Here is another update as I will be busy this weekend!
Nova awoke to the snow storm having stopped or so she thought. The opening to the cave had been covered in a mountain of snow. Nova was now stranded and her body was weak from lack of nutrients.
She tried once again to contact Sebastian, "Sebastian...please...I am weak...help me..." She tried to stand up to allow her blood to circulate, but to no avail. Laying down for so long and sleeping caused her already weak muscles to atrophy.
Hours passed on and Nova felt worse. She wanted to see her children and her brother. But she especially wanted to see her mate. In her weakened state she felt vulnerable.
Her eyes closed slowly and suddenly she saw a light. She get her soul begin to leave her body but was brought back down. She felt a coolness envelope her and she opened her eyes.
She looked up at the figure that was holding her, she knew those ruby eyes anywhere. "Sebastian" she smiled weakly. "I am sorry, my dear, I did not come sooner," he pushed her hair out of her eyes.
"I went looking for...you..." she started to feel weaker. "You are weak, you need nourishment," he placed his gloved hand on her forehead. Nova leaned into his touch and sighed.
Sebastian muttered ancient words and kissed her. Nova felt more energized and began to kiss back. His hands moved down her body and pulled her close. Nova sat up and pressed against him, not once breaking the kiss.
The continued to kiss and touch until things began to get even more heated. Soon enough clothes were removed and the two of them came together once again like they did to create the twins.
After a long coitual session the two of them lay naked next to each other on the floor of the cave. "Sebastian...I left the children alone...a-am I a bad mother?" She said as she sat up and reached for her clothes. Sebastian began to dress himself, "No, my dear, you went looking for me. It is I who have failed as a parent. I left my weakened mate alone to fend for herself." The two of them were quickly dressed and held each other in a warm embrace. Sebastian kissed the top of her head and lead her out of the cave.
The two of them walked back to the cabin and saw the doors and windows were open. They quickly ran over and saw that Ciel was covered in what looked like urine and there was feces on the floor.
Ciel looked to them with shock, "I am never having children..."
