The next one I am doing is an AU LawXRobin one! It's going to be different from my other stories so look forward to it! Still not taking requests, but getting one step closer! Love you all! Thanks for reading! 3

"Oi! Captain Kid!" A pirate shouted towards the leader of their small crew. "Law is here to talk with you!"

"Why the hell did you let him on the ship?!" Kid shouted at them irritably, his anger stabbing out at the thought of his crew letting any pirate on his ship. "How big of idiots can you guys be?"

"You really shouldn't yell at them so much." Law told him with a sigh, and walking up to Kid lazily on the upper deck.

"Sorry sir!" They said with rubs to their neck, ready for the lecture they were going to receive.

"You can't just let people on the ship!" He griped at them with furrowed brows.

"But sir, we know…."

"I don't care if we know them or not! Even those posing as allies can turn on you." He told them with a groan, angrily glaring at Law who was giving a soft chuckle at the captain.

"Well there's also someone you don't know." Law told him, making the crewmates tense in fear at the captain's anger that was quickly rising.

"What?! UGH! For fuck's sake! Not only Law but also someone we don't know?!" Kid shouted at them with a twitching eyebrow.

"Well technically you've heard the name, you just haven't met this person face to face." Law told him with a smirk, shrugging his shoulders as Kid turned the glare on him once more.

"Am I intruding?" A voice said at the stairway of the upper deck.

"That's a fucking stupid question! Of course you…!" He began to yell, wanting this new stranger to get off his ship and leave. That was then he caught sight of the person reaching the top of the stairs.

There stood a woman with shining black hair and bright blue eyes; her figure was definitely one of a mature woman's with her curves and large chest. She looked at him with a slight turn of her head and gave him a small smile.

Kid's mouth was still gaping open from the already griping sentence that he was giving the stranger. Finally he clamped it shut and his cheeks flushed deeply while he turned his face away and looked at Law to answer his silent question.

Law chuckled and gave a smirk to Kid, seeing how he was affected by her while she walked over. "Don't you recognize her? It's Nico Robin."

Kid turned back to look back at her curiously. It was just as Law had said, when he looked at her closer, he could almost see her poster next to her face as she stared at him. But that damn smile on her face threw him off track; he felt like his mind was muddled whenever she tilted her head ever so slight and smiled gently at him.

"Am I intruding on you?" She asked him again, not hearing the first time when he cut off midway.

"Sorry, I think you should leave. Captain doesn't like strangers on his ship." The crew said, trying to usher her back down to the lower deck and onto Law's ship once more.

"Ah, no," Kid said, making his crew stop and look at him in shocked confusion. "She's fine, as long as she doesn't do anything."

The crew dropped their jaws to the deck in utter shock at how timid their captain was acting around Robin as if she were his one weakness. They'd never seen their captain react this way around someone before…..or even be this kind to someone…

"Is captain ok?" One of his men whispered, watching as Robin nodded her head in thanks to the red headed man.

The crew was about 3 minutes from exploding from how bipolar their captain was being. First he'd be yelling at them like normal, commanding them on what they needed to do and what they were doing wrong. But then that Nico Robin would come nearby and it was like a completely different person took over him.

He'd change into someone who blushed and tried to hide from her; he'd turn quiet and become all flustered when she tried to talk to him. They didn't know what to do with their captain. But they couldn't necessarily call this a bad thing though with their Captain changing.

"So why is she with you anyway?" Kid asked Law as the two of them finally got to just sit alone and talk while the rest of the crew relaxed and slept for a nap.

Law glanced at him as he took a drink of his sake and shrugged his shoulders. "I ended up running into Mugiwara again. I had to collect some information for a bit before returning back to his crew and she offered to go along with me."

"Seems she doesn't trust you." Kid laughed, finding it funny that someone was so leery of the doctor that they'd tail after him to keep an eye on the wicked pirate.

Law chuckled and shook his head. "No, that woman, she's more interested on the information I was gathering. She's a curious person who wants to know a lot of things."

Kid looked at Law with a raised eyebrow, wondering if the doctor had some sort of feelings towards the mature woman. He felt ridiculous now for being so flustered all the time; he should be acting cool and proud like Law was.

"What are you two talking about?" Robin asked, suddenly behind them without a sound.

Kid jumped in his spot and jerked his head around to look at her. "Hasn't anyone ever told you not to sneak up on someone?!" He yelled at her automatically, before he clamped his mouth shut, realizing he let his anger go. He had been trying so hard not to let it loose with her around, and now he just ruined it.

She stared at him with wide eyes, surprised by the sudden scolding she got from him. Law chuckled quietly as his shoulders shook with a greater laughter he was hiding. She softened her eyes and smiled at Kid, finding him more interesting now that he wasn't be a shy little boy around her.

"So the captain does have a forceful side." She said with a giggle, planting herself between Law and Kid on the deck, and making her place in the conversation before they could argue against it. "I was wondering where the ruthless Captain Kid was hiding."

Kid flushed over his cheeks and frowned as he looked away from her, the smile on her face unnerving him every time she flashed it at him. He grumbled under his breath so quietly that no one could hear. Robin raised an eyebrow at him, trying to figure out why he was always like this around her.

"You're not good with woman are you? Not enough confidence for down there?" She asked, glancing and nodding towards his lower regions.

He glared at her harshly and the tips of his ears were red with embarrassment that she would even suggest a thing. "I get plenty of women! I don't have trouble with them at all!"

"Oh? Then why won't you treat me like them?" She asked, scooting closer to him and ignoring the greater shaking of Law's shoulders as Robin teased Kid and made him flustered. After all it was the first time Law had ever seen Kid so flustered at all.

Kid gritted his teeth and leaned back, trying not to look at her cleavage that was bulging out more and more as she leaned towards him. "Because none of them were as strong as you!"

Robin stopped and blinked her eyes, confused momentarily by what he was trying to tell her, but it seemed the hidden meaning was slowly making it's way to the top. "So you're worried I'm stronger than you?"

Kid shook his head and grabbed her arm tightly, making her wince. "I know I'm stronger," He told her before pulling his hand away to show her the red mark on her arm already. He mentally slapped himself for doing that. That wasn't what he wanted to do to prove to her how strong he was. "I don't know why it's you of all people. I can feel something from you that's stronger than other women." He said, not sure how to feel the aura that waves off of her from the strength she had within.

Robin looked at him gently, but then a wicked smirk came over her face. "Ah, but I am a pirate. A highly wanted one at that. Don't tell me you treat all women pirates like this?"

"AS IF!" He said, thinking of Jewelry Bonney and her obnoxious ways of acting like a man. He let out a shiver and shook his head, not even wanting to think of that pirate coming after him like the other women did when they saw him.

Robin giggled at the horror struck look upon his face, loving that she could affect him so much with just a simple question. "Then treat me as you would anyone else."

Law stopped laughing then and grabbed her shoulder pulling her back so he could look her in the eye with a deathly shadow over his face. "You don't want that. This man really is ruthless. And I won't allow him to treat you as he does other women. Mugiwara would kill me."

"You're scared of Luffy?" She asked him teasingly, seeing the slight twitch of his eyebrow at her question this time. He frowned, arguing with her question and telling her that he wasn't. "Good, then it shouldn't be a problem." She removed his hand and looked at Kid with a smile, but the glint in her eye told him the strength inside of her he could feel wasn't just a lie. "I can handle him. I've protected myself up till now after all."

The crew shivered as they were watching over the railing from the lower deck. This woman was a devil woman! Who would of thought that smile was holding something much scarier inside. Now they could understand why Captain Kid was so flustered whenever she came by; he could feel it already when they couldn't.

The dramatic tears ran from their eyes as they pleaded for their captain to be alright as Robin and Law stayed with them. They wanted to help, but now they knew about her scary side, they were too scared to do anything. They were just going to leave their Captain to fend for himself for now.

"Hurry up and pull the sails! A storm is coming in quickly!" Kid yelled, pulling at a rope himself to pull the sails in so the wind wouldn't tear them apart.

The rope he was going to reach for to pull the sail up completely was taken by a smaller hand before he could. Robin stood there, backing up slowly as she pulled on the rope, trying to help them get the ship closed up for the giant storm that was already causing the sea to bash their ship from side to side.

"What are you doing?" He shouted over the roar of the wind, looking at her already soaked body that was shivering slightly from the cold. "This is no place for a woman!"

"Just shut up." She told him sternly, pulling the rope the rest of the way with one quick jerk. "Hurry up and lock your ropes in!" She told him, snapping him out of her command to him that seemed to stun even him.

He gritted his teeth and pulled hard, making the ropes taut before wrapping them around the metal bars that would lock them tightly so the sail wouldn't come undone. He grabbed the rope from Robin with a tight grip so it didn't fly out of his hold, and locked it in place with the others.

A huge wave crashed into the boat, knocking it to it's side as the water drowned over the deck towards the crew. Robin braced her arms up for the water, but lost her footing under her as the water hit her legs and knocked her over. She slid along the deck floor towards the edge of the ship that was nearly completely on its side from the hit.

A strong arm came around her as a body slipped alongside of her down the deck and feet slammed into the side, stopping them from going over into the ocean below where she would surely drown in seconds. She gripped the arm tightly and heard the clenching of teeth next to her.

"Shit," Kid cursed under his breath, trying to keep his footing as the waves bashed against the ship more and more.

Suddenly metal of all kind began to gather around his arm and hand, creating a much larger, mechanical hand that was at least ten times the size of his own. More and more it grew as Robin watched with wide eyes, forgetting that Kid had his own devil fruit powers that made him strong.

"What are you…" She stopped as he lifted his huge mechanical hand in the air, and slammed it down palm first into the other side of the ship.

The ship quickly righted itself to level in a teeter tooter fashion, making the crew, Robin, and Kid bounce up into the air from the sudden jolt of gravity to the other side. Robin waited to crash back down like the crew, but she hung there on the arm that was holding her, leaving her feet barely dangling above the deck floor.

Kid was much larger and taller than she had thought. He wasn't even holding her up really, but his height on her was keeping her off the ground. She hadn't even noticed he had landed on his feet because there was no jolt to her when he landed.

She had to hold the giggle back from her throat as she realized no matter what she had said he was still treating her like any other woman that would be in danger. He began to bark out orders to his crew to quickly finish up before taking cover below the deck so the waters didn't wash them out.

"Stay down there," He told her as he opened the hatch to under the deck and set her on the stairs.

"I can…" She began to argue, but clamped her mouth shut as he gave her a deathly look that said he wouldn't hesitant to knock her out if he had to. Instead she nodded her head and began to make her way down, waiting for the rest of the Kid Pirates to hurry up.

She sighed at the thought of Law and his crew escaping into their submarine ship and diving under the water with no worries over the sea at all. They didn't need to worry about the storms and how their ship could be knocked over; all they needed to do was dive under the water and wait it out.

"Oh, Robin-san." One of the crew said, making his way down with a few others behind him.

"It's good to see you're alright!"

"Thanks for the help you gave!"

The guys looked at one another, not sure what to do down here with a woman standing there. They felt awkward and still slightly scared of the wickedness she may have hidden inside of her like the small glint they had seen in her eyes the day before.

"Stop blocking the entrance!" Kid said, closing the hatch and securing it tightly.

The crew scattered around the room, giving room for the Captain who did a quick look around at his crew. She could see him counting the people down there so to make sure none of them fell overboard during the rough sea waves bashing them.

"You care more than you want to put on." She giggled quietly, making him nearly choke on his breath before looking at her with furrowed brows.

"A crew is important to people. It's not just strangers put together, but friends and allies." He told her with a huff before sitting down.

She sat down next to him with a smile, knowing perfectly what he meant by that. After all it was Luffy that had given her a place as a home, and treated her like someone important. It was good to know that others thought that way too about their nakama.

Small shivers over took her body as she huddled around herself and a soft sneeze accidentally came loose. Something heavy and warm wrapped around her shoulders. She looked over and saw Kid's coat around her shoulders. It was dry so he must have left it down here as a spare. But he was still exposed with no shirt on and he was still soaked from the cold rain.

"I told you that it was no place for a woman." He said, ears red as he looked away. "You're body's have hardly any fat on them or muscle so you can't keep as warm."

Robin gave a gentle smile to Kid, making him blush even more. She thought he meant that being a pirate was no place for a woman, but instead he was worrying about her being swept away and getting cold from the rain. It seems he thinks a lot more about others than he lets on to anyone else.

"Though you're still shivering," She teased as she poked his chest and saw the slight tremors his muscles were giving to warm themselves up.

"Shut up," He told her, grabbing her hand and making her stop poking him.

She smiled at him and threw the jacket around his shoulders. He opened his mouth to argue with her and nag her for being so stubborn when suddenly she plopped into his lap. She sat there between his legs as if it was a natural thing to do; almost as if he were the chair itself.

She grabbed the edges of the jacket and pulled it forward, wrapping it around him and her at the same time so both were covered in the warm. "There, now both of us can use this." She told him with a bright smile as she looked up at him.

Kid became flustered as his cheeks grew warm, but the smile on his face grew at the thought of such a daring woman trying something. He wanted to laugh right then and there at someone being so gutsy.

"Captain~"

Kid looked up and saw the joyful tears coming out of some of his crews eyes as they watched him. He jerked in disgust, not expecting his crew to have such looks. "Stop giving me those looks! It's disgusting!"

The crew continued to cry happily on the other side as they watched their captain. Maybe this Nico Robin really was a good thing for him. After all they had never seen such a carefree smile on his face before and here she was able to handle him and his anger. They never thought they'd see the day where a woman wouldn't be terrified of his anger and be able to command him instead.

"Oi,"

Kid cracked his eyes open and saw Law crouched there in front of him, but the normal bored expression was replaced with a teasing smirk as he watched him analyzingly.

"I see more happened than I thought." Law said.

Kid was not a peaceful morning person. His mechanical arm grew and he was centimeters away from grabbing Law when the coat around him constricted his movements. But as he gave a hard tug to free his arm, something moved in front of him and let out a small grumble.

That was when he noticed Robin still sitting there in front of him, but her body was slightly turned so her head was laying against him and she was curled up against his body for the warmth. He choked on his breathing again and looked at her in utter shock. He didn't realize he had fallen asleep with her there when they were waiting for the storm to pass.

"I hope you didn't do anything Mugiwara would kill me for letting happen." Law teased, standing up with his sword and crossing his arms. "I'd rather have him as an ally."

"Shut up!" Kid said, startling Robin awake and making her stare at the two in confusion.

"Morning already?" She asked, seeing the sun peek in from the hatch.

She stood up sleepily and climbed up the stairs; she seemed to be still in a half sleep mode as she looked around and wasn't processing anything at all.

Law smiled at Kid and let out a small huff of a laugh. "I guess it's a good thing we're here for about another week."

"Shut up," Kid said in a mumble, crossing his arms and glaring at Law who chuckled at the childish answer. Though he was acting like it was a pain, he couldn't help but feel relieved that he could get more time with the mysterious woman. Somehow he wanted to know more about her.

"The ruthless Captain Kid, taken down a notch by a mere woman." Law tsked with a shake of his head.

He chuckled and walked away as Kid swung his mechanical arm at the annoying doctor. Robin peeked back down at them and ushered them back up, starting their day on a comfortable note.
