The White Knight, Eishi Tsukasa

Eishi Tsukasa was born to the Tsukasa family a little over 15 years ago. The Tsukasa family is a very powerful and very wealthy family with a rich history of culinary expierence dating back over 200 years ago. Eishi knew that it would be his responsibilty to shoulder his families name but most of the time the pressure was to much and he would freak out over it more times than not.
Eishi's father sent him to the Tōtsuki middle school division when he was 12 years old. After learning about the culinary world, his father felt he taught young Eishi all he could and that Tōtsuki was the place that would help him achieve greatness. Eishi entered into the middle school division as apart of the 90th Generation and would quickly prove his worth.
During his first year at the middle school division he would go on to meet a paticular girl named Rindō Kobayashi, another student from the 90th Generation. She had short red hair and eyes of a cat. She also had fangs which Eishi thought was weird but he thought it best not ask why or how.
Together they became the most famous among their Generation and swore to take the First and Second seats in the Elite 10. Rindō was a nice foil to Eishi and though he would never admit it, he did enjoy her company.
Of course Rindō wasn't the only other student he befriended during his time in the middle school division. He would go on to meet Sōmei Saitō, a young man who had grey hair and a scar across his face. He also carried a highly stylized Maguro bōchō wherever he went.
Eishi also befriended a a shy girl named Momo Akanegakubo. She had long purple hair and green eyes. She carried a stuff doll around named Bucchi. Eishi intially found it very difficult to talk with her but eventually time passed and they became good friends.
The final student that caught Eishi's interest during his time there was young man named Tōsuke Megishima. Tōsuke was 5'11 tall and had short black hair. His body fit that of a body builder or athelete more than a middle school kid. Eishi never befriended Tōsuke and neither did many others for that matter.
Tōsuke was a lone wolf among the other students but Eishi nevertheless respected him because of his cooking prowess.
Eishi proved himself to be the best of the best during his days in the middle school division and looked forward to entering into the highschool division of Tōtsuki. For Eishi, Tōtsuki was a place where could reach perfection in his cooking and in order to do that he knew he would need to become the First Seat of the Elite Ten.
Eishi was up to the challenge.
