So far I've noticed three movie references from the 70s and 80s, from the most recent episodes:
Warriors 1977 'Ninja, come out and play!'
Tron 1982 & 2010 with the 'lightning cycle' as opposed to the 'light cycle'
Robin Hood Prince of thieves 1991 'Do you yield?'
Oh and as for Samurai X, I'm wrongly guessing Echo Zane.
