Another bittersweet Rec: quothme's Awake in the Infinite Cold
Summary: Sometimes the fruit is forbidden for a reason. A mélange of Twilight and How to Be, with an Artward who so carefully and so softly sneaks under her skin and into her soul. Not your typical E/B romance. Complete.

This one's a long one - over 75k words - and (just so you know what you're in for) it's addictive. Quothme uses a concept from one of my favorite stories (which I will not name here since I don't want to spoil anything) as the backdrop for this richly detailed, well-written piece. If you're looking to read something that's well thought-out and compelling, this Fic is a sure thing. As a fair warning, this Fic made me cry (several times) - it also made me smile just as much. It's a bit of an emotional roller coaster, but definitely worth it.
Besides, isn't good writing - good art in general - supposed to make us feel something?
