I'm so sorry for not updating in a long time, I kind of got distracted by trying to defeat Red in Pokemon Heart Gold, ironic isn't it. Anyway I decided to rewrite it all as a little reward for being so patient with me. So here is the revised version of The Black Mew. Enjoy!

This was the day before the biggest moment of his life, the moment that could change it completely. The famous Pokemon Master, Red had challenged to battle him on top of Mt. Silver.

He was in the front room of his home with all his friends and family with him, and mind you the very people that would look like that they'll support him on anything, had told him to give up?

Your probably wonderin who 'him' is aren't you? Well he so happens to be none other than Ash Ketchum, whose life long dream was to be an Pokemon Master, and the only way to do that was to beat Red.

"Ashy-boy, you can't beat him, the guy has been undefeated long before you could wet the bed" Gary Oak, Ash's long time rivial and old childhood told him as if it was a matter of fact as he sat down on the couch with an arm draped behind May.

"Ash honey, you must give up this-this... Silly little dream of yours, you could be an Pokemon Ranger or an Frontier Brain" Delia Ketchum, Ash's own mother who supported him at the very beginning and who now called his dream a 'Silly little dream'.

"You can't just expect to make me give up now, it took years to get this far, and I aren't stopping in till all those years have paid off, and if all of you won't help me than I better be leaving" Ash said, he turned around and reached for the door handle opening the front door. "Come on Pikachu, let's go" Ash waited for a minute before leaving for his oldest friend to run and jump onto his shoulder, but instead he got a thunder bolt right in the back sending him flying outside and to who knows where.
