Chapter 10 - Stewie and Brian to the Rescue

Brian, Stewie and Barbara watched as Santa coughed hard. In fact, he coughed so bad that blood started dripping from his lips. He fell face-down on the ground with blood pouring from his mouth.

"Santa!" Stewie said shaking him. "Santa, wake up!"

"We need to get him to a doctor", Brian said as he and Barbara picked Santa up and dragged him through the factory.

Hopefully the doctor at the North Pole would be in better shape than the worker elves.

Brian, Barbara and Stewie watched as the elf doctor looked over Santa. Santa had gotten paler and was looking thinner.

"Is he going to be alright?" Barbara asked.

"I don't know", the doctor answered. "He's in rough shape."

"But, Dr. you've got to do something for him", Stewie said. "It's Christmas Eve!"

"Christmas is the problem. He can't keep this pace up anymore. If he goes out tonight, he'll die."

"But then, who's going to deliver all the presents?" he asked.

"We will", Brian said after a moment.

"What?!" Barbara, Stewie and the doctor said.

"Look, Stewie you were right", he said. "Santa is real, but he needs our help. Don't worry, Santa. We'll make sure there's a Christmas this year."

"Thank you, Brian", Santa smiled. "That brings me peace in this hour. I'll be with Allah soon."

"What?" Brian asked as everyone's eyes widened.

"Uh, he doesn't know what he's saying", the doctor said trying to lie. "He's delirious. Look, you'd better get moving."

"Alright, Stewie let's go get the sleigh ready."

"Anyone else a little freaked out by that Allah thing?" Stewie asked.

"Stewie, come on now! Let's get going. Barbara, are you coming?"

"No", she answered. "I'll stay here and take care of Santa. Go now. You're running out of time."

"I'll be back soon", Brian said as he hugged and kissed her.

"Be careful."

Brian and Stewie ran off to get things ready leaving Barbara with the doctor and Santa.

"They're doomed, aren't they?" the doctor asked.

"Without a doubt", Barbara nodded.

They looked out the window and watched as Brian and Stewie, now dressed like Santa held an elf's arm on a fishing hook to get the reindeer to start moving. They rose in the air and flew to toward civilization.

"Be careful", Barbara said.
