喧嘩
A Fight
Part Three
Nobunaga x Kasane
Surely she would come to her senses and come back right.
That was what Nobunaga thought.
However after the sixth day, Kasane showed no sign of coming back.
She's dead, of course that couldn't possibly be it; where is she wandering around, what was she doing, he had no news since.
For the past few days, Nobunaga was awfully irritated.
Because of that his retainers had to be extra careful when dealing with this tense atmosphere.
When something didn't go his way, he would immediately snap at the victim.
"If you are that concerned about Kusanagi-dono, then why don't you look for her?"
Ikeda, who was holding him back, suggested. Nobunaga scowled at Ikeda's words.
"I'm not concerned."
Nobunaga retorted as his raw irritation inflicted Ikeda.
Ikeda turned his gaze slightly away from him and deeply sighed.
"...Tenrou has located Kusanagi-dono's location."
In response, Nobunaga's irritation increased.
To think that Tenrou, who recently hasn't approached him, has been doing such things like that."
"So he's independent? Tch."*
Nobunaga clicked his tongue.
"...It seems that she is working at the brothel down at the village."
At these words, Nobunaga's eyes widened.
"A…. brothel?"
"Yes, after all, it's natural that a lone girl who has no relatives need to do anything she can to eat."
He was uninterested to Ikeda's report, but somehow it drifted into his ear.
She was certainly useful, but she was still a girl.
Surely there wouldn't be other people like himself who would have hired her as a mercenary or a bodyguard.
Therefore, in order to live, she picked the choice that was limited to her gender.
"..."
Nobunaga kept silent and Ikeda sneaked a look at him.
The master who never showed one second of unrest at the battlefield was now silently uncomposed. He was slightly surprised.
"My lord...It's best not to be stubborn, we should hurry-."
"...Whatever that woman does is none of my business!"
BAM
Interrupting Ikeda, he struck the floor with his sheathed sword and left the room.
"Nobunaga-sama."
Still in a bad mood, he walked down the corridor; someone called out his name.
Turning his head to the voice, he sent a scathing glare at the person.
"What."
"Ah... no…"
There, the usual three idiots group gathered together and uncomfortably gazed at him.
Without concealing his temper, he continued to fiercely glare at them.
"...If it's possible... can we use Tenrou to find where Kasane-dono is at?"
Gorouza diffidently spoke as Nobunaga showed his reaction out in plain view.
Wrinkling his brow, he narrowed his eyes at Gorouza.
"For a week she hasn't come back. As expected, this is worrisome. Is it possible if we can borrow Tenrou for a moment? As intelligent he is, I am sure he can easily locate Kasane-dono-..."
Before he could even finish his sentence, the three idiots were suddenly knocked away by the blow from his sword.
"...! !"
Thrown back by the hit, they slammed into the ground.
"...Leave! Disappear from my sight!"
Baring out his open rage, he rebuked them.
"...We apologize."
With Gorouza in the lead, the three of them hurried away from his sight.
Nobunaga only glared at the back in silence.
"Ouch-... To think he would… actually hit us…"
Kuranosuke rubbed the sore spot on his cheek.
Inuchiyo trudged beside him in a gloomy state.
"The lord right now, I hate him."
Gorouza and Kuranosuke widened their eyes at Inuchiyo's declaration.
Out of all the vassals, the one who was most attached to Nobunaga, was Inuchiyo and for the first time he expressed a change in partiality toward the said person.
"...Indeed, the lord's actions right now.. cannot be overlooked."
Gorouza agreed with Inuchiyo.
After Kasane left, their lord's rage became uncontrollable.
Though he claims he wasn't worried, he still couldn't help but think about her wellbeing which lead to his bouts irritation which he would then vent it to every human within range.
Not only that, the Nobunaga back there was in the worst mood he's ever seen him in.
Did something happen?
"...I want to see Katane…"
Inuchiyo wistfully said.
If only their lord was half as honest at Inuchiyo… is what occupied Gorouza's thoughts nowadays.
"...After the noisy one is gone… this castle is really quiet."
Kuranosuke muttered. He probably said that unintentionally.
"...Kasane-dono… I wonder where she is right now."
Gorouza whispered and heaved a small sigh.

*He meant that he didn't know Tenrou could act on his own like this, as if Tenrou didn't have a master.
Well then off to the next chapter I go! I hope everyone has a lovely day and see you tomorrow I hope.
