The first night home with five babies was exhausting. Everyone was either feeding, burping or changing a baby.

"Mom, can you please hand me a burp cloth?" Blaine asked, as he was feeding Emma.

Kate nodded, grabbing a cloth from the clean clothes basket.

Blaine nodded his thanks.

"I forgot to tell you. I color coded the bottles and pacifiers to keep everything organized." Kate stated.

"Really?" Blaine asked, throwing the cloth over his shoulder, and lifting Emma up to burp her.

"Yes, here I made you a list." she replied, handing Blaine a piece of paper.

He looked at it and began reading his mother's handwriting.

Blue Bottles and Pacifiers-Cory

Pink Bottles and Pacifiers-Elizabeth

Red Bottles and Pacifiers-Emma

Orange Bottles and Pacifiers-Devon

Green Bottles and Pacifiers-Henry

Purple Bottles and Pacifiers-Mackenzie

Blaine towards his to his mother and smiled. "Thanks mom. I really appreciate this."

"You're welcome sweetheart." Kate smiled, placing Devon in a bassinet.

By the time all five babies had finally settled, the adults were about to fall asleep on their feet.

"Come on you." Kurt said, pulling Blaine's arm. "Let's go to bed before one of them decides to wake up."

Blaine nodded.

He and Kurt walked to their bedroom while Kate and Jack went to the guest room, leaving Cooper on the couch.

As soon as Blaine and Kurt got under the covers, they fell asleep. Neither of them had been asleep long, because the next thing they knew, shrill cries were coming from the baby monitor.

"Mmmmm." Kurt moaned, rolling to his side and pulling the pillow over his head.

"Their lungs work really well don't they?" Blaine teased, only to earn a smack from Kurt's pillow.

"Hey." Blaine laughed.

"If you think it's so funny, why don't you go see what's wrong?" Kurt smirked.

Blaine sighed. "Come with me?"

Kurt shook his head and put the pillow back beneath his head. "Nope. You're on your own...papa."

"Fine." Blaine shrugged, pulling the covers back, as he grabbed his robe and went to the nursery to see who was crying.

Blaine switched on the small lamp, shedding some light on the dark room. He peeked in all the cribs to see who was the trouble-maker. When Blaine came to Henry and Devon's crib he knew he found his culprits. Both boys were red faced from crying and a powerful smell was coming from one of them.

"Hey, hey. It's ok. Papa's here." Blaine whispered. "Come here sweet boy." he leaned over the crib, carefully picking up Henry. He started bouncing him gently to calm him down.

"Need some help?" came a voice from the hallway.

Blaine looked over and saw his father standing in the doorway. Smiling, he waved Jack in.

"Can you please pick up Devon? I think he needs a diaper change." Blaine asked.

Jack smiled and picked up his grandson.

Blaine was busy walking around the nursery, trying to get Henry to quiet down.

"They might be hungry." Jack stated, while changing Devon.

Blaine nodded.

Jack placed Devon back in his crib and walked out of the room. He went down to the kitchen to make more bottles.

After being alone for several minutes, Kurt pushed back his covers and walked to the nursery. He looked in and saw Blaine pacing around the room with Henry who was half asleep, but still whimpering.

"Hey." Kurt whispered.

Blaine turned around and saw his husband standing in the doorway.

"Hey." he replied. "Sorry, I thought this would only be a few minutes."

"It's ok." Kurt shook his head. "But, I think you should go back to bed." he replied, holding out his arms, so he could to take Henry, but Blaine wouldn't let him.

"No, its fine. He's almost asleep." Blaine argued. "Besides, you should be the one to get more sleep. You have to pick your parents up tomorrow. Remember?"

Kurt laughed as he placed a soft kiss on Henry's head. "Just don't stay in here too much longer."

Blaine giggled and kissed Kurt on the lips.

Kurt turned around making his way out of the nursery, but stopped. He looked at the last crib against the wall. Blaine noticed and walked over to him. "Hey, she'll be home real soon." He whispered.

Kurt nodded. "I know."

"Why don't you take your dad and Carole to the hospital? I'm sure they would love to see Mackenzie?" Blaine suggested.

"That's a great idea." Kurt nodded, agreeing with his husband.

Blaine smiled. He looked down at Henry asleep with the pacifier falling out of his mouth. Blaine carefully placed him in his crib.

The next morning Kurt drove to the airport to pick up his dad and step-mom.

"Hi son." Burt exclaimed, engulfing his son in a giant bear hug.

"Hi dad!" Kurt replied. "How was your flight?"

Burt chuckled. "It was good."

"How are the babies?" Carole asked, excitedly.

Kurt smiled at her. "They're great. I'd thought we would stop at the hospital and visit Mackenzie on the way home." he suggested.

Burt and Carole smiled.

"Well, let's go then." Burt exclaimed.

While driving to the hospital, Carole and Burt kept asking Kurt questions about the babies.

"How does it feel to have 5 babies home?" Carole asked.

"Very loud." Kurt laughed.

"And it's only going to get louder when Mackenzie comes home." Burt teased.

Kurt nodded as he pulled up in front of the hospital and the three of them went up to the NICU.

Upon walking in, Kurt saw nurse Emily. "How's Mackenzie doing this morning?" he asked.

"Better." Emily answered. "Her first night off the ventilator, she did well. If she continues and doesn't require the vent in the next 24 hours, she could go home tomorrow."

"Really?" He asked excitedly.

When Kurt looked at Mackenzie, she was awake and kicking her arms and legs.

"Hey baby girl." Kurt cooed. "Look who came to see you? It's grandma Carole and grandpa Burt."

Burt and Carole couldn't help but smile as Kurt interacted with Mackenzie.

"If you need anything, let me or one of the other nurses know." Emily reassured, walking away to check on another patient.

Kurt looked at Burt and Carole. "Do you want hold her?" he asked, knowing they were both eager to hold their smallest grandchild.

Both nodded as Kurt gently lifted the little girl up. "Dad, Carole, I'd like you to meet Mackenzie Rose." he introduced as he handed the baby over to his father's waiting arms. Once Mackenzie was settled in Burt's arms, his heart seemed to melt and Carole had tears in her eyes.

"Dad, why don't you sit down and rock her?" Kurt suggested.

Burt nodded, sitting in the chair behind him. Kurt took out his phone and snapped a picture.

Burt smiled down at the little girl in his arms. "I think she's already got me wrapped around her little finger."

Kurt and Carole laughed.

"Wait until you meet the other babies." Kurt laughed.

Back at the house, Blaine along with his parents and brother were busy taking care of the other five babies. While Blaine was feeding Henry, he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket and answered it.

"Hello?" he answered.

"Blaine! Have you read the paper this morning?" screeched Lucy.

"Lucy, we now have five babies in our house soon to be six. All I want to see are the inside of my eyelids." Blaine replied.

"Do me a favor. Turn on the news or check front page of the newspaper." Lucy stated.

Blaine shook his head. "Ok, hang on a second." he carefully stood up and walked over to the kitchen table. When he opened the newspaper his eyes went wide in shock. Typed out in large bold letters were First Set of Sextuplets to be born from Surrogate!

"Oh my god!" Blaine gasped.

"See what I mean?" Lucy squealed. "Do you have any idea who could have done this?"

Blaine shook his head. "I have no idea Lucy."

Lucy sighed. "Well thanks to all of this, I can't leave my apartment without being bombarded by the paparazzi."

Blaine hung his head. He wished there was something he could do to help his sister. "I'm really sorry Lucy. I have no idea who could have done this." he apologized, continuing to read the article. "How did these people find out that you were our surrogate? And, wouldn't they have found out about it sooner?"

Lucy shook her head. "I don't know Blaine. Does it really matter when they found out?" she asked, clearly upset and annoyed.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" Blaine asked.

Lucy sighed. "I don't know. It's just a lot to take in right now."

Blaine nodded. "Just call if you need anything."

"I will." Lucy replied. "I have to go." she said and hung up.

Blaine shook his head in disbelief.

"Blaine? Honey what's going on?" Kate asked, walking up behind him.

Blaine turned around and handed his mother the newspaper. She began reading the article and her eyes went wide in shock.

"Oh honey. Who could have done this?" she asked.

Blaine shrugged. "I don't know. But it's got Lucy all upset and there's nothing I can do." he exclaimed, falling into a chair, beginning to sob. Kate grabbed Henry from Blaine and placed a comforting arm around her son's shoulders.

"Maybe you should go and talk to her? I think what she needs right now is some time with her brother." Kate suggested.

Blaine nodded. "Yeah. But I'll wait until Kurt gets back."

Kate nodded in agreement.

After spending time with Mackenzie, it was time for Kurt and his parents to leave.

"Bye sweetheart. We'll see you tomorrow." Kurt said sweetly, kissing her forehead.
