I was doing projects until... two days ago (I seriously didn't want to look at a computer screen after that ahahaha...) and then I had to travel back to my home and my dad suddenly had to go to the hospital and stuff so lot's of things went on in a single day. Part One

"Nobunaga-sama! !"

"..."

Sado arrived at his room early in the morning and came up close to his face.

After staring at Sado's thick eyebrows for a while, he then kicked the man away from him.

"What was that for!?"

"What do you think you're doing."

As Sado tried to protest in vain, Nobunaga coldly sent him a glare.

Sado let out a long sigh and regained his posture.

"...More importantly, I have something I must discuss with you today."

"...?"

As Sado straightened his back, Nobunaga sent a confused glance and turned to face him.

"Hn~, today's a nice day, isn't it?"

After she aired out the laundry, she stretched out her back.

"It'll be nice to take a nap under the sun on a day like this…"

Carefreely thinking this, she then remembered that she still needed to feed the horses one of many chores she had to complete. Thinking for what was to come, she cradled the laundry basket.

"Katane~!"

"Ah, morning~ Inuchiyo-san."

Hearing his voice, Kasane gave him a broad smile.

She smiled even more as she saw the regular group of three together.

However the busy atmosphere of the three seemed to be different today, to which she went "Hn?" with wide eyes.

"Katane, big news!"

"What's going on?"

Kasane tilted her head to the side.

"Our lord is going to take in a concubine!"

"Heh~... ... ...

...…... ... ...

…...Eeh! ! ?"

"Though it's not like he's officially taking her in a his bride..."

"More than 'marry' it's more like the bride will be taking audience with Nobunaga-sama."

After being utterly shocked by Inuchiyo's announcement, Gorouza and Kuranosuke quickly followed up and provided more explanation to her.

From what she heard, it seems that Hayashi-sama actually pushed for it behind Nobunaga's back.

"Since there aren't any children between Nouhime-sama and Nobunaga-sama… Perhaps Hayashi-sama has become impatient."

It's been three years since Nouhime came to the Oda clan as a bride.

As she had yet to endow him a child; especially in this dangerous warring world where anyone could die easily, it was natural that other people would want to hurriedly bring an heir from their monarch.

However, since their marriage was a political one, Nobunaga's and Nouhime's relationship was more platonic than couple-like.

She wouldn't say that their relationship was horrible, but they seemed act like trustworthy comrades than husband and wife.

"...Is that so."

Kasane hummed in response.

In this era it was normal for men to take in as many wives as he wants, so she supposed this was natural in itself.

"...I wonder how Nouhime-sama thinks of this.."

Kasane uneasily muttered this aloud.

"If it's her she'll say, 'That's great news!' and be happy about it."

"Ah~... true."

Surely if Nouhime heard that Tono-sama was accepting a new bride, she should be delighted.

That sort of practical partnership is rare.

"...What about Kasane-dono?"

"Heh?"

"What do you think of our lord bringing in a new wife?"

"M-me?"

Kasane jittered at his sudden Gorouza's sudden question.

"Well this isn't relevant to me"

Her gaze swam about.

"Ah, my lord!"

Inuchiyo called out at the presence behind her back, Kasane jumped in surprised.

Turning around she found him in a terribly bad mood.

"My lord! The daughter of the samurai family is…"

"Not here yet."

Hearing that in a clearly irritated tone, Kasane suddenly felt the need to run away from the place as soon as possible.

Whenever an angry Nobunaga was nearby, he would immediately take it out on someone and order them to do some meddlesome work.

"..."

(Hiii…! Why is he glaring at me…!?)

As he stared down at her, Kasane shrank down her body.

Today his gaze felt more pressuring than usual.

...It seems you've heard about the new bride from Gorouza and the others."

"Y-yes… well…"

"..."

Making sure that she wouldn't hit a nerve, she made sure to lay low.

With him still glaring down silently on her, Kasane avoided his gaze as if trying to dodge this discomfort.

"Oi, woman."

"Y-yes!"

After hearing his voice, she stood up straight in attention.

He hesitated for a bit before continuing on.

"Become mine."

"...HaAA!?"

"...In short, it's like this?"

Facing in the other direction from Nobunaga, Kasane opened her mouth.

The three idiots dithered around them, not knowing what to do.

"Tono-sama wasn't planning to take in the new bride…"

"I refuse to do anything Sado wants me to do."

"And so you want to spoil that plan?"

"That's right."

"...So…. why do I have to become Tono-sama's mistress!?"

As her words become more and more turbulent, she protested against his plan.

However, even in this state, he only gave her a small side glance; his expression didn't change at all.

"It seems that that woman is from a proud, high class samurai family. If they were to catch me favoring a mistress, they would think I'm looking down on them to which they would decline on their end."

He confidently gave a 'humph' at his plan.

"...no."

"What?"

"...I de~...finetly won't do it! I won't! !"

"Ka-kasane-dono…!"

"..."

He faintly frowned at her words.

Gorouza and the others could only tremble at her frank answer.

"...You won't?"

"No! I will not! Do it! !"

Crossing her arms she huffed out loud.

Nobunaga's brow crinkled at her action.

For a second she shrank down from the pressure, but then she remained strong and pushed back.

"I-in the first place, you still have Nouhime-sama! So why should I…"

"Onou and I have lived separately for a long time, there are already rumors going on in other countries that we have a bad relationship with each other. It's more effective if they see me with a strange, unknown woman."

"...E-...even so."

What Nobunaga said was pretty reasonable.

In order to break off this engagement, especially if they wish to have an heir, if that prideful party were to hear that he has a favored mistress, they would surely turn down in disgust.

….Even then, she wished not to act out as a lover.

That was absolutely impossible.

"A-anyway, I can't! Please ask someone else."

Kasane determinedly said.

Everyone drew back from Nobunaga.

"Uwa!?"

Suddenly BAM! she found herself pinned into wall. Her eyes widened at Nobunaga's sudden close proximity to her.

"So finicky. You should just obey what I tell you to do."

"~...!"

Her cheeks turned red as she tried to force herself away from him.

"N-no means no! !"

"..."

Saying that Kasane ran away with all her might; Gorouza and the others glanced worryingly and shrank back from Nobunaga.

"...So you think you can run away from me. ….Interesting."

He softly muttered as an amused grin formed on his face; the three idiots looked as if they witnessed something terrifying and trembled as Nobunaga left the area.
