[WHEEZES WHEN YOU POST ON WATTPAD BUT NOT FANFIC IM SORRY]

Tsuki was still asleep the next morning until her alarm went off at 7 am. She groaned and hit the snooze button. " ugh...5 more minutes.."Despite the little protest she looked at the clock...sighing in defeat she got up, stretched and started to get ready for school.

The beeping of the alarm reached Yoru's ears too, making him cringe. He was expecting his sister to run through the door and jump on him, but noting happened. He sat up with a groan and looked around, remembering that he wasnt at home. Tsukis dog licks yorus face happily and barks. He laughs sleepily, not fully awake just yet. His hair was messier than usual, and he knew he needed clothes for school, otherwise unnecessary rumors would spread like wild fire. He hauled himself off the bed, opening the door and walking out with the dog on his heels. Tsuki was already downstairs making breakfast for herself and for yoru downstairs. The dog ran downstairs to get food, running up and licking her, she laughs. "down girl, down!" Laughing, she pushed the dog off, petting her.

"Hnn...Mornin', Tsuki." He plodded down the stairs, eyes half open and his hair a mess. He seemed still totally out of it.

"hey yoru.." The first year smiled and giggled a bit at his appearence though she had a bed-head too. She fixed her shirt as she got up, feeding her dog. " do you want anything specific to eat?" She looked over her shoulder at him.

"Anythin'll do. " He scrunched up his brow, a late reaction to her giggling, his eyes looked like they were almost closed. As she stood up from feeding the dog, he came closer and pinched her cheeks, tugging on them and scowling, with a somewhat playful tone. "what're you laughin' at?!"

"gah! yoruuuu stop!" Tsuki makes a face, trying not to laugh. "you look totally out of it"

Yoru paused, then grinned and laughed, letting go of her cheeks and poking her forehead. "Morning, bed-head~" He teased playfully, a joking tone in his voice.

"you have a worse bed-head" She teased him back, chuckling. She heard the phone start ringing and goes to answer it, pointing to the breakfast on the table for yoru. "hello? oh hey temari...mmhm...yea I did...I have track today." Temari hears yoru laugh and asks what the noise was. "oh nothing, I just have the tv on" She lied. "yea ill see you at the track...bye" Tsuki hangs up the phone.

"Hm? Was that Temari? Rhythm's sister?" He was now sitting at the bench again, eating what she'd given him.

Tsuki nods. " yea, that was her. don't know why she was using rhythms cell phone though." She yawned, stretching her arms over her head. "im gonna go get dressed, I already ate."

"Mm. Okay." He takes the last bite of his food as she walked up the stairs. He glances at his watch and bolts up out of the chair and runs to the door shouting up to you. "Tsuki! I gotta go, I'll see you at school, 'Kay?" With that he ran out the door, pulling on his shoes and jacket and making a break for his house, the sky a light morning bolts up to his house and quietly opened the doors. He had a lie prepared in his mind, but he wasn't going to risk it. He crept up the stairs, got showered and got dressed. He sighed. He was glad he remembered to grab everything out of Tsuki's house. It would have been hell if he hadn't.

Tsuki finishes doing her hair, going to the guest room and sees yorus cellphone and wallet on the floor, picking them up. "These must have fallen out of his jacket pocket...She put them in her bag then headed for school when it was time for her to go to track.

Yoru sauntered out of his room just as his sisters catch him. Iru and Eru both going off on him.

"where the hell were you?!" Iru demanded, getting in her little brothers face, hands on her hips.

"tell us Yoru!" Eru demanded answers as well.

Yoru sweatdropped, holding his hands up in a surrendering motions. He had been cornered against a wall outside his bedroom. "O-oi! I was only at Daichi's!"

Eru spoke up first. "Well why didnt you call and tell us!?"

"Well..."

"well?!" Iru wasnt happy with the lack of answers he was giving.

"It got late when we got home!" He cringed. inwardly begging, 'please let this be convincing!'. "so we crashed out immediately."

The older sister scoffed. " why were you with him in the first place?! Tch. Hanging out with kids in lower grades. What the hell?!"

"I was on my way home and met him on the way! We ran into some trouble, and had to take the long way around! We both thought it'd be dangerous for me to walk home alone, and we didn't wanna run the risk of you two having to come get me if those guys were still out so..." He was scratching the back of his head through all of this as Eru jumped forward and choked him in a bear hug.

The younger sister was much quicker to forgive than the oldest sibling. "I forgive you~! That Daichi, how sweet of him to think of that! You too Yoru!" He laughed nervously as Iru looked him up and down, then walked out of the house. Yoru pried Eru off him eventually and decided to get to school a little earlier so he could let Daichi know about his little white lie, hoping he'd play along if the time ever came up.

While that was going on at the Tsukiyomi's; Tsuki had ran to the school so she wouldnt be late for track. But she was stopped before she reached the changing rooms.

"oi!"

The first year paused, looking back over her shoulder. "oh. hi kiseki, what do you want?"

"why don't you treat me with some respect! im a upperclassman!" The student council president scowls.

Tsuki rolled her eyes. "sure sure, I have track, can we talk later?" She didnt want to have to deal with this before track..but what kiseki said next she really didnt expect.

The third year crossed his arms over his chest. "I want to race you!"

"Eh!?"

By the time yoru got to school lots of students were gathered by the track to see "the wolf-girl" and "the king" race. He spotted Ran and Miki, and grabbing them and pulling their arms to grab their attention. "OI, what's going on here?"

Miki spoke up to explain looking at yoru. "His highness challenged Tsuki-san to a race."

"Really?!" Yoru was shocked. " Does he know how fast she is?" He looked utterly baffled, then looked over to Ran as she spoke up.

"I'm worried though... Kiseki-kaichou will do anything to win, and we all know what 'anything' means." Yoru scowled. Knowing what kiseki was like. "don't worry, he hasn't done anything to the track, it's too early in the morning for him to be thinking that far ahead. Just expect a real dirty race." She crosses her arms and frowns. A second year that had been grabbed by Kiseki was standing on the edge of the track with a starting gun. Her hair was a fiery orange/red and her eyes were like steel, yet kind. She was the transfer student who arrived just a week ago. She stood patiently, waiting for the two racers to get ready.

Tsuki came out of the changing room dressed in her track uniform, hair tied up in a ponytail. She had no idea what to expect from kiseki, she didn't know him like the other 3 did so thought he would race and try to beat her fair and square. Waiting at the starting line, when kiseki gets to the track she just rolls her eyes and crouches down, in position she would start any other race for track. "it isn't the nobel prize dude, youre not even in track."

The third year huffed. "hmph! I can beat you no problem okami."

Tsuki scowled. "/don't/ call me okami. " She only ever let rhythm call her okami, looking ahead of her, now ignoring the purple haired 3rd year.

The bright haired girl raises the gun to the sky. "Ready? Set... " The gun fires, signalling the start of the race. "Go!"

Tsuki started running as soon as the shot sounded off, easily passing the upperclassman. She wasn't really trying her hardest and people could tell who had seen her run before, but in the end kiseki actually beat her...to everyones surprise. People were so busy crowding him and shouting they didn't notice that the only reason he passed her was she fell, holding her ankle. "ow ow ow!" Rhythm and Temari run over to her after getting through.

"hey whats the matter?!" Temari was the first of the twins by her side, worried. Tsuki was gritting her teeth, holding her ankle.

"I don't know! it felt like something grabbed my ankle, I think I rolled it, it really hurts."

Rhythm knelt by tsukis other side. "can you stand up?"

She tries to stand up, yelping in pain. "no, I cant, it hurts to much." Both rhythm and temari put one arm around her waist and help her too her feet. She keeps any weight or pressure off of her injured ankle. There was a track meet in 2 days but if she rolled her ankle there was no way she would be able to race.

"Yoru! We're taking tsuki to the nurse!" Rhythm yelled over the noise of the other students.

"I'll take her." The transfer student jogs to the group, a panicked Yoru trailing at her heels. "Temari-san, I suggest you grab her stuff and bring it up to the nurses office. Rhythm-san, inform the teacher in her next class of what happened." She was blunt, very blunt, and had an air of bravery around her. She took Tsuki and wrapped an arm around her waist. Yoru kept his distance, angry. Natsuki looked over at him. "You're Yoru-sempai, correct?" He nodded. "The principal wants to see you. Apparantly about something that happened last night. I dont really know." Yoru looked a little shocked as the bell rang in the distance. Everyone else filed off, Rhythm and Temari a little taken a-back, but go to do what they were told

Tsuki tried to see yoru as natsuki started walking her to the nurses office but couldnt through all the people, keeping weight off her injured ankle so it wouldnt hurt as much. " thanks..."

"No issue" She smiles. "I'm Natsuki, you're Tsuki-san, right?"

The younger girl nodded. "mmhm...and you can just call me tsuki..you dont have to put "san" after it..."

"oh! Okay." She paused. "I don't understand what happened... But Kiseki-kaichou... Why'd he race you? D'you know?"

She shrugs with a sigh. "i dunno...it kind came out of no where, but theres no way i can run in the meet the day after tomorrow with my ankle injured." They get to the nurses office within a few minutes. "ill be fine here till the nurse gets here, thanks for helping me get here though."

"No problems. I'll bring Yoru-Senpai up later, I have a feeling he's worried~ " She laughs and walks out, closing the door.

Tsuki just smiled a bit, sitting on the infirmary bed. the nurse comes in to look at her ankle, she is told her ankle is badly sprained and the nurse wraps her ankle so it will take at least a week before she can walk on it again, sighing when the nurse stepped out. She looked up when someone else came in, a third year boy; the same age as yoru that had watched the boy had dark brown hair and an icy glare in his grey eyes. He wore a red bombers jacket: the jacket all senior jocks wore, spare Yoru. He seemed to have seething distaste behind his eyes as he looked her over

"um..do you need something from me?" She frowned a bit, sitting on the bed. Her ankle was wrapped to keep it from moving and getting worse. She didnt like the look he was giving her. Tsuki had never seen the boy before in her life so has no idea why he would be giving her such a dirty look.

He pushed off the door frame and sauntered towards her, that look of distaste still in his steely eyes. "heh, what happened to your leg, princess?" He twisted 'princess' to sound like an insult as his hand rested on her injured ankle.

"dont touch me" She moved her leg back to stop him from touching her, her back against the wall at the head of the bed. "I just tripped."

"'Just tripped'? Well, that definitely sounds like someone as pointless as you would say." His hands go to his pocket as he looks down at her.

Her hands ball into fists. "im not pointless." Looking down, the verbal abuse continued, with each verbal jab it got harder and harder for her to just try and ignore him,one thing he said really broke her.

After verbally tormenting tsuki for several minutes he smirked. "no one even really likes you, they just pity you cause your a freakshow. they pretend to like you cause they feel sorry for you, i bet if you disappeared no one would even remember you or care. Freaks are just something fun to see, and when they are gone no one really cares or remembers. hell they might even be happy. even cat-boy and rhythm just pity you so they are nice to you because of that. "

"Thats not true!" Tsuki was trying not to let the words get to her...but it was hard.

He smirked more, taking pleasure in taunting her. "whats this?" He grabbed the blue moon pendant that was around her neck.

"Dont touch that!" He jerks on the necklace, the clasp of the chain breaks as he pulls it off her. "Give it back! Hive me that back right now!" She tried to grab it back but couldnt do much with her ankle injured.

He smirked. "Why should I? Another thing to do with your freakish obsession?" He put one hand under her chin, tilting her head up, grey eyes staring into watering ice-blue ones.

"im not a freak! its not true! ...im not..." Despite how confident her words sounded. A few tears were sliding down her face.

"yea. you are, everyone thinks so. " He sneered in amusement at the sight of her tears. "i just went ahead and said it"

Suddenly, his sneering face disappears from view, replaced with a thick cardboard tube. The tube lowers, to reveal a very much ticked upperclassman and a fiery transfer student. "Looks like we got here before too much damage could be done, Yoru-sempai. Good!" Natsuki grinned, then stomps her heavy boot into the chest of the guy on the floor. He was obviously bigger than her, older too, but she looked down at him like a defeated child. Yoru glanced at you, then looked away.

"You okay, Tsuki?" He couldn't bear to look at her when she was crying. It hurt. It hurt way too much. He could barely move; he was ashamed he didn't get here quicker, he was ashamed he wasn't here in the first place.

The first year in question nodded, wiping her eyes and faking a smile. "y-yea im ok...dont worry." She was holding the pendant and its broken chain in her hands, the boy had dropped it on the bed when he was hit with the cardboard tube. Tsuki rubs her eyes to get rid of the tears, feeling embarrassed and ashamed when she is caught crying but the boys words were ringing in her ears and eating at her...what if they were true.? no..they werent true, they couldnt be. is trying to seem like the third years words didnt hurt her.

"no, you're not. i can tell." Natsukis gruff voice seemed to break through the white of the room. she was now holding the boy in a classic judo hold, rendering him immobile. She didnt look at tsuki at all, and was actually looking blankly at a wall. Yoru glanced at her, then back at tsuki. he could tell as well.

"What did he say?" It was obvious he was holding himself back. He wanted to strangle the boy on the ground for making her cry, but Natsuki was already doing a good job of that, and he figured where he was needed most.

Despite the questions tsuki just shakes her head and looks away, her hair hiding her face. She didnt want to repeat what was said to her, the guy however for laughs had decided before he came in to record the conversation on his ipod to show to his friends later. He had stopped recording just before yoru and natsuki came into the room.

The guilty party finally spoke up after natsukis grip got to tight for comfort. "Let go of me you little twerp!" He struggled in earnest.

Natsuki glared at him. "Ass. as if I'm going to let go after you've called me that! i was considering letting you off too~ " She was enjoying this, and grinned as he tried to pry her hands from his wrists.

"come on Natsuki, let the poor guy go." Daichi appeared in the doorway, a smirk played across his lips. Natsuki paused and looked at him, then scowled. Daichi's appearance seems to snap Yoru out of his still state, him turning to look at the second year.

Tsuki was really just trying to seem as invisible as possible. "Guys seriously its not a big deal..." The small plea kind of seems to go unnoticed in the commotion

The third year got up as soon as he was released. "Seriously? she has a whole body guarding group? Pathetic. " He had his hands in his pockets, the iPod with the recording in his hand, adding to being shameless and an ass he half-hits on natsuki before walking out. "If ya ever wanna hang out with some normal people me and my guys are available. " He walked past a seething yoru, smirking at tsuki in a just pure evil way, the same distaste behind his eyes as he leaves the room.

She sighs and rests her head on her knees, hair hiding her face. Tsuki just wished there weren't so many people around, wanting to talk to yoru and just give him his wallet and phone back. Daichi had left along following the other boy. She hear a few grunts and threats from outside, then the stomping of feet as the guy walked away and Daichi walks back into the room. He makes a beeline to Yoru and puts something in his jacket pocket and mumbles something inaudible in his ear. His words obviously anger Yoru, as he tenses up. Daichi grabs Natsuki by the arm. "Let's go, Natsuki. Lets leave these two be." He smiled and walked out of the room, dragging an angry and somewhat flustered Natsuki out of the room with him, his grip on her wrist quite tight.

Tsuki relaxed once daichi and natsuki left and leaned with her back against the wall, looking at the bed. "that was really just... ive never even seen him before! why does he hate me...?" She opened her bag after a pregnant pause, taking out his wallet and cell and holds them out to him. "here...you left these at my house..."

"Because he's a petty loser that holds a grudge, that's why." Yoru sat down in a chair next to the bed, taking the phone and wallet. "Thanks Tsuki." He shoved them in his pocket, along with the iPod. " ...are you sure you don't want to tell me what he said?" He looked at her and clutched the iPod. Vowing to listen to it if she didn't tell him. Hell, he'll listen to it anyway.

"i think ill break down if i try... i hate crying in front of people..." She doesnt know he took video of their conversation. " And no problem, those are kinda important" She had a slightly strained smile, sighing and resting her head against the wall, rubbing her eyes. "what did daichi give you?"

"Huh? Ah~ nothing, nothing. Just a note from my teacher. Not important" Yoru smiled. He didnt want to worry tsuki.

She nodded, smiling a bit. "alright..." Her head rested on her hands. "Theres no way im going to be able to run in the meet, i shouldnt have raced kiseki, that was stupid." She was trying to change the subject off what happened to her.

"Well, not many people have the guts to say no to that guy, I would have been shocked if you did! There's only one person with enough courage to outright knock his highness down from the throne and that's Natsuki." He laughed. "all of us have tried, and failed. Then again... You did throw a rock at the poor guy. I'm guessing he wanted payback." He looked at her and shrugged.

That statement made tsuki laugh. "you looked like he was torturing you, and i didnt think he would sabotage the track so i didnt think anything of it when he wanted me to race him. i dont know that much about him" She shrugged, moving to try and stand up on her wrapped ankle.

"O-oi!" He put his hands on her shoulders to keep her from getting up. "Youre still hurt!"

"im fine, its just a little sprain" She sweatdrops. "ive had worse...oh...what did the principal talk to you about with last night..?" She remembered natsuki telling him the principal wanted to see him after she got hurt, trying to brush off the 'my ankle was almost broken' factor by brushing it off as a 'little sprain'. did "he know about what happened to us?"

"he heard about it somehow. I'm thinking maybe your boss contacted the school to check if you were okay."

"probably...what did he say?" Tsuki looked up at yoru.

"he just wanted to know what happened" He sighed. "I let him know that the both of us are safe, and that no-one got hurt."

"alright" She gives a small smile, heart racing. She opens her mouth then closes it again. "u-um...well thanks...i better go tell coach ill have to drop out of the meet..." She uses the crutches the nurse left near the bed to stand up, keeping weight off her sprained ankle. "ill see you at lunch then..?" She smiles, her cheeks tinted a rosy pink.

"Are you sure you're okay to walk?" *he looked concerned, panicking slightly as she stood but stopping himself. "ah well. Just be careful, okay?" He goes silent, then a strong hand rests on her shoulders and he leans in slightly. "and let me know if you run into that guy again, okay?" He sounded serious, his voice slightly hushed. He let go of her shoulder and walked out of the room, shouting behind him. "and yeah! I'll see you at lunch!"

Tsuki nods, smiling. " yea...see you at lunch" She was about to tell him but doesn't get the chance. Once he leaves she starts making her way to her coach's classroom to tell him she cant run in the meet. She felt extremely awkward and lopsided on the crutches, glad no one else was in the hallway. Yoru had gone back to class, worry clearly visible on his face. Dumping his bag next to miki he sat in his seat. Tsuki told her coach what happened, going back to class with a dejected sigh. Sitting next to rhythm, him helping her with her bag and the crutches.

Yoru was leaning on his hand, not really paying attention to anything his teachers were saying. He didnt notice the girl sitting on miki's other side that was watching him out of the corner of her eye.

Tsuki was the same, not paying very much attention in class. She took to staring out the window instead. After class she planned to go meet up with yoru, rhythm helping her with her and Daichi were already on their way to the classroom to hang with Yoru, arguing the entire way. Well, Natsuki was arguing, Daichi was laughing at her. Tsuki waited by yorus classroom to try and spot him, though she was getting plenty of weird looks and stares because of the crutches. Natsuki shouted at Daichi then glances over at Tsuki. She diverts her attention to her and grins wide. Daichi follows suit, smiling and giving a lazy wave*

" Yo, Tsuki!" The transfer student grinned.

Daichi gaped at the sight of tsuki. "Woah! You've actually been put in crutches? Harsh... " He leaned against the other side of the door-frame as Natsuki stood beside him, looking into the classroom.

"Dont remind me..." Tsuki pouted and huffed. "my ankle is sprained to badly for me to even stand on it right now so I have to use these, I feel like some sort of weird turtle..." She was holding onto the grips built into the crutches near her hands, looking into the classroom to try and see yoru. When yoru was finally let out of class, and he stood up and walked out with Miki right behind him. He saw Tsuki with the others and smiled, tsuki returning the friendly look. "Hey yoru."

"Yo, you feelin' okay?" He shoved his hands into his pockets and looks square into her eyes, concern filling them. Daichi and Natsuki smirked to each other and snickered, earning a reaction from Yoru. "Shut it you two! I'm just worried okay?!" They went quiet and smirked with a nod as Yoru looked back at tsuki.

She nodded, her cheeks flushing a rosy pink at the others snickering. "other then feeling like a turtle im fine" She smiled a bit, trying to make a joke, already despising the stupid crutches.

The joke seemed to work; yoru laughed. " a turtle? Really?" He laughed again, ignoring tsukis blushing and pouting expression. A girl with dark brown hair walks past with the boy from before. They seemed like siblings. The boy glanced and winked at Natsuki as the girl stared at tsuki and Yoru together with envy in her eyes. Natsuki took immediate offence to the flirting, as did Daichi. He grabbed her arm wordlessly while glaring at the other boy and pulled her a little closer, then let go.

Tsuki noticed them but decides to ignore them, continuing talking with yoru. "yea, a turtle..." Rhythm walked up to them shortly after, putting a hand on tsukis shoulder.

"Hey okami" Rhythm smiled, ignoring the eye-roll he got for the nickname.

The younger girl smiled. "hey rhythm. I was gonna go looking for you next, could you fix this for me..?" She held out the broken necklace, the clasp was broken because of the guy ripping it off from around her neck.

He took it from her, examining the damage before nodding. " I think temari has some necklace chains she isn't using anymore so I can ask her if she could spare one to fix it."

"Hm? What's that?" Yoru moved over and looked over Rhythm's shoulder at the pendant. Daichi stretches to see it, and it's clear that Natsuki isn't all that interested in jewelry, so she stands back, smirking at all the boys craning to see the elusive necklace.

"its a pendant my grandmother gave me." Tsuki smiled.

"that was in...our 5th year of elementary school wasn't it?" Rhythm asked, looking at tsuki as he showed the other boys the pendant. " you never take this necklace off."

" yea..but i cant wear it when the chain is broken."

Yoru shrugs. "that's fair enough."

Daichi grinned. " yeah, now that I think about it, I've never seen you without it! Hey Natsuki, would you like something like this?" He turned to Natsuki and teased her.

She stared him straight in the eye and, without missing a beat, retorted. " go rot in a hole somewhere in Africa, cabbage boy. " Yoru laughed as Daichi threatens the shorter girl, who was now smirking in challenge

Tsuki watched the two bicker with a chuckle. Rhythm pockets the pendant to get a chain from temari when he next saw her. "hey yoru? are you free to meet at my house later?" She was talking about the dance assignment, she couldn't dance of course but they could work out the steps on paper first until tsukis ankle healed.

When yoru heard the question he hesitated. " ah, probably. I might be a bit late though, I have some... Other things to do. My boss wants me to check in at work after school ." He was lying. Though his smile hid the fact he wasnt telling the truth.

"Alright!" Tsuki smiled happily.

Rhythm spoke up when there was a drop in conversation. "me and temari can drop you off on our way home tsuki, we are getting picked up today instead of taking the bus anyway."

Natsuki looked between them. "wait a second, the third and second year classes had to join up for the dance assignment? I never knew that..."

Daichi shrugged before responding. " that's because you were in isolation and paired with Rhythm ." The comment earned him a glare from natsuki. " but yeah, since the two years are surprisingly small, the teachers wanted to combine the two."

Tsuki's eyes went wide. " wow, you got paired with rhythm? You're pretty lucky! Hes an amazing dancer! We got paired together on practically every group/pair assignment in elementary and middle school!

Natsuki laughed. "yeah, I counted myself lucky! I'm not a terrible dancer, but it's good to have Rhythm as insurance!" She grinned and laughed as Daichi seemed to get a little withdrawn. He snapped out of it though, wrapping his arm around her shoulders.

The green-haired boy spoke up as he wrapped an arm around natsukis shoulders. "we should count /ourselves/ lucky that its got nothing to do with singing, or we'd all be done fo-" Withing a split second he was flung over Natsuki's shoulder and landed on his back on the floor, interrupting his cheerful little monologue. Natsuki had taken the opportunity and threw him judo-style for touching her. He winced as Nastuki straightened out and Yoru laughed at the two of them

"well tsukis actually a really goo-" Rhythm had started to speak but stops when the small wolf-like girl puts a hand over his mouth.

"we should get going" Tsuki gave a small smile. " see you guys tomorrow, and ill see you later yoru...oh! you can text me if you cant make it" She smiled, pulling up her number on her phone and showing it to him. "that would be more convenient I think. whatcha say?"

Natsuki seemed intrigued as Rhythm started talking, but looked away when tsuki stopped him. Yoru smiled and took down the number into his phone. "yeah, it would, thanks!" Daichi got up and he and Natsuki nudged each other and smirked at Yoru, who turned a little red and went to chase them, as Daichi jumped behind Natsuki with his hands on her shoulders as she grinned and backed away with her hands up in a defensive/surrender position*

Tsuki laughs, to give her a break from her crutches rhythm lifts her up, she squeaks in surprise. he was carrying her on his back. " rhythm if you drop me i swear i will hurt you! " She was clinging to his shoulders. Rhythm called over to yoru, not to kill daichi and natsuki. Yoru turned around to retort, and Natsuki took the chance to kick his heels, tripping him. Daichi grabs her hand as they both chant.

"Run away! Run away!"

Chuckling sympathetically tsuki spoke up, her arms around rhythms neck as he carried her on his back. "you ok yoru?" She smiled, leaning forward a little despite rhythms protests.

"hey come on i cant see with your hair in my face okami!" He shook his head, smiling a bit.

Yoru sat up on the ground, laughing and rubbing the back of his head. "yeah, I'm fine!" He grinned.

Tsuki chuckled and shook her head. "Thats good. you should get going, you dont want to be late to meet your boss!"She didnt suspect anything, rhythm carried her out to meet temari and wait to get picked up so yoru is by himself and is able to watch the video. He stood and leaned against the wall. He gripped his jacket near his chest, feeling the guilt coming back. He had seen how happy she was to believe him. He pushed his thoughts away before pulling out the IPod and starting to walk toward the front gate's exit. He plugged in his earphones and put them in his ears, starting the video. He paused when he heard the video. More like froze. Natsuki and Daichi were hiding behind a corner, a few paces behind him and had seen him pause. Daichi had a dark look on his face as he held Natsuki back from running to him. Yoru tensed up, hearing Tsuki start to cry in the video. He clenched his teeth. His hand gripped the iPod so tight small cracks appeared. The muscles in his arm bunched as he threw the device to the ground, the buds flying out of his ears as he bolted down the hall to where he knew where his old teammate would be. The device bounced, cracking the corner. Daichi had his hand over her mouth to stop her stopping Yoru. She breaks away from his hands and skids on her knees in front of the broken IPod. Daichi tries to stop her, but is too late as she puts the buds in her ears. She hears the insults, and tenses. Daichi stands behind her, angry. She tugs the buds violently from her ears and pauses, crouched on the ground. She slowly stands, and runs after Yoru. Daichi bends over and bundles the device in his pocket. He goes after Natsuki, knowing what was going to happen next. within moments of Yoru laying eyes on the culprit, he turned around.

"hey, cat-bo- " His words were harshly cut short by Yoru's fist meeting with his jaw. His eyes held hate and slowly pent up anger. The other guy stumbled back, gripping his jaw, spitting out blood. "that's how it is, hey?!" He went to attack, but Yoru dodges and gives an elbow to the gut, making him double over. Although, he takes advantage of Yoru's stance and drives an elbow into his back and a knee to his ribcage, bruising Yoru and making him retch. Natsuki and Daichi witness those last few moments and Natsuki speeds up, getting grabbed by one of the other boys and held away. She follows Yoru's suit and drives her elbow into the thugs ribs, potentially incurring him as Yoru fights back, grabbing the other guys arm and pulling his face down into his elbow, breaking his nose. The two former delinquents were into the fight, and weren't quitting any time soon as their friend stood by, not knowing what to do.

Daichi made a split second decision and pulled Natsuki from the older guy's grip, with a round house kick to follow. "you don't need to get involved anymore, Nastuki!" He had his hands firmly gripping her shoulders, shaking her. "you're not the only one fighting anymore! You've got others around you that can fight now, people who don't need you to risk everything!" He was angry with her, clearly. Just as she was about to shout back at him, they heard a heavy thud as a body hit the ground. Yoru had won, and was panting heavily. It had been a while since he had fought properly, and he hated it. Daichi came over and dropped the iPod on the other guys chest, handing the headphones over to Yoru. "You forgot these." He looked over at Natsuki, who was bruised with a split lip, then back at Yoru, equally battered up. "whaddya going to do now?"

"What do you think? I'm keeping my promise." He turned but before he walked away, he turned around and patted Natsuki's head in apology. "sorry I let you get hurt, Natsuki." With that he left for Tsuki's, stumbling down her street trying to clean himself up at least a little before her seeing him. He couldn't go home to tidy up either, or his sisters would kill him. Back where the fight broke out, the seniors had already sauntered off. Daichi was standing one pace away from a hot-blooded, bruised and battered Natsuki, not really knowing how he could make things better. Without warning, her leanly muscled arms wrapped around his torso, her face buried in his chest. Her voice was muffled by his shirt, but he understood her clearly*

"Im sorry... I'm so sorry... Really..." Daichi put his hand on her head to get her quiet, and rested his chin on his hand, just agreeing to be quiet.

Tsuki was still just waiting, curled up on her couch using her dog as a pillow. She was sure yoru would be there soon...but she turned over and decided to text him. 'hey, you can just come in when you get here, the front doors unlocked'. He had forgotten about having her number, as he pulled his phone from his pocket and checked the message, smiling a bit . With that, he arrived, he still looked a mess. Out of habit, he knocked on the door before walking in, unsure of what Tsukis reaction would be seeing his battered state.
