Kaia Brooks, winner of the 69th Hunger Games, knew that the Games still went on when you stepped out of the arena, but when she was forced to accept an unusual request from one client, that involved fellow victor Finnick Odair, they crossed a line. She couldn't accept that life anymore. The capitol would soon see that they went too far. Fire and destruction were coming their way.

She could say something but why bother? He's leading them away from Fire Girl, sure, but Clove isn't particularly invested in finding her at the moment.
