After cleaning up the rubbish from the floor, Sebastian helped Nova put the twins to bed. While they were getting them ready Nova looked to her Mate. "Sebastian, will you leave me?..." Sebastian blinked and looked to Nova with confusion.
"What would ever bring on a question like that my dear?" He said as he placed Lilith in her bed. "Well...it seems that demonesses are left often. Lilith, the First, your mother..." she was speaking of Sebastian leaving his own mother. "What if...they leave me too.." she touches Damien's cheek and he stretches in his sleep.
Sebastian took Damien and laid him in his bed and grabbed Nova's hand. "I will not leave you. Ever. You are my mate, my life, my lover, and the mother to my children. You and the twins are the only shred of happiness in my world." Sebastian kissed her lovingly.
Nova smiled into the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck. After a few seconds they pulled apart and stared into each other's eyes. Sebastian placed his hands on the sides of her face, "you and I are bound for eternity together. Death cannot break us apart."
Nova smiled, "We are bound by blood, I am a part of you and you are a part of me. And they," she looks to the twins, "Are a part of us. Sebastian...I..I'm not sure how demon rituals work. But..ever since I can remember I've wanted to wear a long white dress and walk down a carpeted aisle toward the man I loved...is there anything like that in a demon sense?"
Sebastian smirked and kissed her cheek, "Are you asking me to Marry you, Ms. Crows?" The demoness smiled and nodded, "I know my mother would have wanted me to...and I know she'll want to see me married."
"Well, there is not a defined concept of marriage in the demon world. But if it will make you happy in this human world, I will marry you."
"It would make me the happiest girl on this planet Sebastian."
