It was insane how a series of events could lead them up to this event. It was like the domino effect, first they ran into Boa Hancock, a friend of Luffy's whom he met while they were all separated, then a marine ship came and they were trying to defeat them, but in the process, Nami, Robin, Luffy, and Hancock were on the ship fighting while they sailed away. That's when it started going wrong. Hancock didn't like the look the Marine's gave her and she ended up using her devil fruit to turn them to stone, including the one steering the ship. Without them knowing the ship directed itself and crashed onto an island, leaving them stranded on the island with a broken ship and no one to know how to fix it.
"So hungry!" Luffy complained as he laid back on the sand with his tongue lolling out of his mouth.
"Shut up, Luffy!" Nami complained, tugging on the leaves of a tree nearby to try and make the small hut.
"We'll find food in a moment," Robin told him gently while smiling at him and using her arms to grab tree's higher out of reach.
"Oh~ Luffy-sama! I'll get you some food right away!" Hancock said, eyes turning into hearts before she bombed off into the tree's to search for some helpless animal she can capture and prepare for food.
The three ladies couldn't be more different from one another with their attitudes, especially when they collided with each other for Luffy. Nami wasn't the best to express herself around Luffy, and got jealous very easily so that made her even angrier. Robin was calm about it all, and sure she got jealous, but she turned that jealousy into trying harder to vie for his attention. And Hancock was overly territorial and jealous over Luffy, but she turned it into doing things for him to win him over. So needless to say all three of the women didn't get along because of their own personal want for the captain of the straw hat pirates.
"Ah, watch out!" Luffy said, suddenly spotting the top of the tree that was falling.
Nami slipped off the tree and crashed into Luffy who was suddenly there, dodging the huge branch that would have hit her and knocked her straight into the ground head first. Her chest crashed into his face as she pinned him down to the floor.

Nami didn't know what Robin was telling her, but from the hearts in Hancocks eyes and the giggle coming from her, it must have been about Luffy. Nami was just glad it got her anger to tamper down before a cat fight ensued between the two of them.
Luffy glanced up and saw the fruits, his eyes turned into diamonds and his tongue lolled out again at the sight of food. "FOOD!" He shouted happily, scrambling out from under Nami and towards the food.
"Stop!" Nami told him as she grabbed the back of his vest. She stopped him, but the faint sound of ripping cloth, made all of them glance over to see he was struggling so much against her hold that his vest ripped in her hand.
"Luffy! Just wait a moment and we'll find more and cook it up!" Robin told him as she blocked his way to the food. "We need to finish making the hut before we get the food ready."
Luffy pouted as he sat down and glanced at the hut, finding it a nuisance between him and the food that was calling his name. When he glanced over to the hut, that was when he noticed his ripped vest and yanked it off, holding it in front of him to look at the destroyed cloth. "Aw! My shirt!"
"Don't worry, I'll fix it." Nami sighed, taking it from his hands. "I am the one who ripped it anyway."
"Luffy-sama, if you help with the hut, I'll make the food." Hancock told him as the hearts continued in her eyes and she cupped her face while tilting it. Seems she was still in the fantasy world of her mind from whatever Robin had told her.
"What did you tell her exactly?" She asked Robin, curious as to what could stop the powerful Pirate empress from killing Nami.
"You'll see in a little bit." Robin told her with a smirk before walking over to the hut to finish it off with Luffy hot on her trail in bouncing excitement.
That left Nami in utter confusion. She couldn't understand how she would see what she told Hancock, and the more she thought about it the more she became confused. She hated how Robin had to be so secretive and mysterious about everything. Straight to the point was her way of thinking.
