! It moved by its self!" Jim yelled back.

"Look." Samantha said as she walked over to the Tiger. She lifted its huge paw and let it drop. "See its dead, no more, gone, cut off, it has fallen, departed, its stiff, SOL, has bitten the dust, Met its maker, its dead." Samantha yelled getting angrier and angrier.

Jim replied just as frustrated "No it's still alive I swear!"

"I've seen enough." Selina said calmly. "I'm going to report this incident to the Gotham Human Society. This zoo will be put on probation until the GOS can give you a different punishment."

"What?! Wait you can't do that!" Mr. Kane said.

"Yes, I can and I will make it happen." Selina told him. "Come on were leaving."

She turned towards Samantha who was exchanging looks of hatred with Jim. Now that she was staring at him she noticed that her original snap shot of Jim was not entirely accurate. His clothes were baggy, he had the beginnings of a stubble in patches around his chin, and his hair was just as messy as the dirt on his pale skin, as a matter of fact the only clean thing about him that Samantha could see were his eyes which right now held the fury of a sandstorm. All in all, Samantha guessed that he put as much work into himself as he did for his 'job' ad labeling him 'scum'. She looked away and left with Selina. When they got back in the car Selina took a quick glance at the top of the building. Samantha noticed this and said, "We're not done here are we?"

Selina started the car "Nope."

Authors Note: Another chapter finished. I hope you liked it. But I would like to apologize for any kind of wait I probably would have finished this sooner, but I ended up in the hospital and to be honest I wasn't in the mood for writing at that time. So sorry. But on the bright side I'm all better now so I can focus on writing again. Well I hope you enjoyed this. Until next time. Bye :)
