I deeply apologized to announce that this story is cancelled (Dropped) because it is a very long story with many chapters (Close to hundred or above) and I don't think I have enough time for it.
However, I'm putting this 'final' chapter in with outline and what I believe to be important scenes along with ending.
Year One arc: Take place a year after Zim's escape and disappearance, Ultimate Brigade have been trying to find any lead on him while carrying their duty out to protect Ultimate Town from baddies. Dexter and Jenny somehow get in relationship before the arc started. One day, a string of mysterious robbery occurred in different labs and Ultimate Brigade believe that Zim is behind it. Through the investigation, Dexter believe that the thief will hit RAM lab because they have been developing a unlimited power source, something that Zim would want for his suit. Blossom was assigned to be the RAM's new CEO's bodyguard after warned him that someone may try to steal the power source. But instead of Zim, the thief was revealed to be one of Venus' robot to their disappointment. After arrested the robotic thief, a mysterious bomb went off in RAM lab, destroying the power source in process and the brigade discovered that CEO have vanish without a trace. The CEO lately reveal to be Zim, who have secretly funded the lab to build the power source and stole it himself, which make his suit more powerful than before.
At same time, Thomas the detective get a new partner who is very clumsy while they make few appearances to investigate the robberies. After the CEO's disappearance, the rookie also disappeared and Thomas discovered that all the files on Zim have been wiped out along with hard copies. Somewhere in unknown place, the rookie burn the hard copies to ashes and reveal himself to be Zim too, thank to his latest technology that make him look like anyone, which earn him another nickname, Man of Billion Faces.
During this time, Boomer/Rafael become more closer and fall in love with Jasmine, the blind woman he saved during the Irken's first invasion.
Terror of Thrax arc: Zim and Ultimate Brigade separately discovered that there is a serial killer on loose after they get a word that one of their classmates has been murdered by shoving into wood chipper alive. Both Zim and brigade crossed path few times, the former attempted to arrest him while the latter easily escape them, taunting them that they now have no evidence to arrest him. At some point, they were forced to work together to solve the case after the serial killer bombed several buildings and claimed many lives. They discovered the killer to be Thrax, who bragged that how fun it was to kill people in different ways, even with one same weapon once in a while. Zim and Thrax had a lengthy battle until the killer jumped off the rooftop, declaring that he'll be back for them one day. After that, the brigade finally arrested Zim but it turn out that the arrest was tossed out because of no evidence so the brigade decide to 'house arrest' Zim to their headquarter. Zim strangely went along with it and they put him into a special cell holding to Buttercup's annoyance.
Butch's Wrath arc: Butch was revealed to be alive but blind and missing one arm, he was experimented on by mysterious group of alien scientists and receive mechanical arm that fire plasma cannon. Butch broke out and went on a insane rampage, forcing Boomer to come out to fight him. Butch exposed Boomer to Jasmine about his past and during the lengthy battle, Boomer was forced to kill his brother to put him down for good. To Boomer's shock, Jasmine still accept him because he have never took a life up until now and support him when he decide to turn himself in to bring the victims' families some closure.
Akumetsu arc: Zim and Brigade have their hands filled when Akumetsu reemerged to purge the corrupted CEOs and politicians. Zim pointed out all Akumetsu members are actually one same person and was quite infamous in Japan many years ago, also they need to catch Akumetsu before it's too late because after taking the last target out, Akumetsu will go into hiding for years. In end, they failed to stop the clones and Akumetsu disappeared once again.
Strike Force arc: Focus on a new team that does some dirty works for government (A fusion of Suicide Squad and X-Force), some criminals volunteered in order to get their sentence lessened and Boomer took it, seeing it as sign to atone for his sins. He never take a single life, only protecting everyone throughout the whole arc.
In between some arcs, Blossom manage to worm her way into Zim's heart and trying her best to help him move on, which was very hard thing to do. Zim suddenly receive an pardon from the US president to brigade's shock, wondering if the Irken have something to do with it.
The Second Irken invasion arc: Purple and Red have reach Earth and the vengeful Zim took the fight right to the mothership with brigade following close behind with many battles in between. While searching for Zim, Blossom come across something in Purple's command room that she stumbled upon to.
"Y-You…" Purple's eyes widened at Zim as his mask slide off to reveal his face to the female leader, "You're alive?"
"H-How?!" Red roared in fury, "HOW ARE YOU AL…" Zim shot him through his chest with plasma bullet, exploding the PAK in process and killed the red tallest without remorse.
"I found out that I'm pretty much like an cockroach, hard to kill." Zim turned the gun on Purple coldly, he want to torture them but he don't have luxury of time because he know the brigade will stop him from doing that so he better make it quick. "That is for Zita…" Purple closed her eyes with a soft sigh.
"NO, DON'T!" Blossom suddenly jumped in between him and purple tallest.
"Get out of the way!" He hissed angrily, "You are not going to stop me from killing this bitch! If the tallest die here, the Irken empire will…"
"I can't let you kill your mother!" The redhead shouted back.
"…What?" Zim uttered.
"No!" Purple shouted up to Blossom, "I-I am not! That is lie!" She turned to him in desperation, "She is lying to you! You know there is no naturalborn Irken!"
"Listen to me, Zim!" Blossom said hurriedly, "She gave birth to you in secret and have your memories wiped out along with the empire for some reason! You are a naturalborn! If you don't believe me, then I'll say the phrase that will make you remember! Seven pure moons and five black moons, I…"
"NO, DON'T!" Purple tried to stop her hysterically, how does she know this phrase or speak it in their native tongue?!
"Always love you, my dear halfling smeet."
Zim discovered Purple is his mother and she wiped his memories out along everyone else to protect him. It was her who secretly send him to Earth on purpose so he can be safe and somewhat free from Irken empire and her secret was that she fall in love with an alien of unknown origin and give birth to Zim while the father gave his life to kill a powerful alien who was threatening to destroy a planet that they were on. Because of that, Zim have an crisis and the brigade take Purple into their holding cell.
Throughout several arcs, Zim slowly come to term with his heritage but having hard time around his mother. Some brigade members somewhat befriended Purple, who spend most of her time learning earth cultures in cell but not as much as Blossom who want to learn more about Irken culture.
"May I ask you how close are you to Zim?" Purple asked Blossom meekly as she sit at table with steaming hot chocolate and the redhead turned to her with a blink.
"Um, we're pretty close enough…" Blossom scratched her cheek timidly, "We did went out on one date…Although, it was a cover in order to catch the Heartbreaker killer."
"Date, as in courting?" Purple asked and the redhead nodded once. "Ah, that mean you two are…What's the word, um…Boyfriend and girlfriend, yes?"
"Um, something like that." She muttered, they didn't put label on their relationship yet.
"Mm, so you two are lovers…" The mother of Zim sipped her chocolate before she put it down, "I'm not surprised that you chose him because of that…"
"Because of what?" Blossom raised her eyebrow at her with a blink.
"Smeetmaker." Purple sipped her chocolate again, "I learn that female humans like it because of this saying…How did it go again…Tentacles make schoolgirl giggle."
The blushing redhead dropped her cup, "…T-Tentacles, what?"
"Male Irken have twenty tentacles stored in their stomach, half of them are big and thick, but the knowledge is lost to Irkens because they rely on smeeteries, kinda stupid." The mother calmly drinks her mug, unaware of the blushing mess in front of her. "A female Irken can carry up to fifty smeets…But I don't know about female human, they have similar reproduction so it's possible you'll get fifty or half of that."
"BAAAAAAH!" Blossom covered her red face with hands to Purple's confusion and at same time, Bubbles skipped in.
"Hey, sister, Purple, what are…" Bubbles beamed.
"GET OUT, BUBBLES, OUT!" The blushing redhead jabbed her index finger at the door behind the blonde and her sister blinked rapidly before she slowly back out with raised hands.
The Return of Thrax arc: The killer has make his comeback on grand scale and it took some lengthy effort for Brigade to finally arrest him with some help from other teams, Strike Force and a new street-level team.
The Legion arc: Zim have been called to Legion for judgment because he have defected and brigade follow to rescue him with mysterious Trickster's help. Zim's past come into light through flashbacks of how he train and become the Nameless One. At the end, the female leader of Legion decide to spare him but promise him that if he ever cross them or interrupt their mission, he will be marked. Legion also release Trickster from their rank, which allow him to go around the world freely as whatever he like and pop up here and there to annoying the brigade and baddies. (Trickster will act like Deadpool with no fourth-wall breaking)
The Daughter of Him arc: A demon appeared with wave of demons to demand for Zim, the slayer of her father. The brigade thought she want to take his life for revenge, however she want to take him as husband since he's strong enough. Once Zim refused, the demon invaded the city but it was repelled through several battles and the daughter commented that she'll be back and will not stop until she get what she want.
Time Machine arc: Dexter invented the time machine and turned it on for the first time but the results don't turn out the way he like when they accidently got sucked in and scattered across timeline or another universe in Blossom and Zim's case. Both Blossom and Zim discovered that in the universe, everyone are opposite and to the irken's shock and depression, Zita is alive and married to Zim, the famous member of Irken Peacekeeper, with few children. After defeated the evil version of Powerpuff girls, Zim and Blossom was able to go back to their universe where the former comfort the latter, where they finally get together. They were found by Dexter, Jenny and Bubbles in eighties period then find Danny in Jurassic age. The group finally find Buttercup in different time period but off by many years because Buttercup is in her late thirties when they find her. To their shock, Buttercup ask them not to come and get her. She reveal that she have met and married Naruto Uzumaki and introduce the team to her daughter. After some heartfelt conversation with each other, Dexter give Buttercup the watch that allow her and her family to visit and return the past and present as much as they like before the brigade return to their present.
At same time, it is later revealed that Buttercup's daughter will later grow up to become the immortal leader of Legion.
And that's the whole outline I have set so far. There would be more arcs after that, around twenty or more arcs with more characters that will become part of Ultimate Brigade, some reformed villains turned heroes and so on. But I don't think I will have enough time to make over hundred chapters due to personal life and other things.
Again, I'm deeply sorry that I will not able to do this story anymore because of my personal life and I hope you all understand that. Thank you for your time and again, sorry.
