Disclaimer: Well I had free time and this chapter was quite short, so rejoice everyone! I have translated the next part. Yay~. Ehem as always, all credit goes to Shingo Nanami and フクロウ. Here's part two, enjoy.
酒は呑んでも呑まれるな
Don't Let Alcohol Consume You
Kasane x Nobunaga
Part Two
"Just what in the world was that!?"
In an unusually angry voice, she pressed up to the group of three.
Gorouza and the others sighed, "Just as we thought…" and awkwardly looked at her.
"Nobunaga can hold his liquor well, but occasionally when he does overdrink he does some troubling things."
"T-troubling things…"
Indeed, Nobunaga's actions back there were a bit too problematic, but to think that he does that to everyone made Kasane pale even more.
"In my case he angrily yelled, 'You halfwit! Make it clear if you're a man or woman!'."
"...Hn?"
"With me it was 'Your premature white hair is unsightly, shave it all off!'. It really felt as if he was going to make me bald…"
Following Gorouza, Kuranosuke wearily added in his story.
...What. What is this about?
"For me it was 'Even though you're such an idiot, how can you be more brawny than me! !' plus he threw the sake jar at me~..."
Inuchiyo sadly cried.
"...It seems that whenever Nobunaga-sama becomes drunk, he vents out his dissatisfaction toward the person's vice…"*
"...V-vent?"
Kasane gaped at Gorouza.
"Yes, one time he told Hayashi-dono, 'Your face is terrible!' and proceeded to pluck out all of his eyelashes. Now it all grew back though..."
…...Uwa… That's certainly terrible.
No, wrong, that's not it.
"Ah, just venting though?"
"'Just'... Don't you understand how terrible this is?! I almost became a Buddhist monk you know! !"
Kuranosuke unexpectedly began angry at her question.
Kasane hurriedly denied.
"Ah, no, well, that's not what I meant! ...Does he suddenly, like kiss on your nape? ...Or something like that? Well, strange...su- suspicious movement… he-he doesn't do any of that?"
They three of them fixated at her face as they frowned to her question.
"...Could it be that our lord has done something like that to you?"
"N-no?! O-of course not! That's just nonsense!?"
With all her might she denied Gorouza's question.
"Of course Nobunaga-sama wouldn't do that sort of thing to us men… However even the maids haven't experienced that sort of thing either."
"...I-is that so?"
She felt a bit relieved yet not so; a strange feeling came over her.
"When Nobunaga-sama is drunk, he has a tendency to do things that he normally keeps in his heart. …..If there's such a case in which Nobunaga-sama would demand something, it would probably mean he wants to do something with that person. Since he's not someone who would haphazardly lay hands on any women."
"...T-that sort of thing….?"
Even though he was normally an arrogant man who does whatever he wants, but to think that his tyrannical nature would worsen when drunk. Just how much dissatisfaction he held towards people is none of her business.
There was only one problem in her mind.
(Then, Tono-sama wants to do those things with me…?!)
Kasane became bright red.
No, wait her partner is that incomprehensible tyrant.
What happened earlier must have been some sort of misunderstanding.
Even though to tried to persuade herself, the heat from her head did not vanish.
At the same time, BAM!
The door behind her slammed open.
Once she turned around, the central person of their topic stood there with a dissatisfied expression.
"No-nobunaga-sama…!?"
Gorouza and the others raised their voices in surprise, but he took no more than a side glance to them before coming closer to Kasane and picking her up like a sack of rice.
"W-what are you doing?! Please put me down, Tono-sama…!"
"You, what happened to the sake."
As he hit the target, Kasane snapped her mouth shut.
She only told him that excuse to run away from him, but she never would have thought of actually bringing more sake back to his room.
"I-I was going to look for some now-."
"There's no need."
Stating that, Nobunaga kept carrying Kasane and began to leave the room.
Gorouza made a move to stop him, but after Nobunaga shot him a glare to not bother him, he withdrew.
(Kasane-dono…. I'm sorry to not be of help…)
Avoiding her clinging gaze, Gorouza apologized in his heart.
She tried to look at the other two, but they quickly turned away from her.
(T-they abandoned me…!)
She faintly groaned in despair while in Nobunaga's arm.
Nobunaga showed no interest in the scene and left the room with a care in the world.
TBC
*Here it's not like Nobunaga is scolding them about their work ethics, but jabbing them personally.
Ah, the typical life of living in the same castle with a tyrant... It must be tough for everyone huh...
I hope everyone enjoyed this chapter, I laughed at how Nobunaga was secretly jealous of Inuchiyo being all muscular than him. Even though he's the strongest, he still has a complex.
Alright, hopefully I will be lucky enough to have another day to translate the last part of this story. Until next time, I hope everyone will have a safe and enjoyable week.
