Sorry I have taken a little longer than expected to update. I have been revising and have little free time but here it finally is, chapter 6! Enjoy!

Scarlett's POV

I was in my house in London again. I could see Janice coming towards me with an evil look in her eye, I pushed her and she fell backwards hitting her head. I ran at her and started kicking her and yelling. Then I turned and saw my reflection in a mirror, I looked like a monster. As I turned to run, my father appeared with some police. I tried to escape but one of the officers caught me and held onto me tightly. I struggled and struggled but they would not let go...

I woke up screaming and thrashing around, strong arms still held my arms by my sides and I was fighting their steel grip with all my might.

'Get off me! Please! Please!' I yelled in terror.

'Scarlett, calm down' the person holding me said 'It's me Carlisle, calm down for me.'

'Carlisle?' I mumbled exhausted.

I looked up to see Carlisle worriedly staring down at me; he was pinning my arms to my sides and holding me firmly to prevent me from tearing out my IV.

'That's right, just take some deep breaths.' He soothed.

I visibly relaxed and he lay me back down on the pillows; he then proceeded to check the several wires I was attached to. Once he was satisfied that everything was working, he sat down in the chair next to the bed and brought up a clipboard. After scribbling some notes, he turned to me once more.

'What happened?' he questioned, feeling my temperature with his cool hand before scribbling something down again.

'I... I had a nightmare...' I said awkwardly.

His eyes met mine and he looked concerned.

'What about?' he continued, whilst checking my ribs were not damaged.

'Janice and the police and...' I said.

'And what?' He asked softly, scribbling back on his clipboard.

'Me...' I muttered.

He sighed and looked up at me his eyes held sorrow.

'It was just a nightmare Scarlett, you're safe now. I won't let anything happen to you.' He said genuinely.

He patted my leg and I gave him a grateful smile.

'Do you want to go back to sleep?' He asked.

'Not really, I don't feel tired. Do you think I should?' I replied.

'I think you should be fine for now, you have had four hours since I last spoke to you.' He said.

'Do you think, I could possibly get up now?' I asked hesitantly, I hated being kept in bed.

He looked at me amused.

'I am afraid not, I would like to keep you on an IV for a little longer. But you can stay awake and sit up for now.' He reasoned.

'Okay.' I sighed.

He helped me sit up and positioned the pillows behind me so that I would be comfortable and so that my ribs were not put under any pressure.

'You must tell me if you feel any pain or discomfort or drowsiness.' He said in his 'doctor' tone.

I cast my eyes down; I never liked to be made a fuss of. I rarely told anyone when I felt ill because to me it was no big deal.

'Scarlett.' Carlisle said a little more sternly when I didn't reply. He must have known what I was thinking.

I sighed.

'Okay, I'll tell you.' I agreed reluctantly.

'Thank you.' He said before walking back to the chair and sitting down. 'Now, I have someone that I would like you to talk to. You mentioned that you have heard of him, he is going to help us understand what happened to you.'

I glanced nervously at Carlisle, who stood up and squeezed my shoulder comfortingly.

'Don't worry, you will be fine.' He said before walking to the door and opening it.

A man with dark hair entered the room and smiled warmly at me. From his features I could tell immediately who it was.

'Scarlett, meet Eleazar.' Carlisle introduced...
