Hey folks, SirVenn is sort of tipsy at the moment, and I've been caught up with real life things. But today, my power went out for a bit, and I wrote some.
It should be longer, but with the amount of new followers, I wanted to put forth at least something, just some sort of clue-in as to where the story is going. Hoping to produce longer chapters once my real life gets in proper order. Until then, hopefully this will suffice!
Visions played in Cell's mind of the fight he had on Earth, looping repeatedly and making the bio-android more aggravated.
"Puff right out Cell, like a fat man whose pants button is right about to pop," Cell thought, "how embarrassing."
A sentence kept running through his head: "That is no way for a warrior to behave." And it kept repeating, and it grew so bothersome that Cell snapped out of his trance.
Morning on Planet Vorsye had arrived, and it was peaceful, which relaxed Cell. The Piccolo side of him appreciated the tranquility, a quality that he had picked up from the Namekian warrior. The sound of a nearby stream, coupled with the gentle tweeting of the planet's bird species, had brought Cell a brief moment of reprieve.
"HEYO, CELL! I'M HERE! LET'S SPAR A BIT!"
That moment of tranquility was ruined, as Cell looked over and saw an exuberant Ponchack set foot on his arena.
"Quiet down boy," Cell said, "part of being a fighter is learning how to appreciate the peace that follows after combat. Right now, we're focusing on that."
Ponchack look confused, but was willing to lister. Ever since meeting Cell, he looked at him like a sort of father figure. Abo and Cado had slaughtered his family and older brother, leaving Ponchack on his own. Despite being happy and exuberant on the outside, the cries of his family continued to haunt the Vorsyan child during the late hours of the night.
"Oh, uh, alright then. Anything in particular you want me to do Mister Cell?"
"Meditate. Shut your eyes, and stay with your thoughts."
That was the last thing Ponchack wanted, to sit with his own thoughts. He knew that if he did that, he would have to face memories of his parents being slain, of him running away to safety at their request. And that's precisely what happened. Cell had looked over and saw an aura form around Ponchack, tears filling his eyes.
Cell immediately noticed, feeling his power rise.
"Whatever it is you're thinking kid, keep thinking it. Feel the power overwhelm you, and master it. Channel it."
Ponchack's eyes opened, and his gaze was one of complete rage. The Saiyan side of Cell was intrigued, and wanted to find out what power the child possessed.
